If you are in search of a cleaning company, you just found the BEST one there is! Joey and Monica are pure gold! They clean my Airbnb and have helped us achieve super host status as cleanliness of one of the most common compliments from our guests. Not only do they clean everything so thoroughly, they are so thoughtful in their presentation and they make sure everything looks perfect. Joey has also been a life saver when it comes to a toilet leaking or anything not working and he is able to fix it right away. Joey and Monica love what they do and they will treat your property like it is their own. 110% recommend!!

I had them come today for the first time; requested a standard cleaning. She was here for 6 hours, and worked her butt off. Very professional, the house is spotless, and she made me laugh too. A standard cleaning for her is what I would consider a deep cleaning! I am about to set up  monthly agreement. Highly recommend.

They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

Jessica from Reliable Cleaners is absolutely wonderful to work with! I live out of state and she takes care of my vacation rental in Arizona and I can't express my gratitude to her and her company for being so reliable, communicative, efficient (and affordable).  Without her, the stress of turning over the rental would be overwhelming. I know that I can count on her to show up and have it ready for the next guests. I am certain that you won't be disappointed.

Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. I've been his client for about 9 months and can;t imagine my life without him. He's a keeper!

When I posted the review I was contacted by the office (phone then text) immediately. They offered a full refund + $200 carpet cleaning credit, and apologized for the experience. Updating the review to reflect their willingness to make it right. Leaving the original review below as is, but I do appreciate when a company makes an effort like this.

So, my experience closely mirrors the review by Cassidy T. I was impressed by the reviews, but the experience was a little iffy.

Cleaners scheduled for 9am, no-show by 9:30am or so. I text the company, guy says they messed up the calendar or something, here's a $35 or something discount. Okay sure, whatever. They do eventually arrive at around 10:15am, an hour and fifteen minutes late.

Overall, I was mostly happy with the cleaning that Teresa did, with the exception of the tile floors which still had a lot of debris/crumbs/etc on them. To her credit, the main bathroom and kitchen were pretty bad and looked fantastic after she had finished.

Overall I'd say "good but not great," and the odd scheduling issues other people seem to have experienced lead me to think this company needs to hire either more reliable cleaners, or get someone competent to manage their backend operations. Likely would not use again.

Barbara and Lisa were great. I work from home and was somewhat short with them on what I was looking to have cleaned because I needed to get back to work. They were very professional and did a great job and they only asked me when done if I had time for a walk through.

This girl is by far the best cleaner around. I miss her since she quit on me.  I have hired and fired since Tabi has been gone.

I am absolutely shocked by the low standard of performance from this company. I booked this company to clean my condo and my new home. They were an hour late to the new house and did not deep clean the home. It was satisfactory at best. I went along with it because I have been moving and needed them to clean the condo prior to renting it out so I excused it. The second appointment at the vacant condo was booked two weeks in advance. Not only were they unresponsive but they showed up a half hour late and then said they weren't going to have time to clean it because they had other appointments. They stepped out front and said they were going to call their manager and left without saying a word. They are not answering their phones. So they left without a word, without performing the service. Don't use this company if you need to actually get something cleaned.

Denise had fast communication leading up to the cleaning day and offered good pricing. We scheduled the cleaning a few weeks out. Unfortunately, on the cleaning day, she was a no-show with no explanation and no apology. I tried to reach out. I had guests coming over for the holiday and really needed the help cleaning and was put in a pinch.

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
