I worked with Dean to buy door hardware for my new kitchen that was installed by someone else. Even though was only spending a couple hundred dollars I still was met with top notch service. Dean personally reached out to me through email and phone when the product arrived. He communicated well and if he was not in, his staff knew who I was and what I needed. All said I made about 4 trips in to review hardware and finally decide and I couldn't be any happier with the service and the product delivered. I will be visiting them again when it is time for the next project.

I moved in to a large condo I bought in the Biltmore a few years ago. The prior owner put in quartz counters, took the foil doors off the inexpensive cabinets, installed new doors and painted it brown, and a bad job with the openers very inconvenient. I toyed with a new kitchen but was referred to Chuck Derouen. He came out explained how he could refinish what I had, patch up holes and chips, and at my suggestion, install cabinets above mine all the way to the ceiling with matching doors. I picked the color, they just finished today. It was carefully spray painted many coats inside out, doors and shelves done separately, the end result was a new kitchen. The prior owner had glued on shelf liner making a mess, they sanded, used a heat glue remover and removed it all. They even installed self closing hinges.  I could not be more satisfied. The pricing is not low ball but very competitive. Chuck, Deanna, Tim, John and crew did high quality work, took their time to do it, were available to call for questions, and I give them my best recommendation. I wish I could post photos here, I see others have but there is no indicator for me to do so.

We recently finished remodeling our home, and we couldn't have been happier with Nik and his team! They installed all new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and flooring throughout, and the results are stunning. From the very beginning, Nik stood out from the various other companies we had consultations with, and throughout the process, they were very patient, professional, and helpful...So if you're looking for a company with excellent customer service and a clearly genuine commitment to the quality of their work, then I'd recommend Builders Flooring and Design!

OK, I have been looking for a contractor to open up my entire great room area and relocate my kitchen along with many other things. I had multiple contractors come out to my place and the one I gambled on was Integrity Renovations. Was hoping that dealing with them would not be like some of my other experiences. my gamble paid off! They were professional from the very first day and offered many suggestions that helped me decide on how I wanted to lay out my great room area. My great room area is 40'x40', But had a ton of interior walls. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. All of their suggestions made sense. They diagrammed the Project and I was happy to sign off on it. They just finished a few days ago and I am very satisfied with how well they performed.
The thing I like most about them is their attention to detail. From every paint line to every countertop seam, I am very happy with the end result. It's safe to say that I will use them moving forward for any project I have. I am so grateful, and the least I can do is give them this Solid review. Thank you, Integrity Renovations.

We couldn't be happier. The entire process was a dream. Connie kept us updated all the way through the project. The installers showed up on time, cleaned as the went and treated our furnishings as if it were theirs.

I'be just gone through a kitchen remodel and can honestly say I've had the best people working for me. Dave and his son Chris built custom cabinets for my kitchen and they are fantastic. From the high quality of the hardware to the amazing custom paint job, I couldn't be more pleased and I truthfully believe I would have paid more from any of the big box stores. I would highly recommend Dave's Joint Custom Woodworking!

Anthony was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. He explained the process and showed samples. He came to the house more than once to go over colors and styles, helping us to make our decision. Although initially looking only at refacing existing cabinets, when we asked about installing a new cabinet as well, Anthony told us that he could get it done and make everything look great.

He and his team not only lived up to, but exceeded expectations. The detail that they spent ensuring everything was right was amazing. The mouldings used at the cabinets and the kickboards were more than expected. The care given when working in our home was evident and everything was completed on time, looking better than imagined.

Paul Rene Furniture and Cabinetry just finished installing a wardrobe/desk combination in our guest room.  Paul together with our interior designer created a beautiful custom piece which is elegant, functional and high quality.  Paul is very creative, detail oriented, patient and his designs  are very unique and complement our transitional and contemporary elements in the home.  The installation was finished just in time for our guests to arrive.  The installation team is very professional and did an excellent job.  We are very pleased with our first custom design piece. I initially contacted KIT cabinets while I was checking a few other vendors and collecting estimates. I first spoke to Jason, he was informative and answered my questions. Fast forward a few days, I called back bc I was ready to either come in or have someone come measure my kitchen. Mark answered and he seems to have very little knowledge about anything or possibly just poor customer service/communication skills. It was a Friday early afternoon and I asked what time they close and he said 4 or 5...so is it 4 or 5?  Well, we have an appointment at 4, but we technically close at 5. Through broken communication I understood I wouldnt be helped if I went in that day. I went ahead and agreed to schedule for Jason to come out to my home on Tuesday morning (since theyre closed on Mondays) at 10am. Tuesday morning comes and goes. Mark calls me Tuesday early afternoon to apologize that no one showed up that morning... I never got a call that morning from anyone! At this point I'm completely turned off and don't even care. Although KIT Cabinets beat anybody's price, I don't think they beat anybody's service.

We went to MCK because we were looking for help and advice on what kind of hardware we would need to re-hang our horrible kitchen pantry doors that were rinky-dinked together before we bought our house. The hardware was a bunch of mismatched screws and hinges, and the doors literally fell to the ground. We had been to Home Depot, Lowe's, and ACE trying to find the correct hinges, but to no avail. When we showed up at MCK, Monte was the first one to offer his assistance, and was very kind and helpful. Then the owner, Mike, came over to help us out, along with Lano. All of them were very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We will more than likely get our kitchen remodeled by this company in the future. Thank you guys!

This was one the best experiences we've ever had with work done to our home.  Ron, company owner, came to evaluate the job and explained in easy to understand detail how the project would go.  He has his company running like a well oiled machine. We also got another bid from a big box store that was $1,000 over his bid! The job was done in a week.  The two workers were polite, personable and fast. The finished product is outstanding!  We had not expected our old (already poorly painted) cabinets to look brand new!  I cannot say enough about how happy we are!

The guy is a condescending jerk and thinks he owns the world he thinks he's the best at what he does and I think he is probably the worst in fact I don't think I've been treated so bad by anybody in my life

Excellent customer service from Wayne.  He provided cabinet suggestions while our house was being built that I would never have thought of.  Layout and plans were accurate.

I guess I am the first to review this company I would give the 2.5 stars if I could. I had five bids for a master bath vanity to get replaced. They were not the cheapest bid but I liked Dorothy the owners daughter. When I went to the store to put my deposit down I didn't have a good feeling and should have went with my gut with it being a rink a dink show room. This will be a long review...
When I signed the contract it stated no Plumbing is included. I asked Dorothy then who does the plumbing she stated the granite guys do.
Normally this is a two day job back to back days so I was told by the other four companies.
When I got home and looked at the contract it's dated two 24 inch cabinets in a 15 I called Dorothy and asked her about it because the other four companies said it was two 24 inch and 18 she stated that should fit the footprint of what I had and I told her what the other companies had said. Red flag  she stated it should be two weeks for the cabinets to be built. It took four weeks before I heard from her she asked if I could do it December 11 I told her that was not a good day for me but Dec 13 I could but I needed it done by the 21st because I had six people coming in from out of town and needed that bathroom. The tear out and install of just the cabinets were done and that took eight hours. The granite guys called me and stated they had just been told about my cabinets and they were totally booked for a week. The install guy left with gaps between the cabinet and floor put screw threw the side of the cabinet.
I took pictures sent an email to Dorothy who instructed me to send them to David the owner and her father. I did twice before I received an answer stating I had the wrong number.
Dec 21 the granite was done with no plumbing. They stated they don't do plumbing just sinks but and connect me with a plumber. I emailed Dorothy asked her and she said there must be some misunderstanding that they do the plumbing and would get back with me. I never heard anything and on December 24 I sent another email  and told her the number she gave me for David was wrong.she never responded to that email either.
On January 4th I wrote a letter to this company and sent it by email. January 6th David the owner reached out and came over to look at what needed to be done with the trim and faucets.
He stated to me when I called the trim that it's called scribe. And that in my contract it stated plumbing was not included. And I asked him when I spoke to your daughter and asked who did it she stated the granite guys do. She did not state that I needed to call a plumber myself and hire them to get the job done. He stated the granite guys only do the sinks. I repeated myself again as to what his daughter stated and said she needs to learn how to better word things because to me  when I ask who does plumbing it is attaching the plumbing.
We finally agreed that he would send someone out to do the scribe and pay for a plumber to come out and set up the plumbing.
My vanity was finally completed on Saturday, January 12. a month later then the start date.
It was very hard with eight people trying to share one bathroom. Attached are pictures of my concerns
