My house got a small fire recently. The electricity and AC were out.  After I called Krantz, the owner came in very quickly and restored the power.  The owner is very nice and easy to work with.  Krantz electric provided prompt, professional and reasonably priced service. I will definitely use them again in the future when there is a problem

Otherwise numerous cameras, doorbells and light switches stil await  my long delayed  implementation of a smart home system that I purchased six months ago, before I realized that I'm not that smart, and that setting up a wi fi network, is slightly less complicated than launching a interplanetary space probe program.
Haven't got the bill yet, but I have high hopes that my faith will be restored in this state,a wasteland of consumer protection.

Do not trust this guy at all. I was paired with him by HomeAdvisor at 10:00. He called me back and confirmed he would be at my place at 2:00. So i left work early and contacted him again at 2:30 when he did not show. He told me he was stuck in traffic and that the gps showed him arriving in 21 minuets. 1 hour and a half later..... i tried calling him again this time no answer. I then contacted HomeAdvisor to try and get someone else to come but it was too late. I don't understand why he even took the job if he could not do it. HomeAdvisor would have tried to find someone that could but did not because he said he would. I complained to HomeAdvisor who said would report it to there supervisor.

This was a fraud. They sent a technician that for $125 wasn't able to even give an estimate for the job and they want me to pay again to send a technician. Ridiculous!!! Don't call them.
