We had our bathroom remodeled and couldn't be happier with the results.  The whole Urban Trend Team was a pleasure to work with!  Communication was easy and effective and talk about dedication and attention to detail!!  I've been talking about them and sharing their info with anyone who is thinking about their own remodel project.  A++

First off. If I could give 10 stars I would. From the first communication to the completion of the jobs necessary, I knew I had hired the right guy. Nate is a professional and he showed great communication, reliability, and above all great work. He was fair in his pricing and he is a down to earth guy. Those two things are very important, as I am in the Trades business as well. Some guys may do great work, but there pricks. Nate was the exact opposite.  We had 4 large TV's mounted to the walls. An extremely heavy mirror and a very large picture hung in our living room. Everything turned out perfect and is secure. It is nice to know the jobs were done right, as my Wife and I have 3 small children and another baby on the way. Now we don't have to worry about one of our TVs or wall hangings coming down on our children, as they like to pull everything down! Young with no fear. I'm sure other parents reading this understand what I mean. Anyways, Thanks for everything Nate. My wife and I will definitely be using your service's in the future!

I have done my homework checking out tile installers. Darren was very straight forward, honest and reliable. He did not ask for payment upfront. I was looking to install about 900 SF. of tile. Darren came over, gave me an estimate and we scheduled for about a month out so i could remove the old carpet and tile. He arrived as scheduled. We set aside 5 days to get it completed, it was done in 4. The whole time he was professional, took great care in setup, even worked around a few pieces of furniture we had no place to move.To address the few reviews that commented on no answer or delayed call back, Darren is working to complete the job, on his knee's doing layout, placement, cutting and grouting. Cut him a break, I did. I expected immediate response, when I did not receive it, I was impatient. I spoke to him about it, he was very concerned and we moved forward. His priority is getting your job done.After seeing him work, and the finished product, I'm very happy he did the job. We will be calling to do kitchen back splash, and bathrooms.Thanks again. Marcus and Kyler are life savers!  My daughter and I were living in a disaster left by the previous contractor.  I was out of money, time, and patience.  The price was very reasonable, and they started the work immediately.  They worked very hard to get things done on schedule, but took the time necessary to do things right.  They went above and beyond in everything they did.  They are kind, trustworthy, and highly skilled.  I will be using them for phase two of my remodel, and refer them to anyone that will listen :)  I couldn't be more satisfied or appreciative of the work they have done here!

Luke and Desert Vision do a superb job on every property. They are friendly, efficient and professional. Their work is excellent and the properties are beautiful with excellent attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or build a home. EW

Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

Finally... after a year in the making, we searched and found Josh, the right builder, to redo our mid century ranch carport in Cave Creek. We have a brand new pine tongue and grove ceiling and redwood gable ends. We stained over 100 (12' ) boards on our own before installation. We are very happy with the results, and the attention to detail. I would recommend Josh!

While the job we had Jon complete likely wasn't the most complex, he was incredibly speedy and easy to work with and we went from confirming we'd work with him to permit in-hand in 5 days.

Their are no indication this is a legitimate business; no reviews, no webpage, and steered me to an email address right away and some excuse his phone was acting funny and to email him. When I got his response as to price, I thought, that's WAAAy to low. so I asked about his reviews, licensed, bonded, and he has no longer responded......Scam????

Arizona Ironworks has been a nightmare to deal with. They replaced the gates at my house. Not happy but the real issue is the lack of communication and poor workmanship. When they installed the gate to the park at my home they secured the bottom of the gate to the left by adding in a metal plate to secure the fence where the gate was. I asked them if they can secure the rest 10 posts of the fence. They sent me an invoice number 202412 for 608.06 on 8/7/22 he send email asking to fix posts on back fence. At end of job I paid it as they said they could secure 6 of the 10 posts and 4 were good. They did not do an adequate job and I called the next day asking them if they actually did the work? They said they did and I paid that invoice when I paid all the rest of the invoices. Then after multiple calls and an email on 9/6/22 to Tyler Arnouldsen and finally an email back from him. He told me they could NOT secure the fence the 6 posts so I requested my money back for that additional work in amount of 608.06 with no response. I've reached out 3 times. No response. He said the owner BRENT came out but he didn't call me either. I asked them via email on 9/6 to please refund it since they can't fix it. NO answer No response. They kept my money and won't refund it for work they didn't do adequately.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
