I was going about a normal day when I noticed as I was getting ready for a crazy busy day at work that it felt real warm in the house.  It is AZ in August.  But then a few minutes later sitting still in front of a fan I was dying.  I had to go to work and I have dogs in the house.  

I called Airspeed and expressed my concern and problem.  I didn't even finish texting my wife the situation and Toby from airspeed was here!!! less than 5 minutes.  He finished fixing the problem in 15 minutes and now my AC is blowing at 66 degrees!

We had an after hours plumbing emergency with a backed up main sewer line.  Jesse was responsive, personable, professional and remediated our sewer problem quickly.  He really saved the day and our evening!  I highly recommend this plumbing  company and Jesse!

Called One Call Plumbing in Mesa, AZ to replace a leaking water heater. Was quoted $1250 parts and labor to install a Bradford-White 50gal gas heater(one of the lowest rated brands available) and was promised service the next day. Price was exceedingly high and the quality not what I really wanted but agreed to it due the fast installation time. Service guy showed up when scheduled and immediately said he was going to charge an extra $240 to move the water softener(an effort that required the removal of 2 plastic spring clips and a move of 6 inches.) This discussion led to his being asked to leave the premises.
In the end though I am thankful for this bait and switch tactic, because the next reputable plumbing company I called supplied and installed a better quality water heater for $839 and charged no extra for the 5 minute job of moving the water softener.

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

Called AAA Valley this morning when I woke to a flood downstairs. The owner was awesome and was out within an hour to help me fix the problem. It turned out our back flow from the house was clogged and he had a quick solution that fixed it. He even walked me through how to fix it if we had a problem again in the future. He also made some other great recommendations and even drew me a diagram of our sewage pipes. Price for the call was $95 which I think was fair. We will definitely use him again for any future needs.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would.

My pool was leaking and several other companies recommended Arizona Leak Detection, so I called them. When they were able come to my property, they were onsite for less than 25 minutes, visually diagnosed my leak - and of course - misdiagnosed it. I didn't know where the leak was, I just knew it eventually stopped just below the tile line. Arizona Leak Detection told me the leak was in the plaster on the bottom of my pool. Red flag: It's a diving pool, they didn't get in it, and therefore, couldn't have possibly tested it. The water level remained the same for 3 weeks, with that so-called leak in the bottom. I called them back several more times to ask how they determined that leak, but no one could tell me how and the last time I tried, I was told someone would call me back. Two months later, I'm still waiting for that return call. I'd like a refund, but I doubt anyone will respond to that request either.

If it weren't for my background in lab science and common sense, I would have called out another repair company - at their INSISTENCE - to fix something that wasn't even the problem. In fact, they weren't even going to warranty their repair work unless I used this other company first!

In the end, I ended up calling someone else out to complete the repair work and diagnostics - someone who listened and intelligently diagnosed the leak and promptly repaired it (for less than what Arizona Leak Detectives quoted me!) - and I saved myself over $2k in additional REQUIRED repairs.

Bottom line: Save your time, save your money, save your pool and call someone else!

Very timely, professional and helpful.  Good customer service and communication.  My water softener pipes busted while I was out of town.  I returned to find my garage flooded on a Sunday.  I turned off the water main and contacted Top Dollar first thing Monday morning.  I spoke with dispatch and they gave my number to the technician.  I got a call from the technician right away and he was here within 2 hours He not only fixed the problem and cleaned out my bathtub drain too.  All for a great price!  I also had water damage in the garage and he was able to get me with a contractor who came out to assess the situation for a free consult within the hour.  Top Dollar is Top Mitch, I would highly recommend their services

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. I was having some minor plumbing issues that I have been putting off for a long time.  I called these guys and they came the same day and took care of everything for me at a reasonable price.  I utilized the special on Yelp to get a better deal.  They made sure we were satisfied with the work before I wrote the check.  If have any other problems, I will likely call these guys back.  Thanks!

I had plumbing masters come out to find cleanout, never did find it but said my black pipe was compromised from roots and I should take care of it and handed the $300 BUT it comes with three years of water tank drainage. I the had total blockage 3 months later and again camera and again black pipe with roots. had to have it dug up for $5445. but low and behold it was roots but not my black pipe but at the connection at the city clay. my question is why in beginning not alternatives and even after no alternatives. after talking with other plumbers and going on line I could have got this fixed for a lot less. at least get me up and going. so my point DO NOT call plumbing masters unless you have plenty of money. if you are good at your trade you can always give your customers and alternative.

I just had penguin air plumbing at my house today.  Their plumbing department it's excellent, Jerry was so pleasant. He took the time to answer all of my question with no hesitation. I've also had their air conditioning service and they are wonderful.  I highly recommend them..
