I'm using them for the second time for another project in Scottsdale because I was so impressed after the first project. They are professional, diligent, detailed, fair priced and they ensure you are in love with the finish product. They do custom and they are a dealer of Soliid so it's great to be able to mix and match! Call Kevin, he's my favorite. He will take care of you!

My neighbor recommended me to you guys and I was not disappointed. The cabinets are standard soft close which is a plus. The sales rep and designer were very helpful through my appointment. Amazing quality!

J.R. Cabinet Works completely changed up our kitchen while retaining the original custom cabinets.  We stained our cabinets a dark espresso with just a hint of the former cherry glowing through.  The owner Jerry showed up with the other contractors to discuss coordination and timing.  Jerry took one of the cabinet doors for a test and discussed how the final result may look.  After we approved the sample, his crew arrived and finished the job in two days.  The crew was was efficient, on time, and cleaned up after.  JR came by after each step to personally inspect the results.

We love the results and look forward to working with JR and company again.

I would NOT recommend Triton Cabinets. I confirmed with the dispatcher ahead of time that masks would be worn but when John showed up with no mask on, and I asked him to put one on, he gave attitude. My mother is on Chemo, and this is the only place she goes outside of her own home. We need to keep it as safe as possible for her. We are her primary caregivers.

Before even entering the home John asked if I'd be making him and his team wear masks while working. When I replied yes and relayed that I'd confirmed this ahead of time with the dispatcher he said, I don't know if I can commit to that. So at that, we parted ways and he immediately ripped his mask off as if it was such an inconvenience to wear in our brief interaction.

Needless to say, I'll find someone who actually cares for safety rather than someone who just posts it on their website. I am happy he never stepped foot in our home.

You know when someone claims to be classy and spends lots of time telling you how classy they are and you soon find out that they are the exact opposite? Well, welcome to classy closets. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and it's literally maddening trying to communicate with them. You can take my word for it because I've never talked to the same person twice to get my closets done. After a very long and painstaking process (they sent inexperienced installers that did things that I can't even explain, including going to the bathroom in my master bathroom and not flushing it, which is the least of the horrors I experienced), the $14,000 closets we installed starting breaking apart a week into use.
I was spoken to like a child over the phone. I was patronized and had so much anxiety anytime they had to come into my home. Stay away. I mean, far, far away. They'll send you a nice talkative sales person to come give you a quote and send the most inexperienced people to do the job.

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

I highly recommend Premium.  Yonathan and Edith were excellent to work with.  They thoroughly explained the process, listened to our concerns and addressed every issue.  They wore masks, isolated the portion of the house they would be refinishing and ran exhaust fans continuously to limit our exposure to the chemical smells.  We had 2 bathtub enclosures refinished over 2 days and both turned out fantastic.  What a difference from our old yellowed fake marble that was 25 year old standard builder grade material.  I had interviewed 2 other refinishers and picked Premium for these reasons: 1. They were licensed contractors, believe me lots of these refinishers are not licensed.  2. They did not required a deposit for our job.  3. They worked with me to find a mutually acceptable date.  4. They were reasonably priced.  5. They are genuinely nice people.  

Unlike lots of contractors, they cleaned up the area before they left, and the job is beautiful.

I bought a new home and after some research I found the KC Cabinets sold the cabinets to the old owners.  I called and talked to Au Nguyen who was very helpful and answered most of my DYI questions right over the phone which saved me hours of work.

I went down to the showroom today and realized how important it was to have the measurements because it made it so easy to get the exact parts I needed for my kitchen project.  Au met me and again took the time to get to know me and answer my questions and even ask me some additional questions to make sure I addressed those hidden issues that may come up.

Au offered many numerous projects to compare colors and we were able to match mine almost exactly even though my cabinets were a little older.

I read Coco's review and was nervous at first, but I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had at a Cabinet shop and everyone I met made me feel like a Rock Star by the time I left.

I also disagree with the statement on the quality was below the Big Box Stores as every contractor, flooring and designer that came to our home commented on how nice our kitchen looks and on the quality of the cabinets in their opinion.  I installed Depot cabinets in one of my other homes, and I can tell you these cabinets are a higher grade for sure.

Just used this company for a downstairs bathroom remodel. Jeff made the whole process very easy. All of his people showed up on time, we're very courteous. Travis and his team from American Tradesman did a great job with demo and putting everything back after the tile work. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough great things about Irving and Modern Innovations. He works fast, does very high quality work with great attention to detail. And at a very fair price. We learned of Justin and Premium Cabinets through a friend, who had gotten work done on their kitchen.  Right out of the gate, everything fell into place.  Justin met us immediately, assessed and measured our kitchen and we received a quote that night.  He came in significantly lower than the other cabinet estimates.  Additionally, the cabinets were of a better quality and craftsmanship.  The cabinets came in sooner than expected and we pushed up installation.  He was very accommodating to our busy schedule and incredibly efficient with his install.  Justin is easy to work with.  He answered calls, texts and emails quickly.  All in all, this was an amazing experience.  We would highly recommend Premium Cabinets and will use him again when we remodel our bathrooms.

Tina Harms at Diamond Kitchen & Bath was very knowledgeable and assisted us through the entire process. The delivery was fast as well--after opening a box we found two doors that needed replacing and Tina was on it. Tina called and checked on the progress of the install (I didn't have them do the install as I already had a contractor) even though her company wasn't the ones doing install! The cabinets are beautiful and I love my new kitchen! I highly recommend going to see Tina for your kitchen and bath remodels.

We hired Diamond as part of a major remodel project for our home. And we couldn't be happier with the quality and appearance of our new kitchen and bath cabinets. They are great quality and look and work wonderful!
However, the installation was a little problematic.
Multiple mis-measurements and mis-communications, and wrong and missing parts, caused multiple unnecessary delays that caused the installation to last three months.
Bottom line is we have beautiful cabinets, but at a unnecessarily high cost in our frustration and unnecessary delays.

We just moved into out new home and needed an entertainment wall and was referred by someone who lives in our housing community.  I called and made an appointment for an in house consultation and received an email on 05/10/2022 for an appointment on 05/24/2022, no one ever showed up so I had to call and reschedule no reason given why no one showed up.  So rescheduled for 05/31/2022 received confirmation email, was called again to reschedule for 06/07/2022.  Today 05/31/2022 I called to confirm the appointment and they are unable to locate my appointment even though I have the email on who was going to be coming to the house.  I advised the person I spoke that if they find my appointment to just cancel and we will go with another company.  Very disappointed as I was so excited to work with Classy Closets based off the referral I was given.  I would not recommend them to anyone.
