My kitchen sink became clogged the day before Thanksgiving which is pretty awful timing.  I called this company based on the positive YELP reviews and they were great.  The office said that it was a busy day, but promised to have someone out by early afternoon.  Ignacio arrived about 2 pm, and managed to solve the problem quickly and neatly for only $98, thereby saving Thanksgiving!  Great company & great people!

David came to my house yesterday & it was the first visit for him to service my RO system... He not only did that & did an excellent job but he installed a new filter for me which I didn't have but needed, so now my water is the proper ph for my health.. He also added air to my tank & moved the system higher on the cabinet wall as it had been installed to low.. He also tighten up connections and replaced some washers & did all of this at no additional charge, plus gave me a discount on my filter insulation...

recently we re-remodel a condo in scottsdale. we installed three new sinks in our bathrooms. Two of the three sinks were installed incorrectly by the first plumber we hired. Walter came in and saves the day in less than two hours. we were really nervous because we got conned by the prior company. The first company did not connect a hose properly and it caused $2000 worth of damage to our bathroom vanity and floor.  emergency plumbers came through with a great price and expertise to fix our problems.  I felt bad that they had to fix someone else's mistake as the rear end of fixing things you make less money and have a more difficult job to do. we could not be more thankful for emergency plumbers LLC. I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

Wow, so these guys started out amazing and then it all went down the drain.  I had them re-pipe my entire home for the cost of about $28,000.  
Then paid them another almost $5,000 to come in and reinstall the tub, shower components in both bathrooms and I now have only one finished bathroom.  
The other one it has been two weeks of calling and BRGGING to get them to come out and install the remaining bathrooms shower components.  I keep being told tonight or tomorrow and no one shows and the calls have stopped.  
They did show up on a Saturday with no prior notice and I was not home and my phone was off as I was at a kids game.  I was told at that time that they would be by that night.  Again, no call no show.  
I told the owner that you really are leaving me no choice but to call the ROC and file a complaint.  That did not even light a fire to get them here.  Apparently, they are a take the money and run kind of operation.  It is really disappointing since they had done such a great job initially but at this point they have completely failed on the finishing of the job and follow up.
I keep being told we are busy and on another job well what about the clients whom paid you al ready and you have not completed their job?  
I guess once they have your money you are not important.
As a small business owner I fell horrible about being forced to write bad reviews and file complaints with the ROC but they really have left me no choice.  
I would not pay them for the final job until it is 100% done.  As you might NEVER see them again.  
It will be interesting to see what happens since I am complaining now before the job is even finished but again I am at their mercy and they do not care about their existing customers they are already onto the next job!

They don't see anything wrong with using their extremely loud pump at 4 in the morning next to residents
