Provided very reasonable estimate for my small 10x16 shed.  Finished the job the following week. Excellent workmanship and fully satisfied with results.

Eric was honest and upfront, also had some of the best pricing in the valley. Eric and his team did a fantastic job on my garage floor.  They made sure that it was done correctly and to my liking.  Will use them again for future projects and would definitely recommend them to others.

I'm giving them 2 stars because my initial communication with them was great. Regina was friendly and Carlos was friendly and helpful when chatting through our project goals during our quote consultation. Unfortunately things went down from there.

I was told I would receive a follow up quote within two weeks after the consultation. I did not hear anything back for a month, so I reached out again and was told they would look into it.

Again, two weeks later, no response. I followed up again only to be told that the rep informed you that you did not meet our minimum. Mind you that the only thing I was told during the consultation was that I'd hear back in two weeks, but I never did.

Additionally, when I got an explanation, they claimed that there was a 5k minimum on projects and that the rep indicated to me that he told you that the day of the consultation. I had told our rep that we were looking for 4k-10k for our project during our consultation. In fact, when I had asked him what their minimum was, he instead said that they don't like to give minimums and that he'd just like to know our price range instead (4k-10k).

The Owner was the one who handled the last email response to me and clearly showed no interest in trying to keep my business. All they needed to do was ask me a few questions to clear things up. It's really that simple when it comes to earning and retaining a client base. Instead they decided to make assumptions and trust the word of a rep (who is no longer there?) about what price I was apparently willing to spend.

I'm shocked, really.

My older home needed some cosmetic and structural updates, and Jesus was able to provide what I was looking for, while also providing helpful suggestions and direction for the project. He and his crew did excellent work at an affordable price. I will 100% be using them for my next project.

Preach helped me with much of my landscaping/ rock and masonry needs. They were very polite, professional, and responsive. Don, the manager, went above and beyond to really help me out in a time of need and I couldn't ask for better service! Definitely would recommend this business.

This company is AWESOME!!! They turfed my dog run and it looks amazing. They were fast, professional and got done exactly what I needed. The Turf looks SO good and my dogs love it.

We were researching garage floor companies for a while and settled on IronDrive to apply coating on our floor.  The owner, Shane, was very helpful and informative. Price was quoted by Shane and was fairly competitive with other contractors.  We went with the polyaspartic (Supreme) and it looks fantastic!  The staff showed up around 8:30 in the morning and were done by 3:30 in the afternoon.  The look of the floor was exactly as expected.  Overall, we got exactly what we paid for with no surprises.  If only all contractors could be so dependable...  One word of advice - call early if you're contemplating using them, since they were booked out a little over a month in advance.

Amazing service received by RC Demolition on our bathroom remodel project. After a site visit to get some measurements, Leslie walked me through the process, pricing, and kept me in loop every step of the way. Demolition went exactly to plan, the crew was attentive and courteous. I appreciate the job that was done at my house. I will definitely be using RC Demolition on future projects.

Called and left a message. Returned call within a couple hours. I received 3 quotes. Cesar was not the lowest but not the highest. Went with him even though no Yelp reviews. So glad I did. Great job, as promised. This guy loves what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. Have recommended him to others and will call him for my next job.

I can't say enough about Hales.  First contractor I have found in years that is reliable, trust worthy and reasonable, all while doing a great job.  My shop floor came out great.  They showed up on time, worked hard, and we're done on time.  Working with them (watching them work actually) restored my faith in contractors in the Prescott area.

These guys did a great job on our front and backyard! We will definitely be using them for our yard maintenance from now on.

I was a homeowner with a problem. A skunk had burrowed under the concrete slab of our home and left a big hole. After calling multiple area foundation specialists and pumping companies, I finally found Scott at Action Pumping.

Every other company blew me off. It was either too small a job or they wanted to charge an arm-and-a-leg. One company even wanted me to rent (and work) the pump! Scott actually took the time to talk with me - assumed I knew nothing about concrete pumping (which I don't!) and walked me through the entire process. Both Scott and the concrete showed up on time and without incident.

Action Pumping sold me on their customer experience and Scott's personal touch. They weren't the cheapest nor were they the most expensive...but even if they were, the customer experience would be worth every cent.

We had our covered patio extended by Brooks Built and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. They were very upfront on costs and process of the entire project and they delivered with exactly as expected. They provided great communication throughout the process with picture updates, texts, emails... really not certain they could have done any better in any of the aspects. They cleaned up after themselves which was important to me, not to mention the most important part the extended patio project... the patio looks great and looks as though it was there from the beginning of the home being built. Thanks again guys.

I can not say enough about Gray and their work! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. It's so hard to find someone trustworthy that isn't trying to nickel and dime you now a days, not only did Grey give us a great price but he was more then willing to help with any questions or suggestions I needed. Will definetly be using in the future for any other needs, thank you!

So glad I am able to leave a great review of Kent's handyman services.  I found him here on yelp with a 5-star rating, and I wasn't disappointed!  Kent worked on installing some wrought iron fixtures on a newly installed wood floor, and the work was immaculate.  He also installed a new wireless doorbell (which he also shopped for and provided) to replace our broken system.  Kent is a great guy - honest, hardworking, and very handy!  Five star review *****

Chad and his crew were great to work with. Chad is very easy to work with and it is apparent that he cares about doing a quality job.

The crew was respectful, professional and efficient. They completed the project in two trips and cleaned up after themselves each time.

I would highly recommend Chad and his team for any project you may have going on.
