Michael an his brother just finished painting our house on the exterior.  He was so professional I had to write about his performance. We had a lot of cracks on the stucko that he had to repair. He was on time when he said he would be there.  He made a second trip , because I was not sure about the colors I needed for the HOA.  He matched everything exactly.  The house really pops now , an everyone is conmmenting on the job.  The price was better than anyone else we got a quote, an he is bonded, an lincensed. He finished the job in a very timely manner. We have had other house's painted an this was by far the best job, an the easiest person we have ever worked with. Consider it finished painting was recommended by my mother who refers to them for any of the houses she inspects( she's a home inspector). My husband and I just recently purchased our first home together and gave them a call. They were able to start our interior painting the next day after our consultation because of a sudden canceled appointment. Both days the crew showed up, we were in and out(mostly out) of the house moving things from our old house. They were very trustworthy and we had no second thoughts about leaving it unattended while they worked. Although they did a great job, there were a few spots that needed some extra attention(the prior bright blue bathroom). I called Matt, the owner, who was willing to work with my schedule in order to get it finished as soon as possible. This is a great trustworthy company who are willing to go the extra mile to meet satisfaction!!

We have had our house painted several times in the last 15 years, but Tom of Certa Pro Cave Creek was the first and only professional to take the time to research and find a solution to stop the pyrite staining our exterior paint had due to iron content in the stucco.  Our exterior paint job looks amazing and I feel confident it will look beautiful for many years to come.  The crew was professional, on time, tidy, and did a wonderful job.  Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations!

If you are looking for clean lines and detailed work then Kodak Paint is not for you.

We had hired Kodak Paint to paint our staircase spindles and rails along with the kitchen cabinets. The painting method was spray painting which we were not informed in the beginning. Not only we weren't informed but the paint technicians did not create a barrier between the kitchen and living/dining rooms (we have an open kitchen floor plan). By not creating a barrier, spray paint dusts were literally all over our living room, infant toys/high chair/bouncer- pretty much EVERYTHING in the house (sofa, wall decors, walls, you get it...) The owner apologized after the technicians probably expressed how livid I was after coming home to paint dust everywhere. The owner said he didn't realized how dusty it was going to be (really? like is this his first job?). The mess were cleaned so moving on the stairs.

For the stairs we did a white/black look for a modern feel. With the contrast, I was unease when no painter tape were used when painting the spindles. Since no painter tape were used, obviously we did not achieve the fine, clean lines that we hired a professional paint company to accomplish. With that said, you can look at the pictures below. Imagined every other spindles looking like the pictures. Enough said. Once again no barrier was created from the stairs to the loft so everything in the loft were covered in spray paint dust. The worst part was the carpet.

We didn't get to kick back and enjoy the work that were being done. I mean you would think so after hiring a professional paint company and spending thousands of dollars right...? We are happy that the job is done but when time permits, we will have to fix some unprofessional painting.

Overall, Kodak Paint achieved uneven paint lines, not detailed oriented and semi-unprofessional. The work looks great from a distance but up-close the unprofessional painting shows. 2.5 rating for getting the job done and trying to fix the uneven lines.

Manfred is a German trained master . He has painted both our house and my office, and has an extensive knowledge of masonry (which must be properly cured and prepped before painting), and was always able to tell us when the stucco was not ready. He is absolutely brilliant at creating colors, and knowing exactly the color I was looking for even before I knew myself. He is the most meticulous taper, and the details and lines around everything are totally perfect. He is reasonable, and if you want a perfect job he is the person for you

Gelber provided us a very reasonable quote to remove the popcorn ceiling in 5 rooms of our home. He and his team did an excellent job taping off the home and then working efficiently all day to get the work completed, helping us to stay on our timeline for our home renovation. We scheduled an appointment with Anna and Juan to obtain a quote to have the exterior of our home painted. They were right on time and gave us a very competitive quote on the spot.  Juan and Eduardo arrived as promised started prepping and painting. They were very meticulous and took their time.  Each day they cleaned up and never cleaned their brushes on site unlike other painters that dump the dirty water in the gravel or down the street gutters.  They were here to please and make sure that we were happy.  They even patched a part of the stucco that was probably left when the house was built. I would not hesitate in recommending Halcon Painting as I know they will do a quality job.

We needed the exterior of our home painted.  It was painted 12 years ago and was quite faded, needed power washing, and some repairs to the stucco.  Mr. Jim McMillan's company was painting several homes in our neighborhood.  We discussed a price and signed a contract.  

The night before they were scheduled to come, Jim called to confirm our date and time.  His crew showed up on time.  They power washed the house, did the repairs and started to prep for the paint.  

The crew were polite, professional and very respectful.  The second day they arrived on time and by 3:30PM they were done.  The house looks wonderful.  They protected all the sidewalks, patio etc. I have not found one drop of spilled paint.  It is amazing.  I will be contacting them to do my interior this summer.  In the two days that they were here, Jim showed up several times.  He checked how they were doing and wanted to make sure we were pleased.    

I verified their contractors license, their bond and insurance.

I was happy with the work that Elite did on my kitchen cabinets.  The workers were easy to have in the house and they were quick and efficient.  The kitchen looks great.  I will say, though, that I have to touch up some areas where the paint has chipped.  

One suggestion I would make is to remind Sam, the owner, to keep a record in his computer of the color used on your job so that when the touch up paint they give you drys up you can request more from the company or at least replace it yourself. I had a hard time finding out the color and then had to go and buy a pint for $25.

Tenants are moving out so I called Nunez Painting for a quote on a 2800 Sq ft house. Guy came over, Jaime I think, to give me a estimate. He came over , we walked thru the house and he answered my questions. So far so good. Then he asked for my email and said he would send me the estimate. This was on a Friday afternoon and on Tuesday of the following week I called them since I never got the email. I left a message and never got called back. Called again and nothing...obviously being avoided. I hate to put these bad reviews but a courtesy callback of at least we're to busy or something would of been nice.

These guys were amazing!! Teddy and the team were all so nice and he knew I wanted the job done asap so he squeezed me in and the guys got it done in 2 days! My house looks great and I will definetly be hiring them again for any other projects! Fair, honest, and fast! Thank you!!

Gerardo and his colleagues are fantastic. They made our cabinet restoration easy, with minimal time spent in our home.The quality of the work is excellent. The kitchen looks great.

Would never, ever use them again!!!!  Owner doesn't take responsibility for his worker's mistakes, then wants to argue with the customer.  They caused my project to be delayed several times. They are an absolute joke. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
