I've used Chris twice. The first time to refinish 8 pieces heirloom-qualify dining room and living room solid cherry furniture (Hinkel-Harris) that were damage in my move to AZ (a very rich and difficult to replicate finish.  When Chris delivered them they look brand new.  I just used Chris to refinish 4 other pieces, this time different woods and finishes. Again, incredible results. Chris is both professional wood-worker and an artist.  Trust Chris with your furniture.

I've purchased cabinets for my house and my daughters and they were perfect.  Edward and Dino were wonderful to work with.  I also bought Luxury Vinyl Plank for two of my customers (over 4000 sf) and the price was 20% less than Floor & Decor.

Having been a general contractor in high-end residential for over 35 years I have a hard time finding truly good contractors in the valley. We are remodeling our entire house and needed to have our stained wood cabinets painted white. After vetting about ten companies we chose Cab Tech (Cabinet Technologies).  They create custom cabinetry so it's not a house painting company who also paints cabinets which many are.  The products they use are high end and designed for cabinets. From the walk-through to create the quote to the end of the project it was handled extremely professionally. Their high standards and quality products delivered an excellent result that will last.
Taylor who was the lead on our job, and the rest of the team were on time every day. Taylor kept me informed of the schedule daily.  He also addressed every question and concern I had throughout the project. They also kept the job site extremely clean.  Nice work Cab Tech

If your in the market for kitchen cabinets and your thinking about using Grand Canyon Home Supply, run as fast as you can the other way.
We have dealt with incompetent measurements of our cabinets, shotty made cabinets that need repairs already.
After 2 months of waiting for the delivery, instillation and repair of our cabinets and dealing with 2 managers and the owner of the company are cabinets are still not fixed.
Please, do yourself a favor and don't bother getting your kitchen remodeling done by this company.

I am thrilled with the job that Spray-Net North Phoenix's did on our kitchen cabinets. This is a very well run crew!  They provided the price on the first day. They came when they were scheduled for the job. They were absolutely meticulous with their preparation and painting. They cleaned up every little bit of work debris. They also carefully packed up anything that could be reused for the next job. I so appreciate that my cabinets and their materials didn't end up in the landfill. My 25 year old cabinets look like new.

We found Arizona Flooring and Remodeling through an ad in the paper.  Intrigued, we investigated the company through the Better Business Bureau and on-line ratings.  Everything showed an A+.  So happy we selected the company to complete our medium size remodel.  Love our new floors, kitchen backsplash, French doors, updated fixtures, and paint-job.  Josif coordinated all work and oversaw every aspect of our home remodel to perfection.  All work was completed when promised and price was as agreed to.  Thanks Josif for a stress-free remodeling experience.

Horrible customer service experience.

I have a slab of juniper that need to be cut to size. I called to get price information and the guy over the phone told me that they would need to look at it. I loaded the slab into my car and took it to the location. Once I arrived, I was met by an older gentleman. I explained to him that I had called about getting a slab of wood cut  he stated Ok, I'm sure you were told that we needed to take a look at it?  My response was, yes, it's in the car.
He seemed to be annoyed about having to go get a jacket on to assist one of his customers, but he did so anyway.  
Once we got outside, I showed him the slab, his response was that's a hole slab, not a piece of  wood. At that point I had enough of the impoliteness, lack of interest in customer service, and plain rude behavior.

As I told the gentleman, I'll take my business somewhere else?

We so needed more storage and Closet Factory answered the call. Very excited about our new bedroom and closet systems. Installed in 1 day, cleaned up after themselves. Little disruption. Highly recommend them for all your storage needs. Thank you Kathy Mathien!

I was in the market to remodel our laundry room.  It is a small space, but I wanted cabinets across the wall and a cabinet next to the new front load washer and dryer I purchased.  I went to four different cabinet companies.  Three said that the cabinet next to the w&d would have to be built onsite and be very expensive.  I could not understand, as it is a common site in magazines and home remodels to see cabinetry added next to the front loaders...I went in to Timeless Designs Cabinets, Sandi did not act like it was a big deal.  Matter of fact, she and I brainstormed and worked out a wonderful design.  Sandi is easy and wonderful to work with. I wanted to use the bottom shelf of the cabinet to store our shoes out of site.  Since I have 7 baseboards and the cabinet needed to be built up, Sandi came up with the idea to use the space under the cabinet for the shoe storage, by adding a roll out drawer.  Perfect.  

When it came time to install, Larry and Sandi arrived together to go over the plan.  I asked them, last minute, to not install the lower cabinet until the w&d came.  I had issues with the countertop I had purchased myself, due to the weight and need to take off it there was work to be done on the appliances.  They were fine with my change of plan.  I then went and sat with Sandi to brainstorm again,  now Larry will be making a lighter weight counter top and make it so we can access the appliances if necessary.  

Both Sandi and Larry are very pleasant to work with.  They listen to what you want and help you to achieve your goal....

I am going to limit this review to facts as much as possible despite having many harsh things to say about this company:

1. I paid a 50% deposit for cabinets and counter-tops on March 11th and was told it would take 5-6 weeks. Despite taking our money they forgot to place the order and in the end the final install date for both was June 2nd which is an astonishing 12 weeks or at least DOUBLE the time stated in the contract. This was only because of the pressure that I put on them, as their standard templating procedure would have added ANOTHER 3 weeks to the project for a total of 14-15 weeks.

2. We were given the runaround several times by the sales/management/and owner of the company and frequently had our calls and emails unreturned or ignored.

3. In my opinion, I have rarely observed such a terrible customer experience.

4. When the cabinets arrived I was told I could not inspect them prior to paying the final payment in full.

5. After telling the delivery driver that I refused that arrangement, he agreed to bargain and allow me to inspect 1 of the 2 cabinets before paying. Upon inspection the first cabinet had significant damage. Despite my better judgement, I paid the final amount so I could see the other one and found that BOTH cabinets had several areas of significant damage.

6. Installation took 4 hours, likely due to attempting to repair much of the damage caused during delivery.

7. Luck was on Diamond Kitchen and Bath's side as one of the cabinets was a three wall installation which hide much of the damage from view.

8. This delay set back other construction and the entire project significantly.

9. While the final quality of the cabinets from the Amish manufacturers was acceptable, I would never again deal with the sales, delivery, customer support, management, or owner of this company.

10. In my opinion, this is a common occurrence and you would be much better served in headache, time, and professionalism by going with a different cabinet company even if the cabinets cost double.

Called B & M Flooring because my son had used them before. He loved the work the installers did. They were professional, quick, friendly, cleaned up and did a great job. Ben on the other hand, was not at all personable, but, prices were good and installers were great.
So, I called them when we were looking for flooring. Called the office and spoke with the employee that answered, (which was very friendly), and was told Ben would give us a call. Got a call a couple of days later and made an appointment with Ben to come give us an estimate. He did come over and measured, but did not give much information. He seemed to be bothered by being here. Not friendly at all. Again, we shrugged it off because we liked the installers. Ben told us he'd email a quote in a day or 2. A week went by, I called the office and was told he wasn't in and would give him a message. Another couple of weeks went by, still nothing. My husband then called Ben's cell and was told he'd get back to him in a couple of hours. That was about 2 months ago. Needless to say, we will NOT be using his service. Very rude to not get back to us at all, and lie about going to call. It's not like it would have been a small job and not worth it to him. If he doesn't have the time or just doesn't want the job, don't waste our time.
Would definitely NIT recommend using his company.
