Bob @ Tool Time is INCREDIBLE!

We had a pretty crazy list of jobs to complete in a short amount of time so we could move into our somewhat neglected rental property.  Bob helped us remodel both bathrooms, updated the tile in the showers to ensure they were sealed correctly, updated the shower fixtures, added shelving, new electrical work for new lighting, a ton of dry wall patching. He is amazing. He's 100% professional, very through and very clean! He showed up on time, didn't miss a beat - kept up with me and my ever increasing demands for a perfect outcome. Fixed things that were broken that I didn't know needed fixing.  My husband and I both enjoyed his company and consider him a friend.  I look forward to having him back to help out. Here are a few unique things about BOB!:
(1) He is always on time and does what he says he will do
(2) He works through until he's done, doesn't make phone calls or leave in the middle of the project to "get something" - he brings as much as he can on his truck and only once needed a  replacement tube of caulk because his was too dry.
(3) Detailed, detailed receipts and constant communication - candor and transparency

I highly recommend Tool Time.

Bob Thul owner of Tool Time Handyman Services has been to our home on four different occasions. We've had plumbing work, electrical work done in the past. Today Bob fixed our fireplace, pool pump work and put up light fixtures.  He is always very professional, on time, and charges fair prices for his work.  Thank you Bob, for jobs well done!!

This guy broke our shower door when he was supposed to be fixing it. I was lucky enough to have the company send me a new one under warranty as Bob claimed it was fractured. Now we believe he was just trying to get the liability off of himself. Agreed to come back as soon as we got the new door to install. Now he refuses and tries to blame me for helping him while he was trying to install the shower door. We have used him before this and didn't have a problem but it doesn't take long for some people to show their true colors. I wouldn't recommend this person. When something went wrong he didn't honor his word nor take any accountability. Too many other choices. We are not bitter people we just don't like others who are totally disingenuous and take advantage of others like dis to my wife and I.

My parents have used Bob at Tool Time for 10 years. I recently had him come fix some leaky shower faucets. Due to the age of the house there were some complications, but he knew just what to do!

Excellent work.  Third time we have had Bob remodeling our house.  He can do everything and do it well.  Do not look for cheap, pay a fair price and get amazing results.

I'd like to give this business a positive review, but since they don't return calls or respond to messages, it's 1 star.

We interviewed several contractors to do plumbing and electrical work for our bathroom remodel.  Bob gave us a competitive bid and was highly recommended on Yelp.  (Don't know where those recommendations went!)  He showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done to perfection.  We could not be more pleased with his professionalism and knowledge.  Wish we had found Tool Time sooner for other projects.  Bob is only handyman you will need.
