Best Septic Tank Pumping in Arizona

Honest company.  I am an investor and use them form some of my A/C and heating needs.  They aren't the cheapest but they are reliable and do good work.

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

Got connected with this company through HomeAdvisor (which I don't recommend unless you feel like getting spammed mercilessly). Called to set up a minor repair, and took the following morning off work to meet be available for the technician. I was told someone would be onsite between 11am and 2pm. At 1pm a woman called and said the technician was held up working on a broken water line and couldn't be out there until about 5pm. I was annoyed, but I get that life happens and said it was fine and see them then. I get another call at 4:15 saying they're still delayed, and that they wanted to reschedule for the next day. I declined, saying that since this is my first impression of their company I'm going to have to pass. She just quickly said okay thanks, bye and hung up. It ate an entire day of my time waiting around- apparently there is only one person to potentially dispatch. Annoying at best.

My husband hit the gas line to the pool filter with a pick.(if there was a place to review husbands on here, I'd be giving him one star right about now).... we needed a plumber who could fix this. After reading reviews, and calling several plumbers, One Call was the only one who could help us. I'm not going to lie, I was very distrusting. I put plumbers in the same category as attorneys... pricey and not so trustworthy (my apologies to any attorney reading this). Man, was I wrong. The man who came out to fix the gas line, Gary, was great ...professional, friendly. He explained the repair to us, price-wise, and walked us through every charge on the bill when the job was done. I can't say enough positive things about him. The guy was great.

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John from AAA has been taking care of our home's rooter needs for more than a decade. He's dependable & fair with his pricing. John will walk you through everything he's doing & will even take the time to make helpful suggestions so you don't have to call him out as often. I usually see him every 2 - 3 years to snake out the occasional drain or our sewer line. Our home is 60+ years old with aging pipes & tree roots so it's often scary when there's a plumbing issue - especially when drains aren't flowing! I know that John will always give me the straight scoop & will do his best to make sure I don't have to pay for more than is needed. I highly recommend AAA!

Top Dollar Plumbing cancelled my appointment after 4pm on a Friday evening leaving me with a leaking drain pipe for the weekend. The technician's underwear bunched up when I commented on his extreme tardiness. We clearly agreed on an appointment time and I rushed home to honor this appointment. After waiting an hour, he's still 10 minutes away.  He then explains it's customary to provide a window arrival time and it's my fault for not being available earlier as he had finished prior jobs earlier than expected. Additionally, a customary window time was not communicated but instead the technician REPEATEDLY provided a pinpoint time. In doing so, HE set any and all expectations.

Instead of apologizing for my inconvenience and his lack of communication, he's insulted by my dissatisfaction and cancels while en route.

In the future, Top Dollar Plumbing should CLEARLY provide arrival time windows so that customers' expectations are reasonable and so that contracting decisions can be made based off those times. Also, don't cancel appointments when company communication is unclear and/or lacking. Instead, Top Dollar Plumbing should practice owning their mistakes, apologizing and striving to provide better customer service going forward. This is what makes a Professional Team.

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab.  When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse.  There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.

I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal.  Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain.  They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now.  The pipe finally sagged enough to break.

The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly.  The bad news is that this is costing me $5000.  Thanks Roybal!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY my house had been having some problems because the Toilet kept over flowing so i call this company to come out & fix it because one of my coworkers recommended them in the end this was a big mistake. When the guy came he was very quiet and awkward he didn't talk much but when he did he made u feel uncomfortable. While the man was fixing the toilet I wasn't paying to much attention to him because my son was sick and fussy. So once done with the job the man showed me it worked then went on to leave. An hour later I was getting ready for work and realized three of my very valuable bracelets were gone... the bracelets were on the sink next to where he was working and nobody else lives with me. So the bracelets didn't grown legs and walk away them self's and my son isn't even tall enough to reach on top of the sink. The sad part is you trust these companies hiring these people saying they're trustworthy people but they're aren't. IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN GO TO THIS COMPANY. I hope nobody else has to go through this same exact thing this company needs to be shut down

We were told that the gas line to the grill at our new place would need to be replaced by our inspector. Robin came out and did an inspection, determining that there was no need for any repair or replacement and that the work was up to code. Refreshing to find this degree of integrity. Would definitely work with them in the future.

Our issue with Penguin Air continues. Registrar of Contractors involved and the city. ROC discovered and sited them for poor workmanship. MANY items needed correction and city found more. If I could upload items from my Google drive you would see that our installation was unsatisfactory. Still demanding our 100% guaranteed refund with no strings attached as advertised on their website.
