We had a small issue with our roof and had Titan come out and look at it. Johnny showed up on time and addressed our problem. He also took the time to educate us on the cause of the problem and what we needed to do to maintain a heathy roof. If you are looking for someone who is on time, knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does, this is the company to call. I know in the future we will be using Titan for all our roofing needs. Before I found VHB I had frustrating experience with two other companies.  No return phone calls and not showing up. I contacted VHB and Brian responded immediately.  He came to my house right on time and did an inspection.  He took time to go over it with me in detail. Later that afternoon I had a quote in my email. The quote was very reasonable and I decided to go ahead with the repairs. He sent me a contract that was signed online and we scheduled the repairs.  His crew showed up right on time.  They are very professional and hard working.  After the job was completed there were several options for making payment.  I opted for online payment.  Brian followed up afterward to make sure everything was good. I really appreciated working with someone who provides this level of customer service.

I'm in the midst of acquiring multiple estimates to remodel our master bathroom. So far, FHR Construction stood out the most. Oron, the owner, was very energetic and came up with a few interesting remodeling suggestions. He explained the construction process thoroughly and a project manager will be assigned to oversee the project. Their graphics designer, Jeremy, then put together suggested bathroom designs into multiple 3D images. That helps a lot in identifying changes needed and envisioning the overall bathroom layout, prior to start of construction.
Also, FHR construction has a huge selection of stone and tile which is more reasonably priced than other nearby showrooms. their attention to detail, quality of products and services exceeded my expectations.

I found Carl from C and R roofing from one of those websites that you put in a request for contractors and they contact you. He was one of several to come, meet with me and make a bid. I chose to work with him and his company because of what I could tell was his honesty, integrity, sense of humor and work ethic. And of course his price was totally reasonable.

I needed a completely new roof over my 1600 sq ft home. He helped me choose an appropriate color for my less traditional home color (see pic). His crew worked quickly, cleanly, efficiently and the roof is beautiful.

A few years later my neighbors needed a new roof. I recommend they used C&R. They did and they, too, had a positive experience. While their roof was being completed I got a knock on my door. It was Carl. He wanted to check on 'his' roof. Could he hop up there real quick and walk around to make sure it was still perfect?

When he came down he was disappointed in me. Ha. I had let a tree grow too close to the edge of the roof and it was starting to push at the shingles. He let me know to trim and stay on top of that tree or it would really ruin his hard work . That, folks, is ownership. Ownership and pride in your work. It says a everything about him.  I removed the tree.

A few years later I called them back out for a patch as I replaced an old air conditioner on the roof and there were old shingles and exposed wood. He came right out.  He fixed my issues and showed me some issues with the AC tie down.

Carl is the real deal. He is a man with integrity. He is honest, reliable, he believes in the craft he is doing and backs up his work.  He checked on it for Pete's sake and scolded me (jokingly, but really, he was right) for what could have been future repair work for him.

Excellent Service from start to finish. We took bids from three roofing companies. When we contacted Jorge for an estimate, he was here right on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the project, and the price was right.
Jorge and his assistant were here on time, and worked at a steady clip until the job was done. Not only did hey do a great job with the roof, but they also cleaned EVERYTHING up behind themselves. Nothing was dumped into our personal cans.  They took all of the trash and debris away with them.

I had Sky View install a PBR zincalum metal  roof on my house in Arcadia.  They did an excellent job, the workmanship was first class and they completed the project on time and left the space clean. I would highly recommend them.

The entire team at Canyon State Roofing deserves a 5-star rating. This includes Jim (owner), Robyn (administrator), Joe (sales), Mike (job foreman), and the entire roof removal and installation crew. Canyon State's level of customer service and attention to detail is truly top notch. Robyn in the office was friendly, personable, and quick to respond to any needs or questions. Joe was patient with my questions, provided thorough descriptions of the remediation my roof might need, provided samples to help me choose the right shingle, and worked with me to find the right solution for my budget and long-term home ownership goals. On the day of my roof installation, Canyon State's friendly crew covered my entire yard and plants with heavy duty tarps to prevent damage and, after the job was completed, the team carefully removed the tarps, swept the driveway, went over the yard with a magnet for loose nails, and disposed of all leftover debris, leaving my yard safe and tidy. Throughout the installation, I was kept apprised of the schedule and any issues. My new roof is beautiful and will protect my home for years to come. More importantly, I have every confidence that should there be an issue, Canyon State will make it right. I give them my highest recommendation - impeccable!!!

i paid this company $25,000 for a new steel roof.  The first time it rained it leaked water onto my patio.  I called them, they sent out someone who went up on the roof, did something and then left.  I assumed he had fixed it.  The next time it rained, it leaked again.  I called Vertex and they sent someone out.  He did nothing.  The manager stated to me that someone had been up there and had damaged it. Maybe the guy who put up my canopy.  I  told him the only ones who had been up there were his two workmen.  The installer who had put up the canopy did not go onto the roof, he used a ladder.  And I also told Vertex that I had taken pictures of this installer.   Now when I call this company they do not answer but disconnect the call. They do not want to hear from me when it rains.  It is still leaking and I guess I will have to get a lawyer.  I was over charged and their customer service is nil.  They are class A ripoffs.

Sunland Development Corporation Roofing Division (owner Paul) is very professional, reliable, honest and great to work with. SDC did an outstanding job on my roof. I highly recommend SDC to family and friends! Paul also holds a general contractors licences so he is able to do more than a regular roofers licence can do if there are other unknown problems that occurs.

This company is outstanding, Francisco the owner he is a very humble and straightforward guy. He checked my roof for additional damage and fixed everything. He definitely knows his work and backs it with warranty. His price was by far the best, I had multiple contractors come out who were way over priced or just didn't reply back on any quotes. If you need a roofer this the company to use.

Just had my shingle roof replaced and they did a fantastic job. Service was excellent, from the initial free estimate, they gave me an excellent price and finished my 2100 sq ft home in 3 days. They also made sure the site was nice and clean when they left and were very friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Wow...Phoenix Roofing and remodeling is the best! It was time for a new roof (25 years old) and we got quotes from three other companies. A co-worker recommended that we call Mike Vanvilet, and we're glad we did. Mike scheduled an appointment, and really took the time to explain the whole process, cost, timeline etc... The other quotes were in the same ballpark price wise, but non of the others companies took the time to explain the process, or even acted like they wanted our business. So we went with PRR. From the moment our supplies were delivered, to the end of the project, Mike and his team were professional, ON TIME EACH DAY, and kept our property clean of nails and old roofing materials. Everyday, my wife and I were (and our neighbors) so impressed with the work. Mike constantly took pictures of the work, so we always knew where the team was in the process. Someone else used the word dependable in their review. I couldn't agree more! These guys were on the ball everyday. The team completed our roof about a week and a half ago, and we can rest easy knowing the quality of work as we move into the summer and monsoon season. I'm so glad they were able to give me my new roof before monsoon season! I had my free estimate, decided it was time to get my roof done, spoke to them about pricing and 8 days later my new roof was installed exactly how they promised with no issues, 8 DAYS later I had a new roof! They are very efficient, responsive and friendly-no complaints here, thanks guys!

After spraying flat roof area. There were white spots on our car... Randy came bye and explained that it was probably dust from clean up.. gave us $ to get the car washed... cleaned up like new
