All I needed was a replacement piece to the back of one of my kitchen drawers. I had gone to lowes, Home Depot, etc. no one would help. My kitchen drawer front broke off, and I needed the back piece of wood with a router cut in it. I found Arizona Custom Cabinets via search near me. I went there and explained my issue, and showed the gentleman who helped me the piece of broken wood. He said oh yeah let me look in back. 5 minutes later he returns with a freshly cut (exactly measured) piece of wood to replace my broken piece. You've saved me! How much do I owe? The gentleman says 10 dollars. All I had were credit cards so he says I don't deal with cards just bring it by next time your around. Seriously? What excellent, immediate customer service!! I drove to the nearest atm and returned with $20. He wanted to give me change and I said no, an extra $10 is the least I could do for his professional, immediate, courteous help.
I don't need new cabinets, I just needed the one piece and they saved me! I do know if I need any type of cabinetry work done in the future I will go to Arizona Custom Cabinets! Sir, if you read this, thank you again!

Save yourself a lot of time and energy in researching the best and go with Phoenix Cabinet Company. I'm using them for the second time for another project in Scottsdale because I was so impressed after the first project. They are professional, diligent, detailed, fair priced and they ensure you are in love with the finish product. They do custom and they are a dealer of Soliid so it's great to be able to mix and match! Call Kevin, he's my favorite. He will take care of you!

I was in dire need of new cabinets. When cabinets have cracks and warpage that aren't there for the style, then they need to be replaced. Doing some research, I found this awesome cabinet company (Probably should re-name it to Awesome Cabinet Company lol). With so many stars and good reviews from their old cabinet company, it was worth a shot. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by Stephanie, who took her time with me to tour the 2 showrooms that they have. The show 2 showrooms were great, the newer showroom out of the two is BEAUTIFUL! I was able to get an idea with what I was able to see at the show rooms and I ended up getting the H9 Pearl Cabinets. Its a beautiful transitional door style, a taste of the both world, the traditional and contemporary in one door style. These cabinets are SOLID WOOD, not like the cheap particle board stuff you get at IKEA and few other places. The prices for these cabinets are affordable and worth every penny for the quality of the wood you get for these. Overall, I had a superb experience with this company and I love my cabinets.

Great value for a curated experience. Use JR you wont be disappointed!

We came across Triton Garage & Closets in a home flyer that we received in the mail. Now i'm not sure if your like me but I always feel that those flyers are all overpriced, or that these companies are huge and may not have a personal touch. LET ME TELL YOU WHAT, I needed a lot of ketchup to swallow down my words on this one. When I called to set-up the estimate I spoke to the owner John. Who by the way is a really wonderful guy. He meet me bright and early for an estimate at our home. I explained what we where looking for, and in turned he offered his opinion on how to make it work and get this he even showed me options on how we could save some money !!! Now that my friends is service!!. As soon as the drawing and estimate was received we called and had some questions of some changes. That is when I spoke to Trish, who happens to be just as wonderful as John (by the way turns out she's Johns wife) Trish took down all of our changes and said that i would get a new estimate from John at the end of the day, and we did. So we decided to move forward, and we couldn't be more happier. Now Im not so good at remembering names but the guy who came out to do the work was on time, and got right to the job. I was so impressed that it was just one guy to do the job but he did it. When it was all done he asked me to take a look and make sure I was happy with the work. YES!! we are happy with the work. I have to say when you think about investing in grange cabinets you think why bother, what I say to that is, if you spend a lot of time in your garage and you have clutter everywhere, or store stuff for your home then why not make the investment that is going to make things easier to manage every day. I'm for one really happy with everything and my husband is over the moon to have his garage.
(Note: So Trish, is John's wife not Jodi....lol)

I rarely write review about a business but my recent experience with KC Kitchen and Bath LLC has been very exceptional.
I had my entire kitchen remodeled with quality kitchen cabinets from KC Kitchen and Bath and I continue to speak highly of the product quality and exceptional service from the store manager, Au and his staff. Au had taken his time to provide me a lay out of how the kitchen will look like with different size and shape of the cabinets. I also hired one of his staff to remodel the kitchen.
If you want me to send you proof of the exceptional remodeling work and quality of the product. I will be more than happy to send you pictures of my new kitchen. Please go to wonginsuranceagency.com or azrealty88.com. My email address and phone number are all there for you.

Just used this company for a downstairs bathroom remodel. Jeff made the whole process very easy. All of his people showed up on time, we're very courteous. Travis and his team from American Tradesman did a great job with demo and putting everything back after the tile work. Highly recommend.

I think for exceptional companies like this there should be an option for more than five stars because that would be a true reflection of the job that Palo Verde did in our new home. The owners Scott and Maureen Parker go the distance when it comes to customer satisfaction and craftsmanship on the cabinets they deliver. We've been in the completed house several months now and I wake up every morning and our kitchen is the favorite part of my house. Palo Verde is all about the details. From Scott actually helping to redesign the original kitchen on our floor plan, to helping us select cabinets that would best fit our style, to the on time installation I just can't speak highly enough about this company. We had picked out hardware on our own that at the time seemed to match the cabinets. Maureen made some suggestions and selected a different hardware that she thought we would be happier with and when it all came together the end result far exceeded our expectations. If you want to support a great family company who has been in the Valley for years, if you are looking for exquisite craftsmanship and high end results then I would highly recommend Palo Verde cabinet company. They made our house a home.

Steve and Steve are the real deal when it comes to custom woodwork. It was a seamless process from quote to install of our custom sliding barn door for our master bathroom. We will be using them again for other projects on our wishlist I'm sure! Such beautiful craftsmanship is hard to come by. Use them. You won't regret it.

Wow! We love Modern Innovations. My wife and I were contemplating purchasing a new home until the market went crazy. We had a dream for our home and Irving brought it to light. No job is too big for him. Irving and his team are beyond respectful, hard working and responsible. He set proper expectations and exceeded our timeline/vision. He renovated our entire kitchen and we're in love with it. Everyone who comes over comments on it and how beautiful it looks. Irving does the job like he's doing it for his home. We're having him come back to renovate our bathrooms/fireplace. We can't recommend Modern Innovations enough!!

We learned of Justin and Premium Cabinets through a friend, who had gotten work done on their kitchen. Right out of the gate, everything fell into place. Justin met us immediately, assessed and measured our kitchen and we received a quote that night. He came in significantly lower than the other cabinet estimates. Additionally, the cabinets were of a better quality and craftsmanship. The cabinets came in sooner than expected and we pushed up installation. He was very accommodating to our busy schedule and incredibly efficient with his install. Justin is easy to work with. He answered calls, texts and emails quickly. All in all, this was an amazing experience. We would highly recommend Premium Cabinets and will use him again when we remodel our bathrooms.

I have been patient over the last 5 months. Much of my time was wasted waiting on Diamond's employees & contractors to do (and redo) their work. I regret not checking their Yelp rating first.
I scheduled my countertop installation for before I moved in, July 6th, so that I would have a working kitchen. I moved in July 11th. I still don't have a working kitchen. It's quite inconvenient to cook out of boxes, because you don't want to unpack just to repack whenever they happen to decide to call to fix their faulty workmanship as promised. Plus, I don't want them to damage more of my property when they come back. They told me 14 days ago that they would tear out/replace my new countertop a week from then. They haven't scheduled anything with me; nor have they returned my calls. I need my kitchen finished before I can refinance, which was the whole point of renovating my kitchen. They are costing me a lot of money and time. My tile backsplash was supposed to be installed over a month ago. It can't be done until the countertop is finished. That contractor is frustrated as well.
The seam by the window was ground down on top of the quartz, instead of from underneath, leaving a large unpolished indention that is very noticeable. Their contractor agreed that they need to replace that entire section of the countertop after sending a tech to my home during a 6 hr window to inspect it. Another 4 hr window: they came to template again, because they threw away the original. My last message from them was that they forgot to remeasure my sink (standard sink sold by Diamond & brought to my home by the contractor at installation,) so they need to come by again to measure their sink. That means another long window of waiting for them, but not the last. When is this remeasure? When is tear out/installation? They won't return my calls. After they install the new quartz, they said I will also have to reschedule to have my sink reconnected with their plumbing contractor, which is more of my time. My next step will be a Registrar of Contractor complaint against the contractor, but I know that's a lengthy process.
They were messy, chipped my wall to the metal at installation. They chipped paint off my newly refinished cabinets. They embedded gray caulking on my newly painted walls and cabinets (not where it belonged.) I had to scrape product off my windows. All of the counters are not shiny, some from caulking spills, some I'm not sure what from... I'm hoping they will make it all feel and look shiny and new when they come to redo the rest. They also left the sink box on the side of my front yard on top of sawdust with cardboard, sticky rags, loose razorblades inside. I almost cut my hand open cleaning it out.
I have called Diamond many times. A different salesman than mine returned my call after I went down there in person to complain about not getting a call or email back after my poor installation when my salesman happened to be on vacation. Once the salesman who handled my account returned from vacation, I didn't hear from anyone at Diamond. I had the same problem trying to get a quote from them back in April and again, trying to pay in May. I was ignored and had to go down there to get my quote in writing. Unfortunately, even though my friend and I picked out the sink type and color at the salesman's instruction during the quoting process, the salesman didn't itemize it on the quote. When I went down there in person (because I couldn't get a call or email back as usual) to pay and sign my contract, I ended up paying more than I expected, because of that error. The manager said they would do the initial tear out right away, within a week. He said they'd call me, but they didn't. After a week I contacted the number on my receipt, reached a manager who emailed my salesman. It was the best turnaround time I had from them getting a return call (2 days.) It turned out my order hadn't been entered in their system, so it was just sitting there.
All of this trouble might be understandable if they were a discount shop with ridiculous deals. They're not. I paid over $6K for my quartz countertops. I did not receive any discount for this mess, my time, trouble, headache. I can't even get an I'm sorry call from them after all this... or any call for that matter.
Why? My friend recommended Diamond. What I have been told since I experienced this nightmare is that they used to be great, but they are trying to expand rapidly, piling work on the salesmen from floor sales to following up on purchase orders, and they can't keep up. In essence, the customers can't get serviced.
The sink contractor, who also does the tear out, was wonderful. He estimated within a 2 hr window, was on time, professional, thorough. I had incorrect measurements for the sink from Diamond and he gave me a sink strainer that would fit their sink. He even reconnected my dishwasher to the new countertop. I cannot say enough good things about him and his team.

Well it started off pretty good, they had a better price then California Closets and the person that came out was great. That is where it stopped. The install crew was over 2 hours late and said they would be done before dinner. They were here until 7:30. I was then informed that my 6 drawers didn't fit and had to be remade. I have everything out of my closet in my guest room and have company coming this weekend. Thursday I was told that they knew they had to remake things and would get them done. No timeline, I called back and got transferred 3 times and was told someone would call me back shortly. No one ever did. Now I was told they could get it done next week, after I told them I would be out of town. The next date they can come is April 8th. So I have a master closet not done with all my stuff on the floor .
