Very timely, professional and helpful.  Good customer service and communication.  My water softener pipes busted while I was out of town.  I returned to find my garage flooded on a Sunday.  I turned off the water main and contacted Top Dollar first thing Monday morning.  I spoke with dispatch and they gave my number to the technician.  I got a call from the technician right away and he was here within 2 hours He not only fixed the problem and cleaned out my bathtub drain too.  All for a great price!  I also had water damage in the garage and he was able to get me with a contractor who came out to assess the situation for a free consult within the hour.  Top Dollar is Top Mitch, I would highly recommend their services

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab.  When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse.  There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.

I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal.  Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain.  They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now.  The pipe finally sagged enough to break.

The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly.  The bad news is that this is costing me $5000.  Thanks Roybal!

This company was sent out by the landlords warranty service. First they said they came by and no one was home. I was home, second trip ( tried to charge another trip fee), the plumber tried snaking the line outside. Claimed he went 25'....must be a root in the line. The city came out, went to to the line with a cam and only got 14'. They suggested a jet procedure. Amigo came out again, the same guy. First words where jetting will not work, it's a root. He set up to snake again, I went inside to work. I look out after a short time and he's gone. Not sure what if any work was done.

The landlord sent another company. They prepared to jet the line. 7 1/2 minuets later, problem solved.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Terrible customer service, not professional and I feel they are best at trying to get as much $$ out of you as possible.

Poor service. The only thing they add to is the reputation of looking for more things to charge vs. solving a problem...

Oh man it is so hard to know who to trust in this biz. We had a HUGE plumbing nightmare on our hands and didn't know who we could trust. Plumbing Masters was on time, efficient, friendly and delivered what they promised. They communicated well every step of the way. I was comfortable having them in my home which is a refreshing change to other plumbing companies I have used in the past. Yea for hot showers again!

I have been calling this company for a year trying to get my wood floors repaired due to a faulty water pump they installed. I have received nothing but a run-around from them. When I called their emergency number (3 times) when the flooding occurred, I received no response from them. Do not use this company... they have an awful customer service recovery program!
