Zach is awesome! He is very knowledgable, affordable and doesn't have contracts. He's organized and has never needed to reschedule or not show up. We have our primary residence and our rental house and Zach is prompt to come to either one when we call him. We had to call him on a Friday because we found some ants at our rental and had someone checking in on a Saturday. He came Saturday morning and the renters were none-the-wiser because they were all gone by the time they arrived. He's incredibly thorough and considerate. He came once while our baby was asleep and he was quiet and polite. I'm not sure there's anyone friendlier either. We highly recommend Zach for your pest control needs!

Our technician Levi was great! Friendly, on time and very professional! He assured us that all chemicals used are safe around pets and children which is a huge plus. We hate bugs and scorpions and we have not seen any around our house inside or outside. Their prices are really good too! Highly recommend.

Super pro. Groupon win! 20 min well worth it. They came early due to a cancellation. Walked around the entire house, did the porch the inside, under the sink hit the garage and gave me really good valuable resources. I met Meechee K, owner of Honey Horizons, through the Phoenix and west valley beekeeping community. I have, and continue to, use her services as a bee keeping mentor. I also purchased my first nucleus colony from her and that colony is healthy and going strong.  As a mentor she shares all that she knows and is always looking to educate herself in current and reliable bee keeping methods. She never rushes the time she spends with me whether in person or on the phone. I expect she is the same with her removal clients. She willing shares her knowledge with her clients.  Meechee K is professional, conscientious and always works with integrity. I highly recommend her services. It's best to remove and relocate bees. It benefits everyone.

Love love love Bye Bye Bugs.  They are consistent, flexible and always have been easy to deal with.  We have been using them almost 3 years and started using them after we moved into a new house and found some scorpions and I freaked out.  We haven't had any problems since we've had Bye Bye Bugs spraying.  Our home also backs up to an empty field and one spring we had a million of these little bugs coming over from the field, Bye Bye Bugs was flexible in coming out and taking care of them and all the bugs were gone within a day.  George is the best and is polite and always makes sure he is covering everything.  We use them for pest and weed control and are extremely happy.  We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a family owned, reliable, and fairly priced pest/weed control company.

Hired Tyler with Axis Pest  (602-315-5936) to cure our infestation of Ear Wigs. He promptly scheduled a visit with us and eradicated the problem. Quite a meticulous and  courteous young man. Very pleased with the results.

These guys were great. They came to the house for a seal inspection and
concluded at this time I didn't need one. They gave me advice on a simple way to deal with my cricket issue and were on their way.  How honest is that!  So appreciated! I'd hire them without hesitation in the future should the need arises.

Hiring a pure-play weed management company was the best homeowner decision I've made in a while. Don knows his stuff far better than your typical landscaper does. He takes the time to explain things to you, guarantees his work, and most of all it's effective!

Don't mess around with the chemicals yourself. Stop the endless pulling. Give up on your landscaper's half-hearted treatments. Hire the pros.

Art was great to work with.  Did the work in a timely fashion.  Termites have not returned.  The prior review does not make any sense.  Why did they not use the company that her husband worked for?  Maybe they were just trying to figure out what the competition was charging.

Worst customer service ever.  Doesn't even kill pests effectively, and won't even bother trying to make it right.  Even after repeated sprays again and again with me being very specific about our issues, nothing got better.  They are bait and switch sleazy sales guys who care nothing for their customer. Stay away.  Stay far away.

I paid 965.00 to rodent proof my house and the work done by Rodent Proof was sloppy...I would not recommend this company.  When sealing up the house they missed spots so rodents could easily access the house again and they did....

Very poor customer relations. Waited 4 hours and technician never arrived. They had accidentally had mis-scheduled appt.  They offered $5 off on next service ! My 4 hour lost time was worth $5. Do the Math!!!
