This company had quite a daunting job in our home rehab project. They came in, taped and textured our entire interior. They were timely and respectful of both us and our home. I would recommend them for any of your painting or wall projects!

We hired Daniel Stewart to repaint our home in Gilbert and can highly recommend he and his crew, based on the timeliness, care, professionalism and very favorable outcome of the job.  Admittedly, we did not change the color scheme and even though we knew the condition of the old paint required it, we are very happy with how much more 'pop' and brightness the new paint provides.  They did an excellent job on the concrete foundation, which needed some care, as well  as on the wood trim.  Based on the total work completed (and I HAVE painted my own homes previously!) I would consider Daniel's work to be a tremendous value. The entire house looks renewed and I definitely would hire Daniel again, and I can recommend him for your painting needs, also.

Todd and his crew are very professional. We made an appointment for a quote and we set a date to paint exterior of our home. They finished the project in one day and we are very happy we chose him.  Will definitely use him again for future projects.

I had Matt paint the exterior of my house. Great price, really friendly, good communication.

Cons: a little paint was spilt on my patio and wouldn't come off.

Pros: price was great. and as a consolation for the minor paint spill, Matt showed up by himself early on a sunday morning to try and get the paint off the patio himself and paint my newly installed French doors at a good price. He even offered to get extra paint if needed.

I would use a new leaf painting again.

A friend highly recommended this company to me when I needed my garage door painted. I'm so glad she did! From start to finish it was a great experience. Scheduling was easy, service was reliable and my garage door looks great. Pricing was also fair with no hidden charges or last-minute surprises. We recently hired John's team to complete our condo in Scottsdale. We had 3 different companies come out and I am so glad we chose A&A Painting. The work was very professional, job site was kept clean and there was no problem at all when asked to come back for some minor touch ups. They took care of everything from beginning to end and our place looks great.

Jovanna and crew were great. I needed a deep clean after tenants moved out, they were quick to get me scheduled and took as long as it needed, not just a set # of hours. I highly recommend and will be sure to use them again.

Leslie's was the easiest service I have ever used. Few short emails i had my carpet cleaning and house clean scheduled. They showed up on time and were polite and courteous as i work from home. I work alot of vendors on a daily basis across the nation, I wish they had the work ethic that I found in Leslies.

If you are considering using this service to clean your home please run!! to Dirt Busters: Use your time servicing your clients  instead of wasting it writing back lengthy back talks to negative reviews full of excuses as to why you actually failed and had to be fired. I am attaching some pictures of your last cleaning that will say it all.

I used this service for about 8 months. I really tried. I called several times to tell them that the technicians sent to my house didn't know how to do basic cleaning. The shower would get sort of cleaned but the adjacent tub wouldn't so you could see dust everywhere. Twice the vacuums brought smelled like other people's dog. I lent them my vacuum each time. The bathroom mirrors, each time, would be smeared and the smear reaching to the height of the tech, when I asked to please reach out to the top and do an even clean (as these are standard bathroom mirrors)  the tech attempted to just jump and stand  on top of my counters to reach the top of the mirrors. Get a step latter. Be a professional. Don't stand on top of my counters. The window blinds would be dusted and left inside out instead of putting them back the way they were. Dusting  accumulations would appear in the corners of my bedroom furniture....Again, very simple and standard actions.

After I complained several times  of the work and the fact I didn't want someone different every two weeks sent to my house, they assigned a tech that was supposed to know how to clean.  She started to show up with different people and when I asked what the deal was she said, to my dismay,  that they were all trainees!!

To Dirt Busters: My home is not a training camp for your trainees. I am paying top dollar for top cleaning, not for you to train your people at my house and at my expense. You didn't even  ask permission to use trainees at my home.

Last time Rachel brought someone I was in meetings all day. She basically assigned someone that doesn't know how to clean to TRAIN in MY BEDROOM and my bathroom and the results of that cleaning are in the pics attached. See screen shot of text, she still claimed she made sure it was cleaned and then claimed again that she cleaned herself. The pictures taken 40 min after they left  are not lying...

I cleaned my house entirely after this incident. Waited for the re-occurring service 2 weeks later but conveniently the assigned tech did not show up and they sent someone new which I declined let inside my house and discontinued services.

This company has many rules for the customer to follow, you are supposed fit to THEIR rules, their terms, their conditions, their schedules ..but they don't adhere to the very basic rule that if you get hired and paid to clean then please do the job and if the house is dirty at the end of the cleaning please be decent and re-clean.   Needless to say someone else is cleaning my house now.

They did a great job. I booked a last minute move in cleaning and they arrived early and stayed for several hours. Was very impressed with the quality of the cleaning for the price. We'll definitely be using them again!

I have used them for about a year;
Everything was going fine and our agreement was the same head of crew so that we did not have to retrain each week on the steam cleaner and vacuum and how to handle our particular home.
Since we are pretty meticulous, we did not want to retrain people week after week.
This past two months new crew members showed up and we had to start all over again.
They just went downhill fast.

This company strives for perfection. Communication back and forth with them is effortless. What I appreciate most is how quickly they respond to issues if they arise.

The service provided by this company is second to none. I RAW will not use any other cleaning agency. Echo mama is always responsive, timely, and does an incredible job. A special thanks to Crystal, Lanette, and Monic. They did an excellent job and went over and above expectations to make sure my place was in tiptop shape. I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

Parker's Commercial Cleaning is WONDERFUL! We called and spoke with Daniel about cleaning our office. Daniel was polite, professional and was punctual. After discussing our office cleaning needs, Daniel went above and beyond our expectations. We will continue to use Parker's Commercial Cleaning.

I contacted Skill Set to resolve continuous problems with my exterior lighting. Antonio was assigned to the project and his work was outstanding. There have been additional electrical issues that have been revealed by Antonio, and in all cases he has provided resolution to the issue. I commend Skill Set for the professionalism and competence  exhibited by their staff. I will continue to call upon them should additional assistance be required.

Jose deserves ZERO stars because he is not an honest man. He gave me a quote and asked for half down to buy materials and never came back. He still has not returned the deposit and won't answer his phone. Karma Jose!!
