I am immensely frustrated and disappointed in the lack of communication, quality of work, ethic, and integrity of this company. We hired Divine Design by a referral to do a one-time clean-up of immense leaf, flower, and seed pod litter scattered in and around the river rocks in our backyard. They requested that we email photos of the area we wanted cleaned up in order for them to provide us with a quote which we agreed upon. (Our first mistake was not requesting that they actually send out a real person to look at the yard. I feel like this would have given us a better perspective on how they do business and treat people. Do not make this mistake. The crew that they actually sent out did not know the areas of work requested or anything that we initially agreed upon with the owner/office person and we had to try to get over the language barrier in order to explain it to them). We provided the photos to the company via email and responded to the quote (after they screwed it up several times) and tried to get the visit scheduled but we could not get a hold of anyone. This was ridiculous since we both use email and texting constantly in our day to day jobs and have NEVER had any problems with someone contacting us by any of those means. They eventually claimed that they tried to get a hold of us but we have no record of this at all. Why would we NOT respond? All we wanted was a response! It makes no sense that there are no reliable means of communication with these people. After much frustration and going back and forth, we finally somehow get the clean-up scheduled and they do an incomplete job, leaving behind most of the debris we actually wanted them to clean up. They also wasted time in our front yard, an area we did not request. My husband initially told the owner that it looked fine afterwards (unfortunately without him actually climbing up our slope at that moment and inspecting all of the cracks between the rocks from above) and we were billed. FIVE days later when he actually had the time, he went up onto the rocks and saw all of the debris left behind. He also noticed that there were multiple cuts/broken sprinkler heads leaking in our drip system so he had to replace these immediately. We have no idea how they managed to do so much damage to the drip system especially since they did such a poor job picking up the litter. They did remove two or three patches of dead grass that were also included in the quote so maybe it was then- we have no idea. We took photos of everything they missed/damaged and my husband emailed the owner that same day (the owner claimed it was a month later which is 100% false- we obviously have the email records) with all of this information but could not get a response from anyone. It was so frustrating and confusing because the office person then sent several email reminders to pay the bill but would not respond to any of our messages. After several weeks of this, the owner finally contacted my husband and accused him of not wanting to pay the bill. Huh? So you WERE getting our messages then? Why wouldn't you just call us back? They later again claimed that they tried getting a hold of us and could not (we are with our phones all day) but we have absolutely no record of any of attempts- wouldn't we have a voicemail or missed call or email? None of it makes sense. We could honestly care less about the bill. It's not about the money at all. All we wanted was for someone to reach back out to us and simply acknowledge the issue and apologize and try somehow to make it right. They never attempted to do any of this. How can you be ok with the job that was performed by your staff? Why wouldn't you want to make it right? We had super reasonable expectations. Communication and compassion go a long way, you guys. I am completely baffled by these positive reviews because we were treated so poorly and not communicated with at all. I so desperately wish we had a positive experience. The last time we tried to contact them for a solution, the office person, Clara, actually responded and very unprofessionally threatened to send our bill to collections. They have taken no responsibility for their actions or those of their workers. We are honestly so tired of wasting our time and energy trying to deal with this company. We do not understand how you can run a business this way and be sustainable. We should actually be sending you a bill for sprinkler parts and for the yard labor that I ended up doing myself. We should have just done it ourselves in the first place. Shame on you, Divine Design.

Steve was very informative about the turf products offered. He quoted the project quickly and we were able to get installation completed very quickly. The crew installed our turf within the morning hours very quickly. They were on time, courteous, and respectful. I'm so happy we now have a play area for our daughter and the turf has a much cleaner look than the rocks that were previously in that area. The dog loves it too!

My experience with Joanna was not good!  She wasted a lot of my time just because of lack of communication.  Not returning messages and not taking the time to keep me posted when she was running VERY LATE, which is just a lack of common courtesy and kindness.  When she did finally get here for a bid, she started out very defensive.  When she finally de-stressed, I explained that I had one more bid to get and then I would let her know either way [common courtesy shown to her].  I did so, but I had to follow up a 2nd time, asking her to call me to set up a time to get started, but NO PHONE CALL.  I guess her company doesn't need the business.  Hope the owner agrees with her.  I just can't believe people anymore!  But, better I know up front what she is all about.

I am very happy with Complete Irrigation Services and will continue to hire them whenever I need help. When I first bought my home they helped me fix an existing leak. They've also put in a whole new drip line system and did a wonderful job, and recently helped me expand the system to reach new trees. They are always professional and hard working!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Brian was wonderful to work with, price was very reasonable, crew was excellent, LOVED the installed curbing around the grass. It was fast, courteous and they worked with me to schedule quickly.  I am so thrilled with how it looks.  Don't go anywhere else....hire this company!

Mike's Concrete Removal scooped up 4 cubic yards of rock sifted out of our soil, saving us lots of time, energy and gas taking it to the landfill ourselves. Best of all, he is friendly and punctual!

Rising Phoenix did an excellent job of repairing stucco, drywall tape and texture, and painting the exterior of my house.  In the last few years, I have used other painting companies  but Juan, his crew and their skill and professionalism were far superior.  Juan is very knowledgeable and accessible for questions and advice.

so I'm usually super unimpressed with Arizona contractors, but Bob and his team are a winning combination! I found him on Yelp and contacted him to come out and give me a bid to paint a house I'm selling. He was out within a couple days and gave me a killer price, around $100 a sq/ ft! he was super flexible in our paint color choices and even got a few sample cans for us to look at before we chose the color! His team was done with prep and painting the full exterior of the house, and the block wall, within 2 days! He even went as far to tell me that if he didn't have a crew available on the days I needed, he'd hire a new one! Overall an AWESOME experience with this company. i HIGHLY recommend them for  painting.
