We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

Their cleanliness is top notch! The work area was completely sealed off from the rest of our home. Their work ethic was amazing. They showed up early, worked hard throughout the day and got the job done before expected. Contractor kept me informed from beginning to end and actually did all the work himself. Pool Deck re-surfacing project went great, 2 days to complete the job, very neat and professional. I had the old deck removed, they fixed 4 cracks that were pretty deep, re-textured and then put the color on. I was very happy with the finished project. Rob is just a million $$ find! I was in a bind to have my cabin cleaned and detailed before my next Airbnb guests arrived, I live in Walnut Creek and could not get to it. Called several people and he was the only one who could do it on such a short notice! He went that same day to look and see what he needed and cleaned and detailed my cabin the next day! And a t a reasonable price to. he is just wonderful! he is prompt, responsible and detail oriented and communicates well. I would strongly recommend him.

Jason and his team delivered a great product.  We did a full front and back yard landscape job from scratch, so there were many elements.  Hardscape, Planting, Turf, Sports areas, Pavers, Structures, Misting all turned out fantastic.  Jason was on top of ordering and getting jobs completed even with extreme supply and labor shortages.  Would absolutely recommed and work with Flowing Wells again.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

Do NOT use this company!  Not only did they NO SHOW, for the 10am apt at our home today they DIDN'T CALL to even reschedule or postpone!  By noon, my husband had waited 2-hours so he called, left a message and it's now 6pm.  NO return call, NO excuse or apology.  NOTHING!  Thank you Erika, for wasting our time and the time of another company we could've booked in its place.

We have had Randy as a pool guy for five years.  Being first time pool owners, we were apprehensive about how to take care of our pool.  We contacted Randy and he has taken care of our pool since the beginning.  He is always willing to show me how to operate different features with our system.  He has always been quick to respond to phone calls or text messages.  Very dependable and good communicator.

I had some awnings put in in my house it was a small job I called three companies before this and they all made excuses Mayfield is very dependable and reliable and the job was done as promised, Excellent service and reliability
