ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

I started Americas Best In September 2021 as a small businessman serving the Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas.

Retail fronts and office buildings have no interest in losing good revenue and reputation due to the appearance of bad business or bad upkeep. Similarly, those same people may not have the free time to detail and sanitize to their preferred standards to maintain their personal flow at home.

Fantastic cleaning service- My short-term rental STR was completely cleaned & reset for incoming guests efficiently. Americas Best Commercial Cleaning was accepting of details required for STR;s that goes deeper than a typical shine up. Ceiling fans, light globes baseboards were wiped down.
It is nice to have a cleaner who is willing to get behind appliances or reach the high spaces.
Victor was attentive to all my special requests.

Victor showed up and did a great job on the house he listened to exactly how the order of I wanted things done which was dusting then sweeping then mopping then applying the sealent to all the floors

he wasn't afraid to do a little extra he gave me a fixed price very quickly and he lived up to that price and I can't not say enough how good the quality was Of his work.

We made plans for Victor to come out on Monday and clean my house.texted and I called to confirm our appointment together on Monday. He no called no showed and did not return any of my calls or texts. Very unreliable.

Víctor did a really great job. My house was an absolute disaster and he got everything all nice and clean. He was very professional and nice. Will deff be calling him again. He was also good with our pups deff recommend him if you need your house cleaned

Great communication.
Came and did a move out clean at the apt for us. The only thing that he forgot was to rinse out the tubes. Everything else looked good. He worked hard and we appreciate the help!
