Best Roofing Contractors in Arizona

I can't say enough good things about Titan. I've used them twice. The first time was when a home inspector said my house needed a new roof during the sale of my home. A roofing company came out and quoted about $7k. (Without ever going on the roof) I wanted a second opinion and Titan spent over an hour on my roof; diagrams and pictures and all sorts of things. They would have gotten my business just based on time actually spent inspecting the roof, but ended up telling me my roof was in great shape! Save me thousands and the sale of the home! I used them again when I bought another home that claimed to have a new roof. With their detailed inspection, we found several things that had been done incorrectly. Instead of trying to get the business themselves, the gentleman recommended I contact the company and check on the warranty so they could fix it at no cost. Amazing. Thanks Titan!

Fair pricing, and quality work. Brian (the owner) fields all his clients calls which makes the entire process very easy, he is very responsive and easy to get a hold of. I wouldn't use anyone else and neither should you!!

Excellent Service from start to finish. We took bids from three roofing companies. When we contacted Jorge for an estimate, he was here right on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the project, and the price was right.
Jorge and his assistant were here on time, and worked at a steady clip until the job was done. Not only did hey do a great job with the roof, but they also cleaned EVERYTHING up behind themselves. Nothing was dumped into our personal cans.  They took all of the trash and debris away with them.
we highly recommend Jorge for his roofing skills and integrity as a business owner.  We will definitely call you for our next project.

I had Sky View install a PBR zincalum metal  roof on my house in Arcadia.  They did an excellent job, the workmanship was first class and they completed the project on time and left the space clean. I would highly recommend them.

all trash and debris were removed each and every day.

When it was time to replace our tile roof, we got estimates for both metal and tile. Bill Stark was the Vertex rep who came to our house. He had a very detailed presentation explaining the benefits of metal, and also had photos of their projects and samples of metal style and color, all of which helped us make an informed decision.

The team who come to install our roof was professional and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly. In addition to the roof, we had them install 2 skylights. There was an issue with one of the skylights and they came back within a couple days to fix the issue.

If you have good credit, they offer a no interest payment plan.Yes, the cost was more than tile, but with a 50 year warranty and the reduction in cooling costs we've already seen, we are very happy with our decision to go with metal. Some of our neighbors (we live in a neighborhood where almost everyone has tile) love our roof so much that they are now considering metal for their next roof.

So glad I called Paul at Sunland. Recently purchased an older ranch home with an original clay tile roof. Paul came out explained everything, was very knowledgeable and offered a clear plan and estimate for the work. Kept me up to date on the schedule and finished as planned. The crew was diligent and thorough, and cleaned up well after themselves. Roof looks great and should go another 40 years. Highly recommended.

Francisco did an amazing job at fixing a leak I had in my roof. He repaired it 3 years ago and it is still holding up amazing! He came to repair it right when I called even though we were in the middle of a storm. Really cares about his customers! Very professional and trustworthy!

Just had my shingle roof replaced and they did a fantastic job. Service was excellent, from the initial free estimate, they gave me an excellent price and finished my 2100 sq ft home in 3 days. They also made sure the site was nice and clean when they left and were very friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Wow...Phoenix Roofing and remodeling is the best! It was time for a new roof (25 years old) and we got quotes from three other companies. A co-worker recommended that we call Mike Vanvilet, and we're glad we did. Mike scheduled an appointment, and really took the time to explain the whole process, cost, timeline etc... The other quotes were in the same ballpark price wise, but non of the others companies took the time to explain the process, or even acted like they wanted our business. So we went with PRR. From the moment our supplies were delivered, to the end of the project, Mike and his team were professional, ON TIME EACH DAY, and kept our property clean of nails and old roofing materials. Everyday, my wife and I were (and our neighbors) so impressed with the work. Mike constantly took pictures of the work, so we always knew where the team was in the process. Someone else used the word dependable in their review. I couldn't agree more! These guys were on the ball everyday. The team completed our roof about a week and a half ago, and we can rest easy knowing the quality of work as we move into the summer and monsoon season. Follow up to my earlier review:
They called me and explained that they bill using Quickbooks and this program doesn't itemize invoices.  Whatever the estimate is becomes the final invoice.  While I think this is a lame explanation and allows for overcharging I appreciated the phone call.
Regarding the difference in dates from when it was due to when it was sent, I was told it was a holiday week and not to worry about that.  I am concerned about this type of thing due to credit being dinged for late payments!  Oh well, what's a person to do.  We are at the mercy of these companies in this day and age.

I'm so glad they were able to give me my new roof before monsoon season! I had my free estimate, decided it was time to get my roof done, spoke to them about pricing and 8 days later my new roof was installed exactly how they promised with no issues, 8 DAYS later I had a new roof! They are very efficient, responsive and friendly-no complaints here, thanks guys!

Stay as far away as you can from this company.  I had a complete roof failure not even 6 months after he resurfaced my flat roof the end of April 2019!
March 2019
-  saw a pinhole leak in a covered patio (winter/spring rains)
husband and Randy said there was a tiny amount of seam lift on a 7 year old resurface with recoating every 3 years.
- Decided to resurface again even though Randy said the roof was in good condition with no underlayment issues.
April 2019
- work completed and paid for. New Tytex layers and layer sealing.
Sept 2019
- Put house up for sale to move out of state. My good friend jumped on the chance to buy my fully remodeled home.
- Her inspection revealed roof issues-  seams lifting and not sealed properly; called Randy and he sent someone out. Buyer and I were told it was taken care of and buyers on site when he was there.
-  Sale closed first week of October.
-  Rain storms is late Oct revealed staining sheetrock - rain damage on a new ceiling and insulation!  (redone in 2013).
- Called Randy and he said my 5 year warranty did not pass to new owner and we had a long discussion.  He finally agreed to come out and fix the roof. The new owner never said if he appeared.  
- Thanksgiving weekend heavy rains.  Her roof failed in the bedroom.  Water dripping from ceiling.  Randy said his warranty did NOT cover the inside of the house only the roof.
At that point new owner had to hire people to remove dripping sheetrock, saturated, dripping insulation, and wet existing carpet (all only 6 years old).  She hired a roofing companycshe trusted and they came out to say Randy's work was not done well and many seams were lifting and needed to be redone. So she needed to resurface and repair again!

END STORY: My friend is out thousands on inside repairs and roof replacement. I am out the $4000  I paid for a resurfaced roof with a 5- year warranty.  I do not have a refund from Randy, so I cannot help her. We are still talking though.
Randy's work was terrible as stated by the inspection issues and the second roofing company.
I cannot report to the Registrar on Contractors since I no longer am the home owner.
So I am on YELP and the BBB site trying to save others from thousands of wasted dollars on a crappy job by a fly by night small business and a warranty that is not worth the paper it is written on.
