I'm a condo homeowner here in Scottsdale, AZ. I ripped all the flooring out of the house and was open to staining the concrete. I called Eric at First Class Coatings to see if we were a candidate for his service. After a nice conversation he advised against it! He said in the long run going with a tile would be a better fit - as far as having to maintain year after year. I hired Greenheart to renovate the roof of my pergola.  Irene suggested lighting and landscaping to enhance the upgrade, which made my life easier; not all of us are good at lighting and landscaping.  Irene is.  

All timelines were met, the installers were professional, and whole process moved along as planned. There was one problem, but Irene had it fixed the day after she was made aware of it.   But that's not the best part.  The best part is that the whole project looks BEAUTIFUL!   I will use Greenheart again, and I recommend that you do too!

Jesus was great! Work was done on time and for the agreed amount. Couldn't ask for better. He even stuck it out through a bit of nonsense with the neighbor about the block wall/fence location. Would highly recommend!

Preach is our go to spot for all of our masonry needs during renovations. They're available in a pinch with little notice and offer great pricing. In other news, I'll be opening up a building supply company soon because oh em gee we've spent a lot of money here.

Had Irondrive do the coating on my garage floors several months ago before moving into the new house.  All aspects of the company from the initial contact to the installation of the garage floor were excellent.  I did not want to write a review until the floor had been put to the test so I waited a while.  The garage floor looks as good today as the day it was installed.  Great job Irondrive.

Amazing service received by RC Demolition on our bathroom remodel project. After a site visit to get some measurements, Leslie walked me through the process, pricing, and kept me in loop every step of the way. Demolition went exactly to plan, the crew was attentive and courteous. I appreciate the job that was done at my house. I will definitely be using RC Demolition on future projects.

Called and left a message. Returned call within a couple hours. I received 3 quotes. Cesar was not the lowest but not the highest. Went with him even though no Yelp reviews. So glad I did. Great job, as promised. This guy loves what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. Have recommended him to others and will call him for my next job.

Another FINE JOB, Joey!  This year Joey Hale epoxied our back patio and front porch.  In 2021 he did our garage and we were so impressed with his work (see previous review), that we asked for another estimate on the patio and porch in 2022.  We selected our colors but weren't ready to proceed until fall of 2022  Well, that didn't work out because Joey got so busy with other jobs.  This spring I reached out to him once again, and again he had a full schedule with only a couple of options for the month of April.  We grabbed one of those options.  This week Joey did the job and as in 2021, it looks amazing.   The photos show the work before the final polyurethane coat was added.  As in 2021, Joey did not disappoint.  As is his custom, he was on time, prep the job, and did all the work himself, in 3 days.  On the last day, he asked if I had exterior trim touch-up paint as there were spots along different areas of the stem wall where the products had gotten, due to high winds.  My first response was, Don't worry Joey, I'll touch it up over the summer.  He's such a perfectionist, that wasn't what he wanted.  Fortunately, I had a can of touch-up paint and Joey went around the entire job, front and back and painted the stem wall.  It all looks amazing!  I know this young man is getting busier and busier because his work is second to none.  If you're looking to get your garage or outdoor living space epoxied, I recommend you get your bid from Joey now because there will be a longer wait time then in the past.  That is actually a good thing for Joey and it speaks to his exceptional work and customer satisfaction.   It also means he is so sought after because of his fantastic skill and his exemplary work ethic.  Did I mention that he's very professional and pleasant as well.  Don't hesitate to call Joey.  For the record, I was never asked to write a review.  Not now or in 2021.  I just feel it is so important to get the word out when there are young folks trying to build a business and especially when they do a SUPERB job every time!

Amazing! I finally found a gardener that shows up on time and the day agreed upon, charges less than everyone else, was extremely efficient, and made my back yard look good again. Great company and would recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with Brooks Built was exceptional.  They were always on time and they do beautiful work.  Their estimate was fair and what I liked most, besides how nice my backyard turned out, was that they never told me they couldn't do something.  All my questions were answered in the positive and also with we can do that!.  Thank you so much Cody and Bob for a job well done.  We will definitely do business with you again.

After I moved into a new home I had a completely blank slate to work with. I picked Envirogreen, taking  my next-door neighbor's recommendation. I have no regrets after hiring them. They put in a built-in counter and barbecue as well as a beautiful water feature, that was custom designed. The  way they  leveled my backyard, makes for easy cleaning that drains well.

Sean had some really great ideas and he has a wonderful computer program where you can see what your yard will look like before-hand, in 3-D.

I would highly recommend using Envirogreen.  You will be so happy and Sean  stands behind his work. I had a couple glitches with my fountain and he kept coming back till it was right.

To begin with, Kent is great about staying in touch via text, and arrived on time.
Kent came out and looked at my punch list and one by one, every item was checked off. I was impressed, as he knew exactly what he was doing on a variety of different projects. He wasted no time, was quiet, picked up and kept every space tidy as he went along.
This man goes directly into speed dial! My husband is going to love that after years in the valley, we've finally found someone we can count on and trust.

I hired Chad Hale and Unique Solutions in January 2016 because he came across as a solid Christian guy who would stand behind his 2 year warranty commitment.  I knew he wasn't licensed but I looked past that.  Big mistake that I will never make again.  Always hire a licensed contractor.  One thing Chad put in was new grass and an in-ground sprinkler system.  Because the grading of the lawn was done so poorly, I have some areas of my backyard that are continually soaked, including gravel areas that are not supposed to get water and other areas that are bone dry.  As a result, a lot of my grass has died and the ground around my pool pump is constantly soaked, which causes erosion.  Also, the water stake that they put by my new Chinese Pistache tree is right next to the trunk when it's suposed to be one foot away. Eventually the roots will break the stake and no more water, which will kill the tree.  I have tried since April 1st to get Chad to come back.  These are not quick fixes but they are not major ones either. Chad has had every excuse in the world not to return - he doesn't work with Unique Soutions anymore, he is not well enough to work in the heat, his partner Khal has to approve it and won't, it wasn't his fault........!    Well, it wasn't too hot in April and May, Chad.  Where were you then?  A man is only as good as his word and I had Chad's word that he would back up all his work.  So far he hasn't done that.  I kept my word and paid him on time.  Almost $5000.  And all I got was a mediocre job and no warranty!
