Best Septic Tank Pumping in Arizona

Recently had Vince do some work for me. He was very professional and super friendly! Definitely knows his stuff and highly recommend his services if you have any septic needs! Small business owner a plus!

We had our septic backup and we called trying to find someone to help us out.  Know one could come for at least a week.  At first they didn't think they could come until the next day, but he came first thing this morning.  He was very professional, friendly and did an awesome job.  We highly recommend you give them a try.

We had our tank inspected and pumped 13 months ago by this company when we bought our house. Our septic was backing up last week so I tried to call them out to come pump and tell us what the problem was. We called on a Sunday because poop was backing up through our showers. I told them they had done the inspection and pumping 13 months prior. They agreed to come that day and then called back to say the pumper wanted to wait till the next day. The next day the pumper called and said you probably just need to pumped because it's full, if you call a plumber it's probably cheaper but I mean I can come if you need me to I basically felt dismissed by the whole thing like they didn't want to help or make money for the job. Obviously they didn't want to deal with it because they probably didn't do a good job the first time. I was told our tank shouldn't need to be pumped 13 months after the last pump and inspection. Don't bother with this company. Horrible customer service on top of poor quality work.

I called Septic Technologies to address issues we are having with our septic.  They were the 3rd company we had out in that last year.  They were the first company to actually address the issue properly, actually pumping out the solids and cleaning out the tank.  They also discovered a leak we had in the plumbing.  They were courteous, quick and service oriented!  I will definitely use them again and recommend!

Great company. They showed up on time. Abel the guy who did the work was real nice and friendly. The sewer cap on my riser was cracked and he replaced it free. Recommend highly.

What a find!!  Call them ! I called about a dozen septic companies to pump and inspect our septic.  I mostly heard we don't service Wittmann AZ.  Then I found a company that did and they postponed twice over 3 days and then canceled because they are not able to inspect.  

Then through chance I got the name and number for Circle J Septic.  Fast. Polite.  Efficient!  Really great guys.

I have a sewage holding tank that has given me constant issues. This weekend I needed to have it pumped out and on Saturday called around to find someone to pump it out and was not having any luck. Sunday morning I got a call from message I had left the day before and they were able to schedule to come out the very next day. They contacted me when they were on their way and did an excellent job pumping out the tank and cleaning it down. Good value. Very profession. Would highly recommend.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

Called and scheduled an appointment the next day for non-emergency stuff that needed to be done. We received an $800 quote from another company to fix an under sink drain that seemed high.

Seth from Belsito arrived and came up with a fix at a fraction of the cost. He also tweaked a spigot   we thought needed to be replaced but found it just needed to be tightened. Seth could have jacked the bill like other companies and charged us for work that didn't need to be done but he didn't.

He even cleaned up and was super friendly. We will definitely call Belsito again.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

I was in serious need of someone to help me with a backed up septic.  It was on a Friday afternoon and I called 10 yes 10 septic companies to come out and help me before the inside of my house would flood.  None of them would come out that day and some could not come out until next week.  Do you know what my house would look like by then?  I finally called AAAA Westwood Services and told them what the problem was and Jim said that he could be out early the next morning between 7-8.
He was here at 7:10 am.  If you ever are in need of any septic problems PLEASE call Jim.  He came out cleaned the septic the right way as the filter was never cleaned by the last person that pumped it out.  I would recommend Jim and his company to anyone.  he is on time, honest, did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to deal with.  If I could give him 10 stars I would.  Wonderful person that did a wonderful job.  THANK YOU JIM A MILLION TIMES.

Upon purchasing the house this summer, we were told that it's quite normal to get hot running water instead of cold water due to the hot pipes. Fall rolled around, and my kitchen sink still had scorching hot water running with no cold water to be found. We then had to contact our home insurance which sent out a plumber who claimed that we didn't have a cold water line running to the kitchen amongst a myriad of other things that was wrong with our plumbing system. They ended up quoting us over 2k worth of work.

We wanted to get a second opinion and I contacted these folks here. I called Chris on a Monday night and he was able to send someone out the next day. Rich who was our plumber, had over 37 years of experience in plumbing work. He took a look under the sink and realized that I indeed did have a cold water line and whoever did the previous work, connected all the lines incorrectly. He ended up replacing a few valves and completed the job in less than an hour. From the start, I felt that his demeanor was very genuine and sincere, unlike the other crooks who tried to scam my family thousands of dollars of work. I was very happy and pleased with his service and I'll be using this company for any future plumbing needs.

This company really wants to take care of their customers.
They provide excellent and quick service.  We have used them before and always been extremely satisfied.  This time our toilet began seeping a bit of water at the bottom.  They came out and pulled the toilet and replaced the seal.  The only thing we did not like was that the technician did not replace the caps over the screws at the base of the toilet.  We did not realize it until he left. So, the next morning we called to let them know. They immediately got someone out that day to correct the issue.
Love this company.

We had a bathroom back up on  Monday and  wEre told we needed to pump out our septic tank. I caalled A-American on Monday afternoon snd they had a truck out early Tuesday afternoon. Mike the operator was excellent , very knowledgeable and efficient.   Plus he had all the tools neccessry to find open and drain  the tank.  The coost was also very reasonable toO

I had a clog in my kitchen sink line. I tried snaking it myself but no luck. I found $59 Rooter on Yelp (Thanks Yelpers for the reviews!) and gave him a call.

Within 2 hours, my line was clear.  I was quoted $145 before the service guy came out, and he explained that they used different equipment on kitchen lines than they do on tub and bathroom sink drains. Fair enough.

They also warrantied the work for 30 days, which was a nice bonus feature.

I would use them again, and I would recommend.

Jorge did a Great job!  He was on-time, worked professionally and proficiently.  Kept us informed as he worked through the installation, and walked us through how often to change the filters and membrane in our new RO system.  He made sure we were pleased with his performance.  Will definitely use them again!  Pricing was much more reasonable than 4 other quotes I received from larger companies.  Saved over $350 by using Go Direct!

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

This company is a JOKE ! The office lady is a complete B****,and needs to learn customer service. The only good thing i can say about this company is the pump driver mike was on top of his job. If you need a pumping service go else where
