Once again Troy has come to my rescue!   I called him on a Thursday to get recommendations on a t.v. wall mount and by the following Monday it was securely hung up on my bedroom wall.  He's friendly, very knowledgeable and quite the handyman.  Yet another job well done by Troy that I'm extremely pleased with!  Thanks Troy!

Something in my bathroom was leaking and causing water damage to the wall/trim and moisture on the floor. I couldn't figure out what it was so I called Eddie and he was able to identify the problem and fix it! He had to remove the toilet and cut the wall open to remove the damage, then he replaced the broken/leaking seal (toilet flange) and repaired the wall as good as new!  I also appreciated that he cleaned and vacuumed the debris after, it looks great and I have peace of mind that the water won't cause anymore damage since the leak is repaired. Thank you!

Gilbert did a great job assembling and installing a security screen door I needed hung. It looks great!
He was very quick to respond to my request and got me on schedule quickly.

Clayton is timely, responsible and hard working. He did an excellent job helping with various repairs around my house including painting, drywall repair, grout, etc. He clearly cares about doing the job right and I will hire him again in the future.

It's really hard to get someone fast even when your shower is hemorrhaging. Michelle sent Dan the very next day. Even got a heavy picture hung. Dan was friendly, quick and clean.

warranty repairs before closing.

Ron was quick professional and right on budget with all of the repairs. Made it very easy and seamless.  I highly recommend this handy man.

Ed came out to replace some weather stripping on our front door and to make sure it sealed up and the door shut properly. May seem like a simple task but it was driving us nuts and we are very thankful he was able to come fix it for us. Ed was very nice and professional. He did a fantastic job. I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Jason helped me out big time.  I came home on a Friday to discover that my garage door wasn't closing and was so crooked it was bending the track that the wheels ran along.  Jason and I had just finished talking about how he could help a client of mine and he came highly recommended by someone who has regularly connected me with great people, so I figured I would give him a try.  Jason proceeded to come over at 8 pm on a Friday night to fix my original problem then follow that up with a 7:30 am start to replace my garage door opener on Saturday morning.  Jason was professional, affordable, and most impressive he dropped what he was doing to come and help me so I wouldn't have to miss valuable time during the work week.  Thanks again for all of your help Jason.

I reached out to this Company to request a quote for a few projects that I need done around my house. They responded to my inquiry by saying 'you are spam. Goodbye.' I'm a real human and House Doctors is apparently not interested in helping people. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I'm truly dumbfounded.

They did an excellent job at our office, their rates are fair and they responded quickly. They help me to hang up some shelves and cabinets, they fix some doors, and they were real professionals. I would contact them any time If I need anything fixed.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I would be doing a disservice if I didn't on this one.

Billie agreed to sand and paint my front door and paint one accent wall in my bedroom (not a huge job) and my experience with her was a nightmare. She worked outside of her scope - didn't know what she was doing, bitched about it the whole time, took twice as long, kept asking me to come outside and help her move the door while I was at home working. Talked my ear off about personal stuff. The whole job came out horrible, she promised me all kinds of things to Make up for it, including a brand new door, but then took that back, then a partial refund. Instead of that, I asked her to paint a console table or repaint the wall that I was not happy with (long story). She said she would but didn't do any of that, nothing she said she was going to, rescheduled or cancelled on me 4 or 5 times, did a crappy job AND had the audacity to speak to me in a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER at the end when I asked her to just give me the refund she offered and I would find someone else to do it. She refused and so it looks like I'm going to have to do it myself.

I also tried to refer her business (before she did mine)- she looked at and quoted my friend for a similar job and then canceled on her too.

Please don't waste your time. She is not good - calls herself a handyman but then has a laundry list of things she can't or won't do. Painting is NOT one of those, mind you. She "loves to paint" (her words) and that is what my experience was with something she supposedly loves to do!

We interviewed several contractors to do plumbing and electrical work for our bathroom remodel.  Bob gave us a competitive bid and was highly recommended on Yelp.  (Don't know where those recommendations went!)  He showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done to perfection.  We could not be more pleased with his professionalism and knowledge.  Wish we had found Tool Time sooner for other projects.  Bob is only handyman you will need.

NO INTEGRITY, DO NOT TRUST THIS "ARMY RESERVE" handyman.

We contacted Jesse to help us replace the door jamb after forced entry by EMS due to an emergency.

He took about 8 hours to do a decent job (or so we thought) and the service didn't include painting the strip of wood.

Days later, the jamb split from a weak point(as seen in the pictures) from over-chiseling the deadbolt and thinking caulk patch would hold..

Mind you at this point our door lock would no longer close as the plate could no longer stay in place.

So we contacted him giving the opportunity to make it right and he was keen to respond that he would be there the next day.

Next day came around and he let us know that he would not be available for the next week due to other commitments.

Monday - unresponsive

Tuesday - called us rude after asking him to have some integrity to  own up to the mistake and said it was not in his priority to come do it for free, immediately blocked our number.
