Best Electricians in United States

I was looking for an electrician to take care of some electrical issues I had with one of my listings because other electricians kept breaking their promises always postponing the job for later. Tommy responded to my call, asked a few questions and took care of the problem next day. He showed up on time and he did exactly what he said he would do. I would definitely use him for any electrical issues I will have in Putnam county.

A real professional all all around. We would definitely reach out for more jobs again and highly recommend.

I messed up some wires in my parents house while changing out switches and called Schuman Electric. They sent Jeremy who came showed up on time isolated the problem and repaired it at a fair price. He looks like a character off of men in black but he knew what he was doing and didn't milk time. Really liked them and would recommend them to anyone

We called Wade when we were remodeling our kitchen. We needed appliance hookups, new lighting installed, and several new outlets installed  He was so professional and thorough in his work. He'd discuss our needs with us and offer suggestions when we were unsure.  I trust Wade and his work and there is no better review that. Joe, the owner of Allstar, contacted me about my complaint previous listed.  He seemed to sincerely want to remedy the situation, and finally agreed to reimburse me for the extra charges not in the quote (and some extra).  Due to the effort Joe made to come to an amiable solution I would say that the original problem was a misunderstanding and that their intention is to give good service.

I was extremely disappointed when I was charged a full service charge that is typically $80 (I paid $75) for a two minute visit.  I honestly tried exactly everything that the electrician did but for some strange reason it worked when he did it.  I did not expect that I should pay nothing but did believe that there should have been some kind of discount.  When I called the front office to inquire as to the possibilities of a lesser amount I was treated with total disrespect.  The woman discussed how I obviously have no idea how to run a business as charging full price is the status quo.  When I question good customer service that encourages a person to suggest their company as fair she again suggested that I did not have the experience in running a business.   I then discussed my thoughts of going elsewhere given the treatment and she informed me that she did not care where I went.  Needless to say, I will never use this company again.  For the record, I do make house calls in my business and no we don't always charge in every case where it is clear there is no need to.
