Bernie is a true professional. My fiancee got in touch with Bernie last week regarding a bee issue we came across in our backyard. Bernie was able to come out the same day to access the situation and take action. The following day our bee problem was gone. Bernie was persistent after the service with follow ups to check on the bees and even came back out to do a thorough check. His price was extremely reasonable as well. I highly recommend this business.

Zach is awesome! He is very knowledgable, affordable and doesn't have contracts. He's organized and has never needed to reschedule or not show up. We have our primary residence and our rental house and Zach is prompt to come to either one when we call him. We had to call him on a Friday because we found some ants at our rental and had someone checking in on a Saturday. He came Saturday morning and the renters were none-the-wiser because they were all gone by the time they arrived. He's incredibly thorough and considerate. He came once while our baby was asleep and he was quiet and polite. I'm not sure there's anyone friendlier either. We highly recommend Zach for your pest control needs!

When we bought our house two years ago, it had been rented and then was vacant for a few months. Upon move in, we noticed some bugs, spiders, scorpions, etc and knew we needed help. I called around and liked what I heard after talking with Austin. He did a thorough inspection, explained the pest situation as we have a lot of palm trees. He did a great job and continues to do so every month. He's as courteous as he is knowledgeable. We rarely see a pest anymore, but if one should appear, we call and Austin responds promptly to re-treat. Also, we have dogs and Power Strike is pet friendly. We're super happy with this service.

Our technician Levi was great! Friendly, on time and very professional! He assured us that all chemicals used are safe around pets and children which is a huge plus. I also purchased my first nucleus colony from her and that colony is healthy and going strong.  As a mentor she shares all that she knows and is always looking to educate herself in current and reliable bee keeping methods. She never rushes the time she spends with me whether in person or on the phone. I expect she is the same with her removal clients. She willing shares her knowledge with her clients.  Meechee K is professional, conscientious and always works with integrity. I highly recommend her services. It's best to remove and relocate bees. It benefits everyone.

Needed some quick relief over a long-standing weed problem that had become dire because of foxtails. Told them that whatever they did, it needed to be pet-friendly. They accommodated every concern and found a time in my schedule to get the job done.  They told me I'd see results in about 2 days. Started seeing a difference in 2 hours! Since then, they've come back for maintenance, and were very receptive along the way. They've got my business for this and exterminating from now on.

Hired Tyler with Axis Pest  (602-315-5936) to cure our infestation of Ear Wigs. He promptly scheduled a visit with us and eradicated the problem. Quite a meticulous and  courteous young man. Very pleased with the results.

Some companies promise to exceed your expectations and never do. Ky-Ko just does it in everything they do. We have had them seal our place and provide monthly pest control, including for scorpions. We have had great results!  In the few times we've needed extra service, they have responded immediately and solved our problem. I would highly recommend them for all your pest control needs. They are accessible, responsive and very effective in what they do.

Hiring a pure-play weed management company was the best homeowner decision I've made in a while. Don knows his stuff far better than your typical landscaper does. He takes the time to explain things to you, guarantees his work, and most of all it's effective!

Don't mess around with the chemicals yourself. Stop the endless pulling. Give up on your landscaper's half-hearted treatments. Hire the pros.

Art was great to work with.  Did the work in a timely fashion.  Termites have not returned.  The prior review does not make any sense.  Why did they not use the company that her husband worked for?  Maybe they were just trying to figure out what the competition was charging.

Gonna give you a run down on my 1-year experience with EcoShield below:

-Reps claim a fake contest to get you to give them a 5 star review on Google, this is why there's a fake market review presence.

-Their monthly/bi monthly fees are literally more than 2x every competitor in Arizona. They try to charge $179 every two months while dozens of 4-5 star competitors charge $70 every two months.

-When you call service or try to cancel, you're connected with a call center in India and they give you a run around for over an hour as they have someone talk through a script and throw discounts at you then threaten the fact that you're on a fictitious contract.

Just say no, worst business practices I've ever encountered.

I paid 965.00 to rodent proof my house and the work done by Rodent Proof was sloppy...I would not recommend this company.  When sealing up the house they missed spots so rodents could easily access the house again and they did....

We have used this company for about a year and had even recommend this company to our neighbors.  They use environmentally friendly chemicals and I thought the price was good.  But...

We have, as of today, terminated services with this company however.  They were a no-show for a scheduled appointment, this even after we received a call from them to remind us that they would be here at the scheduled time.  After a couple of hours an no bug guy, we called their office to find out that because of some sort of a mix up they cancelled our appointment - without telling us.  My wife works and took off work today to be home for the bug guy so she missed a days pay, well not a whole days pay, she works only part time but still, we thought it was pretty inconsiderate to cancel the appointment and not tell us about it.  It was still pretty early in the day so we asked if he could come back to our neighborhood but they said NO but he could come back in 3 days.  

Don't think so.  There must be dozens of bug companies out there that would love to have our business and I bet most all of them will keep their appointments. To bad, I used to like their service but I think the thing that made me go somewhere else was the total indifference from the scheduling clerk.  She didn't care if we lost money by taking the day off and she implied that it was our fault that mix up was our fault.  Hey, we were here waiting for them, all they had to do was show up.
