After getting bids from 4 different painting companies in March/April 2021, we decided to go with WSJ to completely paint the exterior of our home.  Just over 1 year later, it seems that this was probably a $3000 mistake.  WSJ was the lowest bidder using Dunn Edwards paints.

Without going into minute details, let's just say that the quality of the job, which was questionable while in progress, has sufficiently degenerated enough over the course of 1 year to warrant this review.

My entire property is xeriscaped, which means there is no watering near the structure, yet the stem walls are showing flaking and peeling without having any water (other than sparse rainfall) introduced to the painted surfaces.  The same can be said for much of the wood trim (eaves, patio cover posts, etc.)  The loss of paint is severe enough that a day or two of windy conditions will actually cause large flakes to peel and blow off the trim, ending up in the backyard swimming pool and the skimmer basket.

I had hoped that this would be the last time I would need my house to be painted before selling and downsizing, but there's no way I could sell this house in another 2-3 years without repainting.  

In retrospect, I should have paid a little bit more to a different contractor and gotten a quality job done. This was an expensive lesson to learn. The old adage you get what you pay for isn't always true. Sometimes you get less than what you paid for.  Caveat emptor, gentle reader.

The outside paint turned out fantastic. We are very happy with the work they completed. William was great to work with. Would definitely recommend them for your painting needs.

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)

I want to thank Ty and his crew for doing a great job finding and fixing my electrical problems. Two rooms in our home lost power and the breaker wouldn't reset even after I replaced them. He traced the fault to a missed wired switch that caused wires in our attic to fry. He reponded quickly and was thorough in finding the root of the problem. I had Charles Stewart and his crew paint the exterior of my house.  They did the work about two weeks ago, but I wanted to make sure that there were no issues after the work was done.  From start to finish they were extremely professional, meticulous and did an awesome job.  I have had many compliments from friends as well as other neighbors.  He and his painting crew were easy to communicate with and explained everything in detail.  They were even kind enough to paint the attached patio and outdoor island to match the body of the house.  I highly recommend Charles Stewart for exterior painting.

I chose Daisy Mountain in 2011 to paint the exterior or my prior home.  I later moved to a new home that we purchased from the builder.  After a few years we were tired of the original builder flat paint and decided to repaint the interior of our home floor to ceiling.  After having such a positive experience with DMP We did not hesitate to call them back to paint our new home in Anthem. Being in the construction trades myself, when I got Casey's Estimate I knew it was a fair price for the high caliber work his company is known for.  
   
     Upon accepting the proposal Casey set a date that was agreeable to us.   The crew along with the project manager showed up on time daily. Their work was efficient and the painters were clearly true professionals.   They knew how to cut in around anything perfectly and the walls were consistent and evenly coated. At the end of each day they left our house as clean as it was when they started (which my wife is a clean freak).    The project manager checked in daily to insure we were fully satisfied throughout the project. When everything was wrapped up he did a final walk through with the crew and us.   We could not find anything to complain about!  They did a perfect job start to finish.   Thank you very much Daisy Mountain Painting for consistently providing one of the best services in Anthem, AZ.
