I recently hired S and S Custom Cabinets to do some custom work on a project motorhome I bought not a long time ago. Sorin did an excellent job refinishing all the cabinets with new stain, he built a custom  bench and turn table that turns into a bed,to replace the old basic table and chairs and they also refinished and restain the hardwood floor. Even though I told them I am in no rush they finish the project in under one week.  Thank you so much for all the good work.

We've done several kitchen remodels over the years in the Phoenix area and each time it was kind of a pain trying to decide which cabinets to choose.  Our experience with Chris was a welcome change.  He knew immediately which type of cabinets would look right for the house as well as had great advice on how to tie the entire kitchen in with the rest of the house.  He also made some recommendations to save us money throughout the project (i.e. which sizes were standard and which ones would cost more to custom cut).  His installers were very professional as well.  We will be calling him back when it's time for our next project.

Elite Kitchen Concepts designed and installed kitchen cabinets for both of our office spaces. Both kitchens turned out exceptionally beautiful! From the beginning of the projects until the end, Marco and Ryan were very responsive, professional and skilled. They are incredibly good at what they do and I highly recommend them!

Making a decision on a cabinet company is very stressful, but I'm so so thankful we went with HG and Nathan!  In my gut I knew he was the right man for the job and he didn't disappoint!  His communication and customer service was top notch!!!  He kept me in the loop, followed through, checked in and made sure that everything ran smooth and got done!  The installers were friendly and professional and Stan who came in to Install my hardware and check all the cabinets was great and very thorough!!  I am so so pleased with their work and I would highly recommend them!  Oh and my kitchen is stunning!!

This is a local family owned business. They have multiple locations throughout the valley. I buy and sell a lot of real estate for clients and always refer this company to my clients. What makes them so great is how easy they are to get ahold of and also can ship to you directly from their own warehouse. Additionally they actually have everything in stock!

Ellen was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Not only was she the only company that gave us a quote. She also was the only one that was willing to work within our timeline. We had three other companies come out and none had a yes mentality like Ellen. I would definitely recommend her company and we will use her again in the future.

Had a great experience with Shelf Theory.  I needed pull-out drawers for my 2 deep pantry cabinets.  Someone came out, listened to what I wanted, made suggestions to optimize the results.  The installation happened on the date they committed to.  The drawers look amazing and give me so much more storage space. I highly recommend.

Custom Design built me total custom entertainment center. If you want quality - if you want knowledge and someone that cares go here. You can go to the cheap guy but results are cheap trust me....

These guys are very professional and honest.
If you are looking for solid good looking cabinets with a reasonable price they won't disappoint you.
I found a huge difference between my kitchen cabinets and the ones I got from the Kaloti Cabinets.
At least you know it is made in USA not the cheap materials coming form overseas.

so the wife and I finally decided to pull the plug and get a new kitchen. we go in and see Marty, he is a fast talker but good to deal with. I tell him what I want and we are all good, however, I feel like he maybe didn't hear some things I said cause he is go go go.  anyways, weeks go by and our delivery date is on us, they say between 8-10, so at 11 am, I call, to find out where they are. well, turns out they are running late, no kidding huh, they wont be there till 1pm. ok, they finally get there and start unloading, that's cool, they collect payment really fast and I notice its less by about 498 bucks, but I figure maybe they discounted me or something came in less then what they thought, so I sign and pay the balance due.  Well, then they guys go to leave and they forgot the knobs, they have to go back and get them, ok, stuff happens, so they bring them back later. So about 8pm, the installer who was amazing, decides to call it a night, good thing cause we had to put our kids to bed. so Leroy, is cleaning up to leave and then ask that he come back on sat morning to finish up the knobs. well, I work mon-friday and like to have my weekends free or sleep in, but I guess not this weekend because I want the job done. so I say ok, come on over and get it done, hopefully I can still make my sons rugby game like I always do, but might not be able to now because the Diamond was running late. anyways, the cabinets look great, but now we are on to the counter top people and when they are coming over. so we get a call from them and I say to give me a call 30 minutes before your coming over, they say no problem. so my wife took that morning off to be there, but had an appointment to be at at 11 am.  So at about 1045 my wife is leaving to go to her appointment, and who is there, the counter top guys, did I get a call? Nope. so she is frantic, wich makes their measuring guy feel like he needs to be stand offish.  So my wife calls me to come home fast and I do, so she can go. so im there to sitting around waiting for this guy to finish doing his things, finally he is done and leaves and seams like all is good. so then later I get a call from the Warehouse manager wondering how my service was, and I let him know that im not too happy about it, and also, some slide outs that I thought I got to pick where they go on the pantry unit, are already installed, so I cant even put a box of cereal on any of the shelfs.  The upper part of the pantry unit I thought was supposed to have a slide out and a shelf doesn't have either one. and the slide out that I told Marty I wanted, and specifically told him why I wanted it even though he and everyone else tried to talk me out of it, well, that one wasn't in there either. so I talk to Marty about it all, and he says he can have one brought out to me and they will put it in. along with the other shelfs that should have been in that unit in the first place.  So their solution to poor service was to give me what I had already ordered, but they forgot to put on the build for free. how generous guys. but all they wanted was the rest of the balance that they had messed up on, before they went any further, they wanted that 498 dollars, or work wouldn't go any further, yeah, they really have you there. so I pay the remainder so my wife will have her kitchen, and what do they do to compensate me? they are bringing me a shelf for my pantry unit. way to go guys!

I cannot recommend this company enough, starting with the owner Matt. I  requested a quote for my pantry, laundry room and three closets for my mid-century modern home. Matt made sure that my closets matched the aesthetic of my home, gave me a fair price, scheduled a quick install and completed the job in half the time I was originally quoted. His fabulous A-Team of Alex, Vlad, Austin, Garrett, Ossie and Juanita were absolutely amazing. They made small changes that I wanted on the fly and I could not be happier with the results. Thanks again to all of you for your professionalism.

This company has horrible customer service and employee training. I stopped in to get a quote on my kitchen remodel I was working on. Set up an appointment with Chris who met me at the project (he was 10 minutes late for his appointment) took an hour of my time measuring and talking about layout and placement of every cabinet and appliance. We chatted about blue island and white cabinets in a shaker style by Highland. Over a week goes by and still no quote via email so I call thinking he must of misspelled my email. Spoke with a man who advised Chris was out of the office ill and he had no paperwork of my job that I needed quoted. I asked for Chris to call me when he got back into the office. Received a call quickly back advising that Chris had no recollection of EVER COMING TO MY HOUSE. I said this is what occurred and transpired. The man said Highland doesn't even make a blue cabinet. I said wow so your employee lost my layout, wasted my time and doesn't even have the proper training about what products they have in their showroom. Don't waste your time here. With so many places that actually want your business and don't lose projects that need to be quoted this company obviously doesn't want my business even though I remodel in upwards of 8-10 homes a year.

This was an absolutely horrific experience from day 1. It should have been a warning sign when they told us they couldn't even guarantee finishing the project, but we decided to give them a chance. Big mistake! Doug and Charles were incredibly disrespectful, sexist, and refused to respect our opinions. They were unreliable liars and even charged us when we had to change something in the design to fit the construction in our house! What did they expect? That we would keep a design that wouldn't work with the way our house was constructed? That's completely ridiculous! Our project was a nightmare because of their unreliability and horrendous communication! You would think that the designers would answer a phone call during the demo but Doug would disappear for a week! Not to mention that when he would answer, half of what he said was a lie and he would change his mind constantly then accuse us of changing our mind! We would ask questions and receive dishonest answers. The communication issues extended to the workers as well! Superior refused to let us talk to the workers about OUR home renovation! And the designers actively prevented us from communicating with them! And don't even get me started on the price! They keep adding on extra fees for everything. Do not believe the original quote for a second! Everyone we interacted with at this company was unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and terrible at communicating! The entire process was so stressful! If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs!

I  went with J&K Phoenix with my kitchen Island cabinets for my first time home. What can I say I was extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of the cabinets. I purchased the cabinets and the next day they were assembled and ready to go.
Recently i have upgraded to a bigger home for the family and went back to J&K do the entire kitchen cabinetry. I ended up assembling all cabinets which was a breeze from following the step by step videos on J&k you tube. Not only are these grade A cabinets but the staff is extremely helpful. I would highly recommend j&k Phoenix too any homeowner / contractor. Thanks Again J&K!

We were introduced to this company (Tabitha) from a contractor we were going to hire to do a renovation on a home we just bought.  He sent us to Renovation Inc to look at various materials for cabinets, shower, floors & countertops.  From the start Tabitha was very unfriendly and acted like we were taking up her precious time.  The store hours on the door say they are open on Saturday, but in a conversation with Tabitha, who came off as very snotty, told us that they are wrong and they just started to close on Saturday.  Luckily, we had an appointmen but we arrived early thinking we could look around the showroom until our appointment time. Once they arrived, we were introduced to the couple.   The husband was very nice and friendly.  Tabitha was not.  She never smiled, never tried to build a rapport with us - didn't seem to care about earning our business.  She may be talented in decorating, but she is not talented when it comes to connecting with a customer, making the customer feel that they matter, and that she wanted our business.  In today's market, there are a lot of design options.  Tabitha really needs to learn the importance of customer interaction and the importance of it.  Her interaction told us that she thought was too busy and good for us and didn't want to say or do anything to prove otherwise.  In text messages she never said thank you or you're welcome.  Honestly, she is the rudest person I've ever seen who owned a business and who supposedly wants to work with people and earn business.  

We took samples with us, and she told us she was going to meet with the contractor at the house to do measurements.  We sent photos of our choices and of course, promised to bring the samples back asap.  There was a miscommunication, and she was unwilling to do get the measurements done, even though it was her and the contractor's miscommunication fault.  I was having dental surgery trying to accommodate her busy schedule.   With all of this we decided that it was obvious Tabitha did not want our business and the contractor also lost our business because of her lack of customer service and  flexibility.  Once we fired them she kept texting us asking for the samples even though we promised we would return them within 48 hours - which we did.  WIth the exception of the husband, the other guy that was there when the samples were dropped off was as unfriendly as Tabitha.  Hopefully this review will help her learn that the customer is the basis of a business - not her so-called talent.  I would stay away!
