Best Septic Tank Pumping in Arizona

I spoke to Nate when I scheduled an appointment, he was friendly and made sure to really explain the service/what we were paying for. The tech, Dominic, came out to check out our system and make sure everything was running smoothly, he was very friendly and helpful.
After he left and I paid, I realized the appointment didn't take nearly as long as Nate originally discussed with me. I called Nate back to verify the charge was still correct, due to the shorter appointment time/amount of work that was done, he refunded me a portion of my payment and agreed the original amount was too high for what was received. If we ever have an issue with our system I will definitely be calling them back!

Dependable and honest! Dave is the best plumber we've ever used!

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Beware!!  Especially if contemplating major plumbing repairs! He is not licensed - has appropriated the name of a bonded,licensed plumbing company by nearly same name (go with Cobra Rooter- on Meadowbrook- and you will be beyond satisfied). No- Josh with Cobra Plumbing on Camelback did not provide reputable repairs. I removed past negative review after he refunded 500 of my over $1,000.00 expense- which showed some professionalism--but now my tenant notices a pungent sewer smell near his other repair. I will soon be out more money to get a bonded plumber to properly excavate, diagnose and repair my apparent sewer leak in laundry room. You have been warned! Josh thinks he is doing legitimate work- but he lacks the credentials and knowledge to even use correct parts. He needs to do much better to retain clientele- starting with a company name change and why not get your Contractor's license?

Freddy is amazing. We called him on Tuesday  and he was willing to come out to check out our shower right there and then. Already, that level of attentiveness was excellent, these days you call a service provider and they schedule you out a week or two later. We explained how our apartment building had it scheduled water shut off for that Wednesday and he could come out then.

He did and it was the time he said he would (not 15 mins late like past plumbers we've had). Then what started out as a simple job turned nightmare when it was discovered upon removing the shower knob that there were stripped bolting and clogged filters, a mess unseen before. But he went forward exhausting all methods on trying to fix the problem. When all seemed lost, Freddy was upfront and told us possible solutions and reasonable estimates. (We were against the clock as the apartment complexes water systems were coming back online and water would be shooting out everywhere.)

But before going with the possible solutions he continue to try to fix the problem and did. However a part was missing but instead of sending one of us to get the part, Freddy went out bought the part himself and fixed the knob.

After all of this his cost was extremely reasonable especially considering all the bumps in this seemingly simple job.

Thank you very much Freddy! We will definitely be calling upon you for any future servicing.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

Adam was awesome, very fair price for exceptional service!! Parker and Sons has always been great to me and I will continue to use them for all my plumbing and AC needs. There team is the best I've used in AZ!!

Honest pricing and a hard worker. Not only were these guys willing to work on a Sunday but they were able unclog our piping where another ''top rated big company'' failed twice.  They had a camera, which they used to show me the condition of my current plumbing before proceeding with the recommended repairs. I appreciate the honesty, fair pricing, and quality service. Our septic was serviced and the area was left level and cleaned. Would highly recommend.

Rooter Hero to the Rescue! We were taken advantage of by a con artist working under someone else's contractors license. This person sold us many thousands of dollars of services to remodel our shower and after many excuses and delays, the shower was semi-complete. However, with the first use, it is obvious the shower was plugged. The other company called Rooter Hero to diagnose the problem when they could not. Rooter Hero discovered not only a pipe full of cement (under the slab of our home) but also uncovered the shoddy workmanship the other company did, using only temporary connections to smaller pipes than normally used. In fact, the temporary connections were already leaking! We had been taken advantage of a had a true mess on our hands BUT Rooter Hero has been with us every step of the way. They operate with true integrity and have done a perfectly correct job with the utmost level of professionalism and a level of customer service and support that is often unheard of today. They have helped us document and provided pictures of the incorrect work so that we can hopefully recuperate some of our money from the other company. They have provided caring, emotional support to us during this stressful and difficult time. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I will always sing their praises far and wide. Don't bother calling them because they won't bother coming. We had a major water leak in the cement slab under our house. Called them at 7:30 on Monday morning. He said he couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon.
By 3:00 he didn't come or call us. My husband called and asked if he was still coming. He said yes-he was having trouble with his truck.
He never came and never called.
At 5:00 we called another plumber and they came by 8:00 the next morning.
