My coworker recommended Nate's services to replace a door I had to break (latching was broken). He came to the house, he was prompt, very professional and very respectful. My wife was home alone with our baby, and she raved how comfortable she felt with him working there. He ended up hanging two doors for. The gaps are great and even, and the doors open and close perfectly. I'm glad I was given his info. We even spoke about future work that he'll be doing for us, as well. Thanks Nate!

I highly recommend this service. He was very knowledgeable. His appointment was for 10:00am, (not 10:00 to 1:00 or 2:00 pm),  and he was here on the dot. He did a great job hanging a chandelier. I will use this service again.

Thank you to Shawn the owner, responded immediately late on Sunday night, understood exactly what I needed, came to our home to ensure he would have all the additional products to install our tile, he showed up on time, was exceptionally clean when he finished, he added tile in my master bathroom and it's looks better than original. I used this handyman today, for the first time. I chose him based on his many good reviews on Nextdoor, by my neighbors.

He arrived a few minutes before his appointment time. Being on time, for me, tells a lot about a person!

He completed all my requested items, and did an excellent job! He replaced a backyard water faucet, and security light. He also removed the cracked and broken caulking in my tub, and re-caulked it.

While he was replacing my security light, he noticed something not on my list, and told me that he could easily fix it. It was the latch on my RV gate that was really hard to open. It had been getting progressively worse, and now it works better than it did when I bought my home 1.5 years ago!

I found Dan to be professional, respectful, and very affordable. I will definitely use him from now on!

He was extremely thorough, did things the right way, and didn't rush the job. We needed to install the patio blinds so I sent a quote request on Yelp. Richard responded quickly and his quote was very reasonable. I usually go with 4stars and up businesses on Yelp, but I was impressed with Richard's responsiveness so I decided to go with him. I'm glad I did! He was very communicative, ended up arriving earlier than expected but made sure to let me know 1st, rather than just showing up at my house. He installed the blinds perfectly and quicker than expected. He did such a great job! My boyfriend and I are so happy with his work. Definitely recommend Richard! We have used several different handymen over the last several years.  We had a good guy, but he moved away.  After a series of so so workers, we found these guys.  While they seem a bit more expensive than some, their workmanship and standards are higher than mine.  I have now had Dolan work on 8 different projects, and every one was done really well.  Everything from installing bathroom fans, minor tile repairs, ceiling light cans, ceiling fans, replacing all the plumbing fixtures in the house from chrome to oil rubbed bronze, plus they are good finish carpenters.  On time, good communication, and professional.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

I love this husband and wife team. He did a fabulous job in short order.  Fixed a small drywall patch, installed a light fixture, fixed a broken dresser drawer.  I'm creating a list for his next visit! It took a month for him to be able to schedule... I guess that means I'm not the only one that thinks he's fabulous!

I contacted Jaime at Jag Home Services after another handyman in Ahwatukee last minute was not able to perform the work and the replacement person failed to schedule. But let me tell you, I am so glad. I have now found a reasonable, reliable, communicative handyman that is also licensed, bonded and insured. My immediate need was to have two hanging garage storage. I will def be contacting Jaime for other jobs!

We converted our laundry room into a home office and had to move the laundry room hook ups into the garage.  Basil was the perfect person to do it!  It started with great communication and followup.  The price was in range for this work I thought.  Basil was so nice and professional that I did not get another quote. The work was done perfectly and made it look like we had the hook ups in the garage the whole time.  Everything functions and works just like it should.  Now I have dual hooks in my house for a laundry room or an office.

Truly a phenomenal handyman. Was very responsive. Had an emergency for a short term rental that came up at 8 pm at night. Was able to talk to him the same night and he was out there the next morning. Fixed the problem and was super easy to communicate with. Will 100% use for all my handyman issues. If you have any issues you should just call as you will not find anyone better.

I'm an out of town landlord.  I look for businesses that use technology to communicate with me.  It is important for me to know what is going on without being there. Taylor was easy to reach, responsive, kept me in the loop with texting and photos and guarantees his work for one year.  My tenant turned in a service request to repair several leaks in the sprinkler system.  He went out that afternoon, assessed what the issues were, went over everything with me and then got  all the leaks repaired.  He has a happy customer and I have a happy tenant!  I plan on using Taylor again for all my rental home maintenance in the future.

Project was a Lifetime playground from one of the warehouse stores. The crew was punctual and showed up ready to work.
Enough Silverbacks were onsite to complete the job safely and professionally!
They cleaned up the project area when complete. Making sure multiple times my wife and I were satisfied.
I will be using Silverback again and recommend them for any project. From a 9 hour playground assembly to helping little old ladies across the street with their groceries. Thank you guys! The family and I appreciate it... especially the boys!!!

I have had Savage Home Improvement do nearly a dozen jobs for me since moving into our new home. Door replacement, appliance replacement, installing new flooring, landscape lighting, and so much more.
They are very skilled and great to work with overall.

Had 200sqft tile done. It wasn't the best work. Tiles were uneven in spot but mostly good. Also had thick mortar. I need him to lay 200 more sqft. He said he could do it and make it look great. It took him a week to send me an invoice. He didn't send it until he showed up for the job. DID NOT EVEN BRING HIS OWN EQUIPMENT. HE USED MINE!!! Made them dirty. Wasted mortar. The job is horrible. I thought it was uneven before. I was wrong. It was like it was his first time doing it. He worked from 4-9 pm. He left for 1 hour for family stuff (which is fine). Then as he is leaving for the night. He says in the invoice I sent you there's a 300$ deposit. We never discussed that any time we talked. I refused to pay it. He then says "I need to talk to the boss about this" HE IS THE BOSS. HIS NUMBER IS ON THE HOME PAGE OF HIS WEBSITE AND ON HERE. So he leaves. I check the work. I tell him my concerns about the tile being uneven. He says you didn't sign a contract or pay a deposit. I can not do the work anymore.  Lolololol scam artist at its finest. Do not go with this guy
