Welcome to Sun City Painting! We do all types of Interior projects, large or small. The secret to a great paint job is in the prep work and using quality paints. Servicing the unique needs of homeowners, property managers, real estate investors, we do the necessary prep work and use the appropriate top-quality paints and materials to ensure your paint job is long-lasting and has a professional looking finish, including: washing or sanding surfaces, caulking all cracks and gaps, spackling, patching holes, scraping flaking paint, wall repair and retexturing of damaged wall areas, covering floors, masking and protecting unpainted areas, spot-priming or full priming as needed, removing wall plates and fixtures, treating or killing mildew or mold, and wallpaper removal.

HISTORY

Established in 2015.
We operated at American Painting in California since 1995. Opened our doors in Sun City to do quality Interior and Exterior Painting in Sun Cities, Peoria, Glendale areas.

We elected to hire Sun City Painters after receiving a couple of other bids and based on the opportunity to watch them prep and paint a home near our property in the Ventana Lakes community. Their prep work was excellent and the finished product was what we were seeking.

We scheduled a date in March of 2021 and they were on time and ready to tackle the job. Having several awnings on our property, Erik and Jose expertly taped all the awnings, windows and fixtures in a timely manner. In addition they caulked and patched where necessary and Jose installed a metal covering that covered up our unsightly air conditioning pipe running verically on our home.

We were extremely satisfied with Sun City Painting and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

Erik, Jose and Jorge were amazing. They came in on a Tuesday and by the time they left on Friday they transformed our home. Their work was absolutely perfect. There were no mistakes, no drips, nothing. You will never run across a more honest or hard working bunch of people. They gave us an reasonable quote & were ready to start painting within the next week or so. They used just high quality materials. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Eric at Sun City painted our rental in Litchfield Park. The transformation was amazing, the quality of the work and professionalism was top notch.
Excellent communication, worked around our tight schedule, fixed unforeseen damage and still finished on time and on budget. We would highly recommend Eric and his crew!!!!!

We had the exterior of our house painted by Sun City Painting. Their price was very close to the other companies we looked at in fact a little lower. They stuck to that price even though we needed to add a few things that weren't initially planned on. Erik and his crew were so easy to deal with, friendly and very helpful with decision making. They finished as planned and the house looks beautiful. They used quality Dunn-Edwards paint and their workmanship was outstanding. I would highly recommend Erik and his crew for any painting job.

I've used this company (formerly American Painting) on three occasions, most recently on two investment properties in Peoria. After the homes were 10 years old our HOA required repainting the entire exteriors of the houses. The wood trim needed it in places and the stucco did not but regardless that is their policy and so that's what I had to do. I selected Sun City Painting without hesitation based on earlier interior work they had done for me. Quality is top notch and customer service and communication was equally as impressive. Pricing was less than I thought it would be particularly since he used high end Dunn Edwards paint. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends (and in fact I have). BTW, the paint jobs got thumbs up from our HOA (the pickiest HOA I've ever been involved with).
