Jason responded right here in Yelp - I had never used the messages platform - so I was the slow guy.  Anyway, I do love when companies are this responsive.  Certainly helps get the job done faster.

I hired Kevin when I was updating two bathrooms and building a third (in a large laundry room). Suffice to say I could not have done this project without him. He replaced my main water line, re-piped the water lines in the whole house, and plumbed my laundry room into a third bath! He helped manage the inspections during the process as I was hours away in Tucson. As with any old house when you open up the walls you find other problems; Kevin was great in communicating the issue, and how to fix it.
He was very reasonable, very responsive, and follows through.
I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

Roy is my go to guy for any plumbing job. Fantastic quality work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

So happy with these guys.  Raul was very nice, respectful.  They were here within the hour of my calling.  Other companies wanted me to wait for an unknown amount of time and one wanted me to wait until tomorrow even with me telling them I have no water until the problem was fixed. Price was right on point with other quotes I received.

Buyer BEWARE, I had Zest Plumbing and Drain come out for a bath tub faucet which wouldn't turn off. Signed off on the initial quote of $383 to repair and part costs. Upon return of picking up required parts the technician informed me it was another $483 to reinstall!!! Huh, what are you talking about?  Well BUyER BEWARE what you are SIGNING up front

It was time for my annual residential fire sprinkler inspection. I had used their services before to replace a stuck sprinkler control valve so I decided to give them a call to see how long it would take them to come out and do an inspection. WOW! Even though it was a Friday late afternoon, they had a technician team in the area and sent him straight away. The team came out, checked everything out, showed me around the fire sprinkler since I wasn't too familiar with it, and then wrapped things up. Great service. And great pricing too! Thank you.

I called this company to come look at my septic system that was leaking above ground.  He told me I needed to have my system pumped. I gave him the cash and he didn't have the change to break it and give me my change.  When I went to my backyard to see if they were done they had left no more than 10 minutes after so call pumping my tank.  They never gave me my change ok fine. Two days later the same problem with the leaking system into my yard happened again. I called them to inform them and he chewed me out said it was because my washer empties into the tank and I need a repair.  He said all he can do is pump it again. I asked him why would it need to be pumped if it was emptied two days prior. He then proceeded to yell at me and told me to call someone else and hung up on me. I had a reputable professional company come and they tell me it was never pumped the tank is completely full hence the overflowing in to my yard.  I am going to sue this man and his stealing my hard earned money. I am a single mother of 3 children he has no right to steal from me or anyone else.  He needs to be put out of business. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE on him. There are plenty of companies who know how to be honest and do the job they are paid for.

Two stars since the rep on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was downhill from there. The guy they sent out seemed resentful that they even sent him to my house. He complained that he was too old to be working full time and the new owner didn't understand this. That wasn't even the worst part. He overwhelmingly complained that my septic system wasn't setup right (like complaining would make things better). Was grossly over charged for his trouble shooting suggestions which now I realize was just a way to upsell. Upset with this place, upset with myself for not realizing these tactics until after the fact. 395$ later I'm no closer to getting my septic service resolved; but one thing's certain, they're not getting anymore of my money.

Negative five stars.  AC compressor went out on the house, which is fine - called and made an appointment for Wednesday, 5/15 and I CALLED THEM to confirm that we were on their books the night before - YES.  11am rolls around when our time slot was between 8-10...guess who isn't on the schedule for the repair calls?  We were on Goettl's schedule, but no one scheduled the repair - even AFTER I CONFIRMED THE NIGHT BEFORE.  So, my father, who is recovering from a STROKE mind you - still has NO A/C at his place until Goettl can come out the next day.  Compressor is fixed, however they do not regulate the air flow - the rooms are now either hot or freezing cold.  Call Goettl again - Send out a tech and the duct work they installed when they replaced his unit is collapsing and impeding air flow.  Second crew comes out to assess what building materials are needed to repair their screw up.  Now, today - we are again scheduled between 8-10 am.  Call to confirm THE DAY BEFORE with Goettl that they are set for repairs here between 8-10.  At 1030 they still aren't here, I call Goettl and guess what?  They have us scheduled for an evening call - even though I confirmed at 7pm the night before that we were scheduled for 8-10.  Supposedly the install crew was going to call us right when they were finished with their current call and head over.  It's now 12:20, no one has called, and when I call their main number, no one can reach the install crew.  Avoid this company like the plague.  They lie, can't keep their stories straight, and do crappy work.

Worst customer service ever tried to hire. Sent me the phone number tried calling a few times no one answered then he decided to send rude messages when I informed him I hired someone else already. Glad I went with someone else.
