Absolutely first-rate!!

I can't say enough good things about Michael and his company. Before we hired him, he came out to our home in Buckeye to give us an estimate which was extremely reasonable. Our home had never been painted since it was built in 2005 and it needed stucco repair and some caulking, all of which was included in the price. We have a one-story home and chose 4 paint colors from Dunn-Edwards, which is the paint Michael uses, and he does NOT water down the paint. He added some extra rolling of our soffit with no additional charge and did a FANTASTIC job -- all the taping was neat, clean, and thorough. He took great care working around existing shrubs and fixtures. Plus his communication is first-rate. He always texted us to let us know when he would arrive or when he was finished for the day. We couldn't be happier with the work Michael did. Every contractor should be as professional!!

I must be clear up front that I did not choose CertaPro Painters of Cave Creek ONLY because the estimate was more than I could afford this month. However, I felt compelled to write a review of Tom and his professional estimate process. I met Tom at the property, he was there early waiting for me. Together we toured the property and he examined and measured the walls very thoroughly. He also offered some tips on colors that I had not thought of. Tom's estimate was sent to me within three hours of our meeting. It included pictures and served as a detailed, well-written contract, had I accepted the estimate. Tom has a great demeanor, is a real pro and I would refer him to anyone who was seeking a painting estimate. I hope this helps people decide on who to call when getting estimates. Nate was great. Very responsive to emails and texts. I contacted him on a Tuesday and his guys came out to paint that Thursday morning. They showed up on time and were really respectful. We hired them to paint our front door. They did a great job. We would definitely hire them again!

Manfred is a German trained master . He has painted both our house and my office, and has an extensive knowledge of masonry (which must be properly cured and prepped before painting), and was always able to tell us when the stucco was not ready. He is absolutely brilliant at creating colors, and knowing exactly the color I was looking for even before I knew myself. He is the most meticulous taper, and the details and lines around everything are totally perfect. He is reasonable, and if you want a perfect job he is the person for you

Excellent experience with these guys! Juan and his brother did a great job, price was right, they were punctual and made no mess whatsoever. What more could you ask for in a painting company? I would definitely have these guys back to do more work.

We were in need of an exterior paint job on our house which is a fairly good sized two story.  We met with Nelson who quoted what we felt to be a fair price.  Time estimate for the job was three days, they managed to get it completed in two.  This included pressure washing the exterior, scraping the foundation, applying sealant and caulk where needed, masking and taping off of all surfaces that needed to be protected, and shooting a two-tone paint scheme using Dunn Edwards paint. Nelson also made sure the one side of our block wall that faces out to the street was painted to match the primary color of the house.

Workers showed up on time when promised and were very conscientious.  The only hiccup, if you can call it that, was two ceiling mounted patio light fixtures that got dislodged during the pressure washing phase of the operation.  After the job was done, Nelson dispatched a crew with a promise that if they could not properly remount the lights, he would buy us new fixtures and have his guys install them. Fortunately, that wasn't necessary as his crew was able to re-anchor the lights to the underside of the patio roof and had everything looking just the way it should.

Although we could have gone with a different company and saved some money we went with McMillan because of their excellent online reviews and the fact that they are a larger, well established, licensed and bonded family owned company (three generations of painters).  

Although smaller independent companies can do good work, many of them often fly without insurance and are usually nowhere to be found if there are problems that need to be addressed after the job is done.  

The reputation of McMillan and Son's gave us full confidence the job would be done right, and that if there were any post-project issues they would be promptly addressed.

We were selling our Tempe home and needed to update the kitchen amount other things!

Sam did a fabulous job with our kitchen cabinets and wet bar. He fixed some issues with the side of a cabinets, some water spots on another, replaced some of the toe kick and refinished the cabinets beautifully. This is not flat paint job...the cabinets had a gorgeous variation of color with grain visible that looked lovely. He offered to install magnets on a few that didn't close properly if I picked them up - what a deal! He also installed all the new knobs and pulls I picked up at 99centknobs.com

His team does it all. We ended up having them caulk and nail a bunch of baseboard we had put it but hadn't finished, they filled in our outdated recessed ceiling in the kitchen, refloated the ceiling, painted, did some work in our garage and repainted and took down the popcorn ceiling in our bedroom! The guy that redux turned the ceiling got some paint on the walls, which we hadainted just the year prior. Because the paint didn't match when they tried to touch it up - Sam gave the walls a quick coat of paint at no charge to fix the issue. That is true professionalism!!

We had a lot going on so I didn't inspect everything on his last day. He told me to look things over and he would be happy to come out when everything else was done and take care of any issues. I contacted him and he promptly scheduled a time to come out and addressed the items on my list. He had already been paid in full so his motivation was simply the pride and follow through in what he does. (I am very exacting - some might say super picky, so most people won't have a list!)

Sam is respectful, thorough, helpful, communicates well, and has excellent follow through.

He is detailed in his quotes, so make sure if you expect something it is in your quote. I like this - no surprises. He documented any additions we made and we added on a few things because his team did such good work. Had I known he was so versatile we probably would have had him do more!

You get what you pay for: words we've heard before , but so frequently that we don't heed their  warning. Heed my warning ; if you want to save a few bucks, watch these guys and everything they do.

We had our house painted by Nunez painting , and everything was taped off in a professional manor, everyone was nice, friendly and professional, but after everything was painted in a way- too -fast -to- believe eight hours, we noticed that the trim was not as dark around most of the house, as it was in the front of the house.

After many calls to the Lorena, she finally came to the house to visualize my concerns. I was met by Lorena with sarcasm, skepticism , and disdain. She told me I was seeing, shadows and sunlight That's one way of looking at it , just not my way. I told her that I have looked at it at all angles of the sun,  at multiple times during the day and that the front is way more distinct and easy to see than all the rest of the house.

Lorena was combative and unprofessional. There are three possibilities; I am wrong, her workers only used one coat of paint for the trim so as to get done faster in the horrible Arizona heat, or they watered down the paint as to maximize their profit, I am sorry to say that I lean towards the last possibility

I would never recommend Nunez painting and am very disappointed in the results....

After interviewing 10 different companies for the painting of the exterior of our home, Titleist Painting came our way above the others.  The price was one of the best and affordable.  The experience with everyone involved was top notch.  The painters and helpers were the hardest working crew we have ever had.  They did a terrific job and we couldn't be happier.  So glad to feel like you really count as a customer.  Highly recommend Titleist Painting, you won't be sorry.

Was considering having my cabinets Refinished by several companies at very high prices, finally decided to just try painting them.  Found Jimenez and wasn't expecting much other than a different color.  SO glad I went with them. Very thorough and reasonable as well. So happy with the results.  They even recommended people for my countertops and I love the results!

Fernando and his team deliver as promised! Being a stickler for details, I can be tough to please but they exceeded my expectations and were done a day ahead of schedule. I'm not sure you can ask for much more. Thanks Next Level!

If  I could give a zero I absolutely would.  He came very highly recommended on Facebook.  It took him 3 WEEKS, to finish a 2 day job.  Jamie does not like to tape.  It cost me $90.00 to have my windows scraped of paint.  I also have 4 screens that are painted, which my window cleaner took down and SCRUBBED in my driveway and could not get the paint off of.  Jamie, after the 3rd day told me he was done and I paid him, then my friend told me the left side of my house was not finished. I called Jamie and it took him almost a week to come back out, he finally admitted he ran out of paint!  Also parts of the back of the house were not done, that was week 2.  I called because the garage door needed another coat, after 4 threatening calls he finally came back in week three and gave the garage door another coat.  Every time I would call he is so Mister Wonderful sweet talker why are you always so angry?  Because this started on Feb. 23rd and I am still not done will you!  Horrible, horrible service!!!

Would never, ever use them again!!!!  Owner doesn't take responsibility for his worker's mistakes, then wants to argue with the customer.  They caused my project to be delayed several times. They are an absolute joke. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
