I had my kitchen remodeled, along with leveling my living room floor to match rest of the house, new tile throughout the house and a wall removed. From beginning to end, the process was easier than I experienced with previous contractors. Everyone was on time, polite, and the house was clean at the end of the day. Mike was responsive to answering my questions which I appreciated. Everything was on time, except for one day delay which did not put the overall process behind schedule. I love the end project and would not have been able to design the floor plan, pick out the tile, countertops or cabinets without the help of Kristin. It was well worth the cost! I highly recommend Mike and staff to complete any remodel.

I would highly recommend Chris to anyone! He is very talented and was able to bring my vision to life. I wanted custom barn door baby gates made for my wide stairs. He delivered way beyond what I had envisioned. The doors he made are beautiful. They match the regular barn doors that are in my house and matched the color perfectly. He took his time installing to really make sure they were impeccable. I also gave him a really tight deadline and he came through without any complaints. He was very easy to work with and the final product was amazing. I get compliments all the time on his work. I will definitely be using Chris in the future!

We had a previous contractor leave us high and dry with unfinished bathroom cabinets. We then reached out to a few different contractors to finish the job, but none of them were able to complete it until JR showed up. He empathized with our situation and was willing to help us out. He helped us pick out the style and color for our new drawers and doors. We paid half up front and completed the job within three weeks. We are so relieved to have our bathroom remodel completed and recommend Genesis Cabinet Refinishing for all custom cabinetry.

This company is so stellar. So from beginning to end the type of professionalism is just amazing. From time of order and install to pricing and being on top of all issues , comments, questions or concerns. They have wonderful prices and amazing customer service. I contacted Cab Tech because I was in desperate need of help for my shower after getting the run around from one of those redo bath companies from the home show, which got drawn out and never started.

From the time I walked through their door I received service that I though was a thing of the past.
We discussed the project, budget, time frame, expected start dates, and the entire process. Once we picked out the various materials, they offered advice on the products as well as ways to make it look better without trying to up sell me. I asked for a quote on my shower originally with optional quotes on tub and vanity, because I didn't think I could afford it as well. The break out and additional costs were so reasonable, I couldn't pass it up and ended up getting almost the whole bathroom remodeled. From the first day of construction till the end, Cab Tech kept me informed of the schedule and worked continuously until completion. The owner came by throughout the process to make sure the job was done to his standards and even made a change at their expense to make the finishing touches look better.

As a contractor myself, I can't say enough how professional and honest they were. Cab tech is leaps and bounds above any competitors in both product and service, thus will rightly have me as a customer for life.

If your in the market for kitchen cabinets and your thinking about using Grand Canyon Home Supply, run as fast as you can the other way.
We have dealt with incompetent measurements of our cabinets, shotty made cabinets that need repairs already.
After 2 months of waiting for the delivery, instillation and repair of our cabinets and dealing with 2 managers and the owner of the company are cabinets are still not fixed.
Please, do yourself a favor and don't bother getting your kitchen remodeling done by this company.

I have been working with Iosef, the owner of Arizona Flooring and Remodeling since I moved into my new home in Phoenix. He has been consistently on time and all of the people that he has brought with him doing various remodeling from bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, new tiling, new flooring and more have been beyond my expectations. This was my first time in the store.  I came in because I was replacing the scales on an old hunting knife. This store has everything!!!!  I thought I was going to have to buy scrap wood to make the scales, but this place has a special section for knife making and scales you can buy.  If your into wood working, this is the place for you!!  I could have spent the whole day there today f I wanted to.  The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.  I felt like I was in one of those old stores from back in the day when customers service was priority along with having quality products!!!!  It's my new favorite store!!!

We had our closets done by closet factory and a Murphy bed installed in the guest area of the house... the guest bed is potentially dangerous as there are too many springs in it so it takes a big person sitting the edge to keep it from snapping up closer.  I'm not sure what would happen if someone tried to sleep on it, and am afraid to try.

The installer said to just call after we had the mattress in place and he'd come back out to adjust it.  Well... half a year later, and many calls, many ignored calls, many claims of Ill put it on a work order THiS time... we still haven't heard from this group... the guy said it was a quick and easy job, we're close to a major highway through town, not too far of a drive... even if they came straight from the showroom to do the 10 minute job, and return, the whole round trip PLUS the task would take less than an hour...

From what I gather, he just has to loosen something up and remove a spring.  I have no clue what to loosen or I'd do the darn thing myself.  

In the meantime, we have an expensive, big, dangerous box attached to our guest room wall.

North Valley Interiors is great!!  They are professional and courteous to work with and I would never think to use anyone else for my home or business.

We were thrilled to find that Timeless Designs now carries the same Bertch line of cabinets that we installed 10 years ago in our kitchen (the vendor we worked with on the kitchen is no longer in business). Sandy helped us sort through options for new Bertch cabinets for our bathroom. The price was right. Delivery took a while, but that's due to Bertch not Timeless Designs. The installation was quick and flawless. Highly recommend Ryan and Sandy!

Recently made a purchase from them for cabinets and regret choosing them. The cabinet fronts came a different color than the rest of the cabinets and though yes they got me new fronts from the manufacture, they will not replace them. This is clearly a company who does not back up the workmanship of their supplier. They have now made their manufactures problem my problem. I would avoid buying your cabinets from Diamond Kitchen and Bath unless you want the same headaches I'm going through with them.

Called B & M Flooring because my son had used them before. He loved the work the installers did. They were professional, quick, friendly, cleaned up and did a great job. Ben on the other hand, was not at all personable, but, prices were good and installers were great.
So, I called them when we were looking for flooring. Called the office and spoke with the employee that answered, (which was very friendly), and was told Ben would give us a call. Got a call a couple of days later and made an appointment with Ben to come give us an estimate. He did come over and measured, but did not give much information. He seemed to be bothered by being here. Not friendly at all. Again, we shrugged it off because we liked the installers. Ben told us he'd email a quote in a day or 2. A week went by, I called the office and was told he wasn't in and would give him a message. Another couple of weeks went by, still nothing. My husband then called Ben's cell and was told he'd get back to him in a couple of hours. That was about 2 months ago. Needless to say, we will NOT be using his service. Very rude to not get back to us at all, and lie about going to call. It's not like it would have been a small job and not worth it to him. If he doesn't have the time or just doesn't want the job, don't waste our time.
Would definitely NIT recommend using his company.
