Had them install a Sollid Cabinetry pantry. Throughout the process, communication was great, cost was very competitive (based on several estimates) and the installer was very professional. Was very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them based on our experience.

I would highly recommend Chris to anyone! He is very talented and was able to bring my vision to life. I wanted custom barn door baby gates made for my wide stairs. He delivered way beyond what I had envisioned. The doors he made are beautiful. They match the regular barn doors that are in my house and matched the color perfectly. He took his time installing to really make sure they were impeccable. I also gave him a really tight deadline and he came through without any complaints. He was very easy to work with and the final product was amazing. I get compliments all the time on his work. I will definitely be using Chris in the future!

Purchase process was quick and easy. When we went the first time to get a quote they told us 7 days from when we ordered until we would receive our cabinets. The next day when we went back that number changed to 15. We bought and waited. It was much longer than 15 business days. Every time we called customer service they had no idea where our cabinets were or any sort of update on when we'd be getting them. We assembled and installed them ourselves and they are beautiful cabinets. However, because of the nightmare customer service we wouldn't recommend.

We Hired Genesis Cabinet Refinishing to Re-finish our cabinets in our home. Junior came and gave us what we thought was a fair bid, (it was NOT the cheapest bid) Junior 'promised' to stand behind his work and he guaranteed the work for 2 years. Within 2 weeks of the job being completed, the cabinets in the Master Bathroom started to 'PEEL' and 'CHIP'! Junior came to look at them and said he would have them fixed within 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and then 6 months, Junior 'PROMISED'  he would come within '2 weeks' AGAIN. NO SHOW, AGAIN!!!!!
We have called him and called him and texted him and texted him, no response!!!! We NEVER heard from him again. We have given him ample time to make good on his word! We paid $5,160.00 for our cabinets to be refinished. Junior promises and DOES NOT DELIVER ON HIS PROMISES, He does NOT keep his word! He has lied and lied to us! He is a 'LIAR' and does NOT keep his word. I would NEVER, EVER use this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone!

This company is so stellar. So from beginning to end the type of professionalism is just amazing. From time of order and install to pricing and being on top of all issues , comments, questions or concerns. They have wonderful prices and amazing customer service. I will be recommending them to anyone looking to install or change up cabinets. The owner and office manager have been beyond helpful and understanding, they are very fair with everything and anything. We were working on a project for several months and I have not one complaint. Thank you for making it such an easy experience.

I contacted Cab Tech because I was in desperate need of help for my shower after getting the run around from one of those redo bath companies from the home show, which got drawn out and never started.

From the time I walked through their door I received service that I though was a thing of the past.
We discussed the project, budget, time frame, expected start dates, and the entire process. Once we picked out the various materials, they offered advice on the products as well as ways to make it look better without trying to up sell me. I asked for a quote on my shower originally with optional quotes on tub and vanity, because I didn't think I could afford it as well. The break out and additional costs were so reasonable, I couldn't pass it up and ended up getting almost the whole bathroom remodeled. From the first day of construction till the end, Cab Tech kept me informed of the schedule and worked continuously until completion. The owner came by throughout the process to make sure the job was done to his standards and even made a change at their expense to make the finishing touches look better.

As a contractor myself, I can't say enough how professional and honest they were. Cab tech is leaps and bounds above any competitors in both product and service, thus will rightly have me as a customer for life.

We have dealt with incompetent measurements of our cabinets, shotty made cabinets that need repairs already.
After 2 months of waiting for the delivery, instillation and repair of our cabinets and dealing with 2 managers and the owner of the company are cabinets are still not fixed.
Please, do yourself a favor and don't bother getting your kitchen remodeling done by this company.

It's OK for buying woodwork-specific stuff, but you can do better for lumber. Their supply is limited and overpriced. Sign up for their flyer and check their web site for sales. There are sometimes good buys.

The designer audited my wardrobe and made the perfect design for my needs! I'm totally organized and my clothes/shoes look so beautiful in their new home! Worth every single penny! Great quality!

The guys at North Valley Interiors are great. They are very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful selection of tile to choose from and made the entire experience a pleasant one. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase new tile.

I had an unusual concept for cabinets that I wanted for a Butler's Pantry but couldn't quite figure out how to design the cabinets. I had two other cabinet makers working on the idea, however, their concepts were the same as mine. I met Sandy and she came up with an out of the box solution. Her design, combined with a fair bid, prompted me to contract her for the work. The cabinets were completed in a matter of weeks, I was given telephonic updates along the way, and they were installed the same day they arrived. The installation was top notch. I will be consulting Sandy on a few more projects I have in the works.

I have to start by saying that the finished product of our Quartz counter tops is beautiful, but the process was frustrating/annoying. When we went to Diamond to check out the product, it was the last day of a sale so there was a bit of pressure to make a purchase that day. I asked how much the regular price would be if we didn't get in on the sale, but no one knew. There was a pretty limited selection in the color we wanted (white) but I picked one anyway as I was told we could change the color later if we found something else we wanted. I looked online once I got home and found a whole list of white Quartz names/colors that I wanted prices on. I sent this over to our Diamond rep and asked for pricing. He advised that they don't get discounts on any of those colors so they don't even carry them and couldn't provide pricing. That seemed pretty odd to me. I've been planning on new counters for a few years so I've done a lot of looking around and didn't want to settle as it's a big investment for us. I also requested an itemized invoice showing the charge for each step of the process, but was told they don't do that. I have several other invoices from companies who've quoted counter tops for us, and all of them have been itemized. We were told that the installer would contact us to come out and template. After a couple of weeks with no one calling us, I called our rep to find out what the delay was. He advised that someone had been out of the office so they hadn't gotten our paperwork and he'd made sure they reached out soon. Once they did the template, they advised it'd be about 2 weeks before installation and that they'd call us. After about 3+ weeks, I called them to find out what the delay was. Our Diamond rep advised that they thought we were going to call them to tell them when our old counter tops had been removed so that they could come out. It made no sense. We wouldn't take our counter tops off and then just wait to be scheduled as we need a functional kitchen in the interim. That expectation was never communicated to us. Once they were finally scheduled, they came out to do the install. When installing, they realized that the sink we had ordered from Diamond didn't fit in our sink base cabinet. The installer said he could scoop the insides of the cabinet to make it fit, but that he couldn't be responsible for any damage. This doesn't leave such a great feeling about the quality of work. I emailed our Diamond rep while all this was happening as he was the one who measured for the sink. He emailed back saying it was pretty standard for them to have to do this and that we didn't really need to worry.
The installers did what they needed to do and the result is great. The counter tops are beautiful, but really, you can get Quartz anywhere. To have so many delays and just not really feel like you're a valued customer is the thing that makes people return or not. After everything was installed, our Diamond rep didn't reach out to be sure we were happy with the outcome. I appreciate follow ups and going the extra mile as much as anyone else does. It was a very rushed process where communication didn't seem important. I understand that they do this all day every day, but most customers don't so it's nice to feel valued. Counter tops are a big investment and to put that much into something and not feel that you're a valued customer is a big disappointment.

No up-selling or games, just straight ahead information with pros/cons and pricing we could wrap our heads around.
