We have used this company twice now to update our maple cabinets in kitchen and baths. Love that Carol calls daily to check in. The job was always clearly explained so you know exactly what to expect! Great quality of work and great customer service. I would highly recommend them.
We used this company 3 years ago and were very satisfied. Great customer service, great work. Fast forward a few years and the paint is blistering in several areas. They agreed that shouldn't happen and would come fix it. This warranty conversation started in Nov 2022. It is now the end of Jan 2023 and they still haven't fixed it! They have blown off appointments and not returned calls. Not sure what happened to this company in the last few years, but buyer beware!
I picked this company because they were the only company that agreed to actually come to my condo and give me an estimate in person. The other companies that I found via Yelp would only give me estimates via email or text after I sent them pictures. Ron came with a bunch of samples and the estimate was very reasonable so I didn't even think twice about it. It took them a few weeks to get me on the schedule and then the whole process took about a week from start to finish. Manuel was my painter and he did a great job. He was very pleasant and always smiling. I would highly recommend this company if you want to spruce up your kitchen a bit.
Good experience beginning to end. Very response and consistent follow up. I would gladly recommend to others looking to update their cabinets.

We have used them twice. Once to paint our oak cabinets in the kitchen off-white with a dry brush of light brown. It's beautiful- like a work of art! The second time to paint the oak bathroom cabinets black. They have always been on time and cleaned up. They do quality work. Highly recommend.
We had Designer Cabinet Refinishing referred to us by an artist who redesigned our kitchen island. Once we called, they came within the week to give us our estimate. Once we picked our color, they painted a single cabinet door to make sure we liked what we picked. They came on the day they promised, and Manuel was at our house right on time every single day. He did great work and was friendly and efficient. Our finished kitchen looks amazing, and we are getting compliments left and right. I highly recommend this company to do quality and trusted work.
This was one the best experiences we've ever had with work done to our home. Ron, company owner, came to evaluate the job and explained in easy to understand detail how the project would go. He has his company running like a well oiled machine. We also got another bid from a big box store that was $1,000 over his bid! The job was done in a week. The two workers were polite, personable and fast. The finished product is outstanding! We had not expected our old (already poorly painted) cabinets to look brand new! I cannot say enough about how happy we are!
Designer Cabinet Refinishing did a fabulous job updating our oak cabinets, completely transforming our ugly, dark kitchen into a beautiful, modern space! The crew was extremely professional, efficient and courteous! Ron really worked with us to give us the look we wanted. We received daily calls informing us of the status of the work, so we always knew what to expect. The price was right, it took about a week and the work was impeccable! We will use Designer Cabinet Refinishing to transform all of the cabinets in our house. This was one of the most positive construction experiences we've ever had!!!
We had multiple quotes to refinish our bathroom cabinets (four bathrooms with a LOT of cabinetry). They did an excellent job showing us exactly what the job would look like by doing a test cabinet front first. Their crew was very professional, the work was done on time, and everything looks great. Highly recommended.
This is an update to previous review. The negative was a customer service complaint which has since been resolved. The cabinets themselves are beautiful. If you don't want to purchase new, then I would highly recommend this company; so many beautiful choices!

Ron was great! Not only was his bid competitive with other two we received (I'm not sure what that other reviewer was complaining about), but he was also able to get our job done quickly (he moved his schedule around to do this), as time was of the essence so we could put our unit on the rental market. The cabinets look great and we got some really wonderful tenants fast! Stoked!
We visited the Home Show in Phoenix and decided to have Designer Cabinet Refinishing come out and give us an estimate. We are wanting to have our oak kitchen cabinets refinished. Also, we were given a 25% OFF Show Special coupon. What a gimmick. Out of 5 estimates, this company was the HIGHEST with the discount. Bait and switch, sorry, but you lost my business because of that!
These folks were awesome! Very professional, on time. Our kitchen cabinets turned out exactly as they told us. Would'nt hesitate to recommend them or use them again. We are delighted with our new kitchen!

We had the cabinets in our kitchen, laundry room, and four bathrooms done by Designer Cabinet Refinishing in 2008 and I'm as pleased with the end result today as I was when they were first done. As original owners of a home built in 1997, our light cabinets were looking dated but were still in great shape. A friend recommended DCR, and after seeing what a difference it made in her kitchen, we went for it. As I said - six years later, they still look great. We interviewed a couple different companies before making our decision - one of the important factors that swayed us was the 10 year warranty offered by DCR. I'm happy to say they stand behind it 100% - cheerfully and completely. It's inevitable that even with the toughest finish, an occasional scratch or chip is going to happen, especially in a kitchen, but their skilled guys - artists, really, the way they create the various finishes - are able to touch it up/blend it in seamlessly, even six years later. I just had them out today and my house looks brand new again, like they were just done. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for an economical and easy way to update their house - they're terrific!
