Horton,  was amazing, patient and very knowledgeable. He even went beyond to help me understand my dilemma, and what needed to be done. He also stayed until he figured out the parts that we needed and to make sure that they were in stock.  He stayed after business hours to make sure that he had everything figured out for us. Jeff also chimed in to help with the solution. Knowing that Horton has been in business for 25 years + and Jeff for over 20. They will be my go to people for all future sink and bathroom solutions.

Design is subpar, I paid for a cabinet I had to remove because it was so close to the sink it was getting splashed and there was no elbow room.  Coffee maker was put in so high it can't be used.  They installed drawer fronts that when you open it up there is only an inside drawer on the left side - it looks like a kindergartener built it.  When I asked, Cortny said its supposed to look like that lol.  Original kitchen layout they marked off for my electrician was all wrong and I had to redo my electrical which cost over $2,000.00.  They knocked a 4'x4' hole in my kitchen wall which cost drywall repair.  They want a deposit before starting another 40% on delivery (which everything was not delivered only about 70%) which gets them up to 80%-90% paid and then don't show up to install.  They left the cabinet doors leaning against a wall in my room for so long several were warped and had to be remade.  They would show up and install one or two items and I wouldn't see them again for weeks and weeks and could not get a response from them about when they planned to return.  They have delayed my project by months, they are unreliable, you can't get an estimated timeframe from them for anything.  They avoid avoid avoid.  Then when they say the project is done they are DESPERATE for money and threaten not to come fix warranty unless they are paid in full even though they are really not done and hung up a door they knew was warped just to get a check.   I could go on but I think the point is made.

Please note - I've known the owners for decades and this is what I've gotten -RUN!

They just completed a master bedroom closet and mud room hutch for me and I couldn't be more pleased.  Price was fair and work product exceptional.  It's clear that they take pride in their work.  The hutch was started by another party and was a mess when they took over the project.  They were able to take care of the shortcomings and complete the job quickly.

Matt did a wonderful job installing my all kitchen cabinets and all the hardware and crown molding. He showed up on time and was very skilled at the job. Attention to detail was great.

We are so happy with our new wall bed for our guest room/office.  Lynda was extremely helpful in selecting the right bed for our room, the perfect finish and hardware.  Delivery was on time and installers did a great job.  We could not be more pleased.u

Kings Wood Creation is top notch, and I can't give them enough stars. We had a different cabinet company that took our 50% deposit only to go out of business on us after 7 months of waiting for installation. We contacted several cabinet companies, and no one wanted to take on our project. I found Kings Wood Creation and contacted them on a Friday. I spoke with the owner, Jeremy, and explained our situation. He mentioned that he was booked out but felt terrible about our situation and thought he could fit us in his schedule. He invited us to come tour his shop and see his work on a Saturday just prior to him leaving for his family vacation. He agreed to help us, and we knew right away that we would be in good hands. Within 1 month, our design was finalized, and our custom  kitchen cabinets were put into production. Installation occurred just 4 weeks after that. Installation crew did a fabulous job, workmanship is excellent, and the quality of our cabinets far exceeded our expectations.  Everything from design to installation was seamless. We are beyond grateful to have Kings Wood Creation cabinets in our home and are forever grateful to them for taking us on as customers. Jeremy and his crew are great and we would recommend them to anyone looking for custom cabinetry.

Ty has been my Go-to guy on all my cabinets jobs around town. He meets my clients at sollid's showroom when necessary. Answers all their questions and treats them like Family. Got several quotes on kitchen remodel, decided to go with CHITWOOD cabinets due to their help in deciding our design and products to use. They came to our home to meet with us and general contractor to design layout and discuss options before making  final decision. Drew up plans signed  paperwork and informed us 6 to 8 weeks and cabinets would be in. 12 weeks later cabinets came in incomplete!!!! CHITWOOD neglected to fax in the special order items with the order. Finally another 12 weeks later the final pieces arrived.  Our general contracter took the lead and customized our kitchen above and beyond.  When we called        Chitwood for any updates on our cabinets it took days to get a call back. We are very happy with our end product but the miscommunication and lack of urgency and customer service was annoying and disheartening! We will not be recommending CHITWOOD Cabinets!

I winter in San Tan Valley, and saw the ads from the Storage Doctor. With the price listed, I figured there must be a catch. The price seemed so low that I was sure there had to be something wrong, so I ignored it.

Then I went to a house to visit, and I complimented him on his storage cabinets. He said he had them done by the Storage Doctor. I looked up the number and called the next day.

He came out, looked at my garage, and we determined that the special he was running on the ads would do fine. We set a date, and the installer was here at 7:30 am with a truck loaded with the materials. He promptly put everything together, cleaned up his mess, and was gone a bit after 10:00.

Everything looks great, and the shelving supplied was much thicker than I expected. I'm very happy with the whole transaction.

Our kitchen was small and had very little storage . With the help of stradlings we were able to open the kitchen floor plan and increase our storage . Everyone that helped us from the design team to the construction team was helpful and courteous . The work Crews showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves . From demo to finish our experience was wonderful and the results were more than we had hoped for . We are very happy with this company and the job they did for us

Review of Millennium Designs, Inc. located at 4707 E Bell Rd Ste C-3 Phoenix, AZ 85032--To any customer, please be aware this could happen to you!!
I researched companies and reverified their credentials with AZROC, BBB and looked at their reviews before deciding who would remodel our guest bathroom and the master bathroom. Then I found Millennium Designs, Inc. their website looked great; they have many happy customers and won awards. When you read about the company, it says we are your one-stop-shop for all your remodeling and construction needs in actuality; It is a one-stop-shop that does NOTHING.
I would not recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism and lack of communication. I spent nearly five weeks wasting my time starting from 7/8/2021 when I went into their shop to discuss the project, and due to the owner going on vacation, an appointment to visit our home was set for 7/21/21 at 11:00 a.m. to look at the project.
He committed that he would do the job when he came to our home on 7/21/21, looked at the guest bath, took measurements, and needed to generate a quote. However, he never performed or produced a quote after several requests, and nearly five weeks later, we were strung along with the owner, Neil Kortie. When asked if you are interested in this project, he never said no when asked on 8/3/2021 on the quote status, he texted back on 8/4/21, and I quote him, she will be coming around the mountain when she comes, getting closer.  I did not appreciate that remark or humor!
He also never indicated not to purchase any fixtures for this job; I purchased fixtures to move the project along, including the granite slab for the custom vanity countertop. I am still waiting to get another contractor and the slab fabricated. Total costs for the fixtures/slab to date are $4500.00, excluding the costs of the shower door, the custom vanity, or fabrication.
I made an additional phone call on 8/9/2021; he said he was very busy will have the quote by the end of the day. On 8/10/2021, I received no quote, so I called him and said, this is not working for me, and we need to go our separate ways, so he was fired on 8/10/2021; his only response to me was good luck with your project. It is clear to me that due to his countless delays, he never intended on doing the job in the first place after all these wasted weeks, let alone not being honest and upfront with me as the customer!!
Companies are having issues with not wanting to do the job because I have already purchased the fixtures. They can't profit from the fixtures I have purchased, regardless of having the master bath coming up next; thank you, Mr. Neil Kortie. What happened to our society in helping people or being kind and doing your job which appears does not exist anymore.

We hired Frank to do work back in 2016. He came to our home with the most disgusting cabinets that I forced him to take them out. He still owes us $4600. Do no use this company.

This company was recommended by our contractor. They provided absolutely no follow up on my project when things were off. One cabinet arrived in the wrong color. They wanted to reorder the cabinet but there was no time to wait another 2 months. They offered no other compensation for the mistake and wouldn't pay to have it painted. Also a skin for the side of one cabinet never arrived. After leaving voicemails and also talking with Nico a few times, they never followed up and my contractor had to buy one separately. I've also never been compensated for that mistake. They seem nice when first designing the plan but there is no customer service after the order arrives. I wouldn't recommend this company.
