I hired Dynamite to install a range/oven and hood in my kitchen and I couldn't be more pleased. After a bad experience with a home warranty company, I was left with an uninstalled range/oven and hood in my garage and a hole in my kitchen where the broken range used to be. I needed the kitchen space modified to fit the new range/oven, electrical installed for it and also the hood installed. Vlad and his team were quick with a very reasonable quote and the installation was completed one week later. I am incredibly happy! I highly recommend this company.

Daniel and his brother just finished installing a new Black stair railing with horizontal stainless steel balusters.  It was done in 3 days.  If I could give them a 10 star review, I would.  They started the job by making sure that my Living and Dining room as well as Kitchen area were all covered in a wall of plastic so that nothing would get dirty.  The plastic went all the way to the ceiling, by the time the job was done, the rooms were still clean.  They are very professional and courteous.  We love the new staircase!   I will be using them again for sure!

Our pool deck just got done! Daniel came by to do a final walk thru so it's still brand new but so far, we love it! Daniel was very professional! Really nice guy and easy to work with. Very reliable and seems extremely trustworthy. It's always easy to do business with someone you like! He came out several times to give us suggestions/estimates since we were throwing around a few different options for design. Not once did he act like it was a waste of his time and we all know that this economy right now is thriving so it's not like he didn't have other jobs. He would text us and keep us in the loop on when his crew was coming out and what they were going to be doing that day. Communication and keeping your word  is so appreciated and rarely done these days! Can't wait to have a party and show off our new patio and deck! Thank you Copper Sky Concrete! We asked Budget Pools to replace plaster with mini pebble. Tony provided a quote a year ago which was in line with industry prices. We could not do it last year but this year we asked him for a quote again. His quote is now $2,000 above any established industry companies which also quoted prices in line with Budget's original quote from a year ago. Therefore there was no industry related reason for the price increase. Just felt like Budget tried to rip us off. Be aware of this and shop around. Tony's only excuse was that he has a lot of work and that prices of materials went up (which is not true just based on other quotes that are all similar and $2,000 cheaper). Be aware of this when dealing with Budget.

On the east shore of Tahoe, it's difficult to find contractors willing to drive so far to even give us quotes for work needed. Rob was prompt, thorough, and FABULOUS!! His bid was prompt, and the work his crew does is exemplary. They know what a job well done is! They handled every detail, performed great work on our deck and house, and cleaned up completely. We have nothing but accolades for United Paint & Stain!!! Rob does business the way it used to be in the old days. What a work ethic and customer service guy!! Thanks Rob!!!!

Jason and his team delivered a great product.  We did a full front and back yard landscape job from scratch, so there were many elements.  Hardscape, Planting, Turf, Sports areas, Pavers, Structures, Misting all turned out fantastic.  Jason was on top of ordering and getting jobs completed even with extreme supply and labor shortages.  Would absolutely recommed and work with Flowing Wells again.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

After speaking to Cool Blue owner on the phone  they came in the next day and prepared my pool for draining  and arrived the  next morning at 8:00 AM and got my pool back working within 48 hours

Erika did an amazing job planning out and executing on our kitchen remodel. Unlike most contractors I've worked with she underpromises and over delivers. She's honest and thorough. I couldn't be happier with the work her crew has done and her consistent and direct communication.

When we knew we were going to build a pool, we got 4 quotes (wanted more but some company's didn't call us back....). Randy returned my call, agreed to meet at the house to give me a quote. He was the only one who called the day of the appointment to confirm (a professional detail nobody else performed). In honesty, his was the most expensive quote...yet....he also seemed the most professional. His contract is all inclusive: if a price goes up, you don't pay the increase. Once the contract is signed that is all you pay. From the time we signed our contract to the time the equipment was purchased the price went up $7K - we didn't pay another penny!

The quality of the work is terrific. The communication is the best. Randy (the owner) or Matt (Randy's assistant) show up to the site any time there's a sub contractor. I think the thing that really separates Desert Art Pools from other pool builders is that they build every pool as though they are building it for family!

While the pool isn't finished....we are days (maybe weeks) ahead of schedule. Let me ask you this, who do you know that is any days ahead of schedule in this post covid Summer of 2021? Neighbor across the street is months behind (he went with a company that didn't even call us back). Same neighbor has been uncharged thousands of dollars for unexpected work. With Desert Arts, if there's an unexpected expense....Desert Arts has it included -- no surprise contracting!

If you want a team that shows up, does the job, tries to do the job as quickly as possible, treats you like you are family and not just a check....I really do suggest you go with Desert Arts.  

We will continue to use them post pool build as our pool service people.

Steve and his crew did a amazing job installing our awning. These guys are fast, dependable and very reasonably priced. We will be using them again in the near future without a doubt!
