Fives stars for Golden Rule furniture Kitchen refacing, restoration and repairs ! ! Chris is a pro and can take care of restoring kitchen cabinets, creating a custom one off  item or refinish and restore a treasured antique he is the guy!!

Purchase process was quick and easy. When we went the first time to get a quote they told us 7 days from when we ordered until we would receive our cabinets. The next day when we went back that number changed to 15. We bought and waited. It was much longer than 15 business days. Every time we called customer service they had no idea where our cabinets were or any sort of update on when we'd be getting them. We assembled and installed them ourselves and they are beautiful cabinets. However, because of the nightmare customer service we wouldn't recommend.

We Hired Genesis Cabinet Refinishing to Re-finish our cabinets in our home. Junior came and gave us what we thought was a fair bid, (it was NOT the cheapest bid) Junior 'promised' to stand behind his work and he guaranteed the work for 2 years. Within 2 weeks of the job being completed, the cabinets in the Master Bathroom started to 'PEEL' and 'CHIP'! Junior came to look at them and said he would have them fixed within 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and then 6 months, Junior 'PROMISED'  he would come within '2 weeks' AGAIN. NO SHOW, AGAIN!!!!!
We have called him and called him and texted him and texted him, no response!!!! We NEVER heard from him again. We have given him ample time to make good on his word! We paid $5,160.00 for our cabinets to be refinished. Junior promises and DOES NOT DELIVER ON HIS PROMISES, He does NOT keep his word! He has lied and lied to us! He is a 'LIAR' and does NOT keep his word. I would NEVER, EVER use this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone!

I was impressed until the install.

We were waiting on the cabinets to be installed for months. Every time the guy came he would only stay for a little while and then say he had another job.

The finished product was not what we were expecting. There were no trim pieces, the cabinets looked unfinished, and the crown molding looks nothing like we expected. I asked to have it changed and was put off multiple times. On top of the issues i stated multiple others arose as well. The designer stated we were buying the built in panels for the fridge and dishwasher, turned out they don't make them. Multiple doors and cabinets were ruined from installation and the guy just handed us this white paint to fix, it only makes it look worse.
The most recent was our quartz countertop cracked because the cabinets were installed unevenly. They finally came out after months to fix it, only to leave a  gap with showing wood between the countertop and the cabinet now.

Overall I am super unhappy with the product and our designer knew this, promised it would get fixed and I would be happy but never followed up with any of the issues I mentioned. I am just annoyed We spent all this time and money on our dream kitchen we don't love.

I contacted Cab Tech because I was in desperate need of help for my shower after getting the run around from one of those redo bath companies from the home show, which got drawn out and never started.

From the time I walked through their door I received service that I though was a thing of the past.
We discussed the project, budget, time frame, expected start dates, and the entire process. Once we picked out the various materials, they offered advice on the products as well as ways to make it look better without trying to up sell me. I asked for a quote on my shower originally with optional quotes on tub and vanity, because I didn't think I could afford it as well. The break out and additional costs were so reasonable, I couldn't pass it up and ended up getting almost the whole bathroom remodeled. From the first day of construction till the end, Cab Tech kept me informed of the schedule and worked continuously until completion. The owner came by throughout the process to make sure the job was done to his standards and even made a change at their expense to make the finishing touches look better.

As a contractor myself, I can't say enough how professional and honest they were. Cab tech is leaps and bounds above any competitors in both product and service, thus will rightly have me as a customer for life.

Our house was completely destroyed on the inside due to a pipe burst over 4th of July weekend. We are a young family and have never had to deal with anything like this. I was calling EVERYWHERE and was not getting a call back. In fact, people were turning us away. I went to the Better Business Bureau and I found Mark Steven Construction. I called and left a message, and Mark himself contacted me back straight away. Off the bat he was extremely communicative and honest. Aside from insurance related repairs (which was truly gutting the whole interior) he also helped us with some upgrades we decided to do at the same time.
I found it invaluable that never at any point did we feel taken advantage of during a very hard time. In fact, Mark gave us great advice on how to save and reassured me through the whole process. He took our ideas, and often made them better. If there was something structurally that couldn't be done without a high ticket price, he offered reasonable alternatives.
From putting in a doggy door to going out of his way to find us a fabricator to get our granite in on time (during a pandemic!) he was great. I'm sure he has my name in his phone as lady who texts a lot and not once did he every get bothered by my questions.
While he does not exclusively work on insurance claims, it's worth noting he has tons of knowledge on them as well and helped us understand that process.
His team members were extremely polite and always greeted me with a smile and an update if I popped into the house. I trusted them all completely with our space.

We are so happy that we found Mark Steven Construction, and without hesitation will tell others to use his business as well!

If your in the market for kitchen cabinets and your thinking about using Grand Canyon Home Supply, run as fast as you can the other way.
We have dealt with incompetent measurements of our cabinets, shotty made cabinets that need repairs already.
After 2 months of waiting for the delivery, instillation and repair of our cabinets and dealing with 2 managers and the owner of the company are cabinets are still not fixed.
Please, do yourself a favor and don't bother getting your kitchen remodeling done by this company.

I am thrilled with the job that Spray-Net North Phoenix's did on our kitchen cabinets. This is a very well run crew!  They provided the price on the first day. They came when they were scheduled for the job. They were absolutely meticulous with their preparation and painting. They cleaned up every little bit of work debris. They also carefully packed up anything that could be reused for the next job. I so appreciate that my cabinets and their materials didn't end up in the landfill. My 25 year old cabinets look like new.

Losif and his crew are amazing.  He has done both our kitchen and master bath and we are absolutely in love.  His price is very reasonable.  His crew is very respectful and talented.  We definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel rooms in their home.

It's worth the 100-mile drive to visit this store and browse the aisles. Rec'd great service and advice from employees, especially Dean. Inventory is not discount-type, but high quality and delivers value for the price.  Took a class several months ago and it, too, was worth the time and cost.  I'll be going back!

I can't say enough good things about this business. We had a closet done about 9 years ago and part of the closet organization was swing down clothes bars. About 2 weeks ago one of the side assemblies broke making the bar unusable. I called Closet Factory and they could not have been any nicer about it. The new unit was ordered, came in about a week and was installed right away. Great company and they do stand behind their product.

We went to North Valley Interiors looking for cabinet and sink for our spare bathroom. They were extremely helpful and showed us many options for the cabinet and sink top. Once it was ordered and delivered, the installers were very professional, quick and very clean. I will definitely be back to order cabinets for our other bathrooms in the future. Highly recommended!

See prior review please and now 10 months later these cabinets Do Not Stand Up To Daily use. Be very careful with them or they will look horrible very quickly. Inferior quality.

I have to start by saying that the finished product of our Quartz counter tops is beautiful, but the process was frustrating/annoying. When we went to Diamond to check out the product, it was the last day of a sale so there was a bit of pressure to make a purchase that day. I asked how much the regular price would be if we didn't get in on the sale, but no one knew. There was a pretty limited selection in the color we wanted (white) but I picked one anyway as I was told we could change the color later if we found something else we wanted. I looked online once I got home and found a whole list of white Quartz names/colors that I wanted prices on. I sent this over to our Diamond rep and asked for pricing. He advised that they don't get discounts on any of those colors so they don't even carry them and couldn't provide pricing. That seemed pretty odd to me. I've been planning on new counters for a few years so I've done a lot of looking around and didn't want to settle as it's a big investment for us. I also requested an itemized invoice showing the charge for each step of the process, but was told they don't do that. I have several other invoices from companies who've quoted counter tops for us, and all of them have been itemized. We were told that the installer would contact us to come out and template. After a couple of weeks with no one calling us, I called our rep to find out what the delay was. He advised that someone had been out of the office so they hadn't gotten our paperwork and he'd made sure they reached out soon. Once they did the template, they advised it'd be about 2 weeks before installation and that they'd call us. After about 3+ weeks, I called them to find out what the delay was. Our Diamond rep advised that they thought we were going to call them to tell them when our old counter tops had been removed so that they could come out. It made no sense. We wouldn't take our counter tops off and then just wait to be scheduled as we need a functional kitchen in the interim. That expectation was never communicated to us. Once they were finally scheduled, they came out to do the install. When installing, they realized that the sink we had ordered from Diamond didn't fit in our sink base cabinet. The installer said he could scoop the insides of the cabinet to make it fit, but that he couldn't be responsible for any damage. This doesn't leave such a great feeling about the quality of work. I emailed our Diamond rep while all this was happening as he was the one who measured for the sink. He emailed back saying it was pretty standard for them to have to do this and that we didn't really need to worry.
The installers did what they needed to do and the result is great. The counter tops are beautiful, but really, you can get Quartz anywhere. To have so many delays and just not really feel like you're a valued customer is the thing that makes people return or not. After everything was installed, our Diamond rep didn't reach out to be sure we were happy with the outcome. I appreciate follow ups and going the extra mile as much as anyone else does. It was a very rushed process where communication didn't seem important. I understand that they do this all day every day, but most customers don't so it's nice to feel valued. Counter tops are a big investment and to put that much into something and not feel that you're a valued customer is a big disappointment.

Called B & M Flooring because my son had used them before. He loved the work the installers did. They were professional, quick, friendly, cleaned up and did a great job. Ben on the other hand, was not at all personable, but, prices were good and installers were great.
So, I called them when we were looking for flooring. Called the office and spoke with the employee that answered, (which was very friendly), and was told Ben would give us a call. Got a call a couple of days later and made an appointment with Ben to come give us an estimate. He did come over and measured, but did not give much information. He seemed to be bothered by being here. Not friendly at all. Again, we shrugged it off because we liked the installers. Ben told us he'd email a quote in a day or 2. A week went by, I called the office and was told he wasn't in and would give him a message. Another couple of weeks went by, still nothing. My husband then called Ben's cell and was told he'd get back to him in a couple of hours. That was about 2 months ago. Needless to say, we will NOT be using his service. Very rude to not get back to us at all, and lie about going to call. It's not like it would have been a small job and not worth it to him. If he doesn't have the time or just doesn't want the job, don't waste our time.
Would definitely NIT recommend using his company.
