East Valley Septic really helped me out of a mess !!!!  My septic had backed up on a Sunday. I called other companies and was told the earliest would be Wednesday. Not acceptable. I called EVS and explained my situation Kelly took it to heart and told me he would try his best to get to me by the afternoon. He was good to his word and kept in touch with me all morning as to when he would arrive. He arrived when he said and went right to work on my issue. He also taught me important things about my system that I didn't know !!!
The service was outstanding and Kelly was so knowledgeable and professional I knew that I would use no one else !!!

Ducks is a very professional organization. From the owner to the office down to the techs in the field. There are no perfect companies especially with the variety of individuals working. Ducks impressed me when I expressed a concern about an item that I thought should have taken care of. I spoke to the owner and he had the situation corrected within 24 hours. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am so happy I found Septic Technologies. I was referred to them by quite a few people and they did not disappoint. Our septic over flowed and they were there within 2 hours from when I called. The technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and also maintenance going forward. Abel came to our home and what was supposed to be a 2-3 hr job became a 3 day job.  He (and his co-worker) worked extremely hard in 100 plus degree temperatures, but they kept going and returned each day until the work was completed. They made sure it was completed the right way too. We were pleased with his honesty and hard work ethic.  Lisa (the office manager) kept in touch with us and would call if Abel was running late or was tied up on another job. Circle J Septic was able to schedule my septic pump & certification within 1 week.   Josh & Michael actually arrived a bit early which we appreciated & completed the job professionally & promptly.   We learned a lot about septic systems while they were working.  They are great guys, very friendly & personable.  I would 100% recommend Circle J Septic to anyone needing septic pumping and/or certification.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

My service man was great. Was there within the hour I was promised so I didn't waste my day he was clean cleaned up his mess and did a great job. Only negative is they're a bit pricey I had 5 small leaks and it was over $900 that's crazy to replace a hose bid and a leak then fix a toilet leak at two places and a shower leak at the faucet I would love to use them again if they weren't so pricey

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

Purchased a home in Carefree,AZ and had septic issues. Jim at Westwood stepped up to the plate and took care of the issues at hand immediately and in such a professional manner. I would strongly recommend Westwood to anybody regarding all of your septic needs without hesitation. This company is nothing short of the best. I'd give Jim and Westwood 10 stars if I could.

We moved north and our usual plumber doesn't head up this far. I called Flush King and left a message for a non-emergency issue with a locked up garbage disposal. My call was returned within minutes, price for repair vs replacement discussed up front, and a new disposal was installed within hours. I suspected a new unit would be needed, the existing one was decades old and rusty, but they still showed me everything and explained it all thoroughly. I also received an email with lots of pics in case I wanted to review it later. Couldn't be happier. I'll call them again for the next repair.

Love, love, love this company! When we went to disconnect the washer and dryer for the moving company, we discovered that the valve for the cold water wasn't turning off. I emailed ProSkill at 8pm and had a (friendly, informational, knowledgable) plumber on-site 12 hours later! Does it get any easier than that?

I hear they don't travel south of Bell, but I'm hoping they'll consider modifying that to south of Cactus. I've used them multiple times and can't imagine I'd ever find another plumbing company as honest and friendly.

I needed my septic pumped they gave me the same day appt. The two guys that came out today 3/16/23 sorry did not get there names were amazing so professional very helpful even help with the clogg and gave me information about it. They both went way and beyond. I live o Joy lane so maybe give them a big thank you

Ron helped me navigate some options to get my AC cover installed even though he does not provide the service. Other companies just told me no and moved on. I appreciated the help and will be calling Ron for my plumbing needs in the future!

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

I wouldn't even give one star. Recently PVS came out for the sale of the house to go through and pumped my tank. They sent a guy out and he reported that the tank was root infested and the leech field wouldn't drain. It would cost a substantial amount of money to fix the issue and possibly a new tank.He said he took photos. When I asked to see the photos they were never sent to me, I asked numerous times and never received them. As our closing date approached I had to make a decision and had them come back out. Their own employees said it was obvious the tank lid was never dug up and that there wasn't even a leach field there was a French drain. He checked and there was no roots in the tank. I was present the second visit. We received a bill for $850 extra that I argued with and they threatened to lien my home and stop the sale of my home. These guys are scam artists, use someone else!!
