I found H&Y Arizona Remodeling through Yelp's request a quote feature. Roman was very responsive and communicative. I needed my commercial space painted, but also needed flooring installed, so I was pleased to hear that they could do both for a fair price. Also, they were able to start almost immediately which made the choice even clearer.

The team worked efficiently over the course of a few days to complete the paint job, then the flooring. They paid close attention to detail and were very professional. I was thrilled with how everything turned out, and I would absolutely use them again for any future projects I need.

This company painted most of the houses in our community. They did a great job, in a good amount of time for a reasonable price. I appreciated how well they cleaned/spray washed the house first.

Certapro north scottsdale just completed painting our bedrooms and baths. They were super efficient finishing the job in 11/2 days ( we just had the walls and ceilings painted). They did an excellent job as well. Their prep work was impeccable.  I would highly recommend John Antioco ( who did our estimate and coordinated the work) and his crew of painters.

Needed some drywall texturing and paint to finish out a small remodel and repair project I DIY'd. The owner, Albert, came by to check out what needed to be done. Offered a very fair price and his crew could work in about a week. They showed up on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up after themselves. I can't ask for much else!

Darrell recently finished painting the exterior of our home, and we could not be more happy about the finished product.  He spent an incredible amount of time cleaning, repairing, and even landscaping in preparation to paint the house - great attention to detail.  He was super professional and very knowledgeable when it came to what colors and trim options would look best on the house.  I am so glad I came across Darrell's name - I would refer him in a second and use him again for any and all paint needs.

We have had Chris do multiple projects for us at our home in Goodyear over the course of the last year. There are several more we will ask him to do as well. He is professional, punctual, and polite. He does excellent work and leaves the area clean. So far we have had lighting installed, indoors and outdoors, painting, and new mirrors hanged, and installed utility sinks in our laundry and garage. BEWARE!!!    Hired Mark for a small job, stucco repair and replace back patio cover fascia.   The job was supposed to be completed last week Friday and he has yet to show up since last week Friday to complete the job.  I even extended the deadline twice and he promised it would be completed each time.  Now I am left hanging to try to find somebody else to fix this mess!!!    Now he won't return my calls/texts.    I found Mark on Nextdoor and he had positive reviews.   However, I have since checked other sources now and find that I am not the only one who has experienced this.

Thank you Luis and Jesus for your amazing work. We had a great time with Jesus and painting was completed with in two days. We will recommend the five star painting to our friends and neighbors who are looking for excellent service.

Cooper Painting is old-fashioned. And that's not bad. Recently, they repainted the exterior trim on our house. A few years ago, they painted the interior of my wife's office. Both times they were professional, reasonably priced, honest, friendly, and took pride in their work.

They didn't even ask for a down payment before beginning the job or hound us for full payment before the paint had dried. I don't know whether this is their policy for all jobs. Ours were small. But it's refreshing. I remember a time when most contractors worked this way. It's nice to know there are still a few of them around.

The owner, Paul Cooper, knows the area so well that when we asked him to put in a bid on a house we were going to buy, he knew the history of the house, including the fact that it had been featured for about five seconds in a George Clooney movie. We ended up not buying the place for unrelated reasons, but how cool is that?

I recommend Cooper Painting without hesitation for any painting job, large or small.

UPDATE:

After our previous positive experiences with Cooper Painting, we hired them to paint the entire exterior of our house. Again, they did an outstanding job. If I could pick one word to describe their work, it would be meticulous. The two painters spent three long days on the job and didn't miss a detail.

Before starting the job, they patched the small cracks in the stucco. They carefully masked the trim, pop-outs, and even the lock on the electrical box before painting the body of the house. They numbered the window screens before removing them to ensure that they put them back in the right places. They didn't miss the door jamb or front door behind the security door.

As they were loading the van at the end of the job, one of the painters noticed that the sides of the bench on our back patio were covered with stucco painted to match the house. He went back and painted it, even though I had never specifically asked that the bench be painted and probably wouldn't have thought about it otherwise. Then they started to put my wife's elaborate collection of Fourth of July decorations back on the front porch. I told them not to bother because even I didn't know exactly where they went. After the painters left, I noticed that they had put the decorations back on the porch anyway. My wife later confirmed that all of them were exactly where she had put them originally.

I was happy that the person who did the estimate recommended satin paint instead of the original flat finish. I wasn't sure how it would look on stucco, but it looks classier and will be easier to maintain. Also, the estimate included a transferable seven-year warranty on the paint. I know them well enough by now to trust that if the paint were to fade during this period, they would come back and take care of it.

They aren't the cheapest painters in town, but you get what you pay for. Some painters will do the job for half the price, but if you've ever bought a new house you know that there are tremendous differences in quality. The original paint job on our house lasted only a few years. We wanted a paint job that would look good for years to come, and I feel we got that.

Also, they are in demand. When we signed the contract, they estimated that they wouldn't be able to start the job for 8-10 weeks because of their current backlog. It turned out to be more like 12 weeks because they were doing some large commercial jobs, but we didn't mind because we were willing to wait for a high-quality paint job.

Cooper Painting is a family-run business, and it shows. Everyone from the painters to the owner are a pleasure to work with and show pride in their work.

In a few years, we will need to have the interior walls of our house repainted. We will call them again.

Jim re-plastered and painted an area that leaked over a skylight in our entryway. He also went on the roof and re-caulked the skylight so that it wouldn't leak again. In addition to that he re-stuccoed an area on our front patio and repainted it. Not many painters do these extra things like fix leaks and perform stucco work. The job was professionally done in a day's time.

David and his crew recently breathed fresh life on my home by painting the exterior.  They took sufficient time to very carefully prepare the house in advance of applying the paint.  This involved thoroughly power spraying and very meticulously filling in and repairing stucco and exterior cracks.  They did a wonderful job with wood that had become dried and cracked. The transitions between the two colors that I chose are very even and clean.  David's attention to detail can be seen in the end result which is wonderful. A colleague of mine referred me to David.  He recently painted her house and she is very pleased too.
