We had just moved to Jacksonville and needed an electrician STAT. Our professional organizer, Kristen DIBacco found us Joshua and Troy. They came out immediately and hooked up our TV so we could get our cable hooked up. Had them back to replace all our ceiling fans and dining room light in our new home. On time and reasonably priced are just a couple of great attributes we can say about them. Highly recommend!

I messed up some wires in my parents house while changing out switches and called Schuman Electric. They sent Jeremy who came showed up on time isolated the problem and repaired it at a fair price. He looks like a character off of men in black but he knew what he was doing and didn't milk time. Really liked them and would recommend them to anyone

I saw that was working Wade at a neighbor's house down the street. I was having a problem with outlets in my home office. I called him, and asked him if he would check on my problem when he was done at the neighbor's house. He said, yes he would. About an hour later, he stopped by. I explained the problem to him. He started checking circuits and found that a previous electrician had wired my panel box incorrectly. He fixed that problem, and then fixed the separate outlet in my office. He did a great job. I never would have figured it out. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work.

Horrible company, incompetent staff, and even worse management. I entered into business with this company and even provided them with the following diagram of the scope of the job, but it was a train wreck. They treated my job as it was very low priority in the outset. The owner sent his incompetent staff over to the house either early in the business day or at the tail end of the day. They never completed the job and I had to call the owner over 10 times over a 8 week period. Then on the final call he stated You know what, find another company to finish a bullshit (yeah grammatically incorrect even for someone trying to curse).

I actually had another electrician come out and during his inspection he found that there was wires connected in the electrical panel using electrical tape, and new wires tied into old wire that was supposed to be replaced, the ground wasn't connected and their was loose wires under the house that was supposed to be strapped. Bottom line it was horrible. The owner did me a favor by telling me to go with another company.

Joe, the owner of Allstar, contacted me about my complaint previous listed. He seemed to sincerely want to remedy the situation, and finally agreed to reimburse me for the extra charges not in the quote (and some extra). Due to the effort Joe made to come to an amiable solution I would say that the original problem was a misunderstanding and that their intention is to give good service.

I was extremely disappointed when I was charged a full service charge that is typically $80 (I paid $75) for a two minute visit. I honestly tried exactly everything that the electrician did but for some strange reason it worked when he did it. I did not expect that I should pay nothing but did believe that there should have been some kind of discount. When I called the front office to inquire as to the possibilities of a lesser amount I was treated with total disrespect. The woman discussed how I obviously have no idea how to run a business as charging full price is the status quo. When I question good customer service that encourages a person to suggest their company as fair she again suggested that I did not have the experience in running a business. I then discussed my thoughts of going elsewhere given the treatment and she informed me that she did not care where I went. Needless to say, I will never use this company again. For the record, I do make house calls in my business and no we don't always charge in every case where it is clear there is no need to.
