We wanted a simple but good looking block wall to be used as a compost pit and shovel rack. At a time when most contractors are too busy to be bothered with a small job, Dylan and his team came out relatively quickly for an estimate and gave a written proposal for a competitive price the next day. We were able to schedule the work shortly thereafter. Their mason Rafael is an artisan and worked very hard, quickly, and cleanly.

Artistic Alloys was a top-notch 100% company to work with. The beauty of the final product is one that cannot truly be captured by a picture. Scott and his team were professional reliable and true to their word. Thank you Scott for helping to make our renovation beautiful.

The service and communication could not have been better!  We are rehabing our home for sale, and NEEDED a new shower door.  Dallas, Garrett, Jeremy, and Wayne were outstanding.  I had to have the door installed at the same time photos were being taken of the house.  Jeremy and Wayne let the photographer set up for the shoot, interrupting their installation, and did so with a smile.  They were so helpful, kind, and cooperative.  Thank you to all the great guys at GCSGD!!!  By the way, the new shower door looks amazing and the installation was flawless :)

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80s and now it's not! We are so happy and don't even think we could be happier! Qualtire came in and got rid of our big tub and everything else and put in a water closet, put in a beautiful walk in shower, new cabinets, new flooring, new paint, everything is new and beautiful and such high-quality. Cody O'Donnell is the best in Payson.  He and his crew are multi-talented and multi-skilled.  Cody is experienced and honest.  Always, always does a great job.  My husband and I depend on Cody.  He's finished in a room for us including a stained concrete floor, drywall, painting custom carpentry.  He's put in a garage concrete pad and driveway.  He re-roofed our house completely and did an excellent job.  We call Cody because we know the job will be well done and priced fairly.

I had Rush and his team re-polycoat my walk deck patio. They were professional, candid, and forthcoming from the first phone call. It was clear they had experience with walk decks, which is a specialty trade. Not all roofers have this expertise. My #1 concern was would they do the job right and with the quality to last over time. After looking at the finished project, I'm convinced Rush and team are the folks to go for this type of work.

The team at Desert Tropical Pools are top notch. From Jay our salesman, Jolaine point of contact throughout the entire process and Robin. Jay was great, honest and up front on how long the process would take from beginning to end, especially in the midst of Covid supply restrictions. Jolaine was quick with all responses and kept me well informed. There were no issues with the process and in fact a couple of steps in the process went faster than expected. I own multiple rentals, and at times buy additional properties to add to my portfolio. I've dealt with many contractors over the years and have finally struck gold with Integral Homes.
Other contractors I've worked with don't communicate properly, often cut corners and do a poor job, and at times are not professional. But now that I have found Integral Homes, I now have what I need to be successful.

I recently purchased a fixer upper to have as a new rental. I spoke to a few contractors to do this work and it was a lot of the same disappointments with communication. But when I reached out to Integral Homes, it was completely different! Constant communication, professionalism, and knowledgeable! The quality of work was outstanding.
I was reluctant because of a couple of one star reviews, but when I read them they gave a one star without Integral Homes doing any work, why would anyone do that? Anyhow, I thought I would give them a try, and I was so glad I did. The knowledge, execution, schedule, and the final product was much better than I expected!

Do yourself a favor, stop shopping around and hiring these guys! Trust me, I've worked with many contractors. Integral Homes is by far the best I've worked with.
