First, let me say that he came out and did an estimate right away and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I was so excited to hire this company to remodel the kitchen in my mother-in-law suite. Unfortunately it took two weeks to get the initial estimate rather than getting it by the end of that first week as he had stated. Then the estimate was missing some major components... The install of a gas stove and stainless hood (and that's really a BIG part of this project).
When I emailed him about this, a week later I still had not heard back with an updated estimate so I emailed him yet again and left a voicemail. His response was that he thought the vendor would install yet he and I had very clearly discussed that Dynamite would do the installation. Bottom line is that he added another $250 to the estimate and still didn't give me any info on his availability (which I asked for a few different times). As much as I would love to hire this company because I really genuinely think he knows what he's talking about and the price is reasonable, I think he is just far too busy and may not do a good job on my project because he didn't care enough to get me the estimate when he said he would, missed major components on the estimate, didn't  respond to my email for over a week, and he also didn't  answer his phone or return my call. I know my project might not be as big or important as his other projects, but it is very important to me and I would have been happy to schedule this several months out if needed. I just want a company that I can count on to pay attention to detail and communicate in a timely manner. Very disappointed this didn't work out.

Jeff is such a great southern gentleman. Really good and conscientious handyman. I truly, highly recommend him for any home repair you might have. Really, you'll be happy you read this.

Just moved from Chicago to Litchfield Park and it was very challenging finding a good one stop Shop for our rehab needs.  Danny and his brother not only took my job but accommodated to be completed by my deadline date. Very professional and for the quality of work it was a great price. They even made it comfortable enough for me and my family to sill be able to operate out of our house. Our pool deck just got done! Daniel came by to do a final walk thru so it's still brand new but so far, we love it! Daniel was very professional! Really nice guy and easy to work with. Very reliable and seems extremely trustworthy. It's always easy to do business with someone you like! He came out several times to give us suggestions/estimates since we were throwing around a few different options for design. Not once did he act like it was a waste of his time and we all know that this economy right now is thriving so it's not like he didn't have other jobs. He would text us and keep us in the loop on when his crew was coming out and what they were going to be doing that day. Communication and keeping your word  is so appreciated and rarely done these days! Can't wait to have a party and show off our new patio and deck! Thank you Copper Sky Concrete! Pros:
Rex-super friendly and always willing to help
Pool looks awesome
Job done within a reasonable amount of time

Cons:
Miscommunication on initial quote to add a waterfall with slide quoted $5k for what we wanted but actually ended up being $9k so we skipped it.

After demo we found out the supplier was out of the tile we choose so we had to go back to the drawing board and pick a new design.

Dealing with Rex is easy but Tony makes the decisions and is absent from the whole process.

During construction you never really know who is coming and when, don't be alarmed if there are people in your backyard when you wake up in the morning.

Demo crew broke an umbrella and painters stained a paver sidewalk, also had a bunch of debris in the gutter in front of the house but Rex had someone come out and clean it up. And tony is working with me on the other stuff.

Would I recommend:
Yes, it was a bit of roller coaster at times but all in all they were pretty easy to work with and did a great job.

Rob helped us out in a unique matter of the dry moss that attaches to our Vertical Siding on our Modified A Frame Cabin ... will be using Rob company to oil our wood deck s this summer ...

Jason and his team delivered a great product.  We did a full front and back yard landscape job from scratch, so there were many elements.  Hardscape, Planting, Turf, Sports areas, Pavers, Structures, Misting all turned out fantastic.  Jason was on top of ordering and getting jobs completed even with extreme supply and labor shortages.  Would absolutely recommed and work with Flowing Wells again.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

Refinishing a pool is a daunting and expensive process that few homeowners look forward to. After owning the home for 4 years, I learned that a build flaw with a popular defective bond beam rounded edge style that our pool was installed with never should have been used in the first place as chunks of pebbletec and large cracks started to appear. Based on the cost estimates I saw online, I spent a month interviewing pool companies and collecting quotes (accidentally became a mini expert in all things refinishing in the process!) and after 5 different company visits, I chose Shane and Cool Blue Pools. His communication, professionalism, pricing and quality far exceeded our expectations and we're thrilled to have a brand new looking pool. Wow! I don't know where to begin, because our experience was exceptional.

My husband and I have been wanting to do a renovation on our kitchen for some time now. Casually, I submitted a project via Yelp to multiple contractors to shop around. After a swift response from Rosa, we set up an in-home consultation. Rosa and Erica brought samples based upon our initial conversation and were spot on with the look I was wanting. Their energy and general vibe sold us. Professional, friendly and genuine. Some days later, we signed a contract and the project began shortly thereafter.

Being in the midst of a global pandemic, I was worried with how many people would be in and out of our home. Everyone wore masks, respected social distancing, and staggered scheduling to keep down how many workers were in our home at any given time.

At first they were great. But the last two months not dependable. We found plastic bags in both filters and alot of algae because they haven't shown up for three weeks!

I had some awnings put in in my house it was a small job I called three companies before this and they all made excuses Mayfield is very dependable and reliable and the job was done as promised, Excellent service and reliability
