We had a leak behind our stove. We called P and L Plumbing. They came out and gave us a worst case scenario. Once they cut a small hole in the wall they were able to give us a better estimate of what was wrong. We had an underground slab leak and they were able to fix it in just a few hours with very little damage to our walls. The price was also much less than the worst case quote they gave us.

The two guys, Kevin and Kyle, are very knowledgeable and explained everything well. They wore face masks the entire time they were in our home. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up well after themselves. I highly recommend P and L Plumbing if you need a plumber for any reason.

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

I called Rooter Man late in the afternoon on a Friday because my sewage drain was clogged and backing up into various house drains.  I was promptly scheduled for a Saturday morning appointment.  Roy showed up right on time, even though it was pouring rain.  Once the rain let up, he used his snake to clear the drain, and then his camera to verify that everything looked clear.  This was a very stressful situation for us since we couldn't shower or use much water.  We were so grateful that we found Roy and Rooter Man.  I would not hesitate to call him again if we ever have a clogged drain of any kind.  Very honest, patient, and straightforward.  Great service!!!!

These guys are great.  They came out when they said they would and fixed the problem with my septic pump under warranty. No complaints.

Man, is this a great Company!!! We called and Mario was here in an hour! They charge by the job not by the hour so no surprise $$$$$ Bills or upselling. Mario was so great and so professional we were very impressed and pleased with the kitchen drain snaking and clog busting. These are the people we will call in the future for all our plumbing needs.

The technician, Paris,  with Zest Plumbing, who came out yesterday, provided excellent service.  He was detailed, professional and exceptionally skilled.   We will continue to use this business for any of our plumbing needs.

I called and spoke with a friendly, professional woman who set up my same- day appointment between 10a and 12noon.  At 10:30, I received a call advising the crew was 10 minutes out.  They showed up shortly thereafter, and quickly assessed the situation:  a clogged kitchen drain.  They opened the clean- out and grease blobs flowed out. ( Gross. )  Then they snaked the line, sprayed down the area with my water hose, collected their fee ($49.50, as promised), and politely left.  I would have given them 5 stars, but I later found the grease blobs on my patio floor- and no one wants to see that...  Overall, I'm pleased with Option One and I would recommend them to you (at least for a minor rooter job).

Quick reply & fantastic service for a residential sprinkler head leak. Nick Hollander also flushed the system & replaced a valve because Scottsdale water will clog up everything.  He was informative, quick & cleaned up afterward.  Great to find a contractor that knows their trade. Thanks. JJ

I have been using Priority Pumping at my home in Surprise since I moved in. I never had a septic system before and Priority did the initial inspection prior to my home purchase. That very first year I had them install risers at the same appointment that I had them pump the septic tank. Money well spent and I'm glad I am able to make it easier for the guys when I call them every year. They are always friendly; both the office staff as well as the technicians are professional, friendly, and great people to work with!

I have been using Priority Pumping for about 5 years now and every year I have them pump my septic and they are just wonderful! I refer them to everyone who asks who to use for septic pumping as well as septic inspections. I don't see myself calling anyone else!!

Horrible company, service, owner, job, price, timing, sending report,  ... everything was super super unprofessional. I don't recommend them AT ALL.

Two stars since the rep on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was downhill from there. The guy they sent out seemed resentful that they even sent him to my house. He complained that he was too old to be working full time and the new owner didn't understand this. That wasn't even the worst part. He overwhelmingly complained that my septic system wasn't setup right (like complaining would make things better). Was grossly over charged for his trouble shooting suggestions which now I realize was just a way to upsell. Upset with this place, upset with myself for not realizing these tactics until after the fact. 395$ later I'm no closer to getting my septic service resolved; but one thing's certain, they're not getting anymore of my money.

I called Goettl and asked them to come look at my AC unit as it was completely down. While on the phone they signed me up for their maintenance contract in which they said I was under no obligation and could cancel at any time. They came out fast which was great and the service tech did his thing and soon left. A Goettl salesman showed up to discuss cost of their replacement units. He gave me payment plans for four different units which I found odd vs a total final installation price as I was paying in full with no financing through Goettl. I explained I wanted a final price Quote not a payment plan. It took a bit, but he finally gave me a number on a 3.5 ton unit, however not in writing. This bothered me, It made me feel like I was buying an air conditioning unit from a car salesman. I backed off from any deals we discussed and told the him I was getting a second quote in about 60 minutes in which their salesman then told me they have wiggle room. This was hardly my concern. Incidentally the second contractor came in $2000 cheaper then Geottl. Now the actual problem I have with Goettl is not their price. It's the fact that when I later called to cancel their maintenance contract, their representative told me I have to keep it for one year. They said it was a verbal contract which I informed him never happened. The representative told me they record their calls. I said fine, provide me with a copy of that conversation and I will gladly pay. The representative refused to do so, stating they don't share those. During this conversation he made several attempts to talk me into having their techs come out to service my unit. I refused his persistent offering several times to the point of getting angry telling him I do not want them to touch this unit period EVER! I added I will even pay their year contract and they do not have to do a thing. (This will serve me as a lesson and a reminder never to do business with them in the future again over a 14.95 mo bill). If their billing goes beyond that year, I have a real recording of our conversation and Goettl can listen to it in a court of law. Your word is what defines you in life.

So I sent a text to this plumber asking why his rates are so high. This is What I got back.
