Honest company.  I am an investor and use them form some of my A/C and heating needs.  They aren't the cheapest but they are reliable and do good work.

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

We went on Angie's list and asked multiple contractors for quotes.

All we wanted was a quote.

Well, they show up unannounced, no email, no phone call.  

Well, I was working from home on an important meeting so I let them know I only want a quote and please give the written quote to my wife.

So now the second level of scumminess came around.  The creep told my wife that she must sign the authorization to do work part of the paper to get the quote.   I was not hiring them yet, I just wanted a written quote.

Utterly scummy to take advantage of an immigrant woman who did not have knowledge of legalese in English.

One Call Plumbing Services was great.....I called in the morning and within the hour a plumber was at our house fixed our plugged kitchen sink.   He did a thorough job & they even told me about a special they were having in which it waived the service call fee.  I also told him about the Yelp $155 for $200 deal they were promoting which he also honored.   Overall, their BBB of AZ A+ rating & positive Yelp reviews speak the truth....One Call is the one & only call you should make for your plumbing needs!

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

Great service and very affordable. Scheduled him for 8:30 and he was there well before that time. He fixed the problem with the kitchen sink. He also took a look at the slow drains in the bathroom and quickly fixed that problem without rootering it out so he did not charge us for that. Highly recommend and I will use again.

We had a serious leak in our kitchen that we discovered late on a Friday night. We found Adam after an internet search Saturday morning and he came out that afternoon! He found the leak, fixed it, and even restored the damage! His whole crew is fantastic! Great job!!!

Very timely, professional and helpful.  Good customer service and communication.  My water softener pipes busted while I was out of town.  I returned to find my garage flooded on a Sunday.  I turned off the water main and contacted Top Dollar first thing Monday morning.  I spoke with dispatch and they gave my number to the technician.  I got a call from the technician right away and he was here within 2 hours He not only fixed the problem and cleaned out my bathtub drain too.  All for a great price!  I also had water damage in the garage and he was able to get me with a contractor who came out to assess the situation for a free consult within the hour.  Top Dollar is Top Mitch, I would highly recommend their services

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. Mike and his team came out and were done with the work within 24 hours of our first conversation. I couldn't ask for better service. Also very friendly team, and the report was delivered later that evening. Many many thanks.

They came out to replace a cartridge on my shower. They were a vendor for my warranty company. They replaced the cartridge and when they left the shower was still leaking. They returned and said the valve needed to be replaced because of rust and corrosion. They wanted to charge me another $350, after $250 had been paid for the cartridge. This sounded strange so I called another plumber. He stated that the original tech used pliers to remove the old cartridge and broke the valve in doing so. Since companies compete I called a third plumber for an estimate and he came out today and said the exact same thing! When I let Amigo know they still told me it was broken because of rust and corrosion! They refuse to admit their tech broke it and are thieves who will break things and charge you for it!!

Plumbing Masters is a very customer  oriented company, and very professional. I will never use any other company again.  The service tech (Mike)was awesome. You don't have to worry about a thing with Plumbing Masters, I can't say enough good things about this company and how they worked with me and won my business. Thumbs up!!!!

If you want a company with lack of customer service, look know further. We purchased 3 completed units packages from Penguin Air & Plumbing for under $15,600. Yes, you heard that right, 3 two stage units for under $15,600. The original price they started with was more than double. The units unfortunately never were installed properly with constant problems. Day in and Day out promises were made, but never delivered. One of the owners is rarely reachable.  His simple reply over text or on the phone is the General Manager is going to call you.  The General Manager is the Arizona ROC qualifying party at this time, who is also near to impossible to reach. We have almost identical problems with the packages they installed (compared to the original ones). Penguin Air & Plumbing recommended having someone else reduct the attic $4,000 later no difference.

Three packages installed - one was to small and Penguin Air & Plumbing advised us we could pay an additional $1,200 for the next size up, otherwise we could have it at no charge (but they wanted to null/void there warranty and cease services at the location). We happily paid the $1,200.

They never came back for the Quality Check like they mentioned over and over during installation. When the Owner  and Qualify Party came a few weeks ago with 3 other tech's to address my concerns (approximately 6 months later), I was extremely displeased. I learned quickly that all the units never worked in two stage (workmanship / installation), the units where placed two close together (so one unit pushed out hot air, the other unit sucked in hot air), the static pressures were never set properly (this is the reason we paid for reducting in the attic. We have now been through 4 thermostats in kitchen, 3 in thermostats in master bedroom, 4 thermostats in the hallway.

We have tried over and over to work with them to let them correct the issues, but it's apparent that we may have to contact the AZ ROC and file a complaint with the AZ Attorney General Office to hold them accountable of varies levels. We still have not received the owners manuals and/or warranty information. I'm still wondering how much they need to overcharge to help sponsor the Penguin Air News Chopper that they just love to brag about!
