MK Remodeling and Design worked with us to remodel our master bathroom, create a library (complete with a murphy door), and remove a built in entertainment center from our living room to open that space up. From start to finish, they were incredible to work with. Christy, James, and Mike were all responsive to communications.

Once work began, they really focused on our project, and they were always here on time. The entire team, and all the contractors they hired, were on point. Our neighbors asked us how we had people showing up every morning like that to work on our house. We just told them to hire Mike!

My husband and I are beyond happy with the results. Each room is beautiful. Christy was amazing to work with as a designer. She took my general ideas and really transformed them into gorgeous spaces in our home. These folks are absolutely worth the time and money to use. No complications. Exactly what we wanted. We will definitely call them again if we want to redo anything else.

Chris did a small custom door job for Pioneer MGMT. It was nice to know that he could help us with a small job, probably a lot smaller than he's used to. We had four apartments that needed custom doors for the hot water heater closet. Very pro and fine on time!

I've purchased cabinets for my house and my daughters and they were perfect.  Edward and Dino were wonderful to work with.  I also bought Luxury Vinyl Plank for two of my customers (over 4000 sf) and the price was 20% less than Floor & Decor.

We had a previous contractor leave us high and dry with unfinished bathroom cabinets. We then reached out to a few different contractors to finish the job, but none of them were able to complete it until JR showed up. He empathized with our situation and was willing to help us out. He helped us pick out the style and color for our new drawers and doors. We paid half up front and completed the job within three weeks. We are so relieved to have our bathroom remodel completed and recommend Genesis Cabinet Refinishing for all custom cabinetry.

I contacted Cab Tech because I was in desperate need of help for my shower after getting the run around from one of those redo bath companies from the home show, which got drawn out and never started.

From the time I walked through their door I received service that I though was a thing of the past.
We discussed the project, budget, time frame, expected start dates, and the entire process. Once we picked out the various materials, they offered advice on the products as well as ways to make it look better without trying to up sell me. I asked for a quote on my shower originally with optional quotes on tub and vanity, because I didn't think I could afford it as well. The break out and additional costs were so reasonable, I couldn't pass it up and ended up getting almost the whole bathroom remodeled. From the first day of construction till the end, Cab Tech kept me informed of the schedule and worked continuously until completion. The owner came by throughout the process to make sure the job was done to his standards and even made a change at their expense to make the finishing touches look better.

As a contractor myself, I can't say enough how professional and honest they were. Cab tech is leaps and bounds above any competitors in both product and service, thus will rightly have me as a customer for life.

Our house was completely destroyed on the inside due to a pipe burst over 4th of July weekend. We are a young family and have never had to deal with anything like this. I was calling EVERYWHERE and was not getting a call back. In fact, people were turning us away. I went to the Better Business Bureau and I found Mark Steven Construction. I called and left a message, and Mark himself contacted me back straight away. Off the bat he was extremely communicative and honest. Aside from insurance related repairs (which was truly gutting the whole interior) he also helped us with some upgrades we decided to do at the same time.
I found it invaluable that never at any point did we feel taken advantage of during a very hard time. In fact, Mark gave us great advice on how to save and reassured me through the whole process. He took our ideas, and often made them better. If there was something structurally that couldn't be done without a high ticket price, he offered reasonable alternatives.
From putting in a doggy door to going out of his way to find us a fabricator to get our granite in on time (during a pandemic!) he was great. I'm sure he has my name in his phone as lady who texts a lot and not once did he every get bothered by my questions.
While he does not exclusively work on insurance claims, it's worth noting he has tons of knowledge on them as well and helped us understand that process.
His team members were extremely polite and always greeted me with a smile and an update if I popped into the house. I trusted them all completely with our space.

Grand Canyon home supply is definitely the place to go if you're looking for a luxury vinyl. Nan and her husband were very helpful and quick to respond. We needed more material last minute and they were able to order the material and make it happen within Minutes. If you are looking to do any type of home renovation this is the place you wanna be! Efficient, lots of selections, and quick. During a time like this I couldn't be more thankful that we chose Nan to go along this journey with us.

I don't think I would ever call this company based on his driving. 80 miles an hour on the 101 is a little excessive when you're driving a large Sprinter van. Never even looked merging onto the 101 from the 17. If you clearly can't drive safely on the road I'd be afraid of you working on my house in a safe manner

I had to come leave a 5 star review for the amazing team at Rockler after having yet another terrible experience at Woodcraft in Chandler. I drive 45 minutes to come see these guys, despite being right up the road from Woodcraft. Every time I visit this location, the staff is amazingly attentive, knowledgeable and personable. They have never been anything less, whether I am coming to spend $10 or $1000.

We so needed more storage and Closet Factory answered the call. Very excited about our new bedroom and closet systems. Installed in 1 day, cleaned up after themselves. Little disruption. Highly recommend them for all your storage needs. Thank you Kathy Mathien!

Sandy and Ryan were fantastic to work with and produced a great final product.  The cabinets were of high quality and it is the first thing people notice in our new remodeled kitchen.  Would highly recommend their work to anyone looking to put in new cabinetry.

Please avoid diamond kitchen and bath at all costs. We ordered cabinets in July due to a house fire. We were warned cabinets had a long lead time and told us delivery would be in October and November. Cabinets arrived in November and the cabinets that came in were awful. Three cabinets came in damaged, one drawer came cracked, and four fronts came in with a bad paint job. We didn't have a choice to install one of the damaged cabinets due to us needing to move into the house. Along with damaged cabinets, the design specialist ordered the wrong size cabinets for above the fridge, the wrong size undersink cabinet, and missing extra skins to connect two of our island cabinet. He was very clear not to get any bigger than a 10inch sink (which we bought exactly a 10inch) and yet the cabinet was still the wrong size.
Cabinets were order again and arrived early February, and again arrived damaged and some items were worse than before. They then sent a tech out to fix it, the tech said that there was more than usual issues with cabinets and still couldn't fix everything. Diamond only answer is to keep ordering more cabinets. Speaking to the design specialist, he admitted that there were a lot of issues with my job, more than usual, yet the only resolution is to continue to wait 2-3 months to hopefully get undamaged cabine. No person should have to wait this long to get the correct order that is undamaged.

Update 4/7
The new order arrived and was missing parts along with a bad cabinet piece again. When I asked about the missing parts, they didn't even know what was and wasn't delivered. Told me now it was three weeks to get a tech to come out or 3 weeks to replace the part again.

After another round of more damaged cabinets that are now deemed touch ups.The GM nick who responded to this post decided to accidentally send me an email calling me pesky. I have asked for a discount for a while due to this being dragged out  and would very much like this whole thing to be done with. Nick again refused to offer any sort of refund. I was trying to avoid more posts about my bad service but he thinks he went above and beyond in his service and very much cares about customer service. I guess he views any customer that wants finished cabinets pesky

Called B & M Flooring because my son had used them before. He loved the work the installers did. They were professional, quick, friendly, cleaned up and did a great job. Ben on the other hand, was not at all personable, but, prices were good and installers were great.
So, I called them when we were looking for flooring. Called the office and spoke with the employee that answered, (which was very friendly), and was told Ben would give us a call. Got a call a couple of days later and made an appointment with Ben to come give us an estimate. He did come over and measured, but did not give much information. He seemed to be bothered by being here. Not friendly at all. Again, we shrugged it off because we liked the installers. Ben told us he'd email a quote in a day or 2. A week went by, I called the office and was told he wasn't in and would give him a message. Another couple of weeks went by, still nothing. My husband then called Ben's cell and was told he'd get back to him in a couple of hours. That was about 2 months ago. Needless to say, we will NOT be using his service. Very rude to not get back to us at all, and lie about going to call. It's not like it would have been a small job and not worth it to him. If he doesn't have the time or just doesn't want the job, don't waste our time.
Would definitely NIT recommend using his company.
