Jesus from JYK Construction did the job of removing loose, water damaged stucco from the street side of my garden wall, redid the stucco and repainted.
He was easy to communicate with in English, came promptly to view the job and gave me the estimate within a day. He was easier to work with than other, bigger companies.
Their estimate was reasonable and they offered a warranty so I gave them the job. They came exactly when stated, Jesus and his helper worked hard and did a good job.
I can recommend them. They are a very small company but they do competent work.

We lost our backyard grass to many gopher families. Bobby at Always Green Turf provided an affordable quote to remove the existing lawn, place gopher screen down and install turf. Quite happy with the results.

Another great Yelp find!  We've owned our home for about 3 years and getting the garage floors done has always been on the to do list.  We got a total of 4 bids from flyers in the mail to friend's recommendations and we also tried getting a bid from the guys who originally put in the custom cabinets in our garage when the house was built.  We weren't impressed with any of sales people that came to our house to bid for the job especially when I told them I'm getting other bids.  I finally yelp a flooring company and IronDrive were the only ones that had multiple good reviews.  Shane came over and he was very professional even when I told him about the other bids.  All 4 bids came in competitive with each other but what made us pull the trigger with Shane is how fast he can get a job done because of the prepping process.  All the other companies said it was a 2 day process plus we're not able to drive on the floors for 7 days.  With IronDrive's process and product they were done in 5 hours and we were able to drive on it after 48 hours.  It's been 2 weeks since our flooring was done and I couldn't be more happy.  Shane was very accommodating, polite, and most importantly professional.  Oh and they're the only one with a lifetime warranty.  Can't go wrong with these guys.

Amazing service received by RC Demolition on our bathroom remodel project. After a site visit to get some measurements, Leslie walked me through the process, pricing, and kept me in loop every step of the way. Demolition went exactly to plan, the crew was attentive and courteous. I appreciate the job that was done at my house. I will definitely be using RC Demolition on future projects.

Called and left a message. Returned call within a couple hours. I received 3 quotes. Cesar was not the lowest but not the highest. Went with him even though no Yelp reviews. So glad I did. Great job, as promised. This guy loves what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. Have recommended him to others and will call him for my next job.

My wife and I moved to a new home in the Granite Dells and wanted to resurface the concrete garage floor.  Joey responded immediately to our request for an estimate.  He spent a lot of time educating us on colors, processes, and materials.  We chose to go with the polyaspartic coating (a fast dry process).  Joey did all his own work and went above-and-beyond to complete the work on schedule.  Joey was very personable, and we appreciated his conscientiousness and work ethic.  We are very happy with our new garage floor.  We wholeheartedly recommend Joey and Hales Concrete Epoxy Coatings.

Sprung a leak in an irrigation line that ran under our cement pad.  After a few messages a crew came out and checked it out - doing a little exploratory excavation (no service call fee like some places) and figured they'd be able to help me out.  They also gave me the option of going to get the parts I needed from Sprinkler World.  I made a quick parts run - they came back later in the afternoon and fixed it right up - replacing all of the rock and cleaning the area. Glad I went with these guys.

We had our covered patio extended by Brooks Built and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. They were very upfront on costs and process of the entire project and they delivered with exactly as expected. They provided great communication throughout the process with picture updates, texts, emails... really not certain they could have done any better in any of the aspects. They cleaned up after themselves which was important to me, not to mention the most important part the extended patio project... the patio looks great and looks as though it was there from the beginning of the home being built. Thanks again guys.

Sean and guys did an amazing job on our very blank canvas.  Sean listened to what our family wanted and wished for on the project.  Then they made it all happen.
It was easy to work with Sean picking out materials for our backyard.  When the work began, these guys work tirelessly and they clean up their site every day when they were done.

If you want to get work from someone, your first priority should be to make sure they listen to you.  This guy was talking over every conversation I would start.  I have a whole house to remodel and wanted to start with a small project to see his work.  I could not even explain my concerns because he had to interject to tell me that I did not know what I was talking about.

Then he is too lazy to come out and give a free estimate. He suggested I take pictures and tell him what I want and send it via email!

Really, I love technology but that just sounds like he is either lazy or he will drive price up once he see's job in person.

I hired Chad Hale and Unique Solutions in January 2016 because he came across as a solid Christian guy who would stand behind his 2 year warranty commitment.  I knew he wasn't licensed but I looked past that.  Big mistake that I will never make again.  Always hire a licensed contractor.  One thing Chad put in was new grass and an in-ground sprinkler system.  Because the grading of the lawn was done so poorly, I have some areas of my backyard that are continually soaked, including gravel areas that are not supposed to get water and other areas that are bone dry.  As a result, a lot of my grass has died and the ground around my pool pump is constantly soaked, which causes erosion.  Also, the water stake that they put by my new Chinese Pistache tree is right next to the trunk when it's suposed to be one foot away. Eventually the roots will break the stake and no more water, which will kill the tree.  I have tried since April 1st to get Chad to come back.  These are not quick fixes but they are not major ones either. Chad has had every excuse in the world not to return - he doesn't work with Unique Soutions anymore, he is not well enough to work in the heat, his partner Khal has to approve it and won't, it wasn't his fault........!    Well, it wasn't too hot in April and May, Chad.  Where were you then?  A man is only as good as his word and I had Chad's word that he would back up all his work.  So far he hasn't done that.  I kept my word and paid him on time.  Almost $5000.  And all I got was a mediocre job and no warranty!
