I'm doing a follow up since painting our house and redoing our landscape we still get comments on the front screen FII door. Still looks brand new and I comment on the threshold that was done perfectly and is totally work having FII do it sets FII above the rest.

My wife and I met with Adam S. at the design studio in Scottsdale, to look over the products and provide the details we were seeking for installation of our security door.  

Adam listened to what we wanted and gave his recommendations.  We walked through options and received an initial quote.  

Adam scheduled an on site measurement and final walk through to ensure all questions were answered.  

We signed the contract on 09/30 and the door and side light was installed on 10/12.  

Alex and his team did a great job with the installation and final walk through on how everything worked and yearly maintenance    

My wife and I are very pleased and recommend.

We really needed a new door and I'd seen advertisements for First Impression Ironworks. They did not disappoint! Chris showed up on time to give us an estimate and go through all the options. We approved our CAD drawing a few days later and 4 weeks later our door was installed. Jorge & Juan did an awesome job with the installation. They were courteous and respectful of the surrounding. The job was done quickly and they cleaned everything perfectly. We are delighted with the new door!!

We just completed installation on a beautiful new iron door.  It looks just like my inspiration picture (maybe better).  Team was responsive and I knew what to expect every step of the way.  I asked if it was a one day installation and they told me that they couldn't commit to that because sometimes they run into some issues when they Geri to the install.  Sure enough, our old casing had some problems.  They scheduled the follow up with a day and we're out to complete as scheduled.  Overall great service.  Special shout out to Melissa P.

Yikes! Run don't walk away from First Impressions,
met with one of their  sales people at our home as we wanted to purchase a pretty ornate door. Once we made out selections the games began, the price kept changing, first a soft quote l, then our door wasn't standard up charge, needed a bumped out frame up charge, change direction of the swing up charge.  

We'll I up and told them where they could go and ended up getting our door from Desert Hills, I'd strongly  recommend them l, not the cheapest but they are tradesmen who obviously take pride in their business and product

UPDATE...

Although, our door is finally installed and looks absolutely beautiful-This doesn't change what we had to go through to get here. It doesn't matter if you all were asked to speak to my husband (not sure where that came from).    When a customer calls, you should always take their calls no matter what, even if you know the customer is not happy. Jennifer or Melissa never had any trouble contacting me to schedule every single delivery! I will not remove my post because potential customers must see what they could encounter. It's not just about how beautiful the door is or how happy the customer is with the results. It's about your poor customer service and quality control during the process. You all know how terrible your mistakes were.

I purchased a gate from them a few years ago, so I was happy to go back to them for a second gate.  The design/sales person showed up in the window of time given, took pictures and measurements.  We discussed what I was looking for and that I wanted to match the other gate as closely as possible.  She then told me I would hear back from her in 2 or 3 days.

Well, after 2 weeks of hearing nothing I received an email with the soft quote.  She informed me they had a few people out with Covid and that was why it took so long.  Not really an apology for being forgotten about, just an excuse.

I then contacted customer support and that person refused to give me the contact information for someone to talk to about my experience.  It was like being on a Merry Go Round.  Round and round we went and no answer was forthcoming to my very simple question of, whom can I speak to about my poor experience with your company?

Very sad, but I will never do business with them and like all upset customer will tell EVERYONE that I know about my experience.

I simply called to make an appointment to get a bid on some basic glass door repair.  The staff was very rude and I now see exactly why this company has so many bad reviews.  Terrible experience from simply trying to make an appointment.  I would never use this company.  Run away!

I can't say enough about my experience with first impression. From the first call to the end result. Everything was handled with the utmost care.  Our installer Richard Kenyon was the best.  He was knowledgeable, on time. Wore a mask the entire time.

Caution....they will quote you for a very high quality product but what is installed is sub par and when you contact customer service to address any issue you will get a response of it's not our problem, hire a company to fix the problems.

We paid for This front entrance iron gate  a little over 2 years ago ( before pandemic) and upon ordering it we were told it's life time warrantied! after 2 years it's rusted, paint  chipped  and looks like an old rusted gate! We called and they said: we will send you fresh paint to touch it up and you are passed warranty! I guess they forgot we were and still going through a pandemic, stores were closed  last year and me as a health care worker was focusing on sick Covid patients  rather than a rusted gate!
A good quality powder coatEd wrought iron gate should last a lifetime! Wrought iron s an iron metal and prone to rust! Apparently what they made this gate out of it is not a pure wrought! and just be aware. This iron Steel coated gate should not rust under any circumstances, rain nor sun especially dry climate in AZ. Very disappointed with our purchase!

Upon first call & meeting, their sales team was very professional punctual and had tons of variety to offer, This is where the good review ends and the monstrosity of install, rip off & incompetence begins.
After paying nearly $2500 for a security inlay copper screen door, I have spent no less than 6/8 hours of my own personal time along with sending 22 emails, 5 phone calls trying to rectify 8  continued defects, installation errors and non-functioning parts of the door: this includes the door did not fit at first install, they had to trim it on site significantly this took over 4 hours after they assured me they measured & engineering screwed up, door handles hitting from the interior and exterior, copper inlay bowed and allowing bugs to come in and out, the welds being off and not seated correctly, no shims installed, as well the caulking looking like a two-year-old did it dripping down onto the door and my door frame itself.....comical!
Each time they send out a technician, they say you do not have to be on site but what they fail to identify is that all of their technicians are not highly skilled nor trained, they are actually independent contractors with no loyalty to first impressions and most times in my case screwed up the job even more adding additional items to the punch list!
Do yourself a favor and find a local company who cares about the customer  and not just the almighty dollar. I will be disputing this charge in total and they can come get their defective door.

And to respond to her comment below, this project with started in November is still not yet complete as of March 7 so none of the above is untrue or false.....

Very professional company. From first contact through installation they kept us informed. It was a couple of week wait for them to come out to give us a quote and then several more weeks for the items we ordered to be delivered and installed but they met every given deadline. The person who came out to give us a quote was knowledgeable and took accurate measurements. The installer was very professional and did a great job. One of the doors had a part that was not working right and he put in the request for service and the office immediately scheduled a time to come out and fix. The doors are beautiful and everyone has commented on what a nice addition to our home they are. These are so much better than the ones we have had installed on previous houses. You notice the quality every time you look and open the doors. I cannot recommend this company enough, these doors will last a couple of lifetimes.

We had our door installed about 6 months ago and when the weather stripping started to come loose First Impression did not hesitate to come over and make the repair. They really stand by their work. I really appreciate a company that values their clients and make repairs without any hassles. I recommend this company hands down.

I had a new security door and RV gate installed, and have been ecstatic with the results. After having the RV gate for a while, I noticed the composite planks had started to bow, so I called the company to report the issue. They responded promptly with an assessment of the issue, and a satisfactory resolution. Not only do I feel they have great products, but excellent customer service.

Have to say , I'm glad to be able to have not only an iron door  but
a 'Work of art in iron. The team showed up on time as scheduled, ready to go. Marcell and his associate were friendly, knowledgeable and confident in how the install would turn out, which it did in fact , as predicted. The process took about 4-5 hours. Taking careful attention to remove the existing doors and replacing with the new iron doors. I appreciated that extra effort.
When completed, Marcell went over the instructions on operating and maintaining the new doors. Thoroughly  demonstrating  all aspects of the door's functions and insured they were understood . We are happy with our new doors.

security door not  only looks great, but the service guys did an excellent job on the installation.  The only recommendation would be to use two pneumatic closers on a door this heavy.  It either slams,  or doesn't fully close.  Should be able to open and release about 12-14 inches and shut fully without slamming.

I cannot say this strongly enough: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I, like you are now, read the reviews and did not take heed- I read the customer service was poor but I can tell you it is.non- existent! I paid thousands foe my security doors and the problem? I.CAN-T OPEN OR CLOSE THEM!!! The slim line locks that they install break so easily, that within the 3 years I have had to replace them twice because I couldn't even open or close the doors, much less lock them. I now need to replace.them for a 3rd.time
Because they only warranty the WELDS on the door, (they take the 5th on the handle and locks)  I am S.O.L. YET AGAIN. They do.not replace.them- I was told I have to go to a special.place in Gilbert and replace at my cost and have a handyman or someone to replace.for me YET AGAIN.
They are doors. They have one job. This company will not stand by the product, the handle or locks, that allow them to function as that- as doors! The fact that they don't open or close, much less lock- they don't see as a problem with their doors. I Do see that as their problem.
I have nothing but regret and contempt for this company. No attempt on their part to make things right. They take no responsibility whatsoever.

Bought 4 custom iron gates in 2018 from this company. The installation was an absolute nightmare. That's not the purpose of my post. The gates were approximately $2500 for all 4. There is a two year warranty on finish.
At around 6 months after installation, the powder coat began bubbling and rusting on 3 out of 4 gates. If there powder coat process is anything like their installation, I can understand why!
In the interest of limiting the number of times they would send a kid out with a can of spray paint, I decided to wait and see what happened at closer to 2 years. Needless to say, I forgot. The warranty expired. The gates are an absolute rusted mess.
I no longer wanted to deal with these people, but my wife asked me to call them. I did. I sent pictures. They returned a price of approximately $1500/gate to re-powder coat them. Laughable right!!  In any case, I would caution people with regard to their products. They do not provide a high quality product. However, they are expert at advertising and marketing. Don't make the same mistake I did!!

I was referred to this company from a neighbor. When I got the initial contact and quote, I was a little agast at the price. But, when they were installed, I was totally understanding of the price. Perfect fit and open and closed perfectly. The installer was courteous and mindful of any mess he made. He also needed to trim some rock facia to to mount the door frame. They were very heavy duty screens that were so clean that you could see through them like they weren't there. After a month or so, I did have some weather stripping coming off. He returned on a Saturday to my house in Payson in his own vehicle to fix the problem. He even left me some extra stripping. I have recommended First Impressions to my friends and family.

This is a copy of what I sent to First Impression Ironworks....

In response to your query... yes, your Scottsdale Office came by and offered a ballpark estimate.
I took him over to my neighbor who had the same design we wanted and realized that up close, the door had massive rust at the base of the kick-plate and the finish was chipping quite severely.
I asked your sales rep why this would happen and he stated that the people who lived there did not maintain the door the way they should. Strange, the door is in an alcove protected from the weather.
Because your sale rep demonstrated total lack of empathy and concern, we decided to go with another company to replace the entire door and frame at a somewhat less cost than yours.
Truly though... I could never get an out the door price from your sales rep.
In hindsight though, because of the negative implications demonstrated in quality and customer service, I highly doubt anyone in our neighborhood would buy a door from First Impression until you make it right by our neighbor.
In the photos you will see a picture from First Impression Ironworks that suggest not using anyone else but them for your door needs and further express to Beware of Iron Doors and Gates That Come From China Instead of the U.S.A. The second picture is the actual door that I am referring to above.

We have used First Impressions at our previous home and had a great experience.  So, when we moved we had them fabricate a gate for us.  We have had quite a few issues and at first they were very good about coming out to repair the problems.  Last summer (July 2020) our gate started to show signs of rust.  They sent someone out to take a look and determined we needed to add a powder coat to it to prevent the rust. Of course this was at our cost of $2400. We decided to go ahead and spend the money as we were told the powder coat would last a very long time and I was anxious to have the rust removed. They also told me that the gate must not get wet and that when it rains I need to wipe it down immediately. I found this odd as we did not have to do this to the gate we had at our previous home. We made sure our sprinklers do not hit the gate.  We also made sure our landscaper knew the gate should not get wet, as well.  Fast forward to April 2021, our gate is again rusting and looks worse than ever.  Once again I called the office and they sent someone out to take a look.  The tech said it looks like the powder coat was applied incorrectly and it needed to be done again, but with a stronger product.  That same day the  office called and said they would send someone out to remove our gate and it would take 3-4 weeks to fix.  I was fine with that, just happy to have the rust gone.  Well, the same lady called today and said the manager has decided this is not a warranty issue and that he would still fix it but at my cost of $1100.  I was flabbergasted!  The amount of money we have spent with this company and I had also recommended it to many friends.  NEVER , EVER AGAIN.  I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY.  I have found that I am not the only one this has happened to recently. This is so unfortunate.  I am not one to bash a business, but their products are pricey and I hope my review will save someone the money we have lost and headache we have experienced.

I had a front security screen door replaced, what a mess, they should of placed a rubber gasket around the door I have a big gap around the whole door.. I thought I could just fill it and paint it, no way this can be done I just tried calling them but closed for the holiday  also where the other lock was they left me with a big hole what or how do I fill this to make it look nice .. service guy was more concerned about taking my old

I called and spoke to them, I was left with the mess, salesman that came to my house should of told me it wouldn't fit the same, also the gentleman that came to install should of said something but didn't he left with the job half done, my back screen that they installed is worse than the old one with the hole in it, at least it opened!  So bottom line stay away from this company!

Ordered iron gates with a color composite that matched our home. Gates themselves are beautiful, but the color is completely different. Reached out to the company, they told me that some color variation is expected, however the color we ordered is grey, and we received brown, which seems slightly more than a variation. If you want beautiful gates, these guys do a good job, just don't expect it to look like what you ordered.

I love my new backyard gate. It's truly gorgeous and while I replaced the old one, I asked my rep to create an arch on this one to coordinate with the archways to the front door and the front windows. First Impression did my front door and side panels at an earlier installation so this gate frame is that very same color. It's perfect and I especially love the stained wood.

Now, just be aware these are individually made so this one took a month, but well worth the wait. Installer was courteous and left no mess for me to pick up!!!

Over the last two years, I had a security door and a yard gate replaced by First Impression Ironworks.  I am 71 years old and had many purchasing and service experiences.  These folks are first-rate!  From sales to installation, and service.  I have had them out twice to make a couple of minor adjustments.  They are always professional and friendly on the phone and their field techs are considerate, very capable, and on time.  The service department is second to none, on the phone and in the field.  You cannot find a better-run operation.  They are tops!

They may know doors, but my experience with them installing two gates on the side of my home was horrible.  Apparently, on the TINY print on the back of their contract, when you sign, you are agreeing to accepting unfilled holes and stucco damage.  Pictures say it all.  Do not have them install a gate for you.  Communication on install was a mess as well.

Gary, the artist came out and showed me beautiful stock pictures which I wanted to tweak a little bit, which he said was fine! Installation went great and polite installer, swept and cleaned up. I had a problem with my smallest dog being able to get out through a hole space in the gate so we decided to put the same mesh that was on the new door onto the gate. Isidore reynoso came out for this installation and I can't say enough good things about him! Personable, polite, funny, cleaned up, conversational. Just delightful along with doing a great job!!! I would have him back in a heart beat along with everyone I have interacted with during this process. Awesome people and end product!!!

I bought a door five years ago and with all the current rain it leaks every where. I have to put down two large towels to keep the inside of house dry. Paint has discolored over the five years. I would not recommend this company.

Security Doors. Once again, I must give a shout out to another OUTSTANDING Arizona business.  We purchased a home in Prescott Valley earlier this year.  We have lived in the Valley of the Sun for 28 years.  During those years we've built several homes.  We've had security doors built for each of them.  So, when we purchased our home in PV, we knew we'd be having a Security Door installed.  The security doors on our first AZ home were built by another Phoenix based security door company.  Those doors were just 'OK'.  On our 2nd and 3rd valley homes we decided to go with First Impression Ironworks.  An amazing difference in quality.  Though at first they looked very similar in construction, there was a clear difference in the quality.  A few of the many feature of First Impression Security Doors are the 14-gauge AMERICAN MADE steel used, the top quality powder coating, the hidden vault pins (for added security), the double cylinder locks (for added security), optional Kwik Set or Schlage lock and many more options.  Each door is custom built right there in Gilbert , AZ by First Impression employees.  There is NO OUTSOURCING for any parts or components.  100% made in the USA!   We were thrilled to discover they have a sales representative in this area.  Aaron came to our home to discuss our ideas.  After submitting and getting our door approval through our HOA, we contracted to have our First Impressions, 'Elite Horizon' door built.  One of the many things we love about their doors is the ability to change out the screen to either another screen (multiple color options), or glass or a perforated steel screen (which we have in the valley).  For dog lovers, they can even build their steel doors with a built-in doggy door (we have 2 in the valley).  First Impression has ALWAYS been wonderful to work with.  TOP NOTCH customer service!  Our door was completed and installed in less than 3 weeks from contract signing AND BEST OF ALL, no special work had to be done to prep our door frame for their installation.  I encourage anyone thinking about having a security door, iron interior door, iron or wood gate, trellis, window guards, security screens or a host of other products built, consider visiting their website. Or, better yet, give them a call to discuss your needs.  I promise, you won't be disappointed.  Remember, they might be based in Gilbert, AZ (with multiple showrooms in the valley), but they also have an active business and large clientele in northern Arizona.  

Oh, for those who think I write reviews for businesses for pay, I don't!  I just believe businesses who offer superior products and services deserve to be recognized!

Purchased custom gate, scheduling was a bit difficult, communication was lacking.  Biggest problem is the gate didn't come with a stop nor was it recommended that I add that on.  The gate did put a hole in my stucco on a new house.  When I reached out it was just basically said you should get a stopper and it's an internal debate as to if we should offer those upon installation. Regardless I like the gate but not so much on the customer service.  Many options in the area for these products.

Over the last two years, I had a security door and a yard gate replaced by First Impression Ironworks.  I am 71 years old and had many purchasing and service experiences.  These folks are first-rate!  From sales to installation, and service.  I have had them out twice to make a couple of minor adjustments.  They are always professional and friendly on the phone and their field techs are considerate, very capable, and on time.  The service department is second to none, on the phone and in the field.  You cannot find a better-run operation.  They are tops!

They may know doors, but my experience with them installing two gates on the side of my home was horrible.  Apparently, on the TINY print on the back of their contract, when you sign, you are agreeing to accepting unfilled holes and stucco damage.  Pictures say it all.  Do not have them install a gate for you.  Communication on install was a mess as well.

Gary, the artist came out and showed me beautiful stock pictures which I wanted to tweak a little bit, which he said was fine! Installation went great and polite installer, swept and cleaned up. I had a problem with my smallest dog being able to get out through a hole space in the gate so we decided to put the same mesh that was on the new door onto the gate. Isidore reynoso came out for this installation and I can't say enough good things about him! Personable, polite, funny, cleaned up, conversational. Just delightful along with doing a great job!!! I would have him back in a heart beat along with everyone I have interacted with during this process. Awesome people and end product!!!

I bought a door five years ago and with all the current rain it leaks every where. I have to put down two large towels to keep the inside of house dry. Paint has discolored over the five years. I would not recommend this company.

Security Doors. Once again, I must give a shout out to another OUTSTANDING Arizona business.  We purchased a home in Prescott Valley earlier this year.  We have lived in the Valley of the Sun for 28 years.  During those years we've built several homes.  We've had security doors built for each of them.  So, when we purchased our home in PV, we knew we'd be having a Security Door installed.  The security doors on our first AZ home were built by another Phoenix based security door company.  Those doors were just 'OK'.  On our 2nd and 3rd valley homes we decided to go with First Impression Ironworks.  An amazing difference in quality.  Though at first they looked very similar in construction, there was a clear difference in the quality.  A few of the many feature of First Impression Security Doors are the 14-gauge AMERICAN MADE steel used, the top quality powder coating, the hidden vault pins (for added security), the double cylinder locks (for added security), optional Kwik Set or Schlage lock and many more options.  Each door is custom built right there in Gilbert , AZ by First Impression employees.  There is NO OUTSOURCING for any parts or components.  100% made in the USA!   We were thrilled to discover they have a sales representative in this area.  Aaron came to our home to discuss our ideas.  After submitting and getting our door approval through our HOA, we contracted to have our First Impressions, 'Elite Horizon' door built.  One of the many things we love about their doors is the ability to change out the screen to either another screen (multiple color options), or glass or a perforated steel screen (which we have in the valley).  For dog lovers, they can even build their steel doors with a built-in doggy door (we have 2 in the valley).  First Impression has ALWAYS been wonderful to work with.  TOP NOTCH customer service!  Our door was completed and installed in less than 3 weeks from contract signing AND BEST OF ALL, no special work had to be done to prep our door frame for their installation.  I encourage anyone thinking about having a security door, iron interior door, iron or wood gate, trellis, window guards, security screens or a host of other products built, consider visiting their website. First Impressions was the only one who balanced their knowledge and experience with our budget to offer suggestions rather than sell us stuff.  Other places tried to bash other builders and briw-beat us into upgrades we didn't need, and they were built in China anyways...The build and installation quality is top notch, and I love that they are right here in the state.  The price is not cheap, but you get what you pay for.  I would say that the value is super high considering the build quality and personnel quality.

We just want to give a shout out to several fantastic employees at First Impression...Richard, our first installer did a great job...unfortunately the gate we had chosen was not a snug fit in our arched patio entry and there were several privacy issues...so the first thing we did was finally find a good stucco person to fill in the archway...and then with the help of Jennifer in customer care and several very helpful phone calls, we were able to find out that privacy straps were available for the sides of the gate, as well as an expander to seal the bottom .AND this could be done on site, without having to remove our gate for 2 weeks to rebuild! Thank you Tommy for measuring, and Kyle today for an excellent install job!!! And Melissa for helping schedule all this!!!
  We felt like EVERYONE of these employees genuinely cared about getting this job done well....already, our neighbor is ordering a new gate, and hopefully our experience will make his process go easier.

If I could give zero stars I would. Poor craftsmanship and even worse poor customer service. We purchased a front door, entry gate and backyard gate and it has been a nightmare working with this company.

1. The backyard gate design pattern was installed uneven. The semicircular metal pieces didn't line up. I just called and the lady I have been working with Wendy Walsh quit 3 weeks ago. No one called me to inform me of this. I had been emailing her since June and it is now mid September.
I last emailed her a month ago and she was unaware that this was not taken care of.

2. The installers where jumping over our small retaining wall in the front of the house when they j installs the entry gate. Unfortunately, they cracked it. That took 2 months for them to fix, which just included putting glue in the crack. It's still noticeable. However, what makes me even more upset is that they lied about it. They said it was already there! It's one thing to break something, but please be professional and own up to it.

3. There is a space between the entry gate on one side. It wasn't measured properly. I don't have the energy to fight about this. They dug up and cut our water lines, which caused our front yard plants to die while I was waiting to have my Landscapers fix it.

The doors may look nice, but their costumer service is horrible! I spoke with Jennifer the manager this morning who first told me she took over the case but then never reached out when her staff member quit. How is this good customer service? Buyer beware!

Jennifer with customer service contacted me to via email. There's nothing they can do to improve this or make up for the months of lost time, multiple unreturned phone calls and emails. Waste of time. Future and potential clients should be aware.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Expensive gates that are installed by people that have no idea what they are doing.  We spent over $10,000 with this company and both installations have been nightmares. When you try to talk to customer service (Jennifer) they treat you like a child in a condescending voice. I wish we never used them. I had a gate installed Friday and it is Monday and it is half hanging off my house. I was told it was safe. Such a liability to my family. Jennifer needs to be fired as she is so rude and told me it was my fault. Please stay away!  
Update: no one has reached out from corporate. Another installer was sent and he made a bigger mess (photos attached) gate is still not installed. He asked us to make the wall secure by cutting a piece out and our general contractor said it would be a horrible idea and lead to rot over time.) they also said my wall wasn't supportive but all the holes show it is a masonary Wall!!!!

I am above and beyond impressed with this company! We have been a repeat costumer but I had no idea that the doors could get any better. The service was also amazing. Shawn Frazee was the sales rep that came out to meet us. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and diligent. The installation process was also very top notch. Matt Bennett came out to install three doors. He was professional, kind, and respectful. The doors were installed perfectly and they look incredible! I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for such a great experience!!!

We LOVE our First Impressions front door and everyone who visits loves it too.  They worked to compliment the arches on our front windows and door, and the door they created fits perfectly with the rest of the exterior.  We love the door so much, we don't hang wreaths on it for fear of covering up the beautiful door.  The service was outstanding.  We are happy to recommend First Impression Ironworks to anyone looking to enhance the exterior of their home.

From start to finish, this process of ordering security doors and having them installed by First Impression Ironworks was seamless.  The sales representative showed up on time, wore a mask, answered our questions thoroughly, made a few minor changes based on our request, etc.  I can't say enough good things about the sales representative.  When the doors were ready, I received a call telling me the date and time the doors would be installed.  I wasn't able to answer the phone when they called but the message they left gave me all the information I needed to book my flight to Arizona (I live in Denver).  The installer showed up on time, was professional and explained what he was doing as he worked.  I have nothing to say other than positive things about this company and now that the doors are installed, I am very happy with the finished product.  They look great on my house and I feel much more secure now when I am there alone.

Had an appt to have our security doors installed today, and even cut short part of our vacation to be here for the installer. Got a call and said the installer was ill due to a 2nd COVID shot, and MAY be able to come out tomorrow. When explaining we cut short our vacation to have the install done today and would have to reschedule tomorrow's activities to be home- zero sympathy given. Completely unconcerned about their customers schedule and only concerned about their own. Terrible customer service.

We LOVE our new Iron Entry Door from First Impression Ironworks!   An investment that was we should of made years ago!   Every part of the process was fantastic.   The design details, colors, delivering samples of the glass , shade and color helped ensure we were confident with our decisions.  

We had great email communication throughout the process, which allowed us to know what stage the door was before the installation.
Schedule and communication of our installation date was made well in advance and the day of install was perfect.  

Jorge and Miguel craftsmanship with the install was spot on perfect!

Sadly our experience with this business has been abysmal.  The sales rep was great and since then it has been downhill. Our door was installed with a whole section at the bottom missing. He said he would bring it by the end of the week.

We also noticed one of the bars was bent, there was a gap by the lock part and the sun screen was really loose.

About a week later, I called the company and spoke to Nadine Pappas.  She had no record of there being an issue and us waiting for the reminder of our door to be installed.  She asked me to send photos, which I did immediately. She said she would look into it and someone would contact us to schedule a time to come out and resolve these issues.

It has now been EIGHT days and no one has bothered to call.  I guess since the job was prepaid, they don't care anymore.  Very very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

Last year my wife & I bought 3 doors & a large gate from 1st Impressions....It costs us around $11,000-$12,000....A screen on 1 of the doors continuously comes out. In the past, they tried to fix the problem. This morning I called them again to tell them that the screen came out for maybe the 4th or 5th time in a year & a woman named Jennifer told me to use a butter knife to fix it.... Imagine that! Instead of standing behind their product & trying to find out why this is happening, a person tells me to use a kitchen utensil to fix it....Jennifer told me that they are too busy to stand behind their product....Needless to say I will never use this company again & will never recommend it to my friends or business associates!

So after posting my initial review, First Impression contacted me to arrange having a technician come out to fix the stucco patch.  The technician arrived as scheduled, fixed things up and now we're satisfied customers.

As noted in my original review, the door itself is fantastic.  Very well-made and a beautiful design. We were always happy with the door.

I do encourage First Impression to rethink their policy on stucco patching.  This was a large project that cost quite a bit of money.  It simply makes no sense to not ensure the final result is polished and perfect.  

But, all's well that ends well and I appreciate First Impression standing behind their product.

First Impressions was an alternative to the builder's preferred vendor for our new home, whom we chose for cost reasons. Huge mistake. After initially quoting us approximately $1800 for a custom iron gate for our courtyard, we followed up with them over several occasions during the year it took to build our new house. Every time we checked in with them, the price for our gate went up.  Steel costs, labor costs, different sales guy, who knows. We decided to continue pursuing it with them because they were still cheaper than the builder's vendor. Ultimately, we found a gate/door on Pinterest we liked and asked if they could replicate it. Nope. The curves were too complex, but they offered us something similar with straight lines, for a huge $5300. We swallowed big and signed off, asking for it to be built. During each conversation, we discussed that we wanted a Smart Lock, like those made by August, so we could control the gate access with Amazon Alexa or a phone app. No problem, although they couldn't do it, (why? who knows!) they said we could mount our lock after installation.

After the contract was signed and a $2650 (1/2) deposit was made, the problems began. We were given 3-4 different dates for the installation, each time they either failed to show up as promised, or responded to my phone calls that the gate needed additional work, with barely an acknowledgement that we had waited around all day for them to show up. On the day of the install, the installer was kind of an arrogant smartass to put it bluntly. He said the gate wasn't going to fit in the opening (the sales guy measured wrong, or the construction of the door was wrong). He cut the opening with a lot of damage to the surrounding stucco walls. No they're not responsible for the damage, it's in the contract, you'll have to hire a painter or stucco guy to repair that, I was told. After fuming at the install process with the delays and damage, I acknowledged that the door opened and closed properly and paid the balance of the $5300 contract. I then spent a day with stucco patch and paint trying to make the best of the installation damage.

A few days later I obtained and went to install the August smart lock, only to discover that they hadn't left space for it to be mounted on the back side. The strike plate was in the way, and the frame around the glass protruded into what should have been a standard sized mounting plate. I sent an email to the sales guy and asked it they could correct it. He came and took measurements, and several phone calls later I was told that any changes to the door (so I could mount the lock I'd asked from the beginning!) would result in additional service call and fabrication fees. What? This is a $5300 custom gate. After all their excuses about what they couldn't build, huge cost escalations, delays and damage on the install, I'm being asked to absorb the cost of their failure to listen to and build what I asked for. I couldn't be more disappointed with this company and the way they do business. I was not asking for anything I had not specified from the beginning, and with a custom build, should have been provided with. Phone calls with their customer care were worthless, as was sending them a copy of their own original bid showing extra charges for this type of lock. I was wrong to trust them. I was wrong to pay them before I knew the lock would fit, and they have earned nothing but another bad review for the way they handled this. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

The sales person who quoted us said the gates would be installed in 4 hours. Well, it took several weeks of us calling, and several broken appointments before they finally completed the job. They left a big mess in our yard that they said they would clean up; but they never did. We had to hire a landscaper to restore our yard, so that we could actually use the gates.Their customer service is really poor.

(update: I had a landscaper come out and clean everything up so that it looks really nice. I submitted the bill for this service to Jennifer and Mark at First Impressions, and their company paid for it. So I'm upgrading my review from One star to Two stars.)

Purchased our 12' ft. iron entry gate in 2005 and it needed an overhaul!!
We decided to give the job back to First Impressions for a factory
powdered paint job!!! We couldn't have been more please by
their employee, Pablo!!!  He did a beautiful job of removing & more
importantly, putting our gate back perfect!! This was no easing job
as the stucco alone took 15-20 tubes as well as 6-7 hours of work
to get everything aligned etc!  We had a few little glitches along the
way but between Pablo & Jennifer at the office we were  beyond
happy with their help & support!!! Thank you both & I would highly
recommend First Impressions!!!

I wish there was something lower than 1 Star.  It all started out great.  The salesman came to the house and we completed a contract I paid.  The next day I realized I wanted another design.  The salesman came back and was very accommodating.  That where the wheels came off.

Almost 2 months later still no finished doors.  Salesman responds intermittently.  Has made promises but doesn't deliver as promised.  When I call I go to voicemail.  When I finally got through to a person, she would relay information but no one in authority would talk to me.  

This is all before they are installed.  

DON'T DO IT.  The doors are pretty but if you have a problem need a response or service they have no interest in listening to your concerns.

I so wish I could give a lower star rating than one.  These people don't deserve a single star.  I had very nice salesperson come out to my house, I picked out 2 doors and paid in full because there was a discount.  HUGE MISTAKE.  About a month later my installer came to do my doors and was unable to finish (or really start) as he said he needed help.  He was on the phone in front of my house for an hour with someone who I guess was trying to talk him thru it.  This didn't work so he said he needed to come back.  A few days later he and another person showed up and installed 2 doors.  I was already inconvenienced that they didn't finish the job the first time so I was unable to stay for them to finish that day.  I came home to a front door that didn't shut all the way because of the weather stripping and a back door that would not open all the way and was installed with large screws showing and not fixed to the stucco.
A few weeks later I was scheduled to have a Master Craftsman come out to fix the doors.  I was left a message that they would be there no later than 9.  The next day, I get a call saying i'm 3 on his list and might be there around 1.  I obviously had to make 3 calls to get someone out there and they still didn't show up until around 1.  
While the installer made the door look much better, 2 days later it would not shut.  
I called their office as I was not going to keep this door, I asked for them to come get my back door and give me my money back.  The declined and wanted to set up a 4th visit.  I am not ok with that and they refused to remove the door and refund me for a security door that DOES NOT CLOSE.   I was also told via email that if I removed the door myself it would void my warranty.  HAHAHAHAHA...a warranty on a door that never worked for more than a day is worthless anyway.
There are plenty of options in Scottsdale for security doors, I would advise you to choose someone other than First Impressions.

I ordered two doors for approx $4k. Very large front door.
The work was poor on the front so I had them come out again. They only wanted to inspect.  So it was two weeks, then they forgot I had an issue and I had to chase them down to get someone to come out again. They did and fixed four of the issues but two remained. The most major of the issues was this: they mis-engineered the security door handle and it did not close fully with my front door handle. They would collide. The solution? Move the handle to a beginning height of 5'6 and out a plate where the old handle used to be. Because I was out of town, this was completed and the additional two issues were not repaired on that date. Another two weeks passed and the made time to come out again to inspect. These are a few of their excuses as they forgot about me again, paper work was misplaced, pics were lost, engineering was backed up, new person took over, etc.
I had to threaten to move this to the next level (small claims) before they finally moved with a sense of urgency.  Long story short. 4 months later all was completed to my satisfaction. Poorly managed.

DONT DO IT!!! The salesman, Adam, was good - until he got the check. From that point on, it has been an absolute disaster.
The gate is lovely but has had 3 attempts at resizing the posts, none of which fit & expose the bolts as they stick out from the pillars. They said they were going to center it & fill in the gaps to hide the bolts with STUCCO - a totally inappropriate material - it must be cement or AZ weather weather will destroy it in no time.
I have emailed, called & threatened legal action - 'customer service' is staffed by people who argue with you rather than try to help.
THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE - don't do it unless you are prepared to have a product built wrong & installed incorrectly & be told that YOU are the problem!

I don't know where to start. Tom the salesman was very nice and helpful. After that things went downhill the first installer installed the door off-center they had to return to reinstall it. The door has been leaking water for the past four months. I was promised they would send me the best person in the company to fix it. The best person came and installed new weatherstrip he said that's all he could do. The leaks continued. This went on for four more visits my door continually leaked.  I made several calls requested to speak to the owner and never heard from him. Voicemails go on answered.  It is very frustrating and difficult to work with this company. Every promise made to me has not come true. I have had six visits from this company in attempt to fix my door. Finally they came and picked up the door leaving my home with plywood to keep out the weather and the bad guys. They promised to have a back to me in five days that didn't come through it took 11 days. Today the door was supposed to be installed in the morning it is now 2 PM and they have not arrived. I have had to reschedule many appointments throughout the past six visits and it seems like every time they dropped the ball. If I had to do it all over I would not buy a door for them. As I was writing this I received a call from the the company Rep. I requested to speak to the owner.  they are running blocker for him very hesitant to commit. They were trying to push me off on someone else and  I refused. I was told that they will try To contact the owner and see if he can talk to me. That's a sad way to run a business. If you're looking for a door you might want to look somewhere else.

Well this is my update. It took close to 20 visits from Phoenix to Prescott to take care of my leaky door. I do have to say that they did not give up, everyone was very nice and they did try hard, but it was frustrating. I ended up finding the problem. They failed to seal the top stationary part of the door. I videoed the leak, emailed it to them.  I also had them change the bottom door seal from a brush type nylon to a full rubber seal.  They came out and fixed it. We had heavy rain and it did not leak. Based on my total bad experience, coupled with my observations of how the work was done, I will have to stay wit my 2 stars. As far as the personal contact with the persons I dealt with, I will give them five stars for kindness and not giving up. Thank you. Ps  they did refund me $600.00 dollars. Better than a kick in the butt.

I had a fantastic experience with this company.  The Design Consultant (Josh) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.  The in-house team contacted me right away to schedule installation and also gave me a reminder call.  The installer (Matthew Tuttle) did an excellent job installing my gate and went above and beyond to answer questions and give me care tips.  I could not be happier. I had called a previous company and they came and measured and then I never heard from them again.  Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and quality product!

Worst impressions!  Bought door with screen. Sales person was knowledgeable and professional but that's where it ended. Installation took 3 visits over the course of one month. Tech first came out without the screen, then missed one appointment without calling me, then came out with a screen but it was not the color I ordered. Had to threaten to cancel my order and report to BBB. Service director asked me to remove/edit this Yelp post!  Hell no!  It took 3 visits (days without pay for me) to finally get it right. Customer service and install departments are non-responsive or terribly overworked. Whole company hides behind voicemail and does not return calls. I feel sorry for them. They gave me a Starbucks card so I assume a crappy cup of coffee will make it all better?  I have a side gate and rear door to be done. I'll be using a competitor.

Outstanding experience. Manley in the showroom was friendly, helpful and even pointed me towards a sale item to save money. He told me it would take 3-4 weeks. They just completed the install and it looks amazing. Three week total from purchase to install for a great product and it was cheaper than quotes from the local big box stores.

These doors are not waterproof. This has caused major headaches this monsoon season and destruction inside our home. Multiple tries by this vendor to remedy the situation has not fixed the problem. An independent licensed contractor reviewed their work and confirmed it is not up to acceptable construction standards.

It is hard to be brief about our experience with First Impressions. The 5 star rating applies across the board to the showroom staff,  the home visit,  the installation,  and the double security doors that were installed perfectly.  They gave us a schedule and kept to it to almost the minute, all the way through the process.  AND, the biggest shock was they were 50% cheaper than the big box stores we started with!!  So...best quality, service and the lowest prices. We are very happy campers....AND door owners!!!!

Beautiful custom work.  Everything about this company was extremely professional.  The salesman was personable and knowledgeable.  Scheduling was easy and the installer was quick and did a great job.  We love the door and it was exactly what we wanted.  The old door was a Home Depot door with 2 sidelites.  We paid good money for it and it was a waste of money. The old door lasted 10 years before it started to come apart in the door frame.  The First Impression door is extremely solid.  What a difference.  I think our house will fall apart before this door does.  I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing salesman Michael Cordes assisted with a large job with multiple doors.  The craftsmanship is amazing and they had them ready in a week.  Our installers  Alan and Tom were so professional and knowledgeable.  They installed our doors beautifully and without any flaws.  We were impressed  throughout  the entire process!  Will HIGHLY recommend!

From start to finish, we love the experience that we had with First Impression Ironworks. Adam was our salesperson, and he was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and under-promised and over-delivered. We received our two privacy doors one week prior to scheduled delivery. Richard installed our doors to perfection. Just had our front gate installed, and we love the design. Shauwn our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable, and the installers were polite and completed a quality job. The installers were a bit late due to another job, so I suggest pinning down a time with them on the morning of the installation.

My husband and I had a great experience with our sales rep, but after that things went downhill. There were quite a few issues with the door and we were incredibly frustrated. We went back to one of the stores and the sales rep was very supportive and understanding and directed us to the director of Customer Service, Shannon Peterson. Even though we showed up to her office unannounced, she immediately saw how upset we were and met with us right away. We told her our list of issues with the door and she allowed us to go through each and every item of concern, never disputing anything. In fact, she validated our concerns and told us that the quality of the door that was installed was not the standard for their company. She was clear and adamant that she would make things right for us. She undeniably has done so. It has been a long process, but every step of the way Shannon has personally seen things through, including personally coming out to our house to look at the door and walk through each issue. She continued to follow up every step of the way to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our new door. She also refunded us some money for all our stress and aggravation. We are now very happy with the door and I must say, Shannon has definitely made sure that all concerns and issues at the onset were taken care of until the very last item was seen through. I know that if we had any further concerns that we could contact Shannon and she would take care of them. She was great, listened to us, validated us, and truly made things right. So, even though our initial experience with the door and customer service was awful and it took quite some time to resolve matters, Shannon turned the whole experience around for us. Our door is gorgeous and in the end, the quality of the door is strong, sturdy, and elegant. Thank you, Shannon, for making things right!

We just used First Impression to install a security door and custom gate for us. We had used them several years ago for a similar project, so we were a return customer. We are glad we used them again! We just had a door and gate installed for our new house and they did a great job from sales to installation. Adam helped us pick out our door and assured us that the installation issues noted by others had been resolved. We picked out a door, designed a custom gate and supporting fence and placed our order. In a matter of weeks our installation team, Flo and Sylvester, called. They installed our door, fencing and gate, and cleaned up the area once they were done with the job. Everyone involved with our job was professional and experienced. We are more than pleased with the new look. We will be calling them again when we decide to install another door!!

If I could have given zero stars I would have. We have been so extremely disappointed by the installation of our door and the lack of customer service to get the multiple issues resolved. I have had 5 different visits to my home with installers and customer service alike and still don't have the issues of a poorly installed door resolved. This process, that should have taken 1 day, has drug our for over 10 days with no resolution. I have been told that 'the company is growing so there have been issues.' I highly recommend you NOT purchase a door for First Impressions and go with a company that cares more about their customers on an individual level. First Impressions has left us with a terrible impression. Save your money, time and hassle and go with another company.

I recommend First Impressions Ironworks. Our friends recommended them to us and then, my husband and I were at a Home Show and scheduled an appointment. When they came to the house, they showed us all the models on an iPad. They took their time and showed all we asked to see and there was no pressure. We received a 10% discount for booking at the show, on top of a pay cash/check/debit discount. We had our doors within 2 weeks. The installers, Gus and Thurman were friendly, professional and efficient. They took care with hanging the frame and doors, insuring a perfect swing that is whisper quiet. They explained care for our door, how to adjust the closures and what type of grease and touch up paint to use if/when needed. The doors look amazing and we r thrilled to be able to have a cross ventilation with security and piece of mind. Thank you

This is an update to my previous review.  Someone from first impressions finally came out to address the quality issues with my security door.  The technician touched up the paint to my satisfaction, but did nothing to address the poor quality welding.   Apparently irregular, poor quality welds are a hallmark of first impressions custom made doors.  If you want uniform, aesthetically pleasing welds you need to buy a cheaper mass produced door from one of the big box home improvement retailers.  Also, after the technician was finished he just left without telling me what he did or if I was satisfied.  I thought he went to get some supplies, but he just took off.  Strange way to ensure customer satisfaction.

I ordered a double front security door which was one of First Impression's standard Napa designs.  In addition, I ordered a custom window guard which was to match the door design and be installed above the security doors.  My sales person, Manley (Scottsdale store) was very helpful in getting this order put together.  The initial install resulted in a few problems as follows: the window guard was not built correctly (frame was a different size than the door and resulted in a dimensional and cosmetic mis-match with the door) window guard powder coat (oil-rubbed bronze) and door also did not match, and the trim around the doors left a large gap to the house opening at the top.  Since I pre-paid for this job in full, I was nervous about how good a response I would get to resolve these issues.  My nervousness was unfounded in that the response from First Impression's customer service department (many thanks to Ms. Jennifer Dobbs) was swift and complete.  Jennifer took the time to fully understand the issues and ask for the details required to rectify the previously incorrect fabrication and installation issues.  Even though I provided photos and drawings of what needed to be corrected, First Impression still insisted on sending out one of their master field installers to double-check my measurements and get a first-hand look at the problems which needed correction.  In about two more weeks, the window guard was rebuilt (perfectly) and reinstalled to my complete satisfaction.  Here I need to recognize First Impression's top-notch field installer, Kyle for expertly assessing what needed fixing, and completing the revised install with care and professionalism.  Subsequent to the install, I received a follow-up call from Ms. Dobbs to confirm all was rectified to my satisfaction.

I expected a first-class build and installation from a company with the reputation of First Impression, but when some corrections and modifications needed to be made is when they really came through to show what true customer service and standing behind their product is all about. Great job guys, thank you!

I bought 4 doors from them for $5,200. The workmanship of their doors was generally  good. Installation was good but not great.  However, one screen door didn't have a wide enough screen, and this led to repeated problems of gaps between screen and frame.  I messed up the lightweight screen frame trying to fix problem by tightening it and finally decided to replace frame and screen at cost of $80.  After two long trips from N Phoenix to Gilbert I picked up frame and screen.  When I got it home I realized that the screen was too big for the frame, resulting in bulging.  Frame also didn't have holes drilled to attach it to door.  They were incredibly unhelpful, unwilling to accept any responsibility or provide assistance for anything less than $85.  Their advice included mark the frame where you want to drill holes, etc.  I was promised a call from my manager, Jason in 5-10 minutes - and it never came. They are a huge company with large physical presence in Gilbert.  It seems clear they've become too large to have meaningful concern for customers.

Excellent experience! Roger, our sales consultant, was professional and very helpful in guiding me to make the best decisions regarding color, style, material, and measurements. The wait was quicker than I thought and the installation was perfect and professional. We had a large security door installed on the front door, one in our master bedroom (now we can sleep with the interior door open) and we had 4 cross bars installed for decoration. Everything went without flaw and everyone at First Impression was professional, happy, and helpful. I would refer them to family, friends, and neighbors. Thank you First Impression for doing it right the first time as my impression of you and your brand is superior!

My wife and I were thinking about replacing our wood front door with an iron one for some time when we stumbled across First Impressions. they had a good variety of options and displayed the level of service and professionalism we like in a business.  We immediately pulled the trigger and had our new front door installed a few weeks later. the door had a couple of scratches in an obvious location. It took a couple of visits to completely remove the obvious scratches and we couldn't be happier with our new door. They told us if we weren't happy with the repair, that they would replace the door. A few weeks later, we purchased a matching courtyard gate and are just as happy with the product, service and installation. Good company!

Had security door installed a couple of weeks ago.  While they were installing I told them the steel mesh screen didn't fit tight to the frame.  Installer said maybe they could screw it down more.  I told them it would bulge between the screws and that at these prices I wanted it to fit right.  He said they would have someone from repair department call me back.  In the meantime I called repair myself and was told I'd have a call back within 24 hours.  About 15 minutes after installer left he called me to say he spoke to repair department and it turned out they put the screen frame on backwards and he was coming back to turn it around!  This is their so-called professional installers that only work for them?  They should certainly know their product!  About 2 weeks later I started having trouble opening the door and unlocking it from inside.  I called repair department and was told someone would call me back the next day or the day after that.  That was a week ago and still haven't heard from anyone.  The door is beautiful which is why I gave them 3 stars, but their customer service department is terrible and I don't think their installers are experienced enough.
2-21-17  I was contacted by Phil of First Impressions about the problems I've been having.  He was very apologetic and promised he would see to it that everything was made right.  True to his word, he sent out a man to correct the problems with the lock.  I was happy, then a couple of days later I had problems again.  I called Phil and in less than 24 hours a new person arrived to fix the problems.  He was great, he replaced the lock mechanism and re-keyed the lock.  He made sure I was satisfied with the way the lock was working.  I can now say I am very happy with my First Impressions security door!

Love this product, but the customer service is awful; has taken over 2 weeks for a repair (door is less than 1 year old).  Repairman called 1 1/2 hours after time scheduled, no one called to reschedule the following day.  Really, really bad experience!  As of today, repair has not been made...

Had a second gate installed by FISD and the experience, like the first, was great.  They really worked with me on a challenging design issue and came through like champs. Their District Manager, Linda, took over after I experienced problems dealing with one of their salespeople.  Linda was AMAZING....so on top of things and eager to ensure that I was happy with the final result.  I am thrilled ...the gate is gorgeous.  Pricing was extremely competitive and the quality wonderful.  Would not hesitate to recommend FISD!

I want to update the reader since my last review. The owner called us in response to my review. She followed up, and had the service department correct the deficiencies under warrantee. The wooden panels in the gate were replaced and the gate stained. It looks like new again!  I think the owners truly want to deliver excellent service and a few employees in service are seeing the dedication to service the owners have.

I thought this was going to be a great experience because it started out quite well. We purchased two doors. Then it came to the installation....our installer, Clay was on time and did a nice job, however he noticed that the sweep or whatever they call the piece of metal on the bottom of the door that holds the rubber was several inches too narrow for the front door, he told me he did the paperwork and someone would be calling me either later that day or the following Monday - no one ever called me. I gave them about a week to call me then I started making phone calls, it took many calls to finally get someone to at least tell me they were the correct person to fix my issue. She failed also. All I kept hearing was I'm sorry that happened and I'll have to ask a (different) manager about what's going on a how to fix it.
When they finally said they'd be out I asked if the person would be coming with the correct materials to fix the issue, I was told that, yes, he would be. Well, when he showed up around 8:30 AM he did NOT have any materials with him. He was just there to look at it. Really, are you kidding me?? I was assured that he would be back before 5:00 because he just lives a couple of blocks from me, he would take care of it, it would be repaired before my guests arrived at 5:00. 5:00 came and went, when someone finally showed up after 6:00 (and it wasn't the guy that promised me he would be there) it took him about 45 minutes to fix it -- that was 45 minutes aways from my guests. I asked where the other guy was, he said, he couldn't come.
This was a horrible customer service experience! I get so tired of hearing I'm sorry, if more effort was made to actually help the customer everyone wouldn't have to keep apologizing. I finally had to keep telling them to stop apologizing, I'm sorry wasn't going to fix my door!! This company has too many chiefs and not enough indians - so to speak.
A follow-up Quality call was not made like Natalie mentioned she would be making the following day.
We are not happy with this business at all. When we replace our gate with will go elsewhere.

We justed moved to our new house and wanted screen doors. We used First Impressions before and were very happy with their job. Called them out again for new house for front security door and back French security doors and they went out of their way to make sure we paid the same amount that we paid 6 years ago!!!  I love this company they always go out of their way to make it right.
