I had went several places looking for an area rug and was pretty much given little or no assistance. When I went to Baker Brothers, I met with Kathryn Cates who was extremely helpful. I wasn't sure what I wanted or what size I needed and she was patient and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience there. I had to wait quite a while to receive my area rug but that seems to be what's happening nowadays with everything so I don't fault baker brothers for that.

We moved to Goodyear, Az and our neighbor had his garage floor done by Your Garage Cave . OMG it came out beautiful , durable, the owner Dave and Char were awesome . Their crew was polite, clean, showed up exactly when they said they were coming. Would highly recommend this company . This product is much more durable than the epoxy that other companies sell. The floor looks amazing.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. I have a 3-ton Trane A/C unit for our second floor that is original to the home and 20 years old. Every year or two for the past 8 years it gets low on Freon gas and needs a recharge to operate properly.

I called Precision Air to come out and do their advertised tune up that includes up to one pound of Freon with the service call. A few days later their tech showed up but would not add any Freon because the compressor would not turn on. The compressor would not turn on because the unit was low on Freon. It was a catch-22 situation. They didn't try to charge me for this big waste of time but I still had an old unit needing a Freon recharge.

I found the great reviews about Flores A/C here on Yelp. However, they don't usually come up to Cave Creek. They recommended Cruz at CHA A/C. He came the next day.
He went through an entire diagnostic process to ensure that there were no other issues with my old unit, explaining everything that he was doing as he went along.

He 'forced' the compressor to turn on and, sure enough, it was low on Freon. He recharged the unit with 2.3 pounds and it's been cooling our second floor like a new unit all afternoon.

Cruz charged us exactly as he described over the phone. It turned out to be less than what the charges would have been with Precision.

Call Cruz. He's the owner. He's not someone's employee on commission.

I am so glad to have found Paul, owner of the establishment to install my wood floors. I was first referred to another flooring contractor by my painters and was weary when I found out that they quoted me materials claiming to be "contractor price" upcharged at 100% margin.. I started to talk to 4 other flooring installers after that including Paul, 2 of them could not make timing work. I knew that Paul would do a great job once I talked to him.. it's a craft in my opinion to put in wood flooring and I knew he was not going to make everything matchy matchy but actually would take time to make my floors look amazing which he did. His price is also very reasonable compared to other installers and he was patient in helping to walk through every question that I had being first time in a project of this sort. When the glue that I bought ran out, he even went as far as finding a match that would work closer to the one that I ordered online that was not carried in any other stores. When I re reviewed his video, I would like to vouch that it truly encompasses his mission...honest and there to please and do a good job for his clients. He is indeed a gem and I have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my friends or family. 6 stars if I can!

Kevin is an expert craftsman and consummate professional. He was communicative, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Our bathroom looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Kevin for quality work at a fair price.

I reside in Phoenix and there are several different jobs that I have hired Garcia's Handyman such as changing out my security doors, placing new gutters and am very satisfied with his work.  He recently painted my house and was extremely thorough.   I love the way it turned out and will be hiring him again in the future.

We hired Jonathan to remodel my mom's home around December 2022 and the project was finished early April 2023. I am super impressed with him: he's reliable, very accommodating and receptive to changes, great with communication, and he has great connections to get pretty much anything done. Labor and pricing are probably the most reasonable I've seen. Jonathan is quick to resolve issues and we had a great experience. I would definitely work with him again for another remodel in the future.

I have known Keith for years...found them on a site years back and asked if they could help my old boss paint some rooms in our office.  They did great!  Later, I hired them to paint some rooms in my home and install a super cool rock mailbox as my old one was falling apart.  They also painted my old bosses exterior of his home, did lots of electrical, installed some pigeon proof material, and he was super happy with them.  The company is super fast at communicating, estimates, and just  all around great people.  Ask for Keith...he will help get any/all projects taken care of. Amazing company folks...don't look anywhere else!!!

Very disappointed  - we had our floors stripped and sealed- now they are all peeling and look horrible -  we were very careful & only used PH cleaners the company recommended ( so this wouldn't happen) Would not recommend .

Joe was GREAT to work with and on top of it!  Frank did a beyond EXCELLENT job with my kitchen back splash!  A hard glass tile was used, making the job that much more difficult.  It turned out perfect!  We could not be more HAPPY with the outcome, the cost, and GRATEFUL for their work ethic and Franks passion for perfection.  We highly recommend Envy Flooring LLC!

Steve and his crew are the best in the business.  They recently sealed and polished my new marble floor and made it look exceedingly better than the original new condition.  Steve even came back at no charge and fixed one small area where a swirl had been left in the sealer.  This is the service you want for taking care of your natural stone floors!  I wouldn't trust anyone else.

We have used AZ Classic Floors for a number of projects, they have all turned out amazing!  Daniel is professional and takes great care in his work.  We are very happy!

If they don't close you at the free sale consultation don't expect to hear from them again. Had one on April 14 2021. Just as well, $45,000 for a full small bath remodel estimate. After we spend hours in the showroom picking out products. $10K to replace100sq ft of tile that we selected! (Regular porcelain tile) I guess that is what the market will bear now

A very shocking update to my prior post....  I discovered just hours ago that Urban Customs has decided to STEAL my original deposit of several thousand dollars.  Yes... STEAL.  Keep in mind, no actual flooring was installed as detailed in my main review, due to Heath changing his mind about refinishing my hardwood floors spontaneously.  Apparently he does not want other customers to read my in-depth review of what happened, and Heath is holding my deposit money for RANSOM (which he previously promised to return).  He has stated that he will only return it if I take down the truthful, albeit quite negative, reviews I have posted AND sign some mystery document, which is very very suspicious and shady.

While I am not in a position to lose thousands of dollars, it is more important to make this valuable information available to others in the greater Phoenix area so they can avoid having to deal with this absolutely criminal behavior that Heath and Rachel at Urban Customs engage in.  I want everyone to be aware that this is the type of "business" they run, and any cent you may decide to pay them, you may never see again, nor will you necessarily get the services you think you are paying for.

I will be taking them to small claims court following this unbelievable experience, as well as other protective measures to ensure they cannot continue to cheat, threaten, and rip off others.

They initially installed my counter top in granite tiles. A day after the job was done I noticed the corner tile was cracked. I figured no one would see it, so left it and it eventually broke off. I tried for 2 months to get them to come out and repair it, but they put me off and told me to go to Monterrey Tile. I couldn't even get an appointment. They just don't want to mess with repairs or stand behind their work. Their phone mailbox is usually full so you can't leave a message, and they don't answer the phone. So I've ended up texting back and forth for 2 months now, and they have just given me the run around saying they are "backlogged". In the end I should have gone somewhere else right away.

Please save yourself aggravation and do not use these people.  We contracted through Lowe's for tile flooring installation and it's been a nightmare - they don't show up, leave jobs half finished, poor communication.  I can't believe Lowe's uses them - it's bizarre.  Save yourself aggravation and use someone else.
