After looking at a handful of stores for an area rug, I found two possibilities at Baker Bros. Great inventory, bright lighting for easy viewing (unlike many other stores) and a knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. Prices were reasonable and inventory accessible. Found the perfect rug and walked out with it the same day, knowing that if it didn't work in my home I could easily return it. Luckily it was perfect. I highly recommend this Baker Bros location.

I used Aldana Renovations to do some repairs to my subfloor that had water damage. Andoni came out and did an awesome job of repairing the flooring as reinstalling the laminate above it. His prices were more than fair, he was on time, and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

My A/C stopped working last July.  Cruz at CHA was recommended by Flores at Flores Air Conditioning and Heating because Flores was backed up for a week with appointments.  Cruz came out about 90 minutes after speaking with him and he walked me through the different possibilities of what might be wrong with my A/C.  He determined the compressor was going bad and given the age of the unit (17 years), probably best was to replace the entire unit outside.  He rigged up the unit to continue working and he was out the following morning at 6:30 AM to replace the unit.  Very professional work and I highly recommend CHA.

There should be more stars to reflect the exceptional customer service and outstanding results by Cal and Integrity carpet cleaning!   :-)

We have a wool area rug in our family room in a bright pattern that is gorgeous but there is no hiding spills and stains.  We had this rug cleaned by other carpet cleaning services but never with the superb results by Integrity carpet cleaning. Our rug looks like it did when it was brand new.  It's brilliant and fresh!  

Cal is so polite, responsive and accommodating. He truly believes in Customer First. We highly recommend Integrity Carpet Cleaning and they have loyal and happy customers in us!

Kevin is an expert craftsman and consummate professional. He was communicative, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Our bathroom looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Kevin for quality work at a fair price.

Mr. Garcia came to my house ASAP. He  did a quick nice job cutting in pieces an old dishwasher which could not be removed in any other way. He worked carefully and quickly and cleaned up the work area. I will be using him again soon for some drywall repair, painting and plumbing work. I highly recommend you get a quote from him and try him on your next home repair.

We hired Jonathan to remodel my mom's home around December 2022 and the project was finished early April 2023. I am super impressed with him: he's reliable, very accommodating and receptive to changes, great with communication, and he has great connections to get pretty much anything done. Labor and pricing are probably the most reasonable I've seen. Jonathan is quick to resolve issues and we had a great experience. I would definitely work with him again for another remodel in the future.

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

They worked on our saltillo tile floors and the result was jaw-dropping amazing!

I am selling my house and needed to get my saltillo tile cleaned up -- it just looked dirty and worn from years of use and lack of maintenance.  I called the number on their web site and Dave, the owner, answered the phone. I scheduled an appointment and he came over to look at the tile, figured what needed to be done, and offered two quotes for two different approaches to getting the work done. Once that was decided, we scheduled the work -- he was available within the week, which was important because we needed it done quickly!

The results were amazing -- our floors were SHINY, they had cleaned the tile and grout,  blended in the colors so they looked more even, filled in and colored portions of tile that were gouged out, filled in some cracks, also evened out the coloring of the grout. It was simply unbelievable!

The guys who worked on our tile also took a lot of pride in their work, and it showed. Before we came back in to see the final results, they said "prepare to get your mind blown!" -- and it was truly mind-blowing!

They also leave you with documented instructions on how to properly care for your saltillo tile. I will be leaving this with the new home owners, along with MTR's contact info.

Highly recommend Envy Flooring LLC for backsplash needs!! The guys were great to work with, super professional (timely/cleaned up after themselves) and made the whole process super easy and stress free!!

Steve and his crew are the best in the business.  They recently sealed and polished my new marble floor and made it look exceedingly better than the original new condition.  Steve even came back at no charge and fixed one small area where a swirl had been left in the sealer.  This is the service you want for taking care of your natural stone floors!  I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Re-bath completely redid one bath and converted a tub/shower combo to a stand alone shower in a second bath.  The bath that was the complete remodel also had a tub/shower converted to a zero-barrier shower with grab bars.  The design consultation was quick and thorough.  Even though I already knew much of what I wanted, the designer had no problem going with the flow, but also making suggestions that would work well.  The cost was higher that doing the jobs piecemeal, but much less than other companies were charging.  The biggest plus was that we were scheduled within 8 weeks and no one else could get to our job for 6 months.  I also liked that none of the work (like electric or plumbing) was subbed out.  

On the first day we met the very awesome Alex Chavez, who was the lead on our job.  He texted daily (before arriving and end-of-day wrap-up), got to the job site early, asked exactly the right questions, and boy does he work quick (but never sloppy).  I've honestly never seen a tub come out and go out the door so quickly.  The crew also did a great job of protecting our floors, kept dust to a minimum, and cleaned up daily.  He had several assistants at various times.  The job finished right on schedule, and it's gorgeous!  I don't think I've ever had a remodel project (and there's been plenty) go so smoothly.  I would highly recommend, and will happily do business with them again.

I hired Urban Customs to install my new flooring and baseboards. I couldn't be more thrilled with the end result! The flooring is absolutely beautiful and the craftsmanship impeccable! These are great people to work with and offer competitive pricing. Highly recommended!

We had CFS install tile with inserts in almost every room of our new house in Mesa.  They also installed Porcelain tile that looks like hardwood plus tile with inserts in our courtyard.  Everything done was perfect.  Very narrow grout lines with a consistent pattern.  We had a little problem with the courtyard tile but it was corrected at no charge and now looks fantastic.

Purchased carpet through Lowes and they subcontracted the install to Eclipse Flooring in Phoenix. When I say the whole experience was a disaster I am not exaggerating. The carpet took three times as long to arrive as promised (ok, I get it COVID). But, then once the carpet was here, they rescheduled me three times to install. Excuse after excuse. I won't get into details about all the hassles and the rude behavior but suffice to say there is absolutely no accountability what so ever. Lowes gave us $600 credit to for the hassle, but they have no control over the situation because Eclipse is a subcontractor.  Shame on Lowes for using such a terrible company. There are so many bad reviews on Google. I was surprised I was the first on Yelp. The carpet finally got installed but it wasn't worth all the aggravation. Stay as far away from Eclipse Flooring as possible. They do not care one bit about customers.
