AZ Painting Co recently painted the interior of my home with EXTERIOR paint.  The odor was sickening and not healthy because of the things they put in exterior paint to protect from the outdoor elements.   The house had to be totally sealed with a prime blocker and repainted. Before we realized the paint was the problem we had moved all the furniture back into the rooms because we were having company in two days. This meant my husband and I had to move all heavy furniture to the center of the rooms, remove all small pieces and disconnect all computers, TVs, etc...we did this not once or twice but four times.  

Additionally, the windows were never caulked as stated in the agreement, the shelf over the kitchen cabinets was never painted, there were paint spots on the floor, the window, the shutters and the kitchen counter, they re hung the verticals on the patio door incorrectly and actually never finished securing them.

I also was not pleased that Corey talked me out of getting the level of paint I wanted.  After the fiasco, I spoke with the Sherwin Williams store manager as well as my paint consultant  about the issues Corey expressed about Duration paint and they were totally unaware of any issues.  So for the repaint, I demanded Duration which was what I originally had paid for.  

During this whole experience, I never once heard from the owner, Joe Campbell.  No one has offered any sort of discount or anything for the inconvenience, stress and extra work caused by THEIR mistake.

If I could give negative stars I definitely would.

IHC just finish up and we couldn't be more satisfied!  We had our entire house painted, inside and out.  Everything was done excellently.  Their staff was very good and great to have in my house.  Both my wife and I felt like we could leave them in the home alone with no concerns at all.  I had a few extra items that I asked them to complete and they did with no issues at all.  I would HIGHLY recommend IHC and already have to several friends.  If I need painting in the future, IHC will be my go to contractor.  Joe and Ike, thanks for all of your hard work and help.

Life In Color did an amazing job painting my house.  The exterior of my house was in bad shape because the previous owner neglected it.  The patio cover leaked which caused plaster damage.  The facade was painted over without being cleaned first so the paint was peeling off.  The west side of house had stucco falling off.  Life in Color spent 2 full days just prepping the house before painting.  They power washed it, scraped/sanded the facade, replaced missing stucco, and replaced plaster on the underside of the patio.

The third day they painted and then power washed my pavers and walkways when they were done.  I looked over the house and it looked great to me.  Adam did a final inspection of his company's work and he had his crew come out a fourth day to touch up small spots that I didn't even notice.

We hired Alexander Johnston to paint a month after we bought our first home. The crew was on time, fast, and thorough. The members of the crew were all very professional, friendly, and helpful. They were able to answer all of the questions we had and went out of their way to make sure the colors we wanted were compliant with our HOA standards. (Thank goodness they thought of that! As first time homeowners, we hadn't even considered the HOA!) We are so pleased with how our home turned out! It's 20 years old, but it looks brand new and beautiful. John was quick to respond to our call for an estimate. We had a ceiling leak. John understood the urgency of the repair. We have a flat roof and when I met him it was clear he had vast experience with our roof type.  He explained every step and then followed up with me several times after the work was done to ensure all was well. Needed to have house painted; where does one go?  I called 2 companies and both made appointments to meet me for a bid and failed to show up or call. I called Top Star Paint as I had seen their trucks in my neighborhood and the representative agreed to come by next day at 8 am. The gentleman showed up, was on time, was very professional, measured all my exterior walls, and gave me what I considered to be a very reasonable bid to complete the job.  I found out his name was Randy and he happened to be the owner.  He then spent an extra 45 minutes explaining the different paint options, where to go and how to best pick colors, and what to expect.  I agreed to his bid and his crew showed up a week later exactly when promised.  The job went smooth and I was totally pleased with the results! Randy came out the day after completion and walked the job with me and verify all was completed to my satisfaction, and everything looked perfect. I recommend these guys highly, great job at a fair price!

Mark and his company did an outstanding job from the time of our first meeting and estimate all the way through the final check.  Professional, detailed, thorough, communicative, and no hidden costs.  A truly excellent experience and we highly recommend them.

Had our the exterior of our house painted after the monsoons subsided and were very satisfied with the work.  The workers did a very thorough job, including patching and repairing exterior prior to painting.  Manuel was very patient with us as we navigated the HOA processes and selected the approved paint.   The crew made suggestions and always kept us updated on the status of the job from start to finish.  We are very satisfied with the completed job.  Will definitely be using them for painting projects in the future and will  be recommending them to family and friends.

We had a great experience with Blake and his crew at Paint My Place last summer after they fixed the horrible interior paint job that Lester's Paint LLC did in our custom dream home. Based on our initial experience I didn't even think twice about hiring Blake when it was time to paint the exterior. Blake, his crew leader Carlos and the entire team were AWESOME to work with. Our house is almost 6,000 sf on the interior with multiple additional structures so it was a huge job with a lot of potential to miss stuff. They started the job 2 days before my wife and I had to leave the country. They were very accommodating to show us several looks with the trim options and hustled to get the front of the house done before we left town to ensure we liked the color scheme. We came home to a beautifully finished home with almost nothing to fix. Since moving to AZ 10 months ago we've had bad luck with most contractors but Blake and Paint My Place have been exceptional to work with. I won't hesitate to recommend them and use them in the future.

They painted my house and garage at a very respectable cost. Very happy with their work! I just bought a house that had a bad exterior paint job. Paint peeling with exposed wood and cracked in places. They did great prep work, used good quality primer/paint and did a great job. Jim was very nice to talk with and listened to all my concerns.

I feel like I am begging for a response and an estimate/quote.   Provided my email, he told me he'd get back to me. Then he asked for my phone number and told me he would get back to me. Still nothing.

George and his team were a pleasure to work with.  The job came out perfectly and I would call him again when we are ready to do the inside.  One of the pluses is that the owner works the job with his crew.  He quoted a reasonable price (which was not the least expensive).  He let us know what was happening every day and he finished on time and on schedule.  Very satisfactory.

Had ceiling and wall damage in garage after heavy rain storm. Got multiple bids and Tommy's was among the most reasonable. He and his crew went the extra mile and actually did much more than was originally discussed without increasing the original bid. Finished product was fantastic.  Great communication thru out the entire process.  Thanks Tommy.

Arizona Quality Painting is the best. Ross and his crew have done several painting jobs for me at a personal level and professional. Their attention to detail is outstanding. Meticulous in their work. They have done interior and exterior work for me. I have also used them for handyman work and doing flooring. So very affordable as well. I will never use another company.
