MK Remodeling and Design worked with us to remodel our master bathroom, create a library (complete with a murphy door), and remove a built in entertainment center from our living room to open that space up. From start to finish, they were incredible to work with. Christy, James, and Mike were all responsive to communications.

Once work began, they really focused on our project, and they were always here on time. The entire team, and all the contractors they hired, were on point. Our neighbors asked us how we had people showing up every morning like that to work on our house. We just told them to hire Mike!

She took my general ideas and really transformed them into gorgeous spaces in our home. These folks are absolutely worth the time and money to use. No complications. Exactly what we wanted. We will definitely call them again if we want to redo anything else.

I've used Chris twice. The first time to refinish 8 pieces heirloom-qualify dining room and living room solid cherry furniture (Hinkel-Harris) that were damage in my move to AZ (a very rich and difficult to replicate finish.  When Chris delivered them they look brand new.  I just used Chris to refinish 4 other pieces, this time different woods and finishes. Again, incredible results. Chris is both professional wood-worker and an artist.  Trust Chris with your furniture.

I've purchased cabinets for my house and my daughters and they were perfect.  Edward and Dino were wonderful to work with.  I also bought Luxury Vinyl Plank for two of my customers (over 4000 sf) and the price was 20% less than Floor & Decor.

We had a previous contractor leave us high and dry with unfinished bathroom cabinets. We then reached out to a few different contractors to finish the job, but none of them were able to complete it until JR showed up. He empathized with our situation and was willing to help us out. He helped us pick out the style and color for our new drawers and doors. We paid half up front and completed the job within three weeks. I contacted Cab Tech because I was in desperate need of help for my shower after getting the run around from one of those redo bath companies from the home show, which got drawn out and never started.

From the time I walked through their door I received service that I though was a thing of the past.
We discussed the project, budget, time frame, expected start dates, and the entire process. Once we picked out the various materials, they offered advice on the products as well as ways to make it look better without trying to up sell me. I asked for a quote on my shower originally with optional quotes on tub and vanity, because I didn't think I could afford it as well. The break out and additional costs were so reasonable, I couldn't pass it up and ended up getting almost the whole bathroom remodeled. From the first day of construction till the end, Cab Tech kept me informed of the schedule and worked continuously until completion. The owner came by throughout the process to make sure the job was done to his standards and even made a change at their expense to make the finishing touches look better.

As a contractor myself, I can't say enough how professional and honest they were. Cab tech is leaps and bounds above any competitors in both product and service, thus will rightly have me as a customer for life.

Our house was completely destroyed on the inside due to a pipe burst over 4th of July weekend. We are a young family and have never had to deal with anything like this. I was calling EVERYWHERE and was not getting a call back. In fact, people were turning us away. I went to the Better Business Bureau and I found Mark Steven Construction. I called and left a message, and Mark himself contacted me back straight away. Off the bat he was extremely communicative and honest. Aside from insurance related repairs (which was truly gutting the whole interior) he also helped us with some upgrades we decided to do at the same time.
I found it invaluable that never at any point did we feel taken advantage of during a very hard time. In fact, Mark gave us great advice on how to save and reassured me through the whole process. He took our ideas, and often made them better. If there was something structurally that couldn't be done without a high ticket price, he offered reasonable alternatives.
From putting in a doggy door to going out of his way to find us a fabricator to get our granite in on time (during a pandemic!) he was great. I'm sure he has my name in his phone as lady who texts a lot and not once did he every get bothered by my questions.
While he does not exclusively work on insurance claims, it's worth noting he has tons of knowledge on them as well and helped us understand that process.
His team members were extremely polite and always greeted me with a smile and an update if I popped into the house. I trusted them all completely with our space.

I needed the larger piece of my granite countertop replaced. The quote was very reasonable. He had to match my other granite. I was worried about how close it could be and they did a great job finding a match. He was very quick to respond and I didn't have to wait that long for the installation.

The staff here were all over the top nice . My husband got his special chisel and some resin remover and a beautiful piece of Osage Orange wood to turn on his lathe .

We ordered a QUEEN SIZE wall bed unit - (wall bed/desk/night stand) from this company.  We also upgraded the bed frame to a more expensive one.  and waited months for the installation.  The cost was $8,688.

After it was installed last week and we went to buy a standard queen size mattress for the unit, the mattress would not fit into the frame.  We left messages for our salesperson Kyndra to call us back, which she never did.  She finally replied to my email that I would need a 10 inch high mattress to fit in the frame. The problem is not just the height , it is also the width.  The frame of the bed unit is not a queen size frame.

The most frustrating part is that no one from the company is offering a solution or being responsive.  They sure were quick to take our money!  This unit is not worth the money and now we don't even have a bed!! They need to FIX this and remake the wall bed unit.  I cannot believe this company has such poor business ethics.

What a wonderful nonpressure place to go to. Our sales rep Lucy was so kind and knowledgeable we were blown away. We did not purchase a thing or do a deal at this time but we will be definitely back in two months when we move to Phoenix/paradise Valley & we close on our house. You truly can't beat the deals we were quoted we shopped for two days and this is by far the best price we have found!!! :-)

Working with Ryan and Sandy at Timeless Designs Cabinets to remodel our kitchen was an absolute dream. The cabinets are beautiful and are crafted SO well. There are so many other cabinet companies... don't waste your time or money here as customer sat is NOT a priority for them!
