Let me first start this off by saying that the office staff was very courteous and willing to work with us. However, there was an issue with our move out clean that left me quite upset and had I not gone back and checked it would have been left that way. They were willing to rectify the situation and did clean the shelves in the bathtub. There was also a chemical stain in the bathroom tub which they could not clean. The stain was not there before we moved out and I stupidly didn't take pictures before I left which is my fault. So I cannot solely blame Pop Ins. As I stated to them in an email I would have paid more money to make sure the job was done correctly.

Priti has been cleaning my house monthly for about 6 months. She does a wonderful job every time, and is trustworthy, kind, and respectful. I love that she is reliable, and makes sure the job gets done thoroughly every time - my house is spotless when she leaves. I highly recommend her services, and am grateful that I found her business through Yelp!

Amazing! Called them for a deep clean. We have a sick cat and it's been a massive challenge keeping up with the house. In particular, the rug in my husband's game room. I was pretty sure it was unsalvageable but Allim managed to clean it to perfection. Thank you! The whole house was sparkling clean when they were done and I am so happy with the service.

Came and did a move out clean at the apt for us. The only thing that he forgot was to rinse out the tubes. Everything else looked good. He worked hard and we appreciate the help!

My team includes Lynn, Victoria, and Debra.  I love them!  I have 7 dogs, live on a dirt road,  and my home gets a LOT of dust.  They are not intimidated!  They come in and magically turn my home into looking spotless.  They always ask if they have any questions and are very nice,  They periodically do extra things to make the house look just beautiful, Best of all they do it all in only 2 hours!   I would recommend this team and The Maids to anyone who wants a clean home!

Hailey is absolutely phenomenal and her work is flawless! We are always so surprised with how efficient and thorough she is. It would take the two of us two whole days to clean at half the quality she can in mere hours. Cannot say enough good things about this company and service, we love our clean house so much each time! This company Scammed me.  They charged my  account 6 times and have yet to do any work or return my calls and messages.  Discover card is disputing all charges.

They didn't even clean my House! As in showed up an hour early and when I asked the maid to wait so I could put my animals away and get changed she got in her car and left. Got a call saying that she didn't have time to wait for me which confuses me because she was scheduled to clean for two hours. The business not only did not send someone else out they should have upgraded for the inconvenience. Horrible experience horrible on Groupon's part for advertising with them.
Better off doing it my self! So disappointed in the unprofessionalism.
