I'm so happy I found Z&S Cleaning on Yelp. They were very responsive and had a great price and it was super easy to get scheduled. The cleaning itself was very good and so detailed. I will absolutely use them again.

Nikki was great!  The house looked amazing!  She was very proficient with cleaning and her cleaning products smelled great!  I have hired her for bi-weekly service!  I would highly recommend Proficiency Cleaning!

Had Rebecca come and give estimate-she's prompt, thorough, knowledgable, polite, and affordable. She and Mary spent nearly a full day and gave our new home a top to bottom cleaning. Nothing was overlooked. Ceiling fans, light fixtures, furniture, counters, floors, outside table and chairs, window blinds--they did it all. Bathrooms, especially sliding glass shower doors, are undoubtedly cleaner than the entire time previous owner lived there. We our looking forward to their next visit.

This was my first time hiring a professional cleaning service, previously we had someone privately cleaning our home but we were not 100% satisfied.  I went based on Yelp reviews because they have been helpful for me in the past.

All aspects of the experience were awesome!  The owner, Rose, does a great job keeping in consistent communication from booking the initial appointment, being 100% transparent on expected costs as the cleaning is in progress, and then ensuring her team delivered quality service.  The owner emailed me back within 24 hours after I completed the online request for service. Rose was very pleasant and answered all my questions.  The two ladies cleaning my house were on time, very courteous to my family and dog, and extremely thorough.  After completing the cleaning, one of the ladies walked me through and showed me their work. They asked if everything was completed to my satisfaction and they genuinely wanted to make sure what they did met expectations. The owner called me later in the evening and wanted to check on the service. I did not feel like I was just another customer they had, Simply Housekeeping made me feel special and welcomed as a customer.  I would recommend their services to anyone looking for professional cleaning services that is top notch quality.

Awesome job!! I am a bit picky when it comes to having folks clean and I didn't need to worry. Melvin and Gloria are responsive , flexible and I highly recommend. Gloria and her team do an A+ job. I started off with the deep clean and today started the monthly cleanings and I feel so relieved that I don't have to try to keep up on my own!!

Jennifer did amazing job for Deep cleaning of my house. She is very dedicated, friendly and double checks once she cleans it.

Super quick to respond to all my questions. Truly worked hard to get our home super clean for our family coming into town. Highly reccomeded this business.

We had a mess from our renters and needed a quick turnaround getting it cleaned. They fully cleaned the carpet, couch, tile flooring etc. They were very thorough, responsive, professional, tidy and efficient.

Pauline and the entire group of wonderful ladies have done a super great job on our 4200 square foot home.  The first time out they did half of the deep clean and two weeks later the rest.  

I am OCD on housecleaning but my back and ankle surgeries have put me out of commission.  I am amazed at their professionalism!  They even emptied out my paper shredder.....wow!

The house is spotless, smells great and I have never been more thoroughly satisfied with their work. They are now cleaning my home on a regular schedule.  SUPER!  AWESOME!  PROFESSIONAL!

THE WORST CLEANING EXPERIENCE EVER

They are Scamsters - 2 Member team at $80 per hour sounds like a deal at first, but they do the work real slow to earn more and rob you.

I have been using services from other providers(Amazon or Handy) and also from Individuals time and again for my current apartment.
Apart from the fact that this is the highest ever I paid for the similar/better cleaning of this Apartment, "Molly Maid" is the Slowest and Incomplete/Crappy Job I have ever experienced.

I couldn't find a better word to convey my experience and agony. Especially after the amount of Work I had to do to make my place easier for cleaning by getting moving most of the things to create better access for the job.

I will Never Ever choose their services again. I just want to make sure that I do my part of Responsibility by leaving a Review/Complaint to have the world apprised of my experience.
