Best Roofing Contractors in Arizona

I needed to have my roof repaired. I received a number of bids from some companies and decided to get one from Diamond Roofing/Steve Mullins. Steve reviewed my problem areas (3) explaining what wood structure needed to be replaced due to dry rot and other damage. He also explained how the other areas of the roof such as the valleys would be brought up to code using the newer channels. I mentioned that the roofer who put in the original roof skimped on tiles and these were brought up to snuff. Steve had a crew of three work on the roof for 8.5 days. The crew was respectful, and went about their work in a methodical manner, as the job progressed. I was impressed with how they went about their work. Diamond also replaced the rolled asphalt roofing on my rear deck and the attached sofia and facia. They replaced all the bird stop and added drip stop on the roof edges where none had been before. Pricing of the job was competitive with other companies, with the exception the other guys charge extra for any wood which has to be replaced. Steve included the wood in his bid. I only provided the paint. When it came time to pay the pauper, the bill was exactly as specified.

I'd have no hesitation in using Diamond Roofing again or recommend friends to them.

Over the years I have had many contractors do work for me and my business, some were very good others should never had been in the trade. Recently I was in the need of a new roof on my home so I asked for recommendations and Freddy's Roofing was one of them.  He came out gave me an estimate of the work along with some suggestions, not pushing just letting me know what options I had.  When I decided the work had to be done I called Freddy's Roofing  the process was started, a time table was given to me and the final cost was also put in writing.   Freddy and his crew are OUTSTANDING they did the work on time and the quality is unmatched.  There are many people that practice a trade but few are of the quality and craftsmanship of Freddy and his crew.  From arriving on time to the final clean up which was perfect and pleased my wife they went about their business in a professional and courteous manner.  I highly recommend Freddy's Roofing LLC and his crew of craftsmen.

Full service is right, there is probably nothing they can't do. We contracted Aceves Construction for new and old electrical work. They know their stuff. Highly recommended!

Located off of Yelp! Called for clay tile inspection and repair after a moderate leak was found from the recent storms.  Very nice guy, answered the phone, professional and honest. Said his schedule is heavily booked out at this time and if I wanted the job done expeditiously he wouldn't be able to help. Even though I didn't get to experience his work, I experienced his superior customer service and I appreciate his care and honesty as a homeowner.

Very upsetting. I electively choice to get foam roofing due to recommendations from experts. I chose Superior Foam Roofing due to the high reviews.

I was able to contact Rick and he was receptive in the beginning. He came by and did his evaluation, gave me a fair price, and told me I had a five year warranty on my new foam roof.

I've been having issues with leaks. I contacted him to come by to evaluate it. His other coworker came by in March or so, looked around and left. I was never told what was wrong or right. I try to contact him constantly to which he never replies. I still don't have my receipt from the purchase. I've requested it many times. His response is usually I emailed it. I check all folders in my email, including junk mail - nothing.

He was quick to come evaluate and take my money, but his follow ups are poor. I would not recommend this place.

They've done more than one project for me.  They are always professional and the price is competitive.

Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

If you need a new roof, save yourself the hassle and time of scheduling estimates (like I did) and just call Ray out. I had several companies come out when we needed a new roof at our home in Tempe. Ray was the only one who came out and gave a direct, honest price without taking a ton of time or any hidden or extra fees that may come up, etc. I'm super happy with his company- super reliable, efficient, and responsive. He even gave me great referrals for paint and air conditioning. I'd give him 5 stars just for being honest and up front with his pricing. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for someone trustworthy who has a crew that does quality work and won't overcharge you, Roger is great.

I had two other companies come by to give me a quote.  One came over and then never sent a quote back.  The other tried to convince me that half my roof needed to be replaced!  

As a single, full-time working mom that goes to school part-time, the whole idea of a roof repair was stressful and terrifying before Roger came over.  I'm so glad my friend recommended him!

From start to a speedy finish my experince with Gecko Roofing has been an extremely pleasant one. True-Built was recommended to me, and what a GREAT recommendation it was!  I have a tile roof, 24 years old, which needed to be repaired and broken tiles replaced.  In addition, the patio roof needed to be fixed - all of this while coordinating with the painters and the solar company (to have panels removed before roof repairs could begin).  Weston met with me promptly after I called, thoroughly reviewed the situation, listened to my coordination requirements, and provided me with a very reasonable quote.  The work was split into two pieces - patio, then tile roof, to accommodate the painter and solar company schedules, and he coordinated and confirmed the timing with the solar company for me.  His team arrived on time, on the day promised, and worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning the area thoroughly when they finished.  The tile roof was completed ahead of schedule.  Weston then came out to inspect the work, ensure it was to my satisfaction, and advised me to call him for a re-check after the solar panels were re-installed so that he could fix anything they might break.  Fantastic communication!  Everything completed per their commitments!  I've already recommended True-Built to others, and couldn't be more pleased with their work!  I highly recommend True-Built. Armored Roofing is an honest company that does great work. I called them for a roof repair and they were quick to provide me a quote and quick to get the work done. I highly recommend them!

They did a great job painting the interior of my house and my garage doors. Very easy to work with, cleaned up after themselves and were reasonable on price. They brought over 5 different paint samples and painted them on my wall so that I could pick the best color.

I have both a flat & tile roof. Sunvek has two separate divisions one for tile one for flat, the two never coordinate with each other. You become the general contractor. Appointments seldom on time, between the two groups it took months to complete a small roof. The tile group reuses broken/chipped tile (better watch them). I still have 3 leaks in my flat roof.
I see another review where Sunvek did their roof twice and received 5 stars. In my opinion I would rather use a roofer that did it right the first time.

Mission Restoration completed my roof and I am extremely happy with their work.  Dillon is the best.  He answered all my questions, always got back to me right away when I would call or txt him.  He worked with my insurance company (which didn't not make it easy for him) to have it paid for due to hail damage.  I work from home and I am on the phone all day, so he also made sure to schedule the roof work to be done while I was out of town. This way I didn't have to miss a day of work due to the noise.  I would recommend him to anyone who needs their roof replaced. Thanks for all your hard work.
