Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Beware!!  Especially if contemplating major plumbing repairs! He is not licensed - has appropriated the name of a bonded,licensed plumbing company by nearly same name (go with Cobra Rooter- on Meadowbrook- and you will be beyond satisfied). No- Josh with Cobra Plumbing on Camelback did not provide reputable repairs. I removed past negative review after he refunded 500 of my over $1,000.00 expense- which showed some professionalism--but now my tenant notices a pungent sewer smell near his other repair. I will soon be out more money to get a bonded plumber to properly excavate, diagnose and repair my apparent sewer leak in laundry room. You have been warned! Josh thinks he is doing legitimate work- but he lacks the credentials and knowledge to even use correct parts. He needs to do much better to retain clientele- starting with a company name change and why not get your Contractor's license?

If you need a plumber I highly recommend Freddy's Fox Rooter. Freddy is very professional and friendly and does whatever it takes to get the job done right. Very reasonably priced. All the other companies that I called before I found Freddy's  Fox immediately assumed that because I was on septic that I needed it pumped and wouldn't even come out. Freddy was able to fix the problem and also determined that the septic was fine.  Valencia area of Buckeye

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

Sooooo, here I am waiting.I had a 10 AM to 2 PM appointment and each time I called they tell me the tech is going to be finishing up and he'll be on his way and they've told me that now for the last three hours and they refuse to give me any information and they're told  to not give me any information at all either.
How about a simple phone call to follow up and say you're going to be late but they don't even have the common courtesy to do that and they've wasted now 6 1/2 hours of my time and still no one has showed up.
Need to have this fixed by today so I guess I'm gonna be held hostage until they show up I have a feeling they're gonna call though and say they're going to have to reschedule and I have wasted my whole day. Never calling these people ever ever ever again!!!

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They came out to do a septic certification at our house three weeks ago. Part of that process involved digging up the front yard. The guy says I'm all done and the yard was still all torn up. I said what about the yard and he said he needed to get a cap for the inspection pipe and he would be back in a couple days. That's was three weeks ago. We have called at least four times and each time he tells us he will be out in the morning and then never shows. Meanwhile our yard is a mess and a safety hazard with no cones or anything. Find somebody else for your septic needs.

Scheduling an appt was easy and they were able to have a technician out to me within a timely manner. My technician Adrienne called me when he was 10 minutes away and was prompt and professional, he snaked our drain in about 20 minutes. I trusted his work and what he was doing because he explained everything that he was doing, and when he was done made sure the drains were working like I'd expect them to, will use Rooter Hero next time I'm in need of a plumber.

I was referred to them by one of their previous customers who lives in Prescott. I called them asking for advice, and they stated they would be in the area the following week so they could swing by to take a look at the issue I was having. Turned out I had an issue with a cracked main and they identified where the cracks were, along with giving me several options for repair. They were prompt and identified the issues quicker than I would have thought possible and even let me see where the crack was through their eye in the pipe system. I have dealt with several valley plumbers and wish they were as up front as Rowdy is!
