Anytime any service is as expected or better than expected, it deserves 5 stars.

I started the process with Yelp, but finished coordinating a whole-house cleaning on the phone while driving from CA to Phoenix. This was a rental property that was transitioning tenants, so I needed a service that can HELP ME not need me to compromise my time, money and angst over whether or not they'll actually do what was planned.  I spoke with Kathy and she was as accommodating as I needed.  Worked out perfectly, a 3-person crew was able to come out within 2 hours of the phone call. Which was 1 hour before I was able to get there. I provided my garage code and then they started cleaning. 3 ppl is perfect as it makes the cleaning FAST.

When I arrived, a 3-person crew was there as planned, they had a clearly marked car/van indicating who they were (I think they also had company branded shirts). They whore masks and gloves, cleaned all the usual stuff but also blinds & ceiling fans. Another thing I thought was helpful is they asked me if there was anything they can clean that wasn't typical.  This is important because often times with services like this things go unasked or assumed.

In short, as a landlord I'm always looking for a service that can help me. If I find one then I'm a repeat customer. I definitely will be because they made my life a lot easier that day AND the final invoice was within their estimated cost!

If you are in search of a cleaning company, you just found the BEST one there is! Joey and Monica are pure gold! They clean my Airbnb and have helped us achieve super host status as cleanliness of one of the most common compliments from our guests. Not only do they clean everything so thoroughly, they are so thoughtful in their presentation and they make sure everything looks perfect. Joey has also been a life saver when it comes to a toilet leaking or anything not working and he is able to fix it right away. Joey and Monica love what they do and they will treat your property like it is their own. 110% recommend!!

They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

Jessica from Reliable Cleaners is absolutely wonderful to work with! I live out of state and she takes care of my vacation rental in Arizona and I can't express my gratitude to her and her company for being so reliable, communicative, efficient (and affordable).  Without her, the stress of turning over the rental would be overwhelming. I know that I can count on her to show up and have it ready for the next guests. I am certain that you won't be disappointed.

Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. I've been his client for about 9 months and can;t imagine my life without him. He's a keeper!

My experience with this company was negative and very poor. That began when I called and received the secretary on the phone who placed me on hold multiple times, she had loud background noise, a commercial of mouthwash was playing. I even commented about the commercial thinking she would get the hint to turn it down. Finally, after about 20 min. I was able to have an apt. set. I scheduled a deep clean with two girls at my home to begin on a Saturday morning. I did call on Friday the night before the apt. to verify. I received Shawn on the phone who is the owner. He was polite and accommodating. Saturday morning promptly at 8:50am a woman named Helen arrived. I showed her my home, told her two rooms were locked not do them and a few other simple instructions. She began to work upstairs in my 3000 square foot home. I was at home until 9:30am at which time Shawn called to tell me the other lady was late because he decided to send three people to help. But, I would still be charged the rate I was quoted even though it would now take less time. The two girls did arrive at 10am as I was leaving the house. Helen gave the new girls the instructions. I returned home for a moment 2  1/2 hours later to find Helen still upstairs, and the other two women downstairs all of them cleaning. I then left and returned approx. 2 hours later, to find the two additional women were gone and Helen was still cleaning. The two additional women were to deep clean the downstairs until the job was complete, Helen was to join them when she was done upstairs. Helen was unaware the other two women were gone. Upon inspection of the downstairs, there was many, many, things incomplete as well as an important figurine broken. The home was defiantly not deep cleaned or finished. I told Helen she can call Shawn, or I will right now. She did call him and preceded to explain, he did cut her off and asked to speak to me. I proceeded to speak to him. He would not let me finish my sentence and continued to say, "I will give you a free hour." I tried to explain it wasn't the free hour I was after, I wanted the deep clean to be completed before anyone left the house as agreed upon. In the end, Helen stayed an additional 4  1/2 hours, she completed the work, I gave her an additional $100 and her tip the other two women had taken. Helen did a marvelous job. This company however, has very poor customer service, their employees are not professional in communication or in appearance by any means ( with the exception of Helen). I have had many cleaning lady's come to my home. This is by far the worst. I was shocked to have such a terrible experience because I did review all the five stars that were left, and I typically do not leave reviews, but this needed to be expressed so that future costumers can be protected.

Really torn about this review as the support staff seem great. The problem .... their crews just don't care about the quality of their work. Literally only booked a service to have our floors cleaned , they cleaned everything but the floors and not very well. Also paid for 3 hours but they were gone in 2:25. Just an awful cleaning service. Additionally , they only refunded me what in my opinion was way too low - I paid for a service that I never received and still had to pay a ton for a terrible job (they literally didn't even dust). Look elsewhere for crews who actually care.

Super fast response time, easy scheduling, right on time for the appointment, and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! Tabitha rocks. Will request her help again for sure.

I am absolutely shocked by the low standard of performance from this company. I booked this company to clean my condo and my new home. They were an hour late to the new house and did not deep clean the home. It was satisfactory at best. I went along with it because I have been moving and needed them to clean the condo prior to renting it out so I excused it. The second appointment at the vacant condo was booked two weeks in advance. Not only were they unresponsive but they showed up a half hour late and then said they weren't going to have time to clean it because they had other appointments. They stepped out front and said they were going to call their manager and left without saying a word. They are not answering their phones. So they left without a word, without performing the service. Don't use this company if you need to actually get something cleaned.

Denise had fast communication leading up to the cleaning day and offered good pricing. We scheduled the cleaning a few weeks out. Unfortunately, on the cleaning day, she was a no-show with no explanation and no apology. I tried to reach out. I had guests coming over for the holiday and really needed the help cleaning and was put in a pinch.

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
