I was met by Steve, and we were the only ones in the store after his co-worker left for lunch.  10 mins later he asked what I chose.  20 mins later I was out the door without samples, however Steve said he'd bring them the next day as he set  up an appt. to measure my home.  I didn't feel like I looked at half of their inventory.  Steve showed up the next morning complaining he was sick,  and measured.  He brought the samples and wanted to know which one I wanted to order.  I let him know my husband would need to see them.  He hesitated to let me keep them, but said he'd leave them with me if I promised to bring the samples back to the store the next morning!  I brought them back alright as promised.  He called me 5 days later and asked which one I picked.  I told him I went with another company and he hung up on me.  Pushy and NO people skills and then the rudeness set in.

Garage floor looks great!!  Excellent service and product. We also had our back patio done (different product) and that turned out just as good as the garage floor.

They did such a good job, we are now using them to install ceiling racks in the garage.

I used Aldana Renovations to do some repairs to my subfloor that had water damage. Andoni came out and did an awesome job of repairing the flooring as reinstalling the laminate above it. His prices were more than fair, he was on time, and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

My A/C stopped working last July.  Cruz at CHA was recommended by Flores at Flores Air Conditioning and Heating because Flores was backed up for a week with appointments.  Cruz came out about 90 minutes after speaking with him and he walked me through the different possibilities of what might be wrong with my A/C.  He determined the compressor was going bad and given the age of the unit (17 years), probably best was to replace the entire unit outside.  He rigged up the unit to continue working and he was out the following morning at 6:30 AM to replace the unit.  Very professional work and I highly recommend CHA.

They are locally owned and managed.   They were able to work with our schedule and on time, efficient.  Our carpets came out beautifully and we will definitely use them again!

Kevin is an expert craftsman and consummate professional. He was communicative, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Our bathroom looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Kevin for quality work at a fair price.

We hired Jonathan to remodel my mom's home around December 2022 and the project was finished early April 2023. I am super impressed with him: he's reliable, very accommodating and receptive to changes, great with communication, and he has great connections to get pretty much anything done. Labor and pricing are probably the most reasonable I've seen. Jonathan is quick to resolve issues and we had a great experience. I would definitely work with him again for another remodel in the future.

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

I live in northern Arizona and finding advise to finish my new Saltillo tile floor was difficult for me. But Dave was great in giving me the help I needed to install my new saltilo floor with the finish I was looking for.  He took the time  to explain in detail  everything I needed to know and answered all my questions.  He told me how to keep my floors looking their best for years to come. This company has the knowledge to get the job done right the first time.

Joe D was the best Company I have dealt with in the  years of owning my house. The quality was good The prices were reasonable. Family owned and family operated. Very punctual and very determined to work. A great bunch of guys if I could afford more I would buy more

What a great find in these guys. We have stone floors and I wanted them to be shiny so I waxed them. Not a good idea. Steve came out to look at the floors and said he could get them in shape. He stripped them, honed them, polished and sealed them. They are beautiful!  We had a spot that needed to be touched up and Steve was back the next week to fix it. I highly recommend Steve and his crew. Great job.

We highly recommend AZ Classic Floors. Daniel, the owner, installed our engineered wood flooring and did a beautiful job. He kept to his schedule, was meticulous in his work and cleaned up every night. He is courteous, dependable and is priced competitively. We would definitely hire him again.

The one star is solely for the installer Adrian Ruiz Flores. He did a great job and was thorough and professional. The sales person I worked with was rude and unprofessional.  The high pressure sales person refused to leave my house at consultation until I gave him the business.  I was uncomfortable and unsure and wanted to think it over but he keep on and on about what does he have to do to earn my business TODAY!  Finally agreed to get him out of my house. I was never contacted by phone or email to schedule the install, I called to schedule. No one called or emailed that the installer was going to be 5 hours late, I had to reach out.  I emailed my frustration and the response was they are busy and basically I should understand. I reached out to the President regarding all of the issues and am still waiting for her response 8 days later.  Do yourself a favor and hire someone else that will treat you with respect.

Decided not to use them as their business practice was a little shady and unprofessional and their estimate was padded with unnecessary costs

Jason came in on a Monday the fallowing week on Wednesday had Hugo and another employee come and install just under 1,000sq ft of tile in 2 days and a couple hours. Hugo was great helpful as well as Jason. I would recommend CFS Installations to anyone. Great prices great.

First off, after entering into a contract with LOWES for new bedroom carpet ,  and then learning our installation will be by Eclipse Flooring. We found ourselves to be horrified to see the terrible reviews on them here at Yelp! My god!, what have we gotten ourselves into, and so many Bad Reviews!!

I am glad to report, it was a wonderful experience for us. From purchase to installation only three weeks, unbelievable! The communication was excellent , every step of the way. Eric, Flooring Dept,  at LOWES Casa Grande , was very knowledgeable, and we had no trouble getting the exact carpet/pad we wanted.  He answered all our questions.  Erica & Kelli, LOWES , kept us informed of our progress . Melanie, at Eclipse, had the measuring person set up and he was here a few days later.  And when the carpet came in she came thru with an early installation date, and sent over Ithan, the installer.  He did just an excellent job on the installation, and there was no clean-up, when he left! he even vacuumed the new rug.

We got the quality we wanted, a perfect match to what we ordered, for PRICE WE WERE QUOTED.  I can't say anything bad about  the LOWES Carpet Dept, Casa Grande,  OR ECLIPESE FLOORING, Phoenix , our experience was wonderful, and would highly recommend them .
