Brandon was very easy to work with, on time, tidy, and well priced. I have used many contractors of the years and he was perfect.
Why buy new cabinets when you can have Brandon paint them for a lot less cost.

I've ordered a few things from Diersen Welding. I needed some fencing with swing gates to put on the two sides of my house. Really enhanced the look of my backyard. Just received the crown jewel...a custom smoker. Not a bolt on the thing except for the hinges and even those bolts on are welded on! The smoker is custom and has my last name on the hood and a custom cutout on the shelf that says IRON WORKS. I had a sign with the same logo done by them earlier and they surprised me by putting it on the smoker they made for me. Excellent work by a team that loves what they do. You can't help but make excellent products when you love what you do.

George is one hell of a guy. My boyfriend and I had him over as a referral for a small plumbing job and he was so unbelievably efficient and kind. We were actually in the middle of an entire home remodel and were planning on going with someone else to complete the job, but after seeing George's amazing and efficient plumbing work and finding out he also does entire home remodels, we decided to ask him to do it for us and we're so thankful we did. Not only does his work look flawless (demolition, wood floor installs, painting, baseboards, door installs, window installs, etc.), but he is also available day or night to answer any and every question you have for him. Thank you for everything you did for us George!!

Thank you for the repair to the roof. Highly recommend, great work and nice guy :) We had some rot on the side of our roof we needed fixed before painting, looks good as new now!

Rick and Matt and their crew completed a beautiful carport/storage shed for me. They were very professional, communicated well and did a great job overall. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

I hired Chris Riggs at Priority One to do some bathroom remodeling work on my sisters' home in July of 2017. I needed to have the old bathtub removed and a walk-in shower installed. The plumbing was (as far as I know) the original circa 1964 plumbing that came with a John F. Long tract home. In retrospect, Chris may have under-bid the job not knowing some of the issues he'd encounter. However, I thought his pricing was reasonable and the work was completed timely and for the amount he'd originally quoted.
Fast forward to February, 2019, when I asked Chris for a quote to re-tile the other shower in the home. He provided an estimate which I thought was slightly high at the time so I thought I'd get a few more quotes before making the decision. He said the shower I wanted to have worked on (shower #2) was leaking badly. After getting a quote from my regular plumber (who said he also did some shower work), I found out it wasn't shower #2 that was leaking badly. It turns out the drain from shower #1--the one Chris had worked on--was the one that was leaking under the pan and under the wall into bathroom #2. Apparently, the drain had come loose somehow, thereby causing the leak.
I contacted Chris who, much to his credit, immediately said: I stand by my work and who scheduled a visit to inspect what had gone wrong with shower #1. After doing so, he agreed the drain had come loose and he needed to make things right. He scheduled a time with my sisters to fix the issues from his original work. A medical emergency on Chris's part prevented him from getting the work done on the originally scheduled date but Chris texted me right away, advised me of the situation and said he'd reschedule as soon as he was medically able to go back to work. All of that happened within the time frame he provided. He did exactly what he said he'd do and as soon as he was able, he returned to my sisters' house and spent a significant amount of time doing tear-out and drain repairs, and then putting everything back the way it should have been in shower #1.
Because I was so pleased with Chris's I stand by my work approach, his timeliness and his attentiveness, and because subsequent bids for shower #2 were coming in only slightly lower than Chris's shower #2 estimate from February, 2019, I decided to use him on shower #2 since I knew he'd stand by his work if anything went wrong. By then, it was early August of 2019 and because months had passed since Chris provided his original shower #2 estimate, I wrote to him to make sure his quote was still valid. Three weeks later, after getting no reply, I e-mailed him again, and got a bounce-back. I then texted Chris to see if he was still in business since my e-mail hadn't gone through. He contacted me within a day, said he wasn't sure what had happened with the e-mail foul-up and said he'd schedule another inspection at my sisters' home to make sure his pricing was unchanged from the preceding February.
According to my sisters, Chris showed up as scheduled at their house on September 6. And that was the last I ever heard from him. He never provided a new estimate, and never wrote, called or texted to say whether or not he'd still honor the pricing from the old estimate. I texted him on September 21 asking him if he was still interested in doing the job. Again, I got no response.
So, that's the story of my experience with Chris Riggs and Priority One. Take it for what you will but be aware you may get the I stand by my work Chris, or you may get the one who simply, and inexplicably disappears. Hopefully, you'll get the former, not the latter.

Adam has been helping us upgrade our home to a rental property. He has done an outstanding job fixing multiple doors that were out of alignment (letting the AZ heat in!), including our front gate which was getting stuck and unable to open. Adam replaced fans on our 9-10 ft ceilings, replaced bathroom light fixtures and two chandeliers. My fiancé and I can count on Adam to be on time and communicate different options to fix our house problems. He is honest, friendly and gets the work done correctly. We will definitely be using him in the future for our next home! Thanks Adam!

Had a leak in the roof, not only were they able to come out quickly, they took me up to the roof to show what the previous roofer we had did wrong. They had tons of knowledge about the roof details Completed the job quickly and efficiently

The doors are fantastic and helped complete our amazing guest bath! They worked with us and made suggestions to make sure we got everything we envisioned and more! The frameless glass does not take away from the gorgeous tile work we had done and the installer was exceptionally neat and thorough. My wife was not on board fully with glass doors but was thrilled when she got home and saw the finished product. The prices were very fair and the quality exceptional and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your glass needs!

Had the unfortunate displeasure of using Go To Services.
Communication to you as a customer is terrible. Even after repeatedly asking for communication, long lengths of time went with no response just for me to reach out again. Communication within the company is also very poor. Empathy and assurance are no where to be found.
Some contractors will be sent out by GoToServices that they contract with, the work is not actually always done by them, just so you are aware when possibly planning some type of repair. Don't always believe them when they say we are sending out one of our best people yet a company truck will pull up for a different business. Can be very... snake in the grass with wording and approach. Listen carefully.
VIDEO RECORD ALL REPAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN YOUR HOME. I unfortunately did not. People will say that communication never happened, items will be broken and you need to supply proof of them damaging items. Yes, some things were owned up to and taken care of but others are ignored.
Project was not completed. Left over work to be completed. Left over trash after EVERY visit. Promises to clean after repairs, that never happens.
Took a repair that should have been done within a couple weeks and have now gone 5 months with no resolution. Contractors sent out continue to damage items or other parts of the home unrelated. Company now stating that no resolution is available and they are ending communication based on actions.
If I ever have a choice to go elsewhere, it's high on my consideration list considering my most recent experience.

I am currently a renter and had a mishap with the garage door. This resulted in needing the whole garage door to be painted . The property management contracted with Cadriel Construction for the job. The owner Rich contacted me via text message at 9 pm the night before and told me he would be sending a guy and gave me no time range. We didn't even know when the painter arrived and open the garage door up on him while he was prepping the door. After the work was done I followed up with Rich to obtain a copy of the invoice to which he very rudely asked Why would I send you the invoice? it was sent to property management If I am paying for the work I should have the right to see the invoice. Rudely disregarding someone paying for your services was the response I received. I contacted the property management and they ended up uploading the same invoice that he could have provided me. The invoice was just a list of tasks that should be done when painting even though it was listed that the garage door should have been cleaned before painting but I know that it was not. Nothing was itemized and the charge was super high at $460 to paint a standard two car garage door where only around a gallon of paint is used. I would not recommend this company to anyone they are overpriced and rude.

Talked with guy Clint, he's the owner or something. He was very rude when I tried getting quotes on work needing to be done with my house. He was very amped up as well like he was on coke or something similar. Wouldn't recommend until he's out of the picture

Horrible company!
My water heater broke in October and caused some damage in my home. Revolutionary Construction was sent to my home to finish repairs. I met with Jackson the beginning of November. He said he would get started mid week and it should only take a week to finish repairs. Three weeks later, no communication and no crew! I was waiting on the repairs to have a water heater installed. It took me telling the water heater company that they still had not done any repairs for Revolutionary Construction to come out to my house. Highly unacceptable! Jackson's excuse was that they were waiting to hear back from the insurance company. Thanks for the communication. They finally came out to do repairs. They broke my dryer, shelves weren't level and their work looked like it was a rush job. I contacted Jackson highly unhappy with the work they did. I provided pictures of what was wrong. I went weeks without hearing from Jackson before reaching out to Jason (the owner of the company). I called Jason for 3 days leaving him messages until he finally took my call. He sent a crew to my home to fix the repairs and made more of a mess. They painted my shelves and then put my stuff in top of the wet paint. My stuff had white paint all over them. They also told me they would be back the following weekend and they never showed. I called Jason with no call back. His mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. It took a month to get in touch with Jason again. I told him he needed to look at the work his crew did. He didn't seem to care at all and told me he would have a crew over to my house that weekend to do repairs (on their repairs). I waited 45 minutes after the scheduled time to reach out to Jason to ask where his crew was. His response was they couldn't make it and if we could reschedule for another day. Again, thanks for the communication. I'm over it!! It's been four months just for him to fix a closet and they couldn't even handle that.

Unsafe
Disrespectful
Horrible communication.
You we certainly get sued when one of them or gear falls from the roof. Absolutely no safety measures. No regard to personal property. They threw item off the room and caused debris to cover the vehicles.
Took no precaution to the dust getting into the air inlets why using power saws. Worst in the business.
