Jamie is amazing! She quickly cleaned and packed a very cluttered loft. She also cleaned three very dirty bathrooms.  Jamie is professional  and never made me feel uncomfortable for having such a messy house.  I will definitely call her again.

I am going to preface this review by saying that I have really nothing to compare this company to since I had never hired a cleaning service before other than to clean a rental house we owned at one time.
That being said, I have been very, very pleased with Maid to Order Cleaning since I hired them over a year ago! They have been prompt, courteous, reliable, trustworthy and very responsive to any concerns I have had. They call every week to confirm my next weeks' appt, and if my cleaning day falls on a Holiday, they call me in advance to schedule another day and time as soon after that day (usually the next day) as possible.
I have called on a couple of occasions when there were things that weren't done to my satisfaction, and the owner (Judy) sent the girls back out to do the job right. When one team seemed to not be working out perfectly, she switched me to her lead team and called to make sure that everything was satisfactory. She actually ENCOURAGED me to call if I had any complaints and said that she appreciated me letting her know of the problem! Imagine that!
These girls make my house look amazing in just a couple of hours. They pay attention to the small things, like folding the bath towels just so, arranging the kids' stuffed animals on their beds, and letting me know if one of the kids' sheets needs to be changed. I leave them in my home alone for much of the time that they are cleaning, and they lock up after themselves and I have NEVER found anything 'missing' even though I don't hide my valuables. They even leave loose change that they find on the floor on the counter! They are that honest. They even pretend to be interested (and to understand!) the inane stories that my five year old son tries to tell them whenever he is here, and were very polite when my 7 year old daughter said 'Hola' to them (she was very proud that she could speak to them in Spanish since they are Hispanic).
Their rates are very, very reasonable in my opinion (again, I don't have a lot to compare it to) and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I really, and I mean really wanted to love them. Their personal vibe is off the charts awesome. They seemed SO nice in person. I scheduled a deep clean a month out, so my house was fairly messy as I didn't touch anything because for the first time I was hiring a company to do it for me! They called letting me know they were running late (great communication, I appreciated that) and when they showed they got right to work. I took my four kids to the park for the morning so they could really get the deep clean, uninterrupted. They called back about two hours later, which I was a tad shocked they were already finished, and we came home. Initially I was okay with what I saw, but it was a mad dash to get the kids settled and the baby in bed. As the weekend went on, I kept finding things they missed. Microwave missed, dinning room untouched, couches not vacuumed. I specifically asked for windows, blinds and sills to be done, and she assured me (see pic) they were included. Not a single window was touched. It was just downhill from there. I found so much that was overlooked, I started to wonder what I spent $340 on... I know that may not seem much to some, but it was a lot for me to hire out and accept help in my home. I reached out to them and the response was a tad condescending. She did offer to come back and work for 1.5 hours to "address the areas... although she was positive they were already done..." I offered her pictures, to assure her I wasn't just complaining. I declined her offer, as it would be awkward in my opinion.

These guys did an immaculate job. My job requires me to work so much and I travel a lot. I'm gone about 4 to 5 months out of the year, which means I needed a cleaning pretty bad.  I put in a submission Sunday for a quote they got back to me in less than 10 minutes after hours. Talking about great customer service. Anyway they gave me a quote, it was a flat rate.  NO ADDED FEES OR ANYTHING!!! I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home and for my deep cleaning I was charged $450 that's including steaming my floors and shampooing my carpet. I would recommend these guys any day of the week.

I will be giving this company a one-star rating because the man I spoke with (I think his name is Frankie) called me to discuss pricing. We came to an agreement and he sent me a contract. On the day he was supposed to come, he called to reschedule for another day, which was fine. However, on the day he was supposed to show up, he didn't answer his phone, Yelp messages, or emails, which came off as really sketchy. It's not a great way to do business, and thankfully, I found another cleaner in time. I strongly do not recommend this company."

i booked them to do a standard cleaning and they never showed up and they have been ignoring my calls and emails.
