The master bathroom shower was like showering in a small phone booth, we called around and Turc came out, made some great suggestions and the results were incredible. The tile and fixtures along with the new lighting was just what we needed. Also, Bennet Glass did the glass enclosure and it was made to perfection. We will have them back to do the master ensuite addition.

Our experience wasn't perfect but the folks at Able & Ready came through for us in the end. We had a leaky shower about two years ago. One thing led to another and we eventually did a full bathroom model. Able & Ready had various resources working on the project, including subcontractors. The bathroom was beautiful. But the leak came back.
Able & Ready came out and tried to fix the problem but a year later same thing. This is where it gets interesting.
The owner came on-site, took full ownership of the situation and said they would tear out the shower and start over. And it's exactly what they did. The shower is even more beautiful than before and the guys were great to work with.
I was shocked and amazed that Able & Ready took care of a tear out and rebuild like this. No argument and no problem. It is so rare in this world to find someone who cares and who stands by their work. They've created life long customers in us. I have no hesitation to refer them or have them do other projects for us in the future. They amazed us with their dedication and sincerirty.
This Company is unbelievable. Second time we have had them do a project at our house. They are always on-time. If they say they will be there at 8am, they pull up at 8am. The people who talk to you on the phone and the people who come to your house and complete the job are all awesome. Their finished work is always better than you ever imagine. The quality is the best. I tell everyone I know that if you need a project completed inside your house, Able & Ready Construction is Absolutely the one to call.

I was not their customer, but I was in a big box home improvement store today and witnessed one of their employees screaming profanities at the poor woman behind the counter calling her an idiot and other things that I can't write here. He also stepped behind the counter area that was for employees only which would make me uncomfortable so I can only imagine how she felt. He was with another man and they were wearing the company shirts so I went to the website and saw a picture of the man so I knew he was an employee.
I don't know about you, but if his behavior is this way towards someone, I can only wonder if a customer were to make him mad, would he react this way, as well? I personally don't want to find out, so I will never use them. They should represent their company in a better manner!
I don't know about the negative reviews. Turc the general manager was friendly and all work was done as scheduled to a professional standard. Clarence the carpenter and project manager communicated and kept the schedule. The work was completed on time and was to a professional standard. We are happy with Able and Ready. Thank you.
We remodeled our Master bathroom with Able & Ready LLC. We are so please with the whole process from the estimate, start date and the total transformation. The workers kept us informed at every turn and they were on time, pleasant, and professional during the whole job. We would highly recommend the company!

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Installer was rude, unprofessional, always on the phone and blatantly lied to us. We had them replace all our flooring which we purchased from Lowe's. We were told it would take 4-5 days but it was 4 weeks. We did have some issues with the old flooring which our contractor repaired within a few days. After the 4th day, the installer had my husband sign a form in order for us to get a refund from Lowe's for overages. What we found out was the form was actually a form that the job was completed. He blatantly lied to us.
When the installer finally came back after our contractor made repairs, he adamantly refused to finish. Found one reason after another. We had Mr. Hartman and our contractor come to house to make it right for installer. Neither Mr. Hartman or our contractor mentioned an issue with toilet flanges and they looked at them. When installer came back to finish, he removed the 1 working commode we were using. We have 3 commodes.
He left us with NO working commodes because of bad flanges. We immediately got a plumber here and he stated that all flanges were fine and reset all our commodes.
I have never written a bad review about a company but I feel I needed to regarding this company.

Had a master bath and kitchen done. Not only did they do a great job but they even have a designer I got barn doors in my bathroom. Floors that look like wood for half the price or real wood and water proof. My kitchen has new white cabinets and quartz countertops.
I will use them again and refer everyone I meet.
Thanks Able and Ready team
The worst of the worst. Run away from this Company if it is not too late for you. Horrible work. Dishonest and misleading. The owner is a good salesman and that is where it stops. Most of the photos on their website are manufacturer photos and not of work they have done. Every step of the way through our project was a fight. Be warned.
Able and Ready did a full kitchen cabinet installation for me. I was present when they did their work. Having previously worked construction and serving as my own general contractor for my house remodel project, I asked for certain things to be done a certain way, such as how dishwasher hoses were to be routed; number of holes I needed and their placement; routing of electrical lines; et al. Turc, the crew lead, and I believe the company owner, worked well with me to accommodate what I needed to ensure I would have no issues with later appliance installation. I found the crew to be pleasant, professional, timely, and complete, to include an excellent clean-up after the work was done. I would happily work with them anytime again.
Maybe they do good work, maybe they don't. I'll never know. Before my appointment, they called and let me know that I would need my house tested for asbestos and lead before any work could be done and if it hadn't been tested, I would need to have it tested for $400. No problem, that's reasonable.
We've had the house inspected for these items, so I let her know I'd be digging out these reports. What she didn't tell me was that the initial appointment to come out and view the project (no work being done yet) would be cancelled until I supplied those reports. So I took off work and drove 2 hours only to discover that they had cancelled the appointment.
If you cancel an appointment, just let people know. Don't make them call you to find out where you are. Your customer's (or potential customer's) time is just as important as yours. Be clear about the expectations ahead of time so you don't waste everyone's time. And if there is a misunderstanding, attempt some courtesy, because the impression I'm left with is that you just don't need my business.
We had Able and Ready take out a sliding glass door and replace it with a wall and a 4 x 4 window along with some kitchen work. From the time the owner came out to the time the finished, we had nothing but professional, helpful and respectful workers. Fred the project manager made sure we were informed about arrival times, what would be happening and progress. Every night the workers would clean up and remove any mess.
We were extremely happy with the work. It's too bad that the company ( i will not mention their name because they don't even deserve that) that remodeled our master bath did not even compare to Able and Ready.
Had an estimator come out to bid on our bathroom remodel. We told him we were leaving town so he said to go into the showroom with a piece of tile when we got back and they would help us out. Went to the showroom and the estimator was on vacation and the front desk couldn't find any notes on our work. No one ever called back. Lousy customer service. One star is too generous

In March 2015 we used Able and Ready for 15 small to medium jobs that made up a light remodel in our home. ( We had them do Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, Flooring, and Drywall ) ... Some jobs were quoted lower than expected and some higher than expected. Overall they did about $17K of work. They sent good workers, came when scheduled, came back to fix things (drywall) when it wasn't done right. We are happy with the results. We will call them for more jobs in the future. They acted as Generals and subbed out a few of the jobs when their own guys were booked. When we had a personality conflict with a subbed plumber that came to replace a shower valve, head, and faucet they got on it and sent another (much more pleasant) plumber immediately. Glad we used ABLE and READY. They do good work.

We just completed a bathroom remodel including moving plumbing and walls to accomodate a larger shower and new tub. Able & Ready provided excellent and professional services throughout the three-week job. Every day the supervisor was in contact with us, either on site or by phone. All work was performed by skilled and friendly workmen and one woman. We were very impressed with the entire team at Able & Ready. From the estimating of the job, discussion of our goals for the remodel, through the final small details of completion, the team was professional, thoughtful and highly attentive. We are extremely satisfied with their work, and recommend them without reservation.

My experience was a bit frustrating. This is a smaller contractor who did a complete $45K kitchen remodel for me through Lowe's. I made one huge mistake and told them I was not in a hurry since I would be overseas for 6 months. After the custom cabinets arrived the job should've taken 4-6 weeks at most. Or 2 weeks if a full professional crew had been on it. it took them 5 months. Very poor supervision of their workers. When they said that the job was done after 3 months there was a long list of things that were overlooked and it took 2 more months to get things ironed out. That's why I went through Lowe's, I wanted a responsible main contractor. It was up to Lowe's to get on these guys and crack the whip. In the end I got everything I wanted but it was expensive and frustrating. Even then it wasn't complete. How can you overlook that one wall doesn't have power. How can you overlook that the dishwasher was not secured in place. How can you not notice that the garbage disposal was not hooked up. Or that the hot/cold was reversed. Sheesh... sloppy. And they charged plenty. My final verdict on Able & Ready: extremely poor oversight of their workers and therefore no quality control.
Just a fair warning to let people know this company right from the start blows you off. They did a bid for us, we thought it was reasonable and we went down to put a 50% deposit. After I paid the deposit today, Tina told me I would get a call today from Fred. Fred I guess is the scheduler. Well, about 2:00pm I called to see what was up and was told Fred was just going to lunch but he had our order. Then my husband called at 4:15pm and was told he had emergency job and wouldn't be calling today to schedule. My husband was told that they told me that when I called at 2:00pm. Which was a lie.
After I talked to my husband I called them back and cancelled the job.
In the contract it states 3 days to cancel, if after 3 days they can charge you a penalty
if you cancel. I don't think they could get away with that, As they string you along for who knows how long to get scheduled. Any business that requires a deposit and no guarantee when you will get a call has no business putting a 3 day cancel penalty clause in the contract. Outrageous !!!!
We SURELY will take our business else where!!
I have a cabinet delivered from an antique store alley Under the Eaves. Their delivery guys dropped this huge thing down the stairs..ripping the railing out of the wall and smashing the plaster on the wall all the way down too. The cabinet wound up with one door completely ripped off and the other hanging! I called Able & Ready and they came out right away, and made things like new! Awesome work on something I thought was beyond help. And I figured my job was so odd and small in scope that I would have not find anyone to even so it. They are A plus professionals!!!
