Trying to get a contractor out to do the less exciting work is difficult right now.  Multiple contractors told me remodels only and 1 even told me nothing under 20k!  Previously I had contracted with Lowes for my door and they backed out because it was too hard (I kid you not!).   I was straight with Vlad about my less than exciting needs and he was more than willing to do the work. His estimate was the same as Lowes and fairly priced.

Vlad told me his team would be there at a specific date/time.  They showed up EXACTLY as promised to the minute.  They worked efficiently without need of support from me and came prepared to do the job.  I got 1 call about something they saw while working the property; this was my issue, not theirs and I appreciated the fact they told me what they saw.   They didn't mind the fact I would sneak out to look at their work (I like to watch professionals do their job; its fascinating!).  They cleaned up nicely, walked me through what they did, and I paid with a check no hesitation.

So my photos are of the unpainted result; this was as I directed Vlad and his team.  One photos is of a piece of drywall that was sagging that he replaced.
But what I would want you to notice is that the texture in consistent and lines up with the original texturate on the gypsum.  This is what a professional should do; but not all professionals actually do this!  The second photo is of an access door to my air handler that he replaced.  Not exiting; but it had to be done!

These guys provided the most efficient and cost-effective service I could've hoped for. I needed the interior of a 4 bedroom home repainted and needed it to be done quickly. Once we settled on a very good price for the amount of painting to be done, I was asked if I'd like the doors painted as well and that they'd throw it in for free. They also provided recommendations as to what would look good in each part of the home. Other painters told me they'd get the job done in 4 days but these guys worked all day to get it done in 2. They paid extremely close attention to detail and even touched up the walls in some of the existing spaces. Very nice and great communication throughout the project left me extremely satisfied with the services. We just had Chucks Painting paint our Master Bedroom and Bathroom. I wanted my bathroom cabinets touched up and refinished, and my front door stained and sealed. I met Joseph inside a sherwinn Williams store where I was looking for certain colors and the employees were all busy so Joseph introduced himself, and was more help to me than the store employees , he went out of his way to help me find my colors and well I ended up having him paint my home and it came out great , from the quality of workmanship to the customer service It was truly superior! He made the process extremely easy for me.

UPDATE; Just had my house repainted 4 years after it was painted by CertaPro and 2 years after they repainted the peeling areas from the previous paint job under their warranty. My house yet again within a year had multiple area's of peeling paint and faded areas from the flat paint and complete lack of prep done by CertaPro initially.
My NEW painting contractor, Roger with R&A Painters, spent 2 days prepping prior to painting. His team power washed, scrapped, patched and repaired areas in need. They also used paint with a slight sheen instead of flat and what a huge difference that makes in appearance and I'm sure longevity. It was a completely different experience with R&A painting contractor, was SIGNIFICANTLY less money than CertaPro, and I could not be happier with the end result! Throughout the painting process with R&A they made sure I was completely satisfied before moving to next steps. My house now looks like it was painted by professionals because it was this time! Lesson here; you don't always get what you pay for!!!

I have used color master for the last three years. I trust them through experience as the have painted several of my homes. The latest was a fine historic home renovation. It was a project that required perfection and they came though again. I trust these guys.

Darrell recently finished painting the exterior of our home, and we could not be more happy about the finished product.  He spent an incredible amount of time cleaning, repairing, and even landscaping in preparation to paint the house - great attention to detail.  He was super professional and very knowledgeable when it came to what colors and trim options would look best on the house.  I am so glad I came across Darrell's name - I would refer him in a second and use him again for any and all paint needs.

We have had Chris do multiple projects for us at our home in Goodyear over the course of the last year. There are several more we will ask him to do as well. He is professional, punctual, and polite. He does excellent work and leaves the area clean. So far we have had lighting installed, indoors and outdoors, painting, and new mirrors hanged, and installed utility sinks in our laundry and garage. Wonderful, wonderful service and work to match! Mark's a great guy and was a pleasure to deal with. He recently completed a patio roof remodel for us and he did a great job. He was extremely thorough, did things the right way, and didn't rush the job. He kept us informed of the progress the whole time, and I thoroughly enjoyed having Mark as our handyman and will certainly reccomend him. Recently we had Cooper Painting paint the exterior of our home and garage.  What a transformation in less than a week!  The two man crew was very efficient, courteous, on time and provided a professional finish to our home, plus cleaned up when done!  The entire staff was very professional and we would recommend them with thumbs up!  Our home looks better than it did when it was new!!
