Best Deck & Railing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

I hired them to add a closet to a room in my house.  They had to deal with framing, drywall, baseboards, paint, electrical & flooring.  It came out great, looks like it's part of the original house.  I would use them again.

Trying to get a contractor out to do the less exciting work is difficult right now.  Multiple contractors told me remodels only and 1 even told me nothing under 20k!  Previously I had contracted with Lowes for my door and they backed out because it was too hard (I kid you not!).   I was straight with Vlad about my less than exciting needs and he was more than willing to do the work. His estimate was the same as Lowes and fairly priced.

Vlad told me his team would be there at a specific date/time.  They showed up EXACTLY as promised to the minute.  They worked efficiently without need of support from me and came prepared to do the job.  I got 1 call about something they saw while working the property; this was my issue, not theirs and I appreciated the fact they told me what they saw.   They didn't mind the fact I would sneak out to look at their work (I like to watch professionals do their job; its fascinating!).  They cleaned up nicely, walked me through what they did, and I paid with a check no hesitation.

So my photos are of the unpainted result; this was as I directed Vlad and his team.  One photos is of a piece of drywall that was sagging that he replaced.
But what I would want you to notice is that the texture in consistent and lines up with the original texturate on the gypsum.  This is what a professional should do; but not all professionals actually do this!  The second photo is of an access door to my air handler that he replaced.  Not exiting; but it had to be done!

Jeff is such a great southern gentleman. Really good and conscientious handyman. I truly, highly recommend him for any home repair you might have. Really, you'll be happy you read this.

Daniel and his brother did an incredible job on our stair railing. They were able to knock it out in 2 days and got every detail right. The materials they used were high quality and was solidly built. They were very easy to work with and made sure everything was to our liking. Would recommend to anyone looking to install new stair railing!

We decided to have our rear patio and front porch upgraded and refinished from plain concrete. Daniel from Copper Sky Concrete came out to show us the different possible finishes we could have, the different looks they would give, and took measurements. A couple of days later I received his quote which was detailed and seemed very reasonable.  After the work was completed, we were very happy with the end result.  Daniel's workers were efficient, professional and friendly.  They cleaned up after themselves before leaving for the day.  About a week after the work was finished, Daniel made another trip to our house to see what we thought of the outcome.  He was happy that we were happy.  I highly recommend Copper Sky Concrete for any refinishing and resurfacing needs you may have.

Highly recommend Budget Pool! A neighbor recommended them to us since they had a good experience. We got a quote from two other companies plus them. By far, their pricing was the best and were willing to work with our requests. Rex made the quote process so easy. We told him what we were looking for and then left him to do all the measurements. We got the quote back faster than the other companies too. They were easy to work with and we communicated with Tony when he would arrive to check on the progress. Rex would text us every once in awhile to check in as well or give us a heads up on things. If something was not how we wanted or something was broken, we communicated to them and they made sure it was corrected or fixed. They were originally just going to do our pool and the deck but as we discussed the backyard remodel project more with Tony, he knew people that could do the turf, fireplace, patio pillars, etc. They did our whole backyard remodel. Tony also gave us recommendation on landscaper design, irrigation, etc. since they don't do those items. Pablo and his team were great as well! We never knew when workers would arrive but Rex warned us about that so plan to leave your gate unlock during the duration of the project. Sometimes the worker played music, we didn't mind. Happy workers = hard workers. They never played it too early in the morning. They respected the noise ordinance. Sometimes the worker left trash but that was OK for us because it was already a huge mess out there during the construction. We knew they would clean it all up when the project was completed and it was!

This was a huge investment for us and we love the results that Budget Pool did for us!

I recently purchased a second home in Tahoe Vista that needed cleaning and staining. Rob did a great job with quoting, scheduling and staining the home. Rob was great to work with, he was quick to respond to calls and texts - he texted updates along the way so that I knew progress was being made. Everything was completed above expectation, within the estimated time frame and cost.

Rob also cleaned the roof, found a bee hive, fixed woodpecker damage and completed accent painting - all within the original estimate.

Jason and his team delivered a great product.  We did a full front and back yard landscape job from scratch, so there were many elements.  Hardscape, Planting, Turf, Sports areas, Pavers, Structures, Misting all turned out fantastic.  Jason was on top of ordering and getting jobs completed even with extreme supply and labor shortages.  Would absolutely recommed and work with Flowing Wells again.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

I can't say enough amazing things about the service I have received! They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Shane serviced our commercial pool and absolutely fixed what other companies couldn't. 5 starts all the way!

SpiceGirls gave me a 1 hour arrival window -- SOOOO much better than those long 2 hour or more time frames that others expect, and Rosa arrived during the 1-hour window she said she would!  I appreciate they way they treat customers.

At first they were great. But the last two months not dependable. We found plastic bags in both filters and alot of algae because they haven't shown up for three weeks!

They responded quickly. Unfortunately they don't do what I want.
