Bought all new flooring from Baker Brothers. I had the best experience with both Deborah Nelson who helped me pick out the flooring and setting everything up and the Installer! Best customer service ever. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Your Garage Cave! The owners were great to work with & are passionate about what they do. The work was done in just a couple hours and it looks absolutely incredible! It completely transformed the garage space. I had other contractors here the day that they did it, and they were very impressed, too. Especially with how quickly they were able to prep/grind the surface. It also caught my neighbor's attention as they were walking by, and they're looking forward to getting theirs done now, too.

I used Aldana Renovations to do some repairs to my subfloor that had water damage. Andoni came out and did an awesome job of repairing the flooring as reinstalling the laminate above it. His prices were more than fair, he was on time, and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

We have been using Cruz for everything for more than 9 years. He installed all of the new air conditioners in two houses we bought, and maintained and repaired the units in our current house. He always explains the costs, and never pushes a more expensive repair. He is prompt, courteous, and very personable. We would never consider using anyone but Cruz.

We do not have enough great things to say about Alejandro Garcia! He completed a whole guest bathroom remodel for us and it turned out perfectly. He was super patient and kind throughout the whole process- brought over tile trim samples when I was indecisive and listened to all my design ideas! He moved our shower drain, added plumbing for the vanity and rotated the toilet as well. He's definitely a Jack of all trades and does high quality work at a very reasonable price. We are recommending him to everyone we know!

We hired Jonathan to remodel my mom's home around December 2022 and the project was finished early April 2023. I am super impressed with him: he's reliable, very accommodating and receptive to changes, great with communication, and he has great connections to get pretty much anything done. Labor and pricing are probably the most reasonable I've seen. Jonathan is quick to resolve issues and we had a great experience. I would definitely work with him again for another remodel in the future.

Consider yourself lucky if you get the opportunity to work with Keith and Roger! From minute one you could tell the team was honest and only concerned with helping you achieve your goals. Keith our lead was knowledgable and happy to guide us, he gave me advice along the way that saved us a ton of money!

The bid was beyond reasonable given the current market - we were blown away - hands down best contractor experience I have ever had!

This company came across as the answer to all of our problems....$2000 later..... MORE PROBLEMS.  I want to cry problems.  
Our Tile was installed beautifully with the wrong color grout.  We found Mexican Tile Restoration who said they could stain our grout to any color that we wanted.
The day the crew came my husband told Dave (owner) that the floor needed to be  vacuumed  (we have dogs) and even offered to do so himself. Dave assured him that the floor would be thoroughly vacuumed before they stained the grout. The tile would need to be sealed for a final time after they fixed the grout.  My husband has been diligently working on sealing the grout and its been taking forever.  I decide its time I try to help and get things moving a little faster which is very hard when you have a toddler and a baby.  The closer I get to it, the more I realize that this job is a total, complete scam.  There is dog hair woven all through out the "new  grout color".  They did not vacuum.  They did not prep.  I approached my husband and he said that he had gone through all of the emotions I was feeling right now and thats what has been taking him so long.  He was going through and picking out each solitary hair with a knife  before he could lay down the sealer.  Hours and hours of extended prep work to do a normal sealant job.  It would have taken less time to change the grout color ourselves.  When my husband confronted Dave, he said that they vacuumed the floor 3 times before staining the grout. He claimed every time they moved furniture there was more dog hair and they couldn't do anything about it. Keep in mind we only have 2 dogs and they stay in a back room and don't have free run of the house. Also, the pictures taken here are in the hallway and there is absolutely no furniture in the hallway. In addition to the dog hair problems, they were quite sloppy with the grout stain. See this picture where grout joints were completely missed and tiles were "painted" with grout stain (are they drunk?) Overall, Dave is a smooth talker, who talks about how sloppy every other crew is, but in reality him and his crew are just careless slobs as well. I would not recommend this company if you are somebody who cares about detail.

I can't say enough about the work that Joe D did for our family.  We had a few major projects that took planning and and care, and Envy Flooring was the perfect choice.  Let me start by saying that I am not the easiest home owner to work with.  That said, I am not cheap and prefer quality over a cut rate "Craigslister".  I also didn't want to overspend either.  

When Joe D came to measure, we shared with him our vision, as we were changing every foot of flooring, over three stages and three months.  Joe helped us decide the operating order, which way to lay the tile, etc.  When Joe designed our entryway, he laid out a few different options, and he wouldn't stop until we were satisfied.  This same quality and attention to detail was used for our not only the tile, but also carpet and adding detail tiles to our back splash.  

Joe and his brother-in-law (also Joe) are very respectful, hard working and excellent to work with in every way.  It was the two of them that did the measuring, layout, install and clean-up.  Nobody else accessed our house and we were able to give them access and trust that all was going to be safe.  

I would be happy to be a reference for anyone looking for quality and fair pricing.

My house is only 3 years old but my concrete floors were badly stained and scratched. The builder constructed a great home but his floor finisher was more focused on finishing the job than finishing the floors. The kitchen was especially bad and spotty.

Steve did a test with four possible grit and sealant combinations. He arrived on time for the consultation and also for the start of the 2-day job.

On the first day of honing, he and his assistant arrived on schedule and began the job. They moved the furniture and rugs that I couldn't move. It is a wet process and looks messy while underway.

The final result is great. My floors are now professionally sealed. I shouldn't have to repeat this process...just reseal in a few years. Steve also told me how to clean and maintain the floor for the best results.

So here's the bottom line: Steve is the guy. This is the company. I've never had concrete floors. What I didn't know is that, because I don't have baseboards (concrete meets vertical smooth-finish drywall) I would need to sand some areas, patch some areas and repaint. It took me several extra hours to get things looking mostly back to perfect.

We highly recommend AZ Classic Floors. Daniel, the owner, installed our engineered wood flooring and did a beautiful job. He kept to his schedule, was meticulous in his work and cleaned up every night. He is courteous, dependable and is priced competitively. We would definitely hire him again.

They didn't seem to want to do business with me. Had them come out for an estimate to remodel my condo's small-ish bathroom.

- They wouldn't give an estimate (not even a range) on the spot claiming to need more info on the building from property management and association docs first. The designer noted they charge somewhat of a premium for their professionalism and the seamlessness of all work done by Re-Bath employees.

- I followed up with the designer 10 days later asking for the status of the estimate and also selecting final fixtures to include in the price

- 3 days later, the designer said he was "waiting on information from production" to provide the estimate. I replied thank you for the update.

- 3 days later, I checked in for a further update, with a reply received back that they were waiting on a "list of requirements" they needed to receive from my property manager in order to provide the estimate. They asked if I could push the "property manager" to get back to Re-Bath.

- Not knowing if Re-Bath had just sent that info request, I waited a few days, heard nothing, so asked the designer to provide me the name of the person and date Re-Bath contacted them so I could try to follow up.

- Still radio silence 15 days later.

I probably could have justified paying some premium for their supposed "professionalism" and "seamlessness", but it does not exist. Total waste of a month and a half, and back to square one for my project.

Urban Customs has been a great company to work with on my home flooring project. The price was right in line with the competitors but I was impressed with their knowledge and no-pressure sales. Also impressive was that the estimate price was the final price, a crack in the slab was found and repaired/ground down for no additional charge. When I specifically asked the competitors about that situation they said it would cost extra.

The floors and baseboards turned out wonderful and the support has been outstanding for the inevitable small things we found down the road. The work was all done quickly and on time by installers that knew what they were doing. I would recommend Urban Customs for your flooring project.

They initially installed my counter top in granite tiles. A day after the job was done I noticed the corner tile was cracked. I figured no one would see it, so left it and it eventually broke off. I tried for 2 months to get them to come out and repair it, but they put me off and told me to go to Monterrey Tile. I couldn't even get an appointment. They just don't want to mess with repairs or stand behind their work. Their phone mailbox is usually full so you can't leave a message, and they don't answer the phone. So I've ended up texting back and forth for 2 months now, and they have just given me the run around saying they are "backlogged". In the end I should have gone somewhere else right away.

87 year old Man no longer able to stay in his home after reaching a period of difficulty in his life after his wife Died a few years ago. Lived in house for 24 years and now its time to clean up and get it ready to sell to a new owner who will adore it as much as the current owners did for 24 years.

Measurement guy comes out and is fantastic. Very nice and Knowledgeable and does what he came out to do. The Next day we get the call from Lowes regarding measurements etc. Good news official measurements were less than the quick run done to see what to expect. Then comes the notes on carpet. Carpet is considered too dirty that they refuse to pull the carpet and say the owner needs to not only pull the carpet but also dispose of the carpet. All that's supposed to be part of the "lowes deal" Say they will pull about 20% of the carpet and dispose of that 20% but the other 80% is tough shit do it yourself.

"Potential Health Hazard" they say. Its 24 year old carpet that's been walked on and god knows what else. Its in 24 year old condition. Its why Carpet installers always wear masks etc. because even brand new carpet can have "health hazard" chemicals etc. tried to find some middle ground and offered to have professionals come in and clean 24 year old carpet to the best they can. Same response more or less. Tough shit. No attempt at empathy or  even an attempt to find a middle ground. 87 year old man needs to spend thousands more pulling a carpet because the carpet installer who is supposed to do it claims its too dangerous.

24 year old Carpet for Christ sake so no shit its dirty and needs to be sent to the dump. If it was in amazing shape it would not be being replaced in the first place. Even someone from Lowes Corporate called Eclipse trying to work something out and they got nowhere. I get the carpet seen much better days but when we even offer to have it cleaned before they come in and still refuse yet still want that full $4000 dollars while telling us to do half the work ourselves. All I can say is Shitty Company.
