Best Septic Tank Pumping in Arizona

I spent well in excess of 30 minutes on two calls with Nate.  The first was two days prior to leaving on vacation in late August.  He Sounded very knowledgeable and sincere and was anxious to meet with him
On the second call after vacation we set an appointment for 9/20 at 8-10 AM.
Well he never showed or called.  Three calls and four texts later....NO RESPONSE....NOTHING, ZERO, ZIP.
So I had my wife call from her cell in the afternoon and less than 20 minutes later a return voice mail from Nate. She left a voicemail on Saturday and before 8:00 today Nate called her back.  I answered since she was not home and the laundry list of excuses started. Mostly problems with his broken cell but how strange it worked for a potential new customer but he never thought to call the appointment that he had with us on Friday.
On the second call we discussed that his web site that I looked at in late August was gone.  He explained that he was tired of paying the BBB fees and had to remove their logo and was having the BBB logo taken off his site.
I agreed that the BBB rating was not worth the money.  EXAMPLE....a high end hotel on the east coast that my wife booked clients into had high marks on multiple consumer sites yet had a D rating from BBB because they refused to pay BBB fees.  And another company that had negative reviews on consumer sites...A rating on BBB site.

He is also not a part of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.  Not a big deal and not a totally reputable site either.  I was in the remodeling industry and there were abuses by ROC contractors....but those who pay fees to them means a consumer has recourse if a contractor does shoddy work or closes their doors.  Not saying in ANY WAY  that he doesn't do good work.  
His work might be flawless but we won't find out since we will not do business with any contractor that NO SHOWS and doesn't call to explain why.

I contacted Dave as he had done some work for my wife when she had a house in Prescott. Now that we had a place in Chino Valley we have a well with a high level of arsenic. Our first conversation with Dave was that we should go ahead and purchase the equipment we need and he would do the installation.

Over the next month or so we did the research and purchased a water softener, reverse osmosis system and a couple of other items including a new kitchen sink.

We made an appointment and Dave came out. Three-steps out of the truck he calls my wife a cougar but I let it go. Whatever?

Next, he tells me I should not have bought the water softener as there is a better product on the market that he sells. I'm sure he is correct; however, my softener is not returnable.

Dave also tells me my Wellmate water pressure take is no longer working, that the bladder is shot. He can tell this be just feeling the tank.

He has to rush off and we consider all of this.

The next day I text him and ask for a written estimate to do the installation and he DECLINES the work.

I the meantime I purchased a replacement Wellmate tank and retained a new plumber (review coming).

THE KICKER...

MY OLD WELLMATE PRESSURE TANK WAS JUST FINE! It just needed to be re-pressurized.

I was having plumbing trouble so I went ahead and called plumbing masters. They had Mike over in no time, he was friendly and professional he really made sure I understood everything that was wrong and how he'd fix it. I'm so glad I called them truly such a life saver !!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Gerry is awesome! Came out less than 24 hours after calling them. Fixed my tub faucet and also bonus fixed a front door knob that was giving me trouble for months, which he definitely didn't need to do. Definitely hire them! I work in a similar field and we will be recommending them to all our clients.

We had been dealing with a clogged toilet for 3 days!! We've literally tried everything to unclog it. I finally realized we needed to call in the professionals. I called Freddy's Fox Rooter the morning and my toilet was fixed by early afternoon. Very quick,  reliable, professional and affordable. Would definitely recommend.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

We purchased a water softener system from Parker & Sons.  Justin arrived on time and completed the work extremely fast leaving our garage cleaner than when he arrived.  I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.  Fast, Courteous and Professional.

These guys were GREAT!!! We were working on closing on our property and at the last minute, were asked for a septic certification certificate. We called around and not only were they able to come out for us the next day (which was a weekend), because we were closing on Monday but they were the best pricing (the others had hidden fees). They were prompt, on time, did a great job cleaning and certifying the septic system for us and we were able to finish our closing on time!
