I worked with Dean to buy door hardware for my new kitchen that was installed by someone else. Even though was only spending a couple hundred dollars I still was met with top notch service. Dean personally reached out to me through email and phone when the product arrived. He communicated well and if he was not in, his staff knew who I was and what I needed. All said I made about 4 trips in to review hardware and finally decide and I couldn't be any happier with the service and the product delivered. I will be visiting them again when it is time for the next project.

I just had Cabinet Coatings do another job for me last week. Another Home Run, the job came out AWESOME.

Dan and Anna removed then reinstalled the doors and drawers. John and Charles prepped the site and did the painting. They were all incredibly neat and thorough with the masking off, covering the brand new counter tops and fixtures - very cognizant of being as neat as possible. With this type project - that is really important as the house can easily get trashed. the whole crew worked their asses off, can't say enough about their work ethic, tremendous!

In this project, it's really easy to see the amateur jobs from the pros. Some of these refinishing jobs look like a person used a can of Krylon and caked on the paint. With Cabinet Coatings, the finish looks professional and smooth as glass - massive difference. While this project is not cheap, this is where the money is well spent on getting value in resale / flipping a property, or just personal satisfaction.

I give Chuck and his entire staff the highest possible endorsement. If you're considering doing this big project - Chuck and his company are the only guys to consider!

OK, I have been looking for a contractor to open up my entire great room area and relocate my kitchen along with many other things. I had multiple contractors come out to my place and the one I gambled on was Integrity Renovations. Was hoping that dealing with them would not be like some of my other experiences. my gamble paid off! They were professional from the very first day and offered many suggestions that helped me decide on how I wanted to lay out my great room area. My great room area is 40'x40', But had a ton of interior walls. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. All of their suggestions made sense. They diagrammed the Project and I was happy to sign off on it. They just finished a few days ago and I am very satisfied with how well they performed.
The thing I like most about them is their attention to detail. From every paint line to every countertop seam, I am very happy with the end result. We found Cabinet Cures when they were doing an installation for a neighbor.  After speaking with that neighbor - and hearing her rave reviews - I called Anthony and scheduled an appointment.  The initial process was wonderful, Anthony explained the work process, we looked at samples and he took extensive measurements.  We were pleasantly surprised that we had an estimate before he left.  After we made the decision to use Anthony for our kitchen project from that point forward everything went very smoothly.  We set a start date - and actually the project was started a day early - and the crew came in to remove cabinet doors and all the drawers.  They were very meticulous about protecting the floors and counter tops, very professional and courteous.  When the installation began it was amazing to see the transformation.  It took the crew three and a half days to complete the project and I was very impressed with the quality of work, time for completing the project and the cost and professionalism of the crew.  If you are considering a cabinet refacing project this is a company to absolutely consider - - and use.

Paul Rene Furniture and Cabinetry just finished installing a wardrobe/desk combination in our guest room.  Paul together with our interior designer created a beautiful custom piece which is elegant, functional and high quality.  Paul is very creative, detail oriented, patient and his designs  are very unique and complement our transitional and contemporary elements in the home.  The installation was finished just in time for our guests to arrive.  The installation team is very professional and did an excellent job.  We are very pleased with our first custom design piece. I needed a granite top for my bathroom remodel.  I found these guys and decided to use them for my bathroom vanity granite top.  I worked with Bill and told him that I did not need a granite backsplash that I would be doing a tile back splash and the counter top should be cut closer to the wall to accommodate that.  They were very quick. I ordered the counter top Wednesday and they installed it Friday.  Great service there.  The problem came in on the install.  The installer left a huge gap almost half inch on both sides of the counter which there is no way the tile will cover that.  They also left a huge gap in front which cannot be covered up at all.  The granite looked beautiful but the gaps ruin the look totally.  I am so disappointed.  The only solution I was offered by better homes was change the color of the caulking?????  Gee isn't a wide ugly caulk line a wide ugly caulk line no matter what color it is???.

I am a designer who has finally found the perfect supplier of cabinetry.  The quality, selection and price are all OUTSTANDING!  Their team is extremely professional and attentive to my needs and the needs of my clients.  Their turn around time for manufacturing is also fabulous!  Thank you Sollid, you made designing for my clients so much more streamlined!

Jeff from Engrained Cabinetry in Cottonwood was wonderful to work with initially, however when we decided to not go with the contractor who referred us, he adamantly refused to do business with us. He did not even offer to refer to a colleague so he wouldn't step on the toes of his good client. For this reason, I reached out to Engrained in Prescott and was greeted by Seth. He actively listened to the situation and worked very quickly with management to determine if he could take over the project. Seth responded in mere minutes with concurrence. I look forward to working with Seth as he has provided a greater amount of insight and understanding than the Cottonwood location. A word of advice for management, train Cottonwood on business ethics and realignment as needed, perhaps with your Prescott representative. We have many more projects and hope to have a good relationship with Prescott and get our home updated. Thank you again Seth for your additional insight.

Update:

Owner Tom called and reported he refuses to do business with me stating he does not deal with threats. I simply expressed I would write reviews and spread word of mouth about business integrity. Explaining to individuals to seek a company that listens and works with you is not a threat. Reviews are ways to expand business. Total disappointment.

I guess I am the first to review this company I would give the 2.5 stars if I could. I had five bids for a master bath vanity to get replaced. They were not the cheapest bid but I liked Dorothy the owners daughter. When I went to the store to put my deposit down I didn't have a good feeling and should have went with my gut with it being a rink a dink show room. This will be a long review...
When I signed the contract it stated no Plumbing is included. I asked Dorothy then who does the plumbing she stated the granite guys do.
Normally this is a two day job back to back days so I was told by the other four companies.
When I got home and looked at the contract it's dated two 24 inch cabinets in a 15 I called Dorothy and asked her about it because the other four companies said it was two 24 inch and 18 she stated that should fit the footprint of what I had and I told her what the other companies had said. Red flag  she stated it should be two weeks for the cabinets to be built. It took four weeks before I heard from her she asked if I could do it December 11 I told her that was not a good day for me but Dec 13 I could but I needed it done by the 21st because I had six people coming in from out of town and needed that bathroom. The tear out and install of just the cabinets were done and that took eight hours. The granite guys called me and stated they had just been told about my cabinets and they were totally booked for a week. The install guy left with gaps between the cabinet and floor put screw threw the side of the cabinet.
I took pictures sent an email to Dorothy who instructed me to send them to David the owner and her father. I did twice before I received an answer stating I had the wrong number.
Dec 21 the granite was done with no plumbing. They stated they don't do plumbing just sinks but and connect me with a plumber. I emailed Dorothy asked her and she said there must be some misunderstanding that they do the plumbing and would get back with me. I never heard anything and on December 24 I sent another email  and told her the number she gave me for David was wrong.she never responded to that email either.
On January 4th I wrote a letter to this company and sent it by email. January 6th David the owner reached out and came over to look at what needed to be done with the trim and faucets.
He stated to me when I called the trim that it's called scribe. And that in my contract it stated plumbing was not included. And I asked him when I spoke to your daughter and asked who did it she stated the granite guys do. She did not state that I needed to call a plumber myself and hire them to get the job done. He stated the granite guys only do the sinks. I repeated myself again as to what his daughter stated and said she needs to learn how to better word things because to me  when I ask who does plumbing it is attaching the plumbing.
We finally agreed that he would send someone out to do the scribe and pay for a plumber to come out and set up the plumbing.
My vanity was finally completed on Saturday, January 12. a month later then the start date.
It was very hard with eight people trying to share one bathroom. Attached are pictures of my concerns
