Glenn and Tina helped us do a complete remodel of our house. They took their time and came at our project from a place of empathy, like they understood how we as home owners were to use our house. Our kitchen was done with care, we did flooring throughout our house and we remodeled all the bathrooms in our house. I would recommend them to anyone have sent several of my friends their way. It was a very large project, but the differences are amazing. Even our fireplace was done with ship-lap and our stairs with a live tread that gives our house a look that is rare here in Arizona. Also, they backup everything, so they take feedback and try to make it right as possible. They are great and the only folks I use.

I saw Tim's truck in my neighborhood and decided to call him for an appointment to fix a door. He arrived on time. He was ready to work. He completed the job quickly and even did a couple of other small jobs too. His price was reasonable and fair. I would definitely call him again!

Amazing customer service! I was having trouble installing a ceiling fan on my own, and I called them up to have them come out for service. Instead the man I spoke with recognized that I was very close to finishing and just talked me through the rest of the install over the phone. I was very surprised. This type of service is hard to find and very appreciated. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again on any future home renovations.

Called up this company due to the high rate on yelp, they came out took some measurements, and said that we would have a quote emailed to us by Tuesday the 15 of May 2018, well Tuesday came and went with no quote,  even though they were upfront about not being able to hit our target day we were still looking at possibly using them to do the work. However now with no quote and no response to text or call, it is a bit hard to hire and recommend them for further work,  at this point it would have been better if they had just said we don't want to do the job.. Instead i am now scrambling to find another company...

John does a great job.  Knowledgable, and great at problem solving in getting to the root cause.  He'll shoot straight with you and get the job done.

For the actual handyman who came to the house, I would give 5 stars. At least he was forthright in telling me that he had no experience with repairing the sliding glass door rollers and track. His boss must have misunderstood what I was looking to have done. Anyway, the only expense for the visit was lost time and I did eventually find someone to repair the door.

Very pleased with George and his services! We used him to replace rollers on our sliding glass door and replaced an exterior door that was giving us trouble and not very energy efficient. He showed up on time, was responsive to our phone calls and questions and was reasonable with prices. Most of all, he was nice and patient with our two labs who were very interested and excited for the new visitor in our home. We hope to use him again for future projects. Very happy to have our doors fixed!

T & R Solutions is a great handyman service.  I would recommend T & R Solutions to anyone!  Quick response, reasonable quotes, show up on time, took pride in his work, professional and did an awesome job!  I'll definitely be using his service again!

I called Lucien once again to do some things around my Arizona home and my son's home, and once again, he did not disappoint! He made an appointment, arrived right on schedule, and did all the work meticulously. This time he put together a new computer desk that came in a million pieces, changed some light switches, replaced and patched some drywall, installed a towel bar, and created a pass through for wires from one room to the next. All of the work that he does is accomplished quickly, neatly and with the utmost care to ensure that it's done the right way the first time! The fact that his talents are so diversified makes it a pleasure to have him come to my home where I can prepare a list from which he can tackle carpentry, plumbing, electrical problems and just about any other tasks I can think of. Lucien's prices are extremely reasonable and he has been a true find in the handyman category.

Paul was reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented (which you want in your tiler!) Not only did he tile our shower beautifully, but he demo'd (down to the studs), prepped and waterproofed the area CORRECTLY, made design recommendations, then tiled and finished. All while remaining super friendly and professional. We had 2 steps in our unusually deep (1970s) shower, so he filled in the bottom with concrete and left a curb so we can get a glass shower door installed eventually. (We'll have him back to install it for us!)
He setup his wet tile cutter in our backyard and wasn't messy at all going back and forth from outside to the bathroom. Was very gracious and thoughtful about being quiet during my baby's nap times as well.
He left a clean workspace each day, and left us with a dazzling shower. Like I said, we'll hire them again for our other house projects.

My boyfriend and I are staying with his elderly Aunt and Uncle in Payson, AZ this week, their sink garbage disposal was clogged for a while we noticed and Jim was the first person I found online to call and my boyfriend talked to him over the phone with the issue we had and he not only fixed the issue over the phone with us but let us know he could be out tomorrow first thing to help us out further if needed. We really appreciate the fast help as plumbing issues are very frustrating. Thank you Jim!! What a great guy.

I had what I thought was a simple repair on my back gate. I reached out to a contracting company that said I would need a concrete guy and a welder in order to get it fixed. I contacted George and he said he'd take a look. He confirmed my initial thought and literally fixed the door within minutes. Very personable and easy to work with!

Jay Adrian has been a great discovery for us.  He is very personable, reliable, punctual and fairly priced.  He fixes, repairs, and installs all sorts of things.  He does things right the first time.  I most highly recommend him!

These guys were able to come out quickly when an outlet quit working, Jim & Steve were professional yet even entertained my toddlers w duck noises and just showing my 3yo their tools. Great guys - thanks for the help!

Michael quoted me at 6 hours to complete some tasks, then after he was done for the day he estimated he needed another 4-5 hours to get the other tasks completed. Total list of tasks were:
Replace 2 ceiling fans
Replace 2 towel rods
Swap the motors on 3 bathroom exhaust fans
Swap the faucets on 2 bathroom sinks
Replace 3 bathroom toilet roll holders

I told him I was unwilling to pay for additional 4-5 hours worth of work that he estimated it would have taken to get all the tasks done. I felt like $300 worth of labor should have been plenty to get the tasks done. In my world if you quote someone for a price for a job, that's what they pay, not double.

When I called to let him know that the one toilet paper holder he mounted was crooked, he claimed it wasn't until I told him I used a digital level to determine it was mounted 5 degrees off. I guess that's my fault for not checking his work before he left. He said he'd call back to schedule to come by and fix it, but that never happened.

Michael is more trouble than he's worth. My fiancée couldn't get any work done due to constant interrupting, requests for her to help him during the tasks, and personal questions that were none of his business that had nothing to do with completing the job that he kept asking. Its none of his business to know my custody arrangement with my ex-wife.

As a Realtor it is very important to me that the people I refer to my clients and to my friends are professional, knowledgeable, personable and have high ethics. It is a refection on me if I give out that referral. At the top of my list is Larry with Preferred Handyman Services! He goes above and beyond in every way possible.
Larry is one of the most ethical people I know and his work is exemplary. If something is not within his realm of expertise or if he feels the job best be handeled in a different way, he will refer you to someone who he feels is better suited for the job. His fee's are resonable and his workmanship is always up to the highest of standards.
I myself have used his services many times over the years and everyone of my clients and friends who have hired him have nothing but great reviews.

If I could give Preferred Handyman Services 10 stars I would.
