Best Deck & Railing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

I had an outdoor patio wall commissioned through them and it came out spectacular! They put up the wall quickly and efficiently, and I was really impressed with the work! Will be returning to finish patio floor and likely much more!

Great job! Dynamite completed a large patio build for us. We were very pleased with the end result. We had some hiccups along the way but they were very pleasant and responsive, quickly adjusting as needed. Great sub crews too. Thank you for all the hard work and we are happily enjoying summer evenings on the new patio!

Reached out for a stair railing. Very responsive, walked me through the process and thought behind their quote. Was a two day job, very punctual, considerate of me working from the house and offering to time their breaks when I needed for meetings, did a great job of protecting the house from mess. Absolute masters of their trade, can't speak highly enough, even walking me through suggestions to the original request to align with my future plans.

Pool Deck re-surfacing project went great, 2 days to complete the job, very neat and professional. I had the old deck removed, they fixed 4 cracks that were pretty deep, re-textured and then put the color on. I was very happy with the finished project. My pool guy said it's the best that I have seen

I highly recommend Rob and his team. They did a great job repainting the interior of my condo. I requested quotes from yelp and Rob contacted me shortly afterwards. He really understood what I was looking for, how much my budget was, and what time frame I needed to get the job done by. The scheduling was easy and it was done within 5 days from when we first spoke. The place looks great and it was done at a very reasonable cost. Definitely give Rob a call if you need work done at your place

Jason and his team delivered a great product.  We did a full front and back yard landscape job from scratch, so there were many elements.  Hardscape, Planting, Turf, Sports areas, Pavers, Structures, Misting all turned out fantastic.  Jason was on top of ordering and getting jobs completed even with extreme supply and labor shortages.  Would absolutely recommed and work with Flowing Wells again.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

After a weekend monsoon storm clogged up our pool filter, I started looking on yelp for pool repair companies. I messaged some companies without any responses. Cool Blue Pool happened to be pretty close to where we live in Phoenix, so I called on Monday morning- Rob picked up. I told him what was going on. He said he would come by at the end of his day. He actually was able to come over earlier, fixed the issue and that was it! It wasn't a complicated issue with our filter but I really appreciated him coming the same day, fixing it quickly and not overcharging. We will definitely use them for any pool repairs/issues in the future.

We had Rosa and her team come out to do some wainscoting and wall paint for an accent wall.  They did an excellent job and was on budget and the time schedule.   We would definitely call them back for any projects in the future.

When we knew we were going to build a pool, we got 4 quotes (wanted more but some company's didn't call us back....). Randy returned my call, agreed to meet at the house to give me a quote. He was the only one who called the day of the appointment to confirm (a professional detail nobody else performed). In honesty, his was the most expensive quote...yet....he also seemed the most professional. His contract is all inclusive: if a price goes up, you don't pay the increase. Once the contract is signed that is all you pay. From the time we signed our contract to the time the equipment was purchased the price went up $7K - we didn't pay another penny!

The quality of the work is terrific. The communication is the best. Randy (the owner) or Matt (Randy's assistant) show up to the site any time there's a sub contractor. I think the thing that really separates Desert Art Pools from other pool builders is that they build every pool as though they are building it for family!

While the pool isn't finished....we are days (maybe weeks) ahead of schedule. Let me ask you this, who do you know that is any days ahead of schedule in this post covid Summer of 2021? Neighbor across the street is months behind (he went with a company that didn't even call us back). Same neighbor has been uncharged thousands of dollars for unexpected work. With Desert Arts, if there's an unexpected expense....Desert Arts has it included -- no surprise contracting!

If you want a team that shows up, does the job, tries to do the job as quickly as possible, treats you like you are family and not just a check....I really do suggest you go with Desert Arts.  

We will continue to use them post pool build as our pool service people.

Steve and his crew did a amazing job installing our awning. These guys are fast, dependable and very reasonably priced. We will be using them again in the near future without a doubt!
