Median's did an outstanding job on our backyard project. Not only are they kind and compassionate to work with, but they went above and beyond to get the job done within one day, which was not an easy task! They are professional, respectful, honest and I can't wait to have them back again for future projects and maintenance. Thank you Medina Landscaping...you guys made our year!!!

From the start of this process to the end, everything was easy and simple with this company. I Even got a call as they had a cancellation and got in the next day. Dallas, Brett and Jared showed up timely (even a smidge before, which I can appreciate). These three gentlemen were super kind and friendly and did an amazing job on my back patio. The attention to detail is just awesome! I cannot wait to hire them again to do my garage and I would request Dallas, Brett, and Jared to do my next job as well. We hired Geronimo to remove part of our back patio and pour a new larger patio.  They came and removed all the old cement and a tree stump.  They worked really hard the first day and we were impressed how well things looked.  Then we could not get them to come back the next two days and finish they job.  We had to pay half up front but Geronimo came back and gave us our money back for the work that was not complete.  We are very thankful that he was at least good enough to return the money.

These guys are awesome!  The company they run is so innovative and very eco friendly.  I had some packaging foam that I never know what to do with and always hate just throwing it away to forever sit in a landfill.  I found Eco Building Systems online through homeforfoam.com.  I called ahead and they came out to help unload the foam.  I had interactions with three different employees and all three were so very positive and I could tell they enjoy what they do.  They take the foam and create high quality building materials out of it.  They are not able to use all foam so be sure to call ahead of time to explain what you have and schedule a drop off.  Thanks for what you do EBS!

Unprofessional. I reached out on Yelp on a Monday to request a quote and provided my Scottsdale zip code. The owner responded back and asked for details and photos. I responded back with that info and he provided an acceptable quote and asked for my address. I sent my address on Friday and we scheduled the cleaning for the following Wednesday morning. The afternoon before the cleaning the owner messaged me informing me he wouldn't be coming to do the job, it was too far from him. Why didn't he tell me that when I reached out the previous Monday with my zip code? Or when I provided my full address on Friday? He wasted my time and left us having to scramble last minute to find another company to complete the job.

I cannot say enough about the beautiful fireplace that Ben and his contractor created for us.  He captured the Old World European look I was going for perfectly.  Communication was great, and he was quick to respond with a very reasonable quote and did the work sooner and better than I could have ever imagined.  I am so pleased, and would not hesitate to recommend this father and son family company for any stone or paving work that is needed.

Jim is responsive and takes pride in his work. I hired Blue Horizon to fill, grade, and level my sloped mountainside backyard. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. Jim is knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. I feel better paying my hard earned money to a company like this. I would hire Blue Horizon again.

Marcos Crystal Clear did a superb carpet and tile cleaning in my home. They arrived on time, were very meticulous and made my floors look like new.  I'm looking forward to having them paint my house next.

We're are in the middle of repairing a roof and had a leak that ran down the wall onto our flooring.  Joe the salesman took the time to assist our contractor, and find us the perfect new flooring for our bedroom.

Their showroom is right off the 17 and they had the a variety of options so my wife was able to select samples and bring them home to check the colors.

I would highly recommend the team at Floor Source if you are considering new flooring for your home.

I do not recommend Damian and would not use him again. Damian showed up for an initial meeting and did get me an estimate in a timely manner which I found encouraging. (Thus 2 stars not 1).

Damian claimed he had built a cinder driveway I saw a photo of on HS website on Yelp but I believe it was the company he worked for before going on his own. I was trying to get our new place in Vernon shaped up from Phoenix so I had some urgency and thought I'd give a new business owner a chance. I expected he would put some thought into the project and have a plan to build up the driveway since he was just getting started.

Instead I got a barge load of 2,3 and 4 inch cinders dropped and Damian's skid steer operator (his father) raced around frantically for hours spreading cinders. Damian didn't even stay around to supervise but instead left right after introducing me to his father, so we had to figure out what to do ourselves which should have been his job. There was so much cinder that we kept having to expand the area that he spread it on and it was still too deep with cinders. After spreading a mountain of cinders for several hours and continuously expanding the parking area, there was no more realistic area to spread them so we said enough. I thought my SUV would get stuck in the deep loose cinders the first time I drove on them. I still leave ruts in the deep cinders. I now I pray for weather so the cinders might sink into the ground. When it rains or snows we drive the car up and down to compact the cinders. Most likely I'll die or break an ankle tripping over cinders before that ever happens. I brought in someone to try to fix the problem, and learned that I could have had the driveway built up correctly, and rolled to compact the cinders for the same as I paid Damian. Not just a dump and spread. I don't recommend this company at all.

The people who run this place are honest, totally on top of their game, and nice.  I've brought in lamps that I was sure would need replacing, but they worked their magic - a couple of times within just a few minutes - and have charged me anywhere from $4.00 to $24.00.  I highly recommend taking any of your broken lighting fixtures here (even if they are missing parts).  The inventory of lamps, furniture and antiques is so vast that you will be fully entertained by walking around the store if you have to wait while they repair your fixtures.  A solid five stars!

Bob Comitz was quick to respond to make an estimate- the other contractors took a week to respond. When I called with a question about the estimates, again he got right back to us within a day. The other contractor that we got an estimate from took a whole week to even return the call. So we went with Bob to do our job.

Again he was very quick to get to the job and get it finished. The stamped concrete looked great. We did have a bit of miscommunication about the color though. I had envisioned a natural looking stone result with the colors that I had picked highlighting the crevices in an antiqued type design, but what happened was I got swaths of colors here and there that were too bright. So I called Bob and told him I had a problem with the end result - he came right out and fixed it with a new coat of color to be more the way that I had envisioned it.

So lesson learned,  and I encourage others to communicate exactly what they expect the end result to look like - don't just assume like I did.

I would recommend Chem Crete to do your concrete work, they do a good work, quickly and are responsive to their customers.
