He came on time and took care of all the fixes we had around the house on a reasonable rate.Be sure to make a list of things you needed taken care of and let them know before hand, so they can charge you accordingly. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely happy with the work ND construction did for me. I had plumbers tear into a few walls with uneven cuts that needed to be patched and textured, plus a new toilet installed. I contacted them via Yelp for a quote with pictures and they easily beat every other quote I received. They were fast and hardworking, and took precautions to contain the mess (and clean up after). The work itself was done well, much better than previous patch work I have had other companies do. For the quality of work and fair cost, there really isn't any one else, ND Construction is a no brainer.

I have used Sal for several years. He is efficient and pays attention to detail. He has done a wide variety of tasks for me: painted bedrooms, bathroom, installed fans and light fixtures, hung mirrors, tiled vanities and tub surround, switched out bathroom fixtures, painted a block wall, installed a microwave, repaired a roof leak and God knows what else. He is dependable and although he sometimes has to work around another job. I know that he will get the work done and do it well. He is a very responsible person. His pricing is fair, he is versatile and a great problem solver which makes him an excellent Handyman. I recommend Sal without hesitation.

I had several small projects from anchoring bolts into concrete, replacing my kitchen sink, fixing the bathroom fan, and closet doors. Scheduling was good with reminders and Hobie did a great job. Highly recommend this business if you need a handyman.

Kurt was extremely professional and helpful. He did an amazing job communicating and getting the full scope before he started. I highly recommend him. We will be using him again for sure.

I have used them twice so far and both times had an amazing experience! Their rates are fair, and they always show up on time! They did an awesome job of cleaning my gutters, and got 15 pounds of crud out of them! Love their work! Highly recommend them!

Referred to me by a friend. He just redid our patio ceiling. Stripped front exterior wood door and refinished, fixed broken plantation shutter louvers, rewired outdoor lights.
Great work, with no shortcuts.
Thanks Dan!

Also nice when you when you have a problem and the people you hire solve it without any issues. I'll be looking forward to hiring all the Williams in the future for all my home repairs. Thank you

Daniel did a fabulous job at repairing my ceiling damage. He was very flexible in working with my schedule and put up with my curious pup 'helping'. The final results turned out great and I'd happily hire him again for my next project!

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

Dustin was very prompt and professional and I was pleased that he provided a free quote and completed the work which included some minor plumbing and electrical work in the same day. He had some good suggestions and I found him very honest and straightforward. I plan on using him again for other home repairs.

Since moving to Fountain Hills it's been a challenge to get service companies to come out to this part of town. I had placed a quote request on Yelp to about 3-4 handyman companies but found that nobody services this part of town.
So on FB I asked for a recommendation and got Chad's names within minutes of posting.
Since the ceilings in my house are 15-20 feet high I had to find a handyman that could change out the smoke alarm batteries and air conditioner filters that had to be replaced. Our ladder that we had didn't reach that high making it very difficult for us to do it ourselves.
I called Chad Saturday morning expecting to have to book an appointment later in the week but totally lucked out because Chad was in the neighborhood and available.
Chad popped on over, took care of 5 filters to be replaced and our smoke alarm and was done in less then 30 minutes.
Chad has a friendly personality, is knowledgeable, very professional and most of all quick.
If you're in the Fountain Hills area, he's a good guy to call to do your "honey do," list.

Zach did a fantastic job on installing this closet system that I got and patching the hole in my bathroom wall. He gave me a good quote that seemed fair for the work to be done. He brought the tools and materials necessary to the project and was nice and professional. I highly recommend him. Thank you.

Terry does great work. He has installed skylights and a French door for us and we are very happy with his work. He is very personable and has a good sense of humor which makes having him in your home enjoyable. Since he is good at what he does he does get booked up so you need to schedule him a couple weeks in advance but he is worth the wait.

Well these guys continue to give stellar service. I am renting out my condo, & they do all the maintenance through my property manager. They have quickly fixed the issues that have come up & for excellent prices.
They are good at their job & respectful. I feel so much more comfortable knowing that Ryan & Shane will take good care of my home, even when I am not around.

Obet did a great job on my patio. Good communication and results. Really appreciate it!

He pretended to be an electrician and caused almost 10,000 in damages. I'm still having my home rewired. He has threatened my family and my friends and continues to. Come to find out he is a felon who just got out of prison. There are more pictures, but I feel these are more than enough. Please be careful of Ryan Coley Austin. He has had a shot out with police and, as you can see by his record, stuggles with drug addiction. This is why he goes by Coley because he is trying to hide who and what he truly is.

My husband and I contracted Kent to install a light, hide Wall mounted TV cords, and pave a small front courtyard. We have multiple other projects that need to be done - however decided this was a good start, and would give us an indication of his work.
While Kent comes across as very capable and professional considering his background in construction. He wants to help you get the job done, and if he were the person actually performing the work things may have been different.
Everything his subcontractors touched became an issue.
Kent charged $385 to install the light in our dining room, where a ceiling fan had been installed. This took 2 days to complete. It is a 8' ceiling, and had a two way switch that confused the 2nd person that was sent to do what the first person was incapable of completing. Please note Kent does not use licensed electricians. However charges you with an understanding that work is to code. ( so apparently this equals electrical experience)
The first man Kent sent to my house I found out actually builds pergolas. Is not an electrician as he had presented himself to be, nor capable of paving.
When Kent sent him back to pave my courtyard 13'x13' and when he started paving while the dirt was still being removed I called him out on it. When I went back into the house to grab my phone to take a picture he started ripping up what he had laid and throwing pavers. So very professional.
Kent did then send a second contractor who knew what he was doing, however due to his other work commitments could not finish the job. Enter 3rd contractor, who had to finish the job, which was clearly botched from the very beginning.
All in all I feel bound to post this review as Kent employs any Joe that he thinks maybe capable of doing the job at hand. That is not what we signed up for.
We paid Kent total $1925 for this work. We also paid for the pavers. We expected better quality of work but especially better communication, particularly between Kent and his subcontractors who seemed to have little idea of what was required.
To say we are disappointed with the experience is an understatement. All of which was communicated directly back to Kent. I did also note Kent had started a new account in Yelp, where I will repost this review.
Lesson learned- don't make assumptions - do your homework, ask the right questions ( qualifications of his workers /subcontractors and ask to see pictures of previously completed work) before you hand over your 50% deposit check as it will be banked immediately. Ohh and take more pictures if possible ....
