Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. My main water line was leaking, I called them in the morning and they came out the same day to give me an estimate which was the lowest of 4 estimates I got. They were able to schedule and complete the work the next day. They were very courteous and professional, and I was impressed they tested all the  house water fixtures to make sure water pressure was OK. The work required them to go under the house, in which they discovered 2 leaks. I was so pleased with the work Enrique and his son did replacing the main water line, I hired them to fix the 2 leaks. I would definitely recommend using Rescue Plumbing, first class family operation!

The laundry room washing machine drain became clogged. Cordie was very quick to respond with reasonable quote. He was on-time for the appointment and cleared the problem in the drain pipe. He conducts himself in a professional manner. I highly recommend him and his company.

Rick is a true professional that delivers helpful, excellent service with a smile. He truly goes above and beyond. We are so happy with his services. Besides having his team regularly service our commercial kitchen hoods, Rick personally trained our staff on the proper use of our kitchen equipment and makes sure that he not only does his job, but also makes sure we can do ours if we ever had an emergency. I was in desperate need of a reliable septic company who could come out and give me an honest opinion of what was going on with our septic issues, and not just try to pump our tank and collect a quick check. JT came out on a Friday afternoon, evaluated the issues, and got right to work. This was no small task, our entire yard was dug up, leach line was replaced, amongst other major repairs. Tameron's wasn't willing to give up without providing us with a functional seepage pit and drainage. I am so thankful I finally found a reliable company who was willing to work through whatever issues we were having. I highly recommend JT, and Tameron's plumbing and Septic. We had a bit of an emergency with another hot water heater. Lived in AZ for 11 years and just went through our 3rd AO Smith hot water heater. Decided it was time to switch over to tankless. I reviewed plumbers and looked at their capabilities.  I contacted 4 companies who met my criteria for quotes. Walker Plumbing is Rosie on the House certified, that means a lot to me. I have used several vendors who meet that certification and have never been disappointed.  I called and spoke with Gabby who contacted Jody Grafft (the plumbing technician). Jody called me and diagnosed the issue, answered questions for me, and let Gabby know what to quote for my home.
I reviewed the quotes and decided to go with Walker and Jodi.  After calling Gabby, and setting the appointment, two days later, my system (which was in stock) was installed.
Jodi could not have been more professional. He answered my questions, and I had many.  He worked quickly, neatly, and with expertise that made me feel comfortable with my decision to go tankless. His piping work was art-like.
He walked me through the operation and use of the system and suggested that I set up the yearly service in my calendar.
Walker Plumbing and Jodi Grafft specifically are highly recommended by me from now on.

A Big Thank you to Mike Paar of Paar Plumbing.  My main water line had a leak and water was running over the sidewalk and into the street.

Another plumbing company came and gave me some conflicting information that just didn't ring true. Something told me to get another opinion.

Mike answered immediately and said he had two stops and then would be right over.  He temporarily laid a new line so I would have water overnight. he also installed new hardware and shutoff valves.

Mike and his worker came back the next day and buried the line.  He is fast, thorough, and restocks everything he needs every morning. also, his price was fair which I truly appreciate.  Oh yeah, Mike is a really nice guy, too.

Jeff Northrop was a pleasure to work with.  Prompt friendly service.  He will be back Friday to install are new reverse osmosis system

Needed service on a Sunday, called Scott he set it up for same day service. Super fast service very professional and taken care of same day??? Yes to all of the above. Will use again when the need arises for sure.

Our A/C went out last night at about 11:00 pm.  We didn't know who to call because, unfortunately, there aren't that many Yelp reviews for A/C places.  (Get on it, Yelpers!)

We called this place because they are 24-hours.  They told us it would be 2-3 am before they could arrive.  My gut said to run then, but it was hot so we scheduled an appointment.

His estimate ranged between $400 and $1500, plus tax and the visit fee of $69.  We were told that $69 was the only extra charge, no premium hourly work rate or anything.

He finally decided it was a $400 part and that our total would be $500+ with tax and the visit fee.

He installed it, it didn't run.  Told my husband that if it didn't kick on in a couple hours he would be back and take the part and be on his way.  He also said, again, that there was no price difference between 2 am and 8 or 9 am, so we let him do it.

He installed a $40 part.  40 bucks.  40 smackers.  I Googled to the end of the earth, with the exact part number, this morning.  From NY to Chicago to Arizona quotes online were $200-$250 OUT THE DOOR, installation, tax, etc.

I called the business (very small!!!!) this morning to see what they would be willing to do.  I started nice and escalated from there.  He was 100%, flat-out unwilling to listen, to care, to help.  He kept citing their RIDICULOUS 90-day warranty (WOW!!!!) on the part, and stating that he was a certified technician that came out.

The question I have is this:

Do I care who your employees are?

The answer is:  NO.  You hired them.  I assume whomever you send can do the job, from a trained CHIMP to an HVAC tech.  WHATEVER.  

This place will rob you blind and take no ownership.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
