This company had quite a daunting job in our home rehab project. They came in, taped and textured our entire interior. They were timely and respectful of both us and our home. I would recommend them for any of your painting or wall projects!

We had our house painted by Daniel and his crew and they did an exceptional job! It was not an easy house to paint and it also needed a number of stucco and wood repairs. They repaired it all perfectly. They do amazing work and are not overpriced like many of them were that I got estimates from. I would highly recommend them! I wish they could do my inside but they only do it if the house is empty.

If I could give Todd and his team 6 stars I would. They were very responsive to my online inquiry, reasonably priced, and the end product is stunning our neighbors all asked who we used and even our realtor was so impressed she plans to make him her go to painter (shout out to the wisemoveaz.com team). We purchased a home in Anthem which the previous owner failed to disclose the HOA had warned and fined him for failure to pain the outside. We needed a good painter and fast. Todd and his team handled and expedited the HOA approval process for me. His team was punctual and respectful to my wife and two small children as they efficiently and diligently worked. The process of prepping and painting my house was not intrusive. They only use high quality paints and the end product shows (see photos). Todd was honest in our dealings and true to his word. Matt did a remarkable job on our home! I was so pleased with the turn out. I loved my home when I first purchased it (Dingy color and all ) but when the job was completed I fell in love all over again.  The house looks completely brand new. He finished  when he said he would witch was awesome. We live far in the west valley and though it was A ways away Matt still Took on our home which we really appreciated. I will recommend him to anybody I know who needs their home painted and I will definitely use A New Leaf Painting in the future!

We recently hired John's team to complete our condo in Scottsdale. We had 3 different companies come out and I am so glad we chose A&A Painting. The work was very professional, job site was kept clean and there was no problem at all when asked to come back for some minor touch ups. They took care of everything from beginning to end and our place looks great.

This company works really hard to clean a very filthy house in nine hours and got it ready to put on the market for me. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

Not a terrible job but not a job I was thrilled about either. Missed little things such as wiping door handles, cob webs in 2 separate corners, dust on top of doggy door and more. They were very accommodating about scheduling and they offered to have someone out to clean the places that were missed right away. We ended up settling for an hour off the total of 4 hours. Good communication.

Dirt Busters have always done an excellent job for me. Today they sent Paloma. She was amazing! What a great job. She was personable, professional and thorough. So much so that I requested that she be the cleaner in the future. Highly recommended. Shout out to Josh in customer service. He's always helpful and upbeat. Great company.

We booked Maid Easy for a Move-out cleaning of our apartment about a week ago.  Their prices are very reasonable for this type of extensive heavy duty cleaning.  Katrina did a wonderful job and was professional, friendly and thorough.   We would recommend this company for anyone needing home cleaning services.  Thank you for making this a slightly less stressful time for us.

Wow!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had!!! Was charged $230 for a 2 hour, 2 person cleaning and only floors and bathrooms were done. And still floors were gross. Was told a 2 hour cleaning with 2 people would be $190, I unfortunately assumed that this would include more then just floors and bathrooms abs wipe down of kitchen counters, but it did not. They stayed for 2.5 hours and the house looks like no cleaners had come. I could do my floors Nd bathrooms in just an hour and have it look better. I was told that was all they could do in 2.5 hour time frame. Had I been told that is all that could be done I would have chose not to have the service, but at least give me the information up front to make an informed decision. Looks like cleaners never came at my home. Man answering the phone was so rude and said he would send messages to higher up people. No apologies or trying to get anything resolved. Given the run around and no resolution at all. Honestly the worst experience.  Please do not use this service they screw you, they will say 2 hours but then charge more if they need more time, well what's the incentive to get things done if they can just make more money with taking longer?!! I made a huge mistake and will only ever use a service with flat rate and not this crap. Oh and no phone call just a text from an owner or someone saying they will come out to clean more, why would I want them back if they didn't even clean well in the first place, no offer for refund...nothing. Please save yourself this headache!!

We completed major renovations and the house needed general cleaning. There was dust everywhere. They did great work and I'm very happy with the price.

Tidy Casa did an amazing job. This was my first time using their services and we will definitely be using them again! Susana Gutierrez was so sweet. She did a wonderful job.

Very unprofessional service by the management. We gave them two hour window to show up for cleaning, specifically between 1 and 3. They showed up at 12:15! No apologies from their side, rather demand that we accept this as normal occurance. DO NOT TAKE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE FOR YOUR CLEANING SERVICE!

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

She is worth every penny, and then more!

Parker's Commercial Cleaning is WONDERFUL! We called and spoke with Daniel about cleaning our office. Daniel was polite, professional and was punctual. After discussing our office cleaning needs, Daniel went above and beyond our expectations. We will continue to use Parker's Commercial Cleaning.

This is additional information regarding our review of SkillSet dated 7/28/2019. Please do your research about this company. Their recent rebuttal to our review is false. They were fined $500 by the ROC for poor workmanship and incomplete work. That's the maximum amount they can be fined by the ROC. However, the ruling provided us with up to  $30,000 to remediate the issues. That money comes out of the recovery fund. The project manager at SkillSet is not a manager at all. She never visited the job site once. Her bookkeeping was a joke and she was very nasty when we raised any concerns. This is the company that had to remove all the travertine tile they put up because it was installed incorrectly. The water proof backing was missing and the shower drain was also installed incorrectly. These are not just cosmetic issues, it speaks to the infrastructure of the work, things we cannot see, etc.

It's not worth the problems. Don't be fooled by price.

Jose deserves ZERO stars because he is not an honest man. He gave me a quote and asked for half down to buy materials and never came back. He still has not returned the deposit and won't answer his phone. Karma Jose!!
