Stanley Electric is amazing! I thought I had a major, several thousand dollar electrical issue and I had already had another electrician take a look and suggested something similar. I had also called 3 other electricians in Bergen county this morning who said that sounds like an emergency, but we're booked until the end of August - can't help you, sorry.

My husband called Stanley Electric for a second opinion and he arrived at my house within a few hours. At first he agreed that this was a huge, costly job, but after spending 15 minutes assessing the whole situation, he found a minor (although pretty dangerous) issue which he fixed it in 10 minutes! Bruce was super nice, very informative, told me everything he was doing to alleviate the issue and why. Even if it did end up being the larger, scarier issue, I would have chosen Stanley Electric to fix it because of how at ease I felt.

If I have any kind of issue in the future, or renovation, I'll for sure be calling Bruce and Stanley Electric first!

We have been using Salerno for a lot of years, for big jobs and small.  They are competent, reliable, pleasant to work with and reasonable in price.  I recommend without reservation.

After 22 yrs or so, the motor on my house the attic fan came to a halt. The first electrical contractor I called stopped by to assess the job and said it would take 7-10 days to get replacement motor, and probably another week to install. I then called Consolidated Hudson Electric who sent a rep the next day. He arrived in the morning, assessed the need, and provided a quote. He also checked with his home office and found that they had a fan/motor in stock and could do the replacement that same day, which I was extremely happy about, especially when the outside temperature was going to hit the mid-90s. Within two hours, a team showed up, and in less than an hour, the attic fan motor was replaced. The men were courteous, and professional at all times. They put on booties when they walked inside the home and performed a very neat job. I would definitely use this business again in the future.

This company is fantastic. Sean, the owner, is responsive, punctual and does excellent work. He installed numerous light fixtures and wireless switches throughout our home and we couldn't be happier. He is detail oriented, great at explaining things and meticulous (leaving our home as clean as when he arrived).

I hired them add a dedicated 20A circuit from the basement apartment, where the breaker box is located, to the 2nd floor living room.  I was impressed by there ability to do this work and not use an external conduit to route the cable. It was all done internal to the home. While they did have to cut a whole in the apartment in between, it was patched up very good. In my opinion, it was as good as a professional dry wallers work.

The cost was practically the same to another quote using external conduit.

Feedback from the renters was excellent.  They were very professional and cleaned up well after the work was done.

I had Munetz update my old apartment.  I had a few very old lights that turned on by string, very few outlets, and no dishwasher hook-up. Tom did great work and it all only took a day and a half. A year later my apartment flooded and I needed to replace everything that was ruined by the flood, so I reached out to Tom. He was able to accommodate my contractor's last minute schedule.  Tom answers all of my questions and helped me pick appropriate fixtures. Some just Told me if something would work and others he ordered from his supplier.

Tom's a very nice guy. It's generally awkward when someone is doing work in your apartment while you are there, but not with Tom. We had good conversations.

Very Professional & Great Service!

We had a large dining room pendant lamp & several dimers installed. We are very happy with the service we received from Dwayne & his associate from Whynn Electric. Dwayne returned my call promptly & answered all my questions regarding the estimate. The price was fair in regards to other estimates, but I was most impressed because they were one of the few companies that had a set price & did not charge per hour. (As I heard nightmares about hourly rates) The day of the job, they arrived on time & were extremely friendly. They even swept & cleaned up after the job was done.

I would highly recommend them & plan on using them again in the future!

When I bought a house in the Journal Square area of Jersey City a few years ago, I hadn't needed to hire an electrician before.  The first one I hired was so expensive, and yet, my dad and I had to keep pointing out things that they missed, or didn't get right.  So, I called a few different companies to find a new electrician... and that's when I found D'Anna Electric.  I don't remember the first person's name who came out to work with us (maybe the owner?), but he was very knowledgable, helpful, and straightforward.  They also had a very reasonable price.  The last 2 times I contacted them, they sent over Steve... Super nice guy, who talked me through the issues so I understood my options clearly, and they again charged a reasonable price.  They are my go-to electricians now. Thanks guys!

Family owned business in Jackson Heights--father and son.  Honest, kind, sweet natured, prompt, fair pricing and most importantly, VERY good at what they do.  I've had them in our home three times (for diagnosis and repair of electrical sockets, lighting and ceiling fan installation).  Of all of the different types of contractors who have done work in my home they stand out;  I can highly recommend them without any caveats, unlike the others.  If my friends need any electrical work, I will definitely refer them to Antonio without hesitation.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Hand on doing a full panel replacement at my house. Chris really set the bar high when it comes to professionalism and fairness. His prompt attention to detail, accommodating to our time, good clean work and fair pricing can't be beat. I'm very happy to report that I have found my go to electrician for all jobs going forward. Wonderful electricians with prompt and speedy service!!!   Have used them from major jobs to smaller ones and they have been extremely reliable and professional.

After calling half a dozen electricians to not get return calls or to be told that they don't service this area, Geronimo Electric exceeded expectations.
Jose and his helper Keke was communicative, on time and capable. They solved my problem with several 3 way switches in no time. I'd use them again in a minute.
