Best Handymans in Phoenix, AZ

I have been using Next Level for Years and I have several rental  houses as well as my own residential home that I have had them do every type of job imaginable. He has done drywall, tile, yard clean ups, painting, plumbing, water heater installation and the list goes on. I have never had a bad experience and even when I have to have something done a second time I have never gotten anything but exemplary service. I even refer NLR to my friends and family.

After calling a few handyman service on google I came across Handyman Done Right. After speaking to Mike I knew he was the right person for the job. Service and price was reasonable. Customer service was excellent.  We have used his service twice and his name is locked in my phone for any future services.

We are so happy with our new LVT flooring that we just had installed by Stronghold Remodeling. It has completely updated our whole house by getting rid of the worn out carpeting. Trevor did exactly as promised and on time and we are very happy with the whole process. We are planning on using him for our next project and would highly recommend him.

Wow!!! I could not be more impressed with Luke at 517 Services. I had a vision in mind for when I renovated my salon and he made my dreams a reality. He completely redid my salon in a weekend. He was quick, clean, professional and extremely patient with my indecisiveness and perfectionism.

I went through several Handymen that I didn't care for.   So, I decided to use YELP to find one that was reliable.  Since Terry was rated a five star, I decided to give him a try.  I had several plumbing problems as well as drywall repair that required a professional.   I am glad I gave Yelp a try after several bad experiences with Handymen.   Terry was professional and reasonably priced.  He knew his business and did all of the repairs in one day.   I would definitely refer Terry if you are in need of a reliable and experienced Handyman.  Thanks Terry!!

Well, sit back and grab your popcorn for this one... Larry Hempen from Hempen's Honey Do's came to our condo building, and as the president of the HOA I just happened to be out in the parking area when he parked there, using two spaces, and I was extremely friendly and let him know that if he came back to do work he'd have to park on the street, as is the rule for all contractors.  He became immediately rude and threatening (see other reviews here) and was cursing, calling names, etc... in a manner that was actually frightening.

About 45 minutes later, he exited the building while I was in the lobby with our maintenance engineer and front desk concierge.  If you watch this security camera video/audio, you'll know exactly how this person operates as a human being, towards other human beings.  Note how he gestures to our maintenance engineer to move and just yells "MOVE!", not even saying "excuse me"...  then all three of us said "Have a Nice Day" at the same time, in the same manner, not being sarcastic whatsoever.  I believe in taking the high road, no matter what other people try to do to me because I'm a minority... I just won't lower myself to other people as it doesn't do any good... so watch this Nest Video Clip and see if this is the type of person you want to deal with...

The interesting part about this is that if someone does excellent work, has a great positive and polite attitude, and calm demeanor then I'd likely hire them on the spot for many, many jobs as I hold about $30MM in real estate, with hotels, condos, homes, and land throughout Arizona.  You just never know who you're talking to.

I only hope that he starts to see and listen to himself, and understand that this is going to give him a heart attack, and that it's also going to take him all the way to the poor house in today's world of social media.

Have been looking for a good handyman for sometime and unfortunately, I'll have to keep looking. We needed three new sinks installed and Mr. Fix it was not happy that there were other trades working in the house, mad that he'd have to get some supplies, and unwilling to work past four. Besides, he was rude to my girlfriend. I fired them and am getting someone else.

Jim was to be here at 9 a.m. to discuss the work I needed him to do. We set the appointment a couple of days ahead of time and he picked the date and time. He finally called at 9:34. I don't understand why people can't be on time, or at least call before they are late to say that they are going to be late. If I can't depend on him to be here when he says he will and he doesn't even have the courtesy to call me to let me know he is going to be late, then that tells me I can't depend on him.

I see he did the same to another person. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.
