I hired Glenn to replace my bathroom faucets and I'm very pleased the the service from start to finish! Very friendly and flexible with dates/times which worked perfect for people with busy schedules. Given the small spaces for the replacement to take place,  they were able to complete the job and the faucets look wonderful.  I would highly recommend Arizona's Besy Handyman for anything big or small.  I have many projects I will be using them for very soon!

Amazing customer service! I was having trouble installing a ceiling fan on my own, and I called them up to have them come out for service. Instead the man I spoke with recognized that I was very close to finishing and just talked me through the rest of the install over the phone. I was very surprised. This type of service is hard to find and very appreciated. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again on any future home renovations.

This review is based solely on communication and not their actual work. The gentlemen (very nice) came out to look at the repairs I wanted done in my home. They emailed me the plans, costs and everything.  I wanted to use them and felt very comfortable with them. Then after many attempts to book them, they said they could not do the project until about a month and a half later due to a busy schedule. I said that was fine and I would wait. So I waited and waited and have sent them MANY messages and got no response. So the work on my home was not completed and now I have to start looking for someone else to do the work. Very poor communication. I get that you're busy, but if you say you can book me in February, then keep your word. Here it is now, February, and I get no response.

Jorge was very apologetic about the issues and has since come and started repairs. I am VERY pleased with the work they have done thus far. You know it's a good company when they acknowledge their downfalls and work hard to correct them. I will post pictures after the work is completed and I'm sure they will be earning 5 stars. John returned my call for a quote on the same day, AND arrived on time the day of service.  Not only was he on time, he came prepared with ladder and tools necessary to install 4 ceiling fans, 2 light fixtures, assemble 2 twin metal beds, and mount bathroom hardware.  Before he started work, he reviewed the job with me to ensure he understood my request, and updated me as he progressed and/or had a question.
John was enjoyable to talk with; he's personable, respectful and a hardworker.  As a new homeowner in Maricopa, I have more projects I'll be calling John for.  Need a trustworthy, and reliable handyman?  Call John.  You won't be disappointed.

Mr Earnest installed my Alexa smart light switches today.  He was very professional.  His Customer Service was second to none.  He even fixed my ring cam and that was awesome.  This Vet has nothing but gratitude and appreciation.  Thank you sir for a job well done.

Another AZ business that doesn't return business calls. Business must be really good that they don't call potential customers back.

T & R Solutions is a great handyman service.  I would recommend T & R Solutions to anyone!  Quick response, reasonable quotes, show up on time, took pride in his work, professional and did an awesome job!  I'll definitely be using his service again!

Lucian wasted no time tackling the job list installing two fans, fixing kitchen cabinetry, replacing a faulty photo sensor all in less time than we thought possible. We are looking for more things to put on a job list and will definitely call Lucian. He is an experienced professional.

Paul did an excellent job with tiling our shower during a bathroom remodel.

My boyfriend and I are staying with his elderly Aunt and Uncle in Payson, AZ this week, their sink garbage disposal was clogged for a while we noticed and Jim was the first person I found online to call and my boyfriend talked to him over the phone with the issue we had and he not only fixed the issue over the phone with us but let us know he could be out tomorrow first thing to help us out further if needed. We really appreciate the fast help as plumbing issues are very frustrating. Thank you Jim!! What a great guy.

I had what I thought was a simple repair on my back gate. I reached out to a contracting company that said I would need a concrete guy and a welder in order to get it fixed. I contacted George and he said he'd take a look. He confirmed my initial thought and literally fixed the door within minutes. Very personable and easy to work with!

Jay Adrian has been a great discovery for us.  He is very personable, reliable, punctual and fairly priced.  He fixes, repairs, and installs all sorts of things.  He does things right the first time.  I most highly recommend him!

ARIZONA BEWARE OF THIS HANDYMAN! Ryan was hired to fix items on a home that were identified in an inspection report.

Where do we begin.

Let's start with the fun part:

Ryan spilled paint in the driveway and on a Rolls Royce! Then CHARGED to clean up the paint and did not pay to fix the car. The Rolls Royce is a rag top. Keep in mind he charged for cleaning up his own spill.

Ryan was supposed to fix the ceiling. Ryan fixed the ceiling but then painted it the WRONG COLOR! The paint was not even remotely close. He was instructed to match the paint and did not do that at all. It now needs to be redone completely.

What else.. Oh yes. Ryan promised he would begin on a certain date... He did not begin for three days after he promised.

At the last second he suddenly only took cash...which he said was going to be 2k. He left early and did not finish all items that were supposed to be fixed. He had to be stopped and sent back in to finish  

Ryan refused to write a receipt. Or itemize what was done.

Ryan is not to be trusted and will only leave you in worse shape than you were to begin with.
