Our first experience with AAA. I purchased it for my wife, so when I'm out of town she would be taken care of, so I thought. My wife called at 3:30 Pm for a tow truck, nobody came. At 5pm another call waited on hold for 20 minutes, not joking, so they could tell us when truck would arrive. We were placed on a priority list. Sounds good? 6:30 the truck shows up. Not pleased with how they left my wife stranded in the heat for 3 hours, in a bad part of town. Everything closed. Very upset. Wouldn't waste your money.

We had this company do our commercial backflow tests on our two backflows. One failed and they did not provide a bid to repair it nor tag the backflows as inspected. When we contacted them to find out when they were there they gave us a date. In checking our video surveillance their truck was never on our property. He is very rude to talk to and said one backflow failed. As there was another address on the report and no sign of them on video so I had another company inspect the backflows. Both passed with no problem. Maybe they did inspect them, I don't know but I've never talked to such a rude business owner in my life. Told me my annual inspection fee is no loss to his business!

Had this outfit round because of a blockage in the washer line and the adjacent bathroom sink. The 'plumber' came round, cut the washer line at floor level past the u-bend, inserted a camera line to locate the blockage but found nothing and said the bends were too tight with too many 90's to get the camera down far enough. Said the sink and washer line would have to be re-run and it would cost $4600 to dig up the floor to do it. This figure magically increased overnight when they called back. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service which achieved nothing ($165) and called another plumber that had been personally recommended. He came round and found the blockage in the u- bend section the previous Just Plumbing 'plumber' had cut off(!), snaked the sink thoroughly and everything now works fine. No digging up concrete floors or fancy cameras, just knowledgeable service carried out by a competent tradesman at a fair price. I called this lot back to complain and they explained they don't give refunds in spite of their mistakes and misdiagnosis.
