Heavenly Scent Professionals

I just got off the phone with Heavenly Scent Pros professionals because I couldn't figure out how to leave another review. Well now I figure it out how I can do it but now the contest is over. My team has been for the last year Esperanza and Yazmin. I've only had to miss a couple months due to unexpected car expenses and the like. I have depression and having them helps my house not look like an outhouse, so I already attached in another part of the review another picture of how they make my bed and everything. They were wonderful team, they are reliable and kind, and I am very fond of them. They are a little high price, so if they were to go up, I hope it only goes up a little.

We had called Heavenly Scent based on posted reviews and weekend availability.  The only question asked of us was size of home, number of bedrooms, rooms, bathrooms and type of floors.

We were told a two person crews would come to our home and knock it out in approx. 2-hrs time.  Sounded good.

However, when the crew showed up...neither individual could speak English and it was virtually impossible to communicate what we needed done and how we wanted  it done.  We wanted to use our own supplies and they had a hard time understanding that....When they finally started working, both ladies started working in the same area.  We asked that they independently work on different areas of the house....that too seemed to confuse them.

When we called Heavenly Scent to ask what was going on, we could only leave a VM as it was Sat.  When we asked one of the ladies to speak with her supervisor, she called her, spoke to her a while in Spanish, and then we asked her to call us directly.

We connected with the supervisor and explained we were upset. We expressed our concern that neither of the ladies spoke (or understood English).

Furthermore, rather than apologize for the problem, all we were told is that these two ladies were totally professional.

That said, it turns out that while we were speaking with her, she had (in her prior conversation) told the ladies to leave the house....unbeknownst to us.  They did and when we hung up.....they were gone.  How professional is that!

This was and is totally unacceptable.  It is insane that this company would send out a crew that can not communicate with the client.....they should at least be bi-lingual.  Not sure if they are even legal.

As a supposed new client, one would think they would put their best foot forward....that certainly was not the case....As far as we are concerned, this is not a company we would ever recommend.

I tried this service for the first time last week, and I was very impressed by their work. The quote was reasonable, they gave a first-time-cleaning discount, and they completed all the priorities I had asked for (and a bit more) in under the estimated time. Marielos and Lupe worked efficiently and prioritized the areas I asked them to. They also communicated well and greeted my dog nicely. I would definitely use this service again next time.

Amazing experience! Braxton was communicative, on time and did a fantastic job. In an older apartment with pets, the carpet never feels very clean. Not anymore! Our carpet was struggling, it lost fluffiness over time and gathered pet hair and stains over the years. After a cleaning and pet treatment, our carpet is now back to how it looked when installed! It's fluffy, bright & smells amazing. I'm so glad we chose this company to help us with our carpet.

Words cannot express what a blessing "Heavenly Scent" has been since I have started using them. they are truly Heaven Sent! Raquelle and her team clean thoroughly and efficently. Some people go to the hair dresser, some do their nails every month, this is what I spend any extra money on. I work hard at my job, have a special needs daught and sledom have a spare moment to come up for air to keep my home as spotless as I would like it for my family. Thank you, Heavenly Scent.

Well from what the cleaners did, they did a decent job. Most impressed with cleaning the buildup on glass shower door. Was not happy with what wasn't done. 1586 sqft house and I ordered the deep clean package. 1 room entirely didn't get touched, multiple ceiling fans not cleaned, top of fridge still dirty, washer and dryer dirty, when asked about these items they said no more time to do anymore, so tough luck. I'll be looking elsewhere for next cleaning.

MariSol and her crew are the best! They're friendly and professional with a great eye for detail. They make my house look, smell and feel fantastic. They're name perfectly describes them!

Heavenly Scent, you have gained a new customer! My husband and I bought a townhouse in Mesa where the water is extremely hard and our windows hadn't been cleaned for a minimum of three years. (Although I would have to guess it had been much much longer.) I wish I had taken pictures of the before and after so you'd see what I'm talking about but you understand when I use the words "gross" "gungy" "filthy" and "disgusting."

When the techs got done, not only were the windows beautifully cleaned but so were the tracks and all parts. They not only did a superb job but their communication was excellent along the way too. They even called when they ran into a small problem and it was resolved in a matter of minutes over the phone. The price was very reasonable and we WILL be calling them again.

I have to be honest, I read some of the YELP reviews before hiring them and a few reviews had me a bit worried that something may get overlooked. Reviews are always subjective and so because there were more favorable ones I decided to give them a try and decide for myself. I'm so glad I did. I definitely recommend you also give them a try!

Very disappointed - I just spent 15 minutes filling out extensive forms online, only to have someone call to tell me that "they do not service" my area.  Wouldn't you think that a site that is sophisticated enough to require me to spend 15 minutes describing every aspect of my cleaning order could figure that out up front and NOT WASTE MY TIME.  And, oh, by the way -- DON'T TAKE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BEFORE YOU CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT.

My advice:  Run.  Run as fast as you can away from these people.

Had 3 hours of cleaning... came back to nothing being vacuumed yet.  Waited outside and at almost 4 hours... all they did was a terrible job in the 2 bathrooms and the stove top.  No fans, blinds, cabinets were dirty on the outside. Mopping job was terrible.  The bathrooms looked grimey. Tile was dirty.  If I could add pictures I would.  House was completely empty for a move out.  There wasn't anything to dust.  It would have been nice if the blinds and light fixtures were at least done.  I turn in my keys Tuesday.  I will be spending my holiday weekend cleaning and now I am out $275.  I am LIVID.  I am having my carpets cleaned today and didn't want to have to walk over it.  I would never hire this company. I only did because my ex husband gifted me 2 hours and i added on and paid a tip. Jose and Valeria did a TERRIBLE JOB!  They make your company look bad.

I was so disappointed in this company as I had used them before without an   issue.   The windows were still dirty and had the water droplet stains on them because they no longer wash or dry the windows.   The young man  that had done the drip cleaning even put the screens back on with the water stains and dirt still on the windows.  The screens were not even cleaned, and some are hanging off the window today.  The supervisor I talked to could have cared less that I was unhappy with the job, just wanted the money.  He offered to take $11.00 of of a $236.00 quote$  He was a joke and a terrible excuse for a manager.
I will never use them again and I'll make sure to let friends and family are warned about this business.

I got the window cleaning and purchased an upgrade to clean window tracks. They showed upon on time and were efficient. They missed two of our windows that weren't cleaned at all. I partially blame myself for that. When they were done they walked me through part of the house. Since I was working from home I didn't take the time to carefully check each window upstairs and downstairs. One was a kitchen window that I have to scratch my head on how it was missed because there are three right next to it.

So just make sure you thoroughly check the work to make sure they didn't miss anything and you'll probably be satisfied with the service.

We got our windows cleaned one day and new solar screens installed the next day. They did such a great job cleaning our screen door to the patio my husband is thoroughly convinced I bought a new one. Wish they had the same level of detail to all the windows!

We have been using Heavenly Scent for years and we love them! They are reliable, timely, and always do a fantastic job.

Highly recommend!! I was so behind in dusting & all the detailed cleaning. I was so short on time before my dad came in to town & was so stressed out. Salma & Garibo were so professional & efficient. They really saved me! I will definitely be using them again. My house never sparkled so bright.

My elderly fathers' home was in dire need of a deep cleaning, as he is no longer physically capable of keeping it up himself.  I hired Heavenly Scent Professionals because I wanted someone to come in and do a thorough job.  They aren't the cheapest in town, but I asked for a "deep clean" and that's exactly what they did.  Mission accomplished.  They did a wonderful job.  Two women came in and within a few hours, had that home (2400 sf. of it) completely clean.  They didn't miss a thing.  I was very happy and impressed.  I will definitely use them again.

Finally, my house is shiny clean! After 2 tries with other companies, I finally hit the jackpot with Heavenly Scent! After having one company not show up at the appointed time (with no phone number posted so I could call and find out the problem), and a second without enough staff to do the job within the next several months, I went to Yelp to research companies and read reviews. Heavenly Scent has great reviews and here's why: Staff made the appointment, then made reminder calls to alert me when the cleaners would arrive. There was a slight difference in the price I was given, and they honored that price. Tanya and Haidee showed up on time with all the equipment needed to do the job. They were enthusiastic, happy, and fun to be around. They were efficient and paid attention to every detail. They knew what my top priorities were for cleaning, assured me those would be done, and they completed them. Thank you ladies, for your work! And thanks Heavenly Scent! We'll do business again!

The only issues  is they won't do same day service -And one time a while back one of the girls left a floaty in the toilet -I have no prob using my toilet -hey you gotta go you gotta go but just flush -but maybe she did and that one came up or was stubborn

I was a bit reluctant to go with a service, I've always used a single person.  I'm new to AZ, and my realtor recommended Heavenly Scent. I couldn't be more grateful!  I've used them once a month, for over a year.  It's just hubby and I so not much happens, but still we're able to dirty the place up!  My team arrives on time, works diligently and leaves the place looking AMAZING   Priscilla always finds a spot when I want to schedule it, and everyone is polite, professional and adheres to whatever the mask policy is or was!  I intend to keep being a customer for years! These guys were great! Chad followed up immediately on my inquiry, gave a very competitive quote, and was super upfront about what to expect. On the day of the cleaning, Jalen and Jordan showed up right on time, and immediately got to work. They took great care and were very diligent with our antique couch and made sure to get it clean, while protecting it and returning it to pristine condition! I would recommend them in an instant.

We have used this company a total of three times. The first time we used it everything went great the cleaners took note of the fact that the dishwasher didn't work and that no harsh chemicals like stove top should be used. The second time a new  set of cleaners came to the house they were told the same to not use the dish washer or  harsh stove chemicals. They ignored this and put my dirty dishes in the dishwasher that doesn't work. We knew we were missing dishes and were not found until a week after they had cleaned in the dishwasher where they sat dirty and filthy and grew mold which we just threw out all of them including the babies dishes . The third time the same ladies that came rhe first time came to clean  There names Marie los and lupe. I had again verbally told them not to use the dishwasher or to use stove cleaner. They were in SEP 28 at  8 am -10 am. I called this morning spoke to the receptionist and asked her if she knew what chemicals were used to clean my home . She said she'd call back because she was going to have to contact the cleaners directly to find out. She calls me back and tells me  that they used a degreaser soap and a glass cleaner on my stove. Anyone who owns any birds knows that stove cleaners are deadly to birds. I asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to Shawn. At this point I informed him that the cleaners used a degreased on my stove after they were told not to. This resulted in me waking up today Sept 29 to my dead pineapple conjure bird because of the stove top cleaner they used. The company is denying responsibility for this and are not willing to take any actioN. My daughter is w. And I am appalled at the lack of responsibility this company has. Our bird was a healthy bird and nothing it's environment  changed except for them coming to clean.you cannot use stove top cleaner in a hope w a bird it's fatal and the cleaning crew knew this despite me verbally telling them not to use anything other than soap because it will kill my bird . She was a beautiful bird and we had her since she was a baby. I'm disgusted by this company and don't recommend

New update company just called me back contradicting everything that was said to me yesterday over the phone. They are still not willing to take responsibility for the actions that led to my birds death and Called me to say that all of a sudden they didn't use the stove top cleaner after there representative had spoken to the cleaning crew the day before and confirmed that they used it.

What a coincidence that I had verifies with your rep after she spoke to the cleaners that the stove top cleaner was used in my home she verified this and called me back letting me know which is why I know it was used in my home now all of sudden since learning about my birds passing it wasn't used ?
a convenient coincidence. She also passed away less the 24 hours after the crew was over. Your trying to justify your employees mistake and cover it up. Shame on you

This company was easy to schedule and the ladies were friendly, but overall there was not that big of a difference from the cleaning.  Additionally I paid extra for baseboards and spot cleaning the walls, and some rooms it was clear they didn't even touch. Due to the next day being moving day I had to redo it myself.  I did also have them do my floors and there was a big difference in the main areas, but in corners, under the cabinet lips, and near the toilets were still gross. Overpriced, poor quality.

I should also mention that this is the first negative review I have ever written- I'm not especially hard to please.

The two people showed up at our home promptly, and got to work!  I did have to point out one window with a lot of streaks (which they quickly rectified) and when they were gone we noticed they missed the outside of one bathroom window.  But otherwise, they were efficient and quick.   It was overall a decent job.

Jalen was in yesterday to clean our screens and windows and did an amazing job.  He was pleasant and efficient, no wasted time at all.  This is the second time I have used this service for my windows and I will certainly be using them again, my windows are SO CLEAN and shiny.  Thank you, thank you.

I loved having Alejandra and Juanita clean my house every other week.  They always did such an amazing job!  It was such a pleasure to come home to such a clean house... and it smelled good too. Every room looked fabulous and they were so careful.  I was so sad to discontinue the service when I retired... Hard to justify having my house cleaned when I am home all day. However my children have their names and number for Mother's Day and Christmas presents. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company...

Such a joy to come home yo a clean home. Many small details are given attention. We actually paused their service to give a friend an opportunity. We just didn't have the same warm feeling when we come home. We are back! Thank you.

I'm very satisfied with the work that Heavenly Scent did for my carpets and the grout in the kitchen! Jute technician Jalen was super professional, friendly and did an amazing job with the service. Was on time, thorough and professional! I recommend next time you need your carpets cleaned or tile grout, windows! Great price for the work performed!

The ladies were hard working and focused. The fridge absolutely sparkled! The only thing I noticed was a small bleached spot on carpet from a cleaner they used in the bathroom. This will not stop me from using them again though.

Scheduled 2 rooms for carpet cleaning. Had a confirmation time of  12:00 -2:00 pm. Called at 2:05 and said they called to tell us that the guy would be late. Never received a call.
Lady on the phone says he will be here at 4:00pm. He shows up at 4:15. GAlso I had  2 spots in another room I wanted done just the spots and they wanted to charge $35 for 2 spots. The cost is $40 per room. I literally wanted them to clean two 1 square foot spots.
The kid gets  started and halfway through the first room runs out of gas which means carpet machine does not operate. Kid says he has to wait for his boss to bring him gas. 30 min later he  resumes.
Customer service is horrible. I understand that things happen but no phone communication what so ever. Would not recommend this company.

I understand things/mistakes happen but when a company take NO responsibility THAT is when it shows lack of professionalism & character.  

My beautiful Mohawk carpet is RUINED!!!  It has stretched & has bumps.  I literally keep tripping on it.  Heavenly Scent Pros did not even take the time to come see it in person.

IF I had been forewarned that it "may stretch", you "may get bumps" I would have never had it done.  They are taking NO responsibility.

THE BLAME:
1.  The company that installed it 4 years ago
2.  Chemistry 101 ... steam/stretching & mumbo jumbo carpet jargon

When I ask how it never happened before when I had it cleaned, Chad has NO explanation & says it will be $120 for it to be stretched out & I have to pay for that.  I'm disgusted ... My carpet was beautiful & excellent quality.

This in itself is wonderful and beyond that the 2 ladies cleaning crew, Alejandra and Juanita did the most wonderful  job and went above and beyond.  I am grateful for your help.

Did a pretty good job. I would hire them again. They let themselves in with our garage code. We hired them for a move out cleaning but I customized the cleaning list to suit my needs. Customer service on phone was very patient and friendly every time I called. My house was pretty clean to begin with, so the price wasn't beyond outrageous if you already know what to expect. The dirtier your house the pricier it can be. The only thing I would critique is that the blinds needed a little more attention. We asked them to be cleaned but they could have been more attentive to them. Just be very clear with your wants and needs! I would trust them again but I moved from that area. Our house was 1600 sq. feet.  We had the fridge, oven, microwave cleaned on inside. Inside of cupboards wiped out on inside and outside. We had the floors mopped and two bathrooms cleaned from top to bottom. We paid $337.50. They were there 3-4 hours I believe. We left a thank you card and some treats on counter for the team. Tips are always encouraged for people within this industry, as well, in case you didn't already know that (:

Called window cleaners. Heavenly Scent called back immediately. Other company called much later. Very happy with services. This company also offers house cleaning and carpeting cleaning, so is a one stop shopping. Service technician very nice and courteous. Will be using in future- in fact signed up for house cleaning just before guests for Thanksgiving

never showed on time, finally showed 55 minutes later ! said good bye.  after crew left, they left my front gate open and my dog got into the street, luckily ! my dog didn't get hurt !!!

I  cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the receptionist to the cleaning professionals that came to my home, they made it an absolute breeze. I needed them to come clean my home same day for a move and they did such a great job. The ladies that came to clean were so kind and efficient. If I wasn't leaving the state, I would absolutely use them again, but I truly do recommend them to others. Stellar.

Rosa and Haidee, they are the best! Very efficient and thorough, they start in the back, they even change my sheets for me, saving so my back doesn't hurt so much! They have a good sense of humor and even though I only speak English we communicate well.
I always look forward to them coming and leaving with the house clean.

Had them clean my carpets today. They were very professional, on time, and priced very reasonable. I called 3 other companies before deciding to go with them and they had the best price with no other fees.

I will use them again, the next time we need our carpets cleaned and may try their other services.

We had our carpets cleaned by Heavenly Scent. The appointment was easy to make on line with an accurate estimate offered and then a follow up phone call for confirmation. The technician was ready to go well within the expected time, very polite and personable and did a great job at cleaning 4 rooms and 1 rug thoroughly and efficiently. We will definitely use this company again! We will be trying the window cleaning next!

I love these ladies! When they leave my house is clean in a way that I am not capable of accomplishing. They always arrive on time, they are polite and professional, and work quickly and efficiently. If there were more stars to give, I would give more stars.

Most excellent window cleaning took place at our home today. A couple of personable guys, Chris and Jose, worked for nearly three hours, I can finally see clearly out the windows and our screens look brand new.  Highly recommended

The women who came to clean our home were very kind and on time. However upon looking through the home after they finished, I did not see much of a difference. Some things (eg stove top, floor, window tracks, etc) we're left untouched. Maybe this was a misunderstanding on my part? I don't see why these items wouldn't be cleaned though especially if I paid the amount I did. Needless to say I was disappointed.

The dynamic duo of Maria G and Salma V were prompt, and went straight to work cleaning my layers of dust and dog hair. They were professionals and on task. I'm pleased with the results and would use them both again. Thanks ladies!

They come to my house weekly - like clock work.  I have them allocated for 2.5 hours and they clean anything and everything that I need done.  If I ever have an issue; it is resolved immediately.  I will continue to use them and would recommend to others.  Alejandra and Maria E. have been cleaning for me lately and do a GREAT job.

We have been customers of Heavenly Scent for a few years now.  There have been times when I've had to reschedule due to work conflicts and it's been a very easy process.  They also call a few days in advance to confirm the appointment.  They are quick, efficient, and do a good job.  Garibo and Perla came today and they left the house looking great!

I wish I could afford to have Sandra and Isabel come out every week.  I appreciate their hard work and the prices are very competitive to other services I've used.  My husband and I are always thrilled with their work.

I have a newborn baby and my husband and I have been struggling with sleep schedules! So you can imagine my home has been a nuclear fallout zone for the last few weeks. I decided to hire Heavenly Scent Pros and was very satisfied with my newly clean home! It takes the stress out of my day trying to juggle taking care of my baby, taking care of my pets, and feeding myself. It's so nice to not have to think about cleaning on top of everything! They were very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. I requested the company call when they get here so my dog doesn't go nuts with the doorbell ringing! They were happy to accommodate us! They were priced fairly, and I am very satisfied with the job they did. I definitely recommend this company, and even though I called for a one time clean-I will be calling them again for sure!

Just had my windows cleaned by Heavenly Scent Professionals, and they look outstanding. The cost was much less than I anticipated. I will defiantly use them again. Ask for Chad; he does excellent work.

We had Heavenly Scent come to our house to clean carpets. They did a fantastic job...over and above our expectations! I highly recommend them!

I have moved several times over the last couple of years, and in an effort to make sure I get my deposit back I hire cleaning services.  I initially called Merry Maids, but the quote they gave me was extremely expensive (over $300) so I randomly called Heavenly Scent after picking from a list on a google search.  The quote I got for 3 hours was $160 which seemed great for a full service job.  

Both ladies were extremely friendly and did a great job.  As a single guy I must admit the place was in pretty bad shape but when the were done it was cleaner than the day that I moved in.

Heavenly scent is the best cleaning service I have used many ....and their charges are very competitive

I have been using Heavenly Scent bi-weekly for many years they have always done an incredible job on my house cleaning and windows! Their office does a great job with any schedule changes or special cleanings I need done and they do carpets too. Highly recommended!

We ordered Heavenly Scent for our tile floors and carpets. Sebastian was the tech. A very nice young man who did a thorough and professional job! We are very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend Heavenly Scent!

Buyer beware!

There is an initial 2hr flat rate (which should be enough to cover a well kept small home or condo) and this is the price that they often quote online or on phone.  But after that 2hr period, they start charging by the hour--which means the cleaners will come to your house and drag out the work as slowly as possible to get maximum dollars.

Will never use again.

I would not recommend Heavenly Scent to anyone.  Yes the lady's did a good job but the first two hours they were together and talking a lot taking there time to do the job. 1 hour before they are to be complete and they are talking in Spanish about how much work this is and how they are not going to be able to finish.  (I speak Spanish so maybe they should be told not to talk in Spanish if they are going to complaint about what I'm paying for).  They said because they had to do the baseboards they didn't have enough time,  I paid for the baseboards to be done.  DONT USE THEM.  I've had several other good people come out and do a good job and not complain while they were doing it.

I have been very pleased with the services that I have received over the years. The quality and professionalism has always been great.  One thing that truly stands out in my mind is the dependability.  I have never had a problem coming home to find out that the crew didn't make it out that day.  With other services I have tried, reliability was a major problem.  My appointments were often either bumped or canceled and I rarely had the same individuals on subsequent cleanings.  

The management team is top notch and they are obviously treating their staff with respect and taking care of them financially.  I can safely say this, because more often than not, I have familiar faces returning to my home and that tells me that they are being treated well.  With the other services, it was ultra rare to see the same person again.  With Bruce and his staff, I feel more comfortable knowing at least one or both of the professionals that are servicing my home.

Have I ever found an area of the home in less than perfect condition?  Well, of course. It would be unrealistic to believe that a minor thing here or there can not be identified if you look hard enough.  However, I have never had a cleaning that I was not overall very satisfied with.  Heck, I know that I can work hard cleaning my windows or mirrors and I will believe they all look great and am very proud -  until a few hours later when the lighting has changed slightly and suddenly blemishes are revealed that I swear I had not seen before!  Knowing these things happen, I don't get all worked up over it.  It can happen.  

All in all, this is the best service of its kind that I have ever found.  I appreciate the reliable service and the reasonable approach that this company takes.  It has been a total pleasure doing business with people that care this much and that  strive to offer the best service at very fair prices.  Thank you to Heavenly Scent Professionals for a job well done.

I have used Heavenly Scent since moving to AZ 10 yrs ago. They are excellent and so easy to talk to when I call. ALL of their cleaning professionals have been well trained and excellent.  I have requested Garibo since the first time they sent her.  She is fantastic. It's hard to describe just how clean my house is after she and her partner leave.  I highly recommend this Company.  They are no hastle and their employees are the best.

I have used them 6-7 times over the last two years.  When I just need a deep cleaning, bathrooms, floors, mirrors, I call them.  The house is always sparkling clean and smells heavenly.  They even swept off my patio the last time.  Services cost a bit more than a regular maid but for convenience, reliability and quality I will gladly pay the extra 20-30$.  Every single time I have called them they were courteous, found my information quickly in their computer and have teams available the next day.  I have zero complaints and plan on always using them.

big rip off didn't clean many things they were supposed to clean did terrible job on what they did clean ruined our shower scratched all the glass , laminate floor still dirty with bad film on it.didn't clean mirrors talked to manager basically called us liars they spent over 2 hours on master bed and bath and looks terrible they cleaned baseboards with bucket of dirty water that they spilled all over carpet. spent a lot of time just talking to each other in  not careful at all.paid for 4 hours now we have to finish cleaning ourselves.

I have hired this company five times and have always been pleased. I highly recommend them.

I would have given 0 stars if I could.  

We had a horrible experiences with this service.    The girls who came cleaned only about half of what their 'service' said they offered.   They asked what timeline I was quoted, I told them 4-5 hours and gosh darn it if they didn't drag it out 4 hrs and 50 min.      I was working at my home office when they were here, I had never had maids before and wasn't aware you had to follow them around every step and make sure they were actually cleaning.    

After they left I found shelves that hadn't been touched, our sliding glass door hadn't been cleaned, none of the fans were cleaned, the master bath hadn't been cleaned and though I saw them clean the floor, I found spots still there, so looks like they just wiped it down with water (all of the above is included in their advertised house cleaning)

When I contacted a manager with my concerns he spoke with the girls who straight out lied.  They told him my husband had told them not to clean those things (my husband was at work the entire time they were there)   The manager clearly believed them more than me but offered to have the girls come back out.   I declined, I was pregnant and past my due date, the girls he sent 1) hadn't done what they were supposed to the first time and 2) had straight out lied, why would I want them back in my house?    I wanted my money back, at first the manager would not agree.   After a BBB complaint, I was able to get about 25% of my money back, however I have told everyone I know in the east valley to stay away from this company.  Thank goodness for YELP to help get the word out about business who do not care about the consumer!

I hired this company to come do a good spring cleaning they were here 3 1/2 hrs and i will say did a good job total cost 187.00 $ I probley overtiped 20$ per person (2) without much appreciation from the cleaners......not a big enough tip???? I used them a second time yesterday because of a 20$off coupon  88$-20 again did a good job .

Hired them as a present, they did an ok job. But I highly recommend getting a cleaning company for someone when they have no time and you can't be there,

Very disappointed. Returned home to 6 damaged items from blatant rough housing and rushing including broken items, gash in wall, two instances of significantly  scraped furniture. Some of which were "hidden" strangely, none were reported. Furniture was all crooked, valances left every which way (however vacuum attachment must have left them), shower heads changed and facing OUT of shower (found that out the hard way), lights unplugged, stereo settings changed, child safety outlets removed, two pieces of mysterious broken glass found on floor. I understand that things happen but all together this is a bit much!

Owner Sean says that there was no charge for second visit along with numerous other lies.  First bill dated July 2, 2016 cleaning team Erika-Alejandra from 8:30-12:45 for $236.25 (says 4.25 hours but carpet installers confirmed they were actually there for about 45 minutes)  Second bill dated August 3, 2016 from 3:00 to 5:30 with cleaning team Erika- Alejandra for $61.  Looking at both yellow copies of the bills as I write this and would post a picture of both if yelp had that feature.

Would never recommend. I had them clean my house that was for sale. I let them in at 12:30 pm and came back at 4:30 pm. This seemed like a long time for an empty 1236 ft empty house. Also my garage door was caved in and when I called and reported it the guy said I was lying. Now I am stuck with getting my garage door replaced instead of just repaired. My garage door was inoperable because the wiring on the door popped off. The maids had no reason to even attempt to open my garage door but for some reason did so the middle connection to the door moved and caved in my garage door. I even told the manager this but he still told me that I was wrong.
