Very pleased with the whole process of hiring Crash of Rhinos. Starting with the estimator being very knowledgeable and friendly. Then the office ladies with scheduling and help picking paint colors.
The painters were friendly and very professional. They taped plastic on everything needed before power washing. They took pride in their work filling noticeable voids and priming needed areas. Another quality thing I noticed is  No Watering Down the Paint !
They really give you a quality job and no hassle touching up areas you may notice.

Alex painted the outside of my house last year, and just completed the inside a few days ago. Beautiful job done! He's a nice person, punctual, honest, and his attention to detail is terrific. I was even surprised that he put my furniture back into place and even wiped down the house after work was done, so nice to not come home to a mess. I highly recommend them for your home painting.

Issue #1:  We received a quote for the exterior and one for the interior. By the time we were ready to start exterior project, the sales person was leaving, so we were handed off to another sales person. While going over specifics, I asked for more detail on the paint for our front door, that's cast iron. The sales person told me oh, that's not included. You will need specific paint and it's going to be  $1600 more (exact number may be a little off). I told him that was in the quote and he said to me, what was in the quote I won't be happy with. We need a specific material so it will last.  I told him I'm willing to pay a little more for a better product, but that increase is a slap in the face considering it was part of the quote.
I contacted management and they agreed, you can't go back, after a quote, and start adding on $.
Issue #2: Walked them around the house to discuss what color I wanted where. They project manager (who I found out was actually a manager) did not relay the information correctly, so a few areas were painted the incorrect colors. I contacted the main office number and explained the issue. She said she would have the manager call me to go over. Not only did he never call me, they fixed the areas and some areas we didn't want done. So basically, more communication issues.
Issue 3:  I contacted the manager a few times about various things and he would never return calls, so I had to contact another manager. He didn't understand the behavior either.  I had to get my husband involved to get anywhere.
Issue #4:  I didn't like the wall color we chose, so I wanted a quote to paint it a different color. I contacted the sales person requesting a quote and a quote for additional areas I wanted added. He never called back.
Issue #5:  I pull up the next day and they started painted the wall without ever discussing what it would cost. The on sight manager (who never communicates) is who moved forward without even discussing. He then gives me a bill for the original cost. The original cost includes prep work, so I asked to speak with the sales person. Left him a message to call me back about this. He never called back. So, they left the wall 50% painted and wouldn't move forward until we agreed on their charge.
Issue #6, the FINAL STRAW. We have other contractors working on our house. According to them, the painters told them we don't pay. We have NEVER not paid anyone!!!  I contacted the sales personal and the office manager to let them know what was said and that we would not be moving forward with the interior job. There has been so many issues, but making false claims about the people who hired you is 100% unacceptable and disgusting!  The sales person and manager agreed, not acceptable and told me they would come up with a plan to complete project so we can move on.
I have not heard from the manager nor the sales person since then.

I'm terrible for not having written this review much sooner. I am thrilled with the work AZ West has done for my family.

Cris and his crew have now painted both the inside (2016) and outside of my house (2018). He fixed some drywall for us, too. He is honest, generous and fair.

If you want someone who will do the job right, to the highest of standards, this is your guy. He starts with an inspection, noting any needed structural repairs, his crew paints, and he does a final walkthrough to ensure satisfaction. He genuinely wants you to be happy with the job.

Cris gives several price options for different tiers of paint quality. Its worth it to go top tier if you'll be staying in your home. If you want someone who will do it for cheap, AZ West isn't for you... but you'll probably be paying more to do it again when the sun destroys the paint after only a couple years (as I've seen my neighbors do). You can't really have cheap and high quality together under the AZ sun. AZ West has reasonable prices and exceptional, professional results. A worthy investment.

I had this whole Indiana Jones weathered adventure map look I wanted for the bedroom but didn't know how to execute it. Annie helped me with examples and suggestions until I found exactly what I was looking for! It's a GREAT canvas to hang adventurey artifacts on. 10/10 would have paint rooms again

We used Attention to Details Maintenance recently to paint our kitchen and master bathroom.  Robert was very helpful in selecting paint colors.  He did the job in two days and we are very happy with his work.  We plan to use his services again in other rooms in our home.

The owner Justin was very polite and very professional about his work! They did an amazing job repairing our drywall and painting our new home! I used CertaPro of Phoenix for the second time to paint my 2 story house. The painting crew that painted my house was done in the projected time that I was updated. They took their time to do the little items that really made me feel satisfied and took there time with pop-outs and metal  accents. I've referred this company to many neighbors which also have gone with CertaPro . Since I've used CertaPro of phoenix I have no need to look for any other Painting companies. They do it right, make sure you are satisfied and also give you a great warranty.

Mike and his crew were great throughout the process. Originally they did some light work on a few rooms in our house then the knocked the exterior out of the park. Great crew, great work so happy we used State 48 Painting!

Where to begin. Ralph (the owner) was a pleasure to work with from the first phone call I had with him regarding an estimate for painting and drywalling the interior of my home as well as some outside painting. I immediately knew we would be using Red Rock Painting after our first meeting with Ralph. He was honest, fair and genuine!

During the entire process the crew was absolutely amazing! They were neat and very courteous. Nadia was always on time and ready to tackle any task! The work was impeccable and we will 100% use Red Rock Painting in the future.

Eric at Sun City Painting did an excellent job paining our house. I had quite a few little extras I wanted repaired etc. He didn't blink an eye and had such a positive attitude. EXCELLENT communication. Very friendly and thorough.

I recently purchased a second home in Tahoe Vista that needed cleaning and staining. Rob did a great job with quoting, scheduling and staining the home. Rob was great to work with, he was quick to respond to calls and texts - he texted updates along the way so that I knew progress was being made. Everything was completed above expectation, within the estimated time frame and cost.

Rob also cleaned the roof, found a bee hive, fixed woodpecker damage and completed accent painting - all within the original estimate.
