We needed a painter to paint the whole house that we were putting on the market. Michael La Conte gave us the best bid. He gave a quick turn around time and was finished when he said he would be. The house looks great! He filled in all the holes from the pictures we had hung, took of all the switch plates and outlet plates. He painted around the windows and they look good (which is not always the case; too often the windows aren't done right). He is licensed and bonded. I'm writing this gushing review because Michael really came through and he seems like a genuinely nice guy. They should finish first, shouldn't they? I highly recommend this business.

EDIT: This review was written three years ago, don't know why it popped up so late. Anyway, due to this being three years ago, the company did not have the opportunity to fix their mistake, and it's probably too late now.

Not the best.  Matt is friendly enough, but when it comes right down to it, the whole operation is flaky as hell.  They say we'll call you tomorrow afternoon and then nothing.

Matt absolutely insists on using Sherwin Williams paint because he used to work there and he will charge more if you just want to choose your own paint manufacturer.  Red flag to me really, seemed like a situation with kickbacks, but whatever.

Getting these people to commit to a firm start date and time is nearly impossible.

They will move furniture, which is fantastic, but they won't actually reattach all the cabling they disconnected, so a person who isn't familiar with cable or wifi or receivers, speakers, etc... (like, say, a woman nearing 70 and so forth) has absolutely zero idea what to do.

Furniture which was supposed to be covered or taped off is left with paint marks.

And if you happened to be one of those naively trusting sorts who pays in full before doing a final inspection of all the minute details, good luck getting things fixed!

So if you go with this outfit, make sure you DO NOT pay in full until AFTER all things are complete and inspected and up to your personal standards.  Turns out, my standards are far higher than theirs.

Have you seen that Travelocity commercial with the grandma getting a mirror hanged by a stranger who asked for her SSN to order pizza?  Yeah, that is what this felt like.

So keep an eye on 'em.

Very unprofessional. Do not recommend to anybody. They visited the location, gave quote and when I reached out to them after a few weeks to get their dates, they refused saying no thank you. We refuse the job. Never came across any contractor this rude and unprofessional

I am unable to reply to the business owner's response so writing here. 3/8 when I asked to move forward and that I was ok with the price not being discounted, the owner replied back saying. We have decided to pull back our proposal. To which i replied asking if there was a reason to it  as I was unaware the design I gave adding one stripe on the wall was not feasible to do in tbe price. I would have happily adjusted the price if I had gotten a response to asking the reason for decline. But on receiving no response, i sent another email requesting to take the job up as I have a nursery to paint and baby expected and unable to find a painter in short notice. To which I received a response from business owner saying, No thank you. Our decision is final. I was'nt even sure what I did to earn this response and such rudeness. Please be wary of hiring services of this contractor. I will never recommend to anyone

This guy was awesome! He did a really good job on my house.  Great price too.  He did most of the work himself with some help.  He liked making sure it's done right.  He did a lot of above and beyond work for no extra charge.  He took a little longer then a normal painters do.  That's okay though!!  It's done right and the lines are excellent.  Nothing to come touch up after, he didn't over spray anything.  Super cool dude and he works his tail off.

If you want it done right and not just painted cheap and ugly, you have to go with Kodiak.  I'm very impressed and honestly the paint quality and look (3 coats 4 in some other areas) are better then any other paint jobs in my neighborhood.

On time, excellent communication, the right paint, excellent quality and perfect customer service!

You'll regret not using Kodiak if you go elsewhere.

Manfred is a German trained master . He has painted both our house and my office, and has an extensive knowledge of masonry (which must be properly cured and prepped before painting), and was always able to tell us when the stucco was not ready. He is absolutely brilliant at creating colors, and knowing exactly the color I was looking for even before I knew myself. He is the most meticulous taper, and the details and lines around everything are totally perfect. He is reasonable, and if you want a perfect job he is the person for you

Competent, friendly service.  We had our entire home painted on the interior and Willis Painting did an exceptional job!  We are so pleased with the workmanship as well as the tidyness when it came time to clean up!! Such a pleasure to sit here and look at our beautiful walls!!

With all the great reviews, I had high hopes. He was one of the only painters I contacted on yelp that actually came out and gave me a bid.

When that is where and good review ends for me. He charge me an extremely high price for what I thought was going to be a professional paint job. How wrong I was. He painted my kitchen cabinets with low quality paint that will have to be redone. He did not use cabinet paint but just reg wall paint. To top it off, he rushed through so fast with no attention to details. I had to call him back twice but there was nothing that could be done but a total redo. Then he did not tape off the walls so the line between the ceiling and wall looks like my kids did it. The whole thing is terrible. Not sure if he was in a rush but please find someone else. Don't overpay for poor quality as I ended up doing. Yelpers, you let me down on this one.

That picture on their site of the before and after door was ours! And, it came out incredible - BUT also the interior paint job they did was incredible! On time, hard workers, very professional!  We have huge ceilings and difficult beams to get around - this crew was incredible, hard working and just on it every step of the way, including great suggestions (they painted the beehive fireplace as well as many other rooms and I'm so glad I listened to Anna's advice!!) TOTALLY RECOMMEND

Excellent company to do business with, very respectful, they really do get back to you ASAP when you call, and they even did a free roof inspection of the entire roof and not just the problem area. They didn't overcharge me at all, (infact they gave me one hell of a deal) and repair was done next day! if you are looking for a Quality Roofer and one that will not rip you off give these guys a call.

They painted our kitchen and bathroom cabinets and we could not have been happier.  They were very fast and did a very flawless job.
They were also extremely friendly and flexible to work with.

I called Nunez Painting after reading their 5- star reviews on Yelp. Lorena was really professional and willing to have her team travel a little more east than usual to paint our kitchen, interior doors,and wood shutters in the family room.
The prep work was very meticulous and the paint job was awesome.
After the job was completed, Lorena came by to inspect everything and she found a few areas that she wanted her team to touch up, which they did the following day.
We are very pleased with Nunez Painting and will use them again when needed.

I called Titleist to get an estimate for painting the wood siding and trim on my recently sandblasted ranch. Shad came out the next day to give an estimate, and thoroughly explained everything they would do, from prep to painting. I felt confident that Shad understood the look I was going for, and he assured me they would mask off the block to protect it. The plywood eave was looking a bit worse for wear, but you can see in the photo that it looks nice and smooth now! I will definitely use Titleist in the future!

Gerardo and his team did an amazing job! They came in and explained exactly what they would do and how it would look for our kitchen cabinets to be painted. They picked up the doors and drawers early in the week (only at the house for about an hour) and came back later in the week to paint the boxes and put everything back together. They were professional, efficient, and perfectionists. We are so happy with our updated kitchen that looks like new! Their pricing is very competitive compared to others and they offer a 3 year warranty!

Fernando and his crew have great attention to detail when painting homes. They know how to prep properly, paint cleanly and when it is all done it's an amazing paint job.

If  I could give a zero I absolutely would.  He came very highly recommended on Facebook.  It took him 3 WEEKS, to finish a 2 day job.  Jamie does not like to tape.  It cost me $90.00 to have my windows scraped of paint.  I also have 4 screens that are painted, which my window cleaner took down and SCRUBBED in my driveway and could not get the paint off of.  Jamie, after the 3rd day told me he was done and I paid him, then my friend told me the left side of my house was not finished. I called Jamie and it took him almost a week to come back out, he finally admitted he ran out of paint!  Also parts of the back of the house were not done, that was week 2.  I called because the garage door needed another coat, after 4 threatening calls he finally came back in week three and gave the garage door another coat.  Every time I would call he is so Mister Wonderful sweet talker why are you always so angry?  Because this started on Feb. 23rd and I am still not done will you!  Horrible, horrible service!!!

Would never, ever use them again!!!!  Owner doesn't take responsibility for his worker's mistakes, then wants to argue with the customer.  They caused my project to be delayed several times. They are an absolute joke. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
