Total remodel of two story home (which included removing and laying new tile and hardwood stairs on both floors, added additional lighting throughout house, removed and added new doors throughout house, removed old wall paper and repainted every room (including ceilings), extended patio deck and handled all permitting through the city, installed new ceiling fans, prewired electrical for new TV's and bar area.

Most important, this was a very honest and trustworthy family to work with, which was our primary criteria for selecting them in the beginning, they were outstanding!

Fives stars for Golden Rule furniture Kitchen refacing, restoration and repairs ! ! Chris is a pro and can take care of restoring kitchen cabinets, creating a custom one off  item or refinish and restore a treasured antique he is the guy!!

Purchase process was quick and easy. When we went the first time to get a quote they told us 7 days from when we ordered until we would receive our cabinets. The next day when we went back that number changed to 15. We bought and waited. It was much longer than 15 business days. Every time we called customer service they had no idea where our cabinets were or any sort of update on when we'd be getting them. We assembled and installed them ourselves and they are beautiful cabinets. However, because of the nightmare customer service we wouldn't recommend.

They are thorough professional and very nicely priced. Tge price and time estimations both were perfect. I would definitely recommend Junior amd his team to anyone needed cabinet works.

We used Cabco Cabinets in our master bathroom remodel and couldn't be happier with the results. The customer service was incredible and the pricing is the best we found! I decided last minute to add new cabinets and they were able to accommodate my order within days. I will definitely be using Cabco for all my future cabinet needs.

If your in the market for kitchen cabinets and your thinking about using Grand Canyon Home Supply, run as fast as you can the other way.
We have dealt with incompetent measurements of our cabinets, shotty made cabinets that need repairs already.
After 2 months of waiting for the delivery, instillation and repair of our cabinets and dealing with 2 managers and the owner of the company are cabinets are still not fixed.
Please, do yourself a favor and don't bother getting your kitchen remodeling done by this company.

Horrible customer service experience.

I have a slab of juniper that need to be cut to size. I called to get price information and the guy over the phone told me that they would need to look at it. I loaded the slab into my car and took it to the location. Once I arrived, I was met by an older gentleman. I explained to him that I had called about getting a slab of wood cut  he stated Ok, I'm sure you were told that we needed to take a look at it?  My response was, yes, it's in the car.
He seemed to be annoyed about having to go get a jacket on to assist one of his customers, but he did so anyway.  
Once we got outside, I showed him the slab, his response was that's a hole slab, not a piece of  wood. At that point I had enough of the impoliteness, lack of interest in customer service, and plain rude behavior.

As I told the gentleman, I'll take my business somewhere else?

I contacted the Closet Factory last Monday to arrange for a new master closet design. I spoke to the owner, Abby.  She indicated she would have a designer contact me.  By Sunday with no contact, I left a message which prompted a call back from Abby today.  She informed me that it would take another week for a designer to get back to me, that they are scheduling installs the week prior to my completion date which means if I wait another week for a call then I couldn't make my completion, and if I want any hard wood it would take 5 to 6 weeks.  I asked if my only option was to wait for the one designer who has my territory and she said yes.  I guess she must be doing very well to turn away business.

We went to North Valley Interiors looking for cabinet and sink for our spare bathroom. They were extremely helpful and showed us many options for the cabinet and sink top. Once it was ordered and delivered, the installers were very professional, quick and very clean. I will definitely be back to order cabinets for our other bathrooms in the future. Highly recommended!

Working with Ryan and Sandy at Timeless Designs Cabinets to remodel our kitchen was an absolute dream. The cabinets are beautiful and are crafted SO well. I know my kitchen will be loved for years and years! Everything from the product to service and install was better than we could have hoped for. Thanks again!

I have to start by saying that the finished product of our Quartz counter tops is beautiful, but the process was frustrating/annoying. When we went to Diamond to check out the product, it was the last day of a sale so there was a bit of pressure to make a purchase that day. I asked how much the regular price would be if we didn't get in on the sale, but no one knew. There was a pretty limited selection in the color we wanted (white) but I picked one anyway as I was told we could change the color later if we found something else we wanted. I looked online once I got home and found a whole list of white Quartz names/colors that I wanted prices on. I sent this over to our Diamond rep and asked for pricing. He advised that they don't get discounts on any of those colors so they don't even carry them and couldn't provide pricing. That seemed pretty odd to me. I've been planning on new counters for a few years so I've done a lot of looking around and didn't want to settle as it's a big investment for us. I also requested an itemized invoice showing the charge for each step of the process, but was told they don't do that. I have several other invoices from companies who've quoted counter tops for us, and all of them have been itemized. We were told that the installer would contact us to come out and template. After a couple of weeks with no one calling us, I called our rep to find out what the delay was. He advised that someone had been out of the office so they hadn't gotten our paperwork and he'd made sure they reached out soon. Once they did the template, they advised it'd be about 2 weeks before installation and that they'd call us. After about 3+ weeks, I called them to find out what the delay was. Our Diamond rep advised that they thought we were going to call them to tell them when our old counter tops had been removed so that they could come out. It made no sense. We wouldn't take our counter tops off and then just wait to be scheduled as we need a functional kitchen in the interim. That expectation was never communicated to us. Once they were finally scheduled, they came out to do the install. When installing, they realized that the sink we had ordered from Diamond didn't fit in our sink base cabinet. The installer said he could scoop the insides of the cabinet to make it fit, but that he couldn't be responsible for any damage. This doesn't leave such a great feeling about the quality of work. I emailed our Diamond rep while all this was happening as he was the one who measured for the sink. He emailed back saying it was pretty standard for them to have to do this and that we didn't really need to worry.
The installers did what they needed to do and the result is great. The counter tops are beautiful, but really, you can get Quartz anywhere. To have so many delays and just not really feel like you're a valued customer is the thing that makes people return or not. After everything was installed, our Diamond rep didn't reach out to be sure we were happy with the outcome. I appreciate follow ups and going the extra mile as much as anyone else does. It was a very rushed process where communication didn't seem important. I understand that they do this all day every day, but most customers don't so it's nice to feel valued. Counter tops are a big investment and to put that much into something and not feel that you're a valued customer is a big disappointment.

Run far and fast. Do not pay for all upfront. Terrible job on my kitchen. Measured incorrectly, wrong material delivered. Took 7 months to get material.
