Absolutely wonderful service by this team. They took care of every nook and every cranny with minimal prompts. They knew exactly what I needed with just a quickly penned out prompt. Super thorough, cooperative and so very sweet. It was the best cleaning we've had till date, and we've had a lot with a toddler in the house. Definitely coming back for maintenance cleans. I consider myself very fortunante to have Rebecca and team as my cleaning angels. I live out of town and not only do these gals do an awesome cleaning but they look after my place as though it is their own and whenever I need anything (e.g show a potential renter the place), they are "johnny on the spot". You will never have a a more thorough cleaning crew or work with anyone more pleasant than Rebecca. Thank you so much for all you do Rebecca!!!!

I used Simply Housekeeping to clean our rental for move out. It needed a serious deep cleaning. We had let the housekeeping slide due to time spent remodeling our new home. Rose quoted everything up front (a great price) and scheduling was easy. The team showed up with masks, shoe covers, and gloves and got right to work. The cleaning job was AMAZING! The kitchen appliances looked brand new. A white kitchen sink that always looked worn now sparkled. The home looked better than we moved in. So much so that the landlords asked for the name of the cleaners. They were very impressed by Simply Housekeeping too.

Phenomenal service and very flexible! They truly do make your house sparkle - notably the floors, windows and shower doors (hard water is GONE). I've had them over 3x now and it's consistently great. Hire them, don't hesitate.

Jennifer did amazing job for Deep cleaning of my house. She is very dedicated, friendly and double checks once she cleans it.

This company is very unprofessional and not at all reliable. I scheduled a move out cleaning a week ago with Saenz Cleaning and they never showed up. I attempted to call and text them the day before and the day of at least 10 times requesting a confirmation but never received a callback. This company is a joke. If you are attempting to get your house cleaned and it is time-sensitive, definitely don't waste your time with this company.

Joe, Grace and Crystal were awesome!  We had to move out all of our contents over a week ago (for a large home painting/renovation project).  Didn't realize how messy that scope would be upon completion, and had not made plans for professional cleaning in advance; so I jumped on yelp and found Classy Cleaning Srvc.  Not only did they promptly reply to every question I sent them, but they got me on the calendar asap too.  The communication on the day of the service was great leading up to the appt and once they got to the house, it was 5+ hours of pure professionalism and non stop cleaning!!!  They work great as a team and I will definitely be using them again for traditional cleaning needs after seeing how they attacked a messy construction clean up with such a great attitude!  Would recommend them for your needs, you wont be disappointed.  Looking forward to seeing the Classy Cleaning Team again soon!

Our small office was in need of a good deep cleaning and after a quick message to Blanca, we made arrangements for her to stop by for a quick estimate. We did a quick walkthrough of the space and she provided a fair estimate and so we scheduled her team for Monday morning. She texted before her arrival and showed up with a team of 4. All the ladies were thorough cleaning the floors, baseboards, windows, blinds, all tabletops, etc. Our office looks and smells great!

They might clean well... I wouldn't know. We scheduled two cleaning services for two separate houses on the same street almost a week in advance, they verified the service the previous Friday, and they cancelled on Monday, the day OF service.

They'd have penalized me for breaking an appointment day of service. Wish there was a penalty for them.

Very disappointed, as they were the most expensive quote I received, and let me down like I would have expected from the lowest bidder.
