Design is subpar, I paid for a cabinet I had to remove because it was so close to the sink it was getting splashed and there was no elbow room.  Coffee maker was put in so high it can't be used.  They installed drawer fronts that when you open it up there is only an inside drawer on the left side - it looks like a kindergartener built it.  When I asked, Cortny said its supposed to look like that lol.  Original kitchen layout they marked off for my electrician was all wrong and I had to redo my electrical which cost over $2,000.00.  They knocked a 4'x4' hole in my kitchen wall which cost drywall repair.  They want a deposit before starting another 40% on delivery (which everything was not delivered only about 70%) which gets them up to 80%-90% paid and then don't show up to install.  They left the cabinet doors leaning against a wall in my room for so long several were warped and had to be remade.  They would show up and install one or two items and I wouldn't see them again for weeks and weeks and could not get a response from them about when they planned to return.  They have delayed my project by months, they are unreliable, you can't get an estimated timeframe from them for anything.  They avoid avoid avoid.  Then when they say the project is done they are DESPERATE for money and threaten not to come fix warranty unless they are paid in full even though they are really not done and hung up a door they knew was warped just to get a check.   I could go on but I think the point is made.

Please note - I've known the owners for decades and this is what I've gotten -RUN!

They just completed a master bedroom closet and mud room hutch for me and I couldn't be more pleased.  Price was fair and work product exceptional.  It's clear that they take pride in their work.  The hutch was started by another party and was a mess when they took over the project.  They were able to take care of the shortcomings and complete the job quickly.

Matt did a wonderful job installing my all kitchen cabinets and all the hardware and crown molding. He showed up on time and was very skilled at the job. Attention to detail was great.

We are so happy with our new wall bed for our guest room/office.  Lynda was extremely helpful in selecting the right bed for our room, the perfect finish and hardware.  Delivery was on time and installers did a great job.  We could not be more pleased.u

A couple of years ago I needed a kitchen cabinet drawer rebuilt.  This company did it and did a nice job.  It was a well built drawer and they attached the drawer facing.  They performed the job at the reasonable price of $40.00.

I needed another drawer rebuilt so I went back to Jeremy.  This time I'm not so pleased.  The drawer is well built with good material but he didn't bother to reattach the drawer facing.  His employee said that Jeremy didn't want to spend any more time on this small project which took him all of 30 minutes to do, undoubtedly, considering he had the tools, material and expertise right there.  He also charged me 40 bucks for less of a job and took six months to do the job.  The mistake I made was telling him that it wasn't a big rush.  But c'mon, six months and three calls?  The second call he said don't call me,  I'll call you.  Two months later I said screw this and called him.  Two days later he called back saying the drawer was done.  

What Jeremy doesn't know that my wife and I are remodeling the house.  We just spent 30 grand on three bathroom, 1300 to have a concrete patio and front walkway resurfaced and 12 grand to have all the windows replaced.  We now plan to have the interior painted, wood shutters installed and the kitchen redone.  Guess who isn't going to get the opportunity for the kitchen which will come to another 20-30 grand?  Sounds like Natalie P. and I had a similar experience.  

I know what's going on.  Things are busy and Jeremie can be choosy and not so responsive.  I've experienced this attitude before from other contractors during this pandemic.  What these guys don't think about is people, like me, and potential customers not forgetting about such poor behavior and lackadaisical treatment.

Finally, my wife asked me why the drawer facing was scarfed up.  .  I know that I didn't cause the cosmetic damage to the wood finish.  During the six months Kingswood had the drawer in their possession they were not careful handling the original drawer to which the facing was attached.

Ty has been my Go-to guy on all my cabinets jobs around town. He meets my clients at sollid's showroom when necessary. Answers all their questions and treats them like Family. Chitwoods installed cabinets for our kitchen renovation at our 2nd home in Pine and did a fantastic job! They designed the space for the cabinets to maximize use of the space.

They came on time and didn't leave until the job was done...even though our 100 pound farm sink from England was challenging due to its size and weight.

We worked with several contractors during our Reno and Chitwoods was the best...quality and service fantastic.

Received a great deal on garage cabinets. They worked with me on the right size and on the day I wanted them installed. They showed up early in the morning as they said they would and were finished in the timeframe they said. Can't ask for anything more.

The Good:  The final design fit our needs perfectly.  What once was a worn and outdated kitchen, is now a beautiful and functional part of our home.  Thank you Margo!
The product is quality craftsmanship, drawers are dovetailed,  RD Henry brackets, and soft closures utilized throughout. Finally where pullout shelving is used, soft closures are installed.

- Shout out to Stradlings General Contractor, Josh Liles.  He is terrific. Josh took care of all the sub contractor issues that popped up during the install process.  From difficult to minor, all tasks were approached with the same 'git er done' attitude.  Obviously Josh was in control of only so many things, but I know a hard worker who cares about his product when I see it.  Thank you Josh. Your efforts were greatly appreciated.

The Bad and Ugly:  if you want to raise your blood pressure, and become frustrated beyond measure, check out the poor customer service made worse by a total lack of communication between the customer and the service provider, at Stradling's Cabinets.  All monetary exchanges must be conducted in cash or check.  
If you agree to this and want them to design for you, it is 10% of the total estimated cost of the job up front. That money is put toward the cost of the project design if a contract is signed.  If not, then it goes into the Stradling coffers.  Depending on sq footage and other factors, one can spend anywhere from 25k - 100k + for a complete kitchen remodel.  
Once design is finished and you agree to have Stradling's do the work, the customer must contact, schedule and pay for the demolition (old cupboards and cabinets) prior to the installation of your new cabinets.(approximately $325,  and old cabinets are recycled ).
Also before Stradlings can order your 'custom cabinets' from the factory the customer must pay 50% of total cost in cash or check .  
And finally, when your new kitchen arrives on pallets and is unceremoniously dropped in your driveway, the customer must pay the remaining balance, (in cash or checks , Lol) before a single nail is driven.
The whole process from start to finish took about 60 days, give or take a weekend.  We were only without water to the kitchen for 11 days. (Washing dishes in the spare bathroom got old after day three, or so)
The most infuriating thing however was not Stradlings business model, living in sawdust for the better part of a month, or even the running water issue.  It was the complete and total lack of communication(zero, zip, nada) between Stradlings and myself.  There were several instances/issues that came up over the course of this project, and I had to call them to find out what happened.  In my mind, if I have paid for an item and/or service up front, I should not be asking the company with my money why things went the way they did.  
When, and I mean WHEN parts didn't come in, or the deconstruction crew screwed up the marble window ledges, or the drywall people were delayed for two days, or the electricians made the wrong cut in my outer wall, or sending an obviously sick man into my home to do the tile work, or the full stop on the completion of my project, because somebody ordered mismatched drawer fronts and  pull handles. Stradling's Cabinets actually had the gall to try and blame me,  (like I would purposely order two different drawer fronts with dissimilar designs) instead of just taking responsibility for the error and getting it fixed.  In the end they said it was the factories fault.  Whatever.  I just want what I paid for, I want it done right the first time, AND if something does go wrong, I do not want to be the one who has to call Stradlings, and ask repeatedly when is it gonna be fixed!  
I found out this evening that Stradlings had the corrected drawer fronts delivered to them on Sept 12th, they then sat on them for five days until Friday,Sept 17 when they were given to the cabinet installer.  During this timeframe, I called the company many times looking for my drawer fronts and handles.  It was very frustrating because no matter whom I spoke with no one seemed to know when I could expect them to be installed.  I even asked if Josh could do the install. The answer was always, he was busy.
It is October 1st and the cabinet installer just finished installing the drawer fronts and hardware.  He informed me that he had the drawer fronts for a full week. He said that he was told that there was 'no rush' on the install!  
Today is Oct 1st. My cabinets that I paid 100% for over a month ago, are finally in and they look very nice.  

Recommendation:  Either do it yourself, or find a company that speaks to the importance of customer service, and then does all they can to make sure that value stands out.  Organizations that display integrity above all else are generally very successful.  Unfortunately, because of my experience with Stradlings, I will not use their services again.

I wanted to put granite counters in the kitchen as well as change out the sink and Neil from Millennium Designs was great. The counter tops looked great and his suggestion on the sink was spot on. I'm in another house now and will be using Millennium Designs for my counter tops here as well.

We hired Frank to do work back in 2016. He came to our home with the most disgusting cabinets that I forced him to take them out. He still owes us $4600. Do no use this company.

Good grief. These people NEVER answer their phone. When my husband and I finally got a hold of them to set an appointment, Tony, who I think is the owner never showed up to our appointment! We have called and left multiple messages and no response. Horrible customer service!
