Maid To Order Cleaning

I brought in Judy & her Crew after another cleaning company did an abysmal quality job on the interior of one of my client's homes.

The home was spic & span & SMELLED GREAT when they were done. All appliances (interior & exterior), inside cabinets/drawers, the fans, the tile work, EVERYTHING was done to perfection. Big nasty rust spot in the tub that the other guys couldn't handle? GONE. Sticky residue left on floors from their cleaning agents? GONE. My reputation with my client? GO-  I mean RESTORED.

I will definitely be using Judy in the future, the experience was great.

Amazing deal always on time and they do a great job. The girls are super friendly and very thorough.

Where are any current reviews??  I wrote a review - it was not a good one! - 2 months ago and now it is nowhere to be seen.  I don't see any current reviews on here anymore.  Are the negative/current ones being removed somehow?

I had high hopes for this cleaning service. They started out as a 5 and I recommended them to friends and family. Sadly, I am very disappointed by a steady decline in their reliability and service. I requested that they confirm they will be here the day before scheduled service and they have failed to do that. Today they are a no-show.

Maid to Order does a phenomenal job at keeping our house nice and clean! The staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile! Easy to get a booking for cleaning and their pricing is competitive! Wouldn't use anyone else!

Judy made the whole process super easy and my place looked great! This is the first time I have ever used a cleaning service and I would definitely use them again.

First time client, Judy was very nice on the phone and made my appointment to fit into my busy schedule. Judy is very flexible and makes sure we can work out a date and time that works best for me. The crew did an extremely amazing job everything was cleaned to perfection. They were fast and very efficient, and I will definitely be making another appointment next week!

I asked Judy for a refund and she ran to the bank to cash my check.  When I told her I was going to file a complaint with the local police department regarding her employees looking through my drawers and personal belongings, she told me, "Do what you have to do."  

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Excellent service for a great price! Fast, efficient, and thorough! They brought all of their own supplies which was great as well. I will be using this company again!

We are STILL using Maid to Order to clean our home every 2 weeks and they are STILL fabulous!

We had our home cleaned yesterday by Maid to Order cleaning, I am very impressed! They did a very thorough job with everything, baseboards, blinds, fans, floors, counters, dusting, bathrooms etc, they even made our bed. We already have our next cleaning scheduled :)

I've never had my house professionally cleaned before and shopped around for reasonable pricing and good reviews. I decided to go with maid to order and had a really positive experience. Judy was responsive and very straight forward. The two females arrived on time and did a wonderful job. My house feels new! I think outside eyes see things we don't and simple touches that I overlook in my normal cleaning routine was well noticed. Thank you!! I will use you again and not wait so long to do it. Very worth it

I am going to preface this review by saying that I have really nothing to compare this company to since I had never hired a cleaning service before other than to clean a rental house we owned at one time.
That being said, I have been very, very pleased with Maid to Order Cleaning since I hired them over a year ago! They have been prompt, courteous, reliable, trustworthy and very responsive to any concerns I have had. They call every week to confirm my next weeks' appt, and if my cleaning day falls on a Holiday, they call me in advance to schedule another day and time as soon after that day (usually the next day) as possible.
I have called on a couple of occasions when there were things that weren't done to my satisfaction, and the owner (Judy) sent the girls back out to do the job right. When one team seemed to not be working out perfectly, she switched me to her lead team and called to make sure that everything was satisfactory. She actually ENCOURAGED me to call if I had any complaints and said that she appreciated me letting her know of the problem! Imagine that!
These girls make my house look amazing in just a couple of hours. They pay attention to the small things, like folding the bath towels just so, arranging the kids' stuffed animals on their beds, and letting me know if one of the kids' sheets needs to be changed. I leave them in my home alone for much of the time that they are cleaning, and they lock up after themselves and I have NEVER found anything 'missing' even though I don't hide my valuables. They even leave loose change that they find on the floor on the counter! They are that honest. They even pretend to be interested (and to understand!) the inane stories that my five year old son tries to tell them whenever he is here, and were very polite when my 7 year old daughter said 'Hola' to them (she was very proud that she could speak to them in Spanish since they are Hispanic).
Their rates are very, very reasonable in my opinion (again, I don't have a lot to compare it to) and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have been utilizing MTO Cleaning for a few years now and am ALWAYS satisfied with the service!  Judy, the owner, is fantastic and is always willing to work me in if I need a cleaning last minute.  I also really like that she prices homes by sq ft - they don't have to come out to do an estimate like many other services do.  They will come as often as you like and you will be VERY happy you spent the money - and I think it's EXTREMELY affordable!!

I couldn't be happier with the service I get from Judy and her crew. I first had them out because we had guests coming to visit and I wanted the house to be perfect. It was better than perfect! They even dusted the light bulbs in the bathroom!!! I've since scheduled monthly visits and my house looks AMAZING when they're done. This is money well spent and to be honest, I don't know why I didn't hire them sooner. :)

These Gals Know how to Clean! My Girl Friend recommended them to me because she had used them in the past and loved it. My house is 2000 sq ft of title and the hardest thing to clean in the world and they got it done. I paid for two hours and they were here for two and a half. I tipped $10 bucks but once they left I felt like I underpaid. They book about a week out because of how good they are, so make sure you a call ahead.

If you want a really thurough job, don't use this company.  They did not do my windows, nor do they do walls.  Did not clean kitchen backsplash.  Just picked up the big chunks.  Saved me some time but was hoping for better.

I recently purchased a remodeled home in the Ocotillo area of Chandler and needed a very detailed move in cleaning as there was a lot of construction dust.  Judy was so great to work with. She was willing to block off a time 3 weeks in advance, which was important as we live in the LA area and can only come to Arizona once a month. The 2 lady crew was so nice and did a 9.99 on a scale of 10 job.  I cleaned homes for 10 years in my 20's and know what clean is and they surpassed my expectations.  Once my husband and I move in full time we will definitely get on a regular schedule with Maid to Order.  I would highly recommend their services.

I just arrived home from out of town and I'm quite disappointed with the services I received.

She told me the baseboards and walls are done for the first time cleaning and they definitely were NOT done.

The couch was only half way vacuumed, there's no new pet hair because the animals are gone.

There is still a sticky something on the kitchen counters.

The shower was not completely cleaned.

My laundry was folded, however, the socks are all just thrown in the drawer, I could have done that myself, I didn't need to pay you to have them thrown in a drawer.

I am requesting a refund, or another clean. I emailed the owner and attached pictures so I am hoping for a do over or a refund.

Very pleased with the service.  We got off to a bumpy start when no one showed
up on Monday.  I received a very apologetic call from Judy regarding the mix up. She went to great lengths to make it right.  I have never tipped a cleaning crew before, but I never had one clean the exterior of my 2 patios doors before either.  I will certainly be recommending Maid to Order Cleaning in the future as well as recommending them to friends and clients.

Since we bought a house here in Gilbert and still transitioning from another home out of state, I have called Judy last minute to see if they could clean.  She is always so accommodating and the service is excellent.  I will recommend her services to those seeking cleaning!  When I arrive from out of state and the house is sparkling clean, boy it sure is nice.  Plus I don't have to give my husband a hard time.  I will definitely be calling on "maid to order" in the future.

My home has been cleaned on a bi-weekly basis for the last year by Maid To Order and I have nothing but great things to say about the ladies that clean our home. They are sweet, hard-working and our house always looks awesome afterwards. They are always here on time and work really put a lot of effort into making sure every inch of our house is spotless when they leave. I would highly recommend this cleaning service to anyone wanting that professionally cleaned look!

Left a message 3 weeks ago to get an estimate and Judy never returned the phone call.  What a way to run a business!!

We have tried at least 3 other cleaning services at our Chandler home.  Judy and her team have surpassed all other services both in quality and in price.  It is so nice to come home and experience a fresh clean house.  I am grateful that Maid to Order offers a service that I can afford as a busy educator and mother.  Thank you for top notch service.

We've used Maid to Order cleaning on a weekly basis in our home for several years.  And without exception, we've been pleased with the quality of their work and their dependability.  Their dependability has been shown not only in the work that they've done in our house, but also in dealing with the management.  Before we switched to Maid to Order, we'd used several other cleaning services but always seemed to have issues with timeliness, rooms being ignored, and finding items broken (without us being informed).  We've never had that issue with Maid to Order.  They clean much more thoroughly than I would ever do on my own!  I love Thursdays, when I come home to a very clean house, all due to Mad to Order!

Work has been crazy and I have had little to no time to do any sort of cleaning. And believe me when I say my cleaning skills arn't exactly to par anyways- So Idecided my place needed a facelift  especially since I was going to have some friends over last weekend. After searching for some places on Yelp I decided to call them because of their star rating and past customer reviews. They arrived when they said they would and did a really through job. I left the house to do a bit of work and so I wasn't in their way. When I returned, the place looked better than it did when I first moved it. They were still putting away a few things and finishing up the floors but I was really impressed with how well they turned around the place. I had dishes everywhere, clean laundry in a piles on the couch, windows were foggy, and I'm pretty sure my bathroom looked worse than my ex-girlfriend's. My friend's even commented on how well the place looked! I'm hoping I didn't scare this company off and that they'll not have me on their caller ID as "do not answer" because I'm really happy with the results and would like to use their services again.
