Best Roofing Contractors in Arizona

Steve had the nerve to tell me that a 20-year-old roof has the tendency to wear out and start leaking. Sure, the leak that came last time the rain fell might've been a clue, but the nerve of this guy! LOL! Actually, he explained more to me about Roofing than I ever really wanted to know, but it's obvious he's been doing it a long time and knows his stuff.

I sought out three quotations from three different roofers and Steve's quotation, while not the cheapest, was definitely the most comprehensive. Other roofers stipulated charges per board, or for X number of tiles needed, etc.... Steve's quotation was all inclusive and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. His crew is very nice and they impressed me by how well they cleaned up the yard when the job was done. I thought I would be finding roofing nails everywhere, but these guys did a great job and the house looks wonderful. I would highly recommend getting a quote from Steve and his team. And be ready, you'll know more about Roofing than you ever wanted to but you'll also know it was done right!

Over the years I have had many contractors do work for me and my business, some were very good others should never had been in the trade. Recently I was in the need of a new roof on my home so I asked for recommendations and Freddy's Roofing was one of them.  He came out gave me an estimate of the work along with some suggestions, not pushing just letting me know what options I had.  When I decided the work had to be done I called Freddy's Roofing  the process was started, a time table was given to me and the final cost was also put in writing.   Freddy and his crew are OUTSTANDING they did the work on time and the quality is unmatched.  There are many people that practice a trade but few are of the quality and craftsmanship of Freddy and his crew.  From arriving on time to the final clean up which was perfect and pleased my wife they went about their business in a professional and courteous manner.  I highly recommend Freddy's Roofing LLC and his crew of craftsmen.

Aceves construction was referred to me by a friend and deciding to go with Aceves construction was one of the best decisions I could possibly make for my project.  The project was done in a timely manner (even though we had the current rain storms slowing us down)  and our room addition came out better than we could have expected.  Marvin even worked with me to complete other side project and a reasonable price. He explained every step of the  of the way and always kept me updated on anything that came up.  On a job that others passed up for over a year, the Aceves crew delivered.

Located off of Yelp! Called for clay tile inspection and repair after a moderate leak was found from the recent storms.  Very nice guy, answered the phone, professional and honest. Said his schedule is heavily booked out at this time and if I wanted the job done expeditiously he wouldn't be able to help. Even though I didn't get to experience his work, I experienced his superior customer service and I appreciate his care and honesty as a homeowner.

While I've been forced to use a master bath with hideous seashell wallpaper for 3 years that can't be removed without popping that can of worms, my husband has been obsessed with getting our roof re coated.  Undoubtedly because we're taking a huge risk of water damage with the torrential rains we get on a regular basis.

I finally gave in and agreed to get it over with.  And by get it over with, I mean listen to my husband talk about it for another 6 months before he got around to doing something.  We obtained 3 estimates, and I was shocked that the highest was nearly twice the lowest.  Now everybody knows to never pick the lowest, but in this case, it was also the company that came with a recommendation from our neighbor who is anything but cheap.

First off, Rick came by to do the estimate as scheduled.  Middle guy called to tell us he didn't show up when he was supposed to.  I'm pretty sure I already knew that.  Rick gave us a written estimate and advised our foam was in good enough shape, he would offer a 3-year warranty rather than his standard 2-year.  I don't get the whole foam roof concept.  How can foam possibly work to protect my house.  When you put styrofoam in a microwave, it melts, and Phoenix gets hotter than a microwave.

Two men came to do the work, and they were done in a few hours.  Rick did stop by near the end of the job to write up the invoice and inspect the job, or I assume he did.  He reminded us to call him once or twice a year for an inspection, and any needed repairs (bird holes?) would be done free of charge.  One of the workers came to the door to collect payment.  Though his English was not great, we didn't have a problem beyond he didn't know if they accept credit cards.  I assumed if he didn't know, he also wouldn't know how to write it up, so I did have to pay by check.

I'm a fan of the price for now, but won't know the full results for 3 years I guess.  Maybe by then I'll have a nicer bath.  In the meantime, you'll find me on the roof admiring the workmanship there.

Terrible. I paid this company to replace my flat, patio roof.  It continues to slough off sand and has now developed low spots where water collects.  Fred, who claims to be an expert, came out to look. First, he specifically ignored that I said NOT to get on the roof until I get there.  He was on the roof when I arrived.  Then, Fred advises that flat roofs are supposed to develop low spots.....well, not if they are correctly installed.  
Don't use these people. The 5 year warranty is worthless because matter what happens, they say it's fine. No repairs needed.

This problem is in addition to the fact that they replaced tan cement tiles with bright red...claiming that nobody manufactures tan tiles any more.  ridiculous.

Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

If you're looking for someone trustworthy who has a crew that does quality work and won't overcharge you, Roger is great.

I had two other companies come by to give me a quote.  One came over and then never sent a quote back.  The other tried to convince me that half my roof needed to be replaced!  

As a single, full-time working mom that goes to school part-time, the whole idea of a roof repair was stressful and terrifying before Roger came over.  I'm so glad my friend recommended him!

All I can say is WOW!  Thank you so much for a job well done.  Our roof was completed as of June 26, 2016 - just in time to weather out this year's monsoon season.  Michael did warn us that his crew does come out very early to start work - he wasn't kidding!  The crew came to my house at 5am sharp and started work shortly afterwards.  I don't blame them for that at all as it's summertime in Phoenix.  They finished around noon and cleaned up well.. like they were never even there.

Michael was so patient with my husband and I with explaining everything.  He is a dream to work with and has been incredibly accommodating to us.  Seriously give him a call if you need roof work done; you won't be disappointed!

I got an estimate on Saturday and my new roof was installed the next Tuesday! Wowza!  Super fast process identifying our roof issues and competitive pricing.  We are looking forward to a leak free monsoon season this year.

I love how this company COMMUNICATES! They let you know the cost, what time to expect them, and they keep you updated with progress and completion pictures. Amazing customer service and quality of workmanship. Highly recommend!

Robert is great but I did not get his crew.  Instead his subbed to a rookie who had an unskilled crew.  Began ripping things apart before I got to the site and tore off good decks and filled my dumpster with the debris.  Left and did not come back to build until I called to cancel the contract since he held up for the project for a month.  

Did not seal windows with insulation and did not seal where exterior wall rebuilt.  Everything leaked in first rain.

Great for small projects but not for a remodel.

Sunvek has done our roof twice. They have always been responsive and professional. The quality of word is excellent. We highly recommend them.

Unfortunately this company is not competitive with their quotes.  I received three quotes to replace my metal roof and the other two were $7000 to $8000 less. Don't be fooled by the materials have gone up in price speech. What has gone up is the amount of profit.  

Platforms like yelp should be used not only for quality of work but also personal experience and warnings of predatory practices and pricing. Mission maybe established.  I really don't know.  I did find an open complaint on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors which caused additional concern.
