Called Steve, owner if Diamond Roofing, for an estimate on a new roof for my mothers
Sun City home. He spent a great deal of time going over everything that needed to be done and what my options where. I already knew the quaility if the work,as he had roofed about six homes on her street. A crew showed up on a Monday and by late Tuesday there was a beautiful new roof,complete with all needed repairs and extra whirybird vents and a new skylight. Let me say that I am a picky person about home repairs and I think that they did a fantastic job.

Over the years I have had many contractors do work for me and my business, some were very good others should never had been in the trade. Recently I was in the need of a new roof on my home so I asked for recommendations and Freddy's Roofing was one of them.  He came out gave me an estimate of the work along with some suggestions, not pushing just letting me know what options I had.  When I decided the work had to be done I called Freddy's Roofing  the process was started, a time table was given to me and the final cost was also put in writing.   Freddy and his crew are OUTSTANDING they did the work on time and the quality is unmatched.  There are many people that practice a trade but few are of the quality and craftsmanship of Freddy and his crew.  From arriving on time to the final clean up which was perfect and pleased my wife they went about their business in a professional and courteous manner.  I highly recommend Freddy's Roofing LLC and his crew of craftsmen.

I was referred by my real estate agent. Marvin is not the cheapest, but learned that cheap contractors end up becoming expensive.  Marvin's prices are fair.  I fired him and hired a cheaper contractor, which was a huge mistake.  The. Inspector was going to almost shut me down because my guy didn't know what they were doing.  I called Marvin and he fixed my electrical and drywall problems really quick.    True statement.. you know when you missed up ,  when the city inspector shakes your contractor's hand and said thank you for coming back on the job.  My project   took triple the time and double the price.  Never again will I go with a cheap contractor. Located off of Yelp! Called for clay tile inspection and repair after a moderate leak was found from the recent storms.  Very nice guy, answered the phone, professional and honest. Said his schedule is heavily booked out at this time and if I wanted the job done expeditiously he wouldn't be able to help. Even though I didn't get to experience his work, I experienced his superior customer service and I appreciate his care and honesty as a homeowner.

My foam roof on the bank owned home I bought was a disaster...I was told by my inspection guy that it was the worst deterioration he had ever seen. I decided that this is where we would sink our tax return.  I called several companies in the valley and received 4 or so quotes...including one from Rick.  I was impressed with Rick's knowledge and honest assessment of what was needed on our home. He didn't upsell and he offered a solid guarantee of his work.  On top of this, he was the most affordable of the reputable and long standing services out there. The fact that he had is own foam truck is huge and certainly saves you money.  I was pleased with the final product and would certainly use Valley Foam again.

Roofing Consultants Of Arizona fixed in minutes a roof leak that five other companies (and thousands of dollars) could not properly repair.   They have honored their long-term warranty with easily scheduled inspections. There has been absolutely no effort to sell additional services during the inspections.  My experience with Dale Nelson and his staff has been truly outstanding.

Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

Very professional.  So glad that I used them based on my neighbors recommendation.  Our roof looks great.  The price was fair, communication was excellent, and Ray went above and beyond to help us out with a previous roofing issue.

I had two other companies come by to give me a quote.  One came over and then never sent a quote back.  The other tried to convince me that half my roof needed to be replaced!

From the owner, Michael Scheffe to Allan and his crew every interaction with this company was wonderful.  Allan is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, he explained everything that was going to be done in detail and easy to understand.  
They left our property as it was when they arrived.  They were very efficient and we were very happy that the job was done in one day.  I am fully confident that my roof will now last another 25 years as promised!

I am a baby boomer and have owned a few businesses in my time.  I know from experience that the way a company operates behind the scenes can have a huge impact on the experience a customer has with that company.  When Exterior Plus came to fix my roof, I had an opportunity to chat with them a bit.  They told me that Exterior Plus is family owned and operated and any outside employees they hire are adopted as family.  And they all have a lot of fun with each other.  That company atmosphere was abundantly apparent when they worked at my house.  They were genuinely concerned about my roofing issues (storm damage) and worked quickly to resolve them before the next storm hit.  It is an understatement to say It was a pleasure working with them!.

Roof Replacement
Truebuilt just completed a complete teardown and replacement of my entire roof.    They did an EXCELLENT job in all areas.  

My situation started when 3 other roofers told me my roof was damaged due to wind-and required immediate replacement.  My insurance adjuster said roof was in excellent condition. (hmm)

Weston came to inspect my roof.  He provided the most honest assessment of my roof's condition.  He felt the roof could go another year or so before needing replaced.  Other roofers clearly felt such feedback would lose them a job.  

I am considering solar panels, so chose to replace the roof now.  Weston's estimate was lowest of three I received, but I had already decided to go with Truebuilt (Weston) as long as his estimate was reasonable (clearly it was).      

The work was completed in the time Weston initially projected.  The workmanship was superb.  The cleanup was excellent.  The roof looks fantastic.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRUEBUILT and WESTON for any roofing needs you have.   I have found my 'roofer for life'.

Anthony called within 15 minutes of our request for help when a wind gust blew tiles off our roof. He came, called our insurance company with us, submitted a quote, removed tiles for new underlayment and replaced tiles. Very professional, kept in contact and was a pleasure to work with! I just had my roof replaced by Robert and his crew and the whole experience was first class. These guys really know their business .  My new roof looks beautiful and my wife and I could not be happier. They even painted all the trim around the house. Mission Restoration completed my roof and I am extremely happy with their work.  Dillon is the best.  He answered all my questions, always got back to me right away when I would call or txt him.  He worked with my insurance company (which didn't not make it easy for him) to have it paid for due to hail damage.  I work from home and I am on the phone all day, so he also made sure to schedule the roof work to be done while I was out of town. This way I didn't have to miss a day of work due to the noise.  I would recommend him to anyone who needs their roof replaced. Thanks for all your hard work.
