These guys are awesome. They did several plumbing updates and changes during the complicated and full remodel of my home. Water heater, toilets, kitchen and master bath are just some. Reasonable prices and a professional attitude always plus a great sense of humor always. Dave and Mitch did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I was having plumbing trouble so I went ahead and called plumbing masters. They had Mike over in no time, he was friendly and professional he really made sure I understood everything that was wrong and how he'd fix it. I'm so glad I called them truly such a life saver !!

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Absolutely the worst plumbing company I have ever had. Not only did it take the technician 4 hours to undo a clogged line, but he apparently left the entire mess of sewage and backup on my roof!! I only found out because now that it is raining, it is sloshing down my roof into my backyard. Very rude and unapproachable technician as well. Absolutely horrible

I called Freddy, who was recommended by a friend, to come out in late on a weeknight to fix the water heater in my rental unit after the other plumber I had out in the afternoon completely botched the job.  He stopped at home depot on the way over to get the parts he needed and fixed the problem quickly and charged a very reasonable price.  He actually charged 4 times less than the other plumber I had out in the afternoon and actually fixed the problem.  We didn't get the water heater started that night because it was still flooded, but he came out early the next morning and we got it started right up.  I would highly recommend Freddy, he saved me.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

I know this company has gotten some really bad reviews but they are the only ac company who apparently has technicians on call after hours.  I've had to call them twice now for unrelated problems and they always send someone out.  The technicians are also very nice.  I haven't used them for regular maintenance, so I can't comment on that.  But still, I'd recommend calling them for after hour problems, they always send someone out.

Keith has been wonderful to work with! He has been courteous, honest, helpful, and prompt with all of our needs. We have had lots of questions and he has been there to answer every one of them. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend Ideal ten times over.

Fast service actually came earlier than promised   My drain was clogged  in kitchen had already had someone else try and fix rooter hero came to the rescue they fixed my drain fast reassembled the sink checked for leaks and made recommendations  very friendly no hidden fees   Thank you rooter hero you are my new plumbing hero for sure
