Best Deck & Railing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

I had an outdoor patio wall commissioned through them and it came out spectacular! They put up the wall quickly and efficiently, and I was really impressed with the work! Will be returning to finish patio floor and likely much more!

I can't say enough good things about Vlad and his crew. Vlad responded to my request the first day and quoted me a fair price. They were all very, very nice people who knew what they were doing and they worked so well together, my job was completed in one day and they helped me get my furniture back in place, too, so my house was back in order before I went to bed. They were friendly and professional and a pleasure to have working in the house all day. Vlad sent me an email the following day making sure I was happy with their work (I am).  Who does that anymore?   I guarantee you will be very happy with this company.

Jeff is such a great southern gentleman. Really good and conscientious handyman. I truly, highly recommend him for any home repair you might have. Really, you'll be happy you read this.

Daniel and Israel did an amazing job! They're knowledgeable, very hard workers, friendly, and extremely skillful! It was a pleasure having them do the railing, tile and steps! Everything turned out beautiful! Please see pictures below.

Our pool deck just got done! Daniel came by to do a final walk thru so it's still brand new but so far, we love it! Daniel was very professional! Really nice guy and easy to work with. Very reliable and seems extremely trustworthy. It's always easy to do business with someone you like! He came out several times to give us suggestions/estimates since we were throwing around a few different options for design. Not once did he act like it was a waste of his time and we all know that this economy right now is thriving so it's not like he didn't have other jobs. He would text us and keep us in the loop on when his crew was coming out and what they were going to be doing that day. Communication and keeping your word  is so appreciated and rarely done these days! Can't wait to have a party and show off our new patio and deck! Thank you Copper Sky Concrete! Tony showed up with another man and spoke to this gentleman instead of me entire time he was here. My questions were primarily answered when he responded to the other guy he brought with him. Wonder if my husband would have been treated in the same dismissive and disrespectful manner?
Anyway, I received an email the next day with no details and a $7000.00 price tag. No response to my follow up questions. This man was utterly rude and a waste of my time. The budget name is absurd and his quote was $4000.00 higher than the company we ultimately chose. Worst review I've ever posted on Yelp thanks to Tony. For the record, I make the financial decisions and companies need to pay attention to the fact that this is the case in many households.

Rob is just a million $$ find! I was in a bind to have my cabin cleaned and detailed before my next Airbnb guests arrived, I live in Walnut Creek and could not get to it. Called several people and he was the only one who could do it on such a short notice! He went that same day to look and see what he needed and cleaned and detailed my cabin the next day! And a t a reasonable price to. he is just wonderful! he is prompt, responsible and detail oriented and communicates well. I would strongly recommend him.

Jason and his team delivered a great product.  We did a full front and back yard landscape job from scratch, so there were many elements.  Hardscape, Planting, Turf, Sports areas, Pavers, Structures, Misting all turned out fantastic.  Jason was on top of ordering and getting jobs completed even with extreme supply and labor shortages.  Would absolutely recommed and work with Flowing Wells again.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

After a weekend monsoon storm clogged up our pool filter, I started looking on yelp for pool repair companies. I messaged some companies without any responses. Cool Blue Pool happened to be pretty close to where we live in Phoenix, so I called on Monday morning- Rob picked up. I told him what was going on. He said he would come by at the end of his day. He actually was able to come over earlier, fixed the issue and that was it! It wasn't a complicated issue with our filter but I really appreciated him coming the same day, fixing it quickly and not overcharging. We will definitely use them for any pool repairs/issues in the future.

Spoke with Rosa and scheduled an appointment time to come out and give us an estimate for our bathroom remodel.  She was scheduled to be at my home today between 1-3.  NO SHOW, NO CALL.  This is time we could have had someone else out.  Very unprofessional!

At first they were great. But the last two months not dependable. We found plastic bags in both filters and alot of algae because they haven't shown up for three weeks!

They responded quickly. Unfortunately they don't do what I want.
