Today, 5/22/14, was my schedules carpet installation by Baker Brothers at the Glendale location. A few days prior, a representative called me to tell me that the installation workers will be at my house between the hours of 8am-10am. At 9:15 this morning another representative calls me to tell me that they are going to be late; now their going to be arriving between 11am-12pm. well, 12pm came and gone. After I tried calling the store twice. The first gentlemen who answered my call, named Steve, said he was going to figure out the issue and give me a call back. After 25 minutes, I never received a callback. So I called again; a gentlemen named Steve answered, then called me back and said "They should be there shortly."- Not even a "Sorry?"
The installer final showed up at 1pm. I am still here waiting for him to finish 6 hours later after waiting.
This was not what I was expecting after spending $1,300 on one room. This is my only day off and was excited to hear I had an early installation time so I could have time to finish moving. But instead I waisting over half of my day waiting on them, and I didn't even receive a simple phone call or "Sorry."
I am very unsatisfied with my experience.
However, I would recommend them simply because the carpet is great quality, just be sure to clear out your entire day.

The product is first rate.  I'm currently recommending one of my neighbors to get this for for their garage floor.  It is the BEST PRODUCT ON THE MARKET TODAY!
I've seen first hand where another one of our neighbors waited a least a week and a half to park his vehicles back into his garage.  And the flooring was just a very basic gray, no flakes or anything (SMH)!

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. I highly recommend Aldana Renovation

We have been using Cruz for everything for more than 9 years. He installed all of the new air conditioners in two houses we bought, and maintained and repaired the units in our current house. He always explains the costs, and never pushes a more expensive repair. He is prompt, courteous, and very personable. We would never consider using anyone but Cruz.

Great service. The price was unbeatable. About half the price of competitors. The installation was quick and the result is perfect. Paul went out of his way a couple times to deliver and pick up carpet samples. I would highly recommend Integrity carpet and flooring to anyone looking for a great service at a great price.

Kevin is an expert craftsman and consummate professional. He was communicative, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Our bathroom looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Kevin for quality work at a fair price.

I reside in Phoenix and there are several different jobs that I have hired Garcia's Handyman such as changing out my security doors, placing new gutters and am very satisfied with his work.  He recently painted my house and was extremely thorough.   I love the way it turned out and will be hiring him again in the future.

We hired Jonathan to remodel my mom's home around December 2022 and the project was finished early April 2023. I am super impressed with him: he's reliable, very accommodating and receptive to changes, great with communication, and he has great connections to get pretty much anything done. Labor and pricing are probably the most reasonable I've seen. Jonathan is quick to resolve issues and we had a great experience. I would definitely work with him again for another remodel in the future.

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.
Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.
Now, whenever we want to make significant changes to the home we will call Global Elite.

We had finished our floors using sealer from Lowe's or Home Depot (we didn't know how terrible this would be).  The floors looked okay. A year or two later, we hired someone to clean the floors.  The previous gloss/sealer turned into little glue balls all over the floor and our Saltillo was ruined. The other people came out 4 more times to try to fix it but nothing worked.  We hired Mexican Tile Restoration in early 2014 (we checked several references they gave us which were glowing).  Well, I understand the glowing recommendations!  Our Saltillo floor didn't look this good when we moved into the house 12 years ago.  The floors looked brand new.  They also gave us tips for maintaining the floor.  It's about 1.5 years later and our floors still look incredible.

Great job on our recent floor cleaning.  We had a full travertine cleaning done on our new house and it make the floors look SO much better.  The grout was especially improved.  They filled cracks for us, got the floors looking great - and they were priced competitively!

We highly recommend AZ Classic Floors. Daniel, the owner, installed our engineered wood flooring and did a beautiful job. He kept to his schedule, was meticulous in his work and cleaned up every night. He is courteous, dependable and is priced competitively. We would definitely hire him again.

Re-bath completely redid one bath and converted a tub/shower combo to a stand alone shower in a second bath.  The bath that was the complete remodel also had a tub/shower converted to a zero-barrier shower with grab bars.  The design consultation was quick and thorough.  Even though I already knew much of what I wanted, the designer had no problem going with the flow, but also making suggestions that would work well.  The cost was higher that doing the jobs piecemeal, but much less than other companies were charging.  The biggest plus was that we were scheduled within 8 weeks and no one else could get to our job for 6 months.  I also liked that none of the work (like electric or plumbing) was subbed out.  

On the first day we met the very awesome Alex Chavez, who was the lead on our job.  He texted daily (before arriving and end-of-day wrap-up), got to the job site early, asked exactly the right questions, and boy does he work quick (but never sloppy).  I've honestly never seen a tub come out and go out the door so quickly.  The crew also did a great job of protecting our floors, kept dust to a minimum, and cleaned up daily.  He had several assistants at various times.  The job finished right on schedule, and it's gorgeous!  I don't think I've ever had a remodel project (and there's been plenty) go so smoothly.  I would highly recommend, and will happily do business with them again.

It pains me to leave a less than stellar review, but unfortunately the work performed by Heath @ Urban Customs will require us hire another company to finish the job he "finished".  We hired Urban Customs to resurface and patch our existing bamboo floors, but in the end the result of their work was subpar. After they completed their work we were left with the following issues:

- a floor  with gaps between the planks
- "floating" planks that are noisy. In spots you an actually watch the plank move/ give way with any amount of pressure. This movement has caused further damage to adjacent planks, causing those to split and crack. *Our floors were not creaky prior to this project*
-  tubes of filler (that were mismatched to our flooring) and we didn't know how to use. We were told "we could use it to fill any major gaps".

These issues and others were brought up multiple times to both Heath and Rachel. Instead of addressing and fixing the issues we were met with a list of reasons and excuses as to why they would not or could not fix and finish our floors. We were also told how their work and the end result was completely acceptable.

As small business owners we wanted to support a fellow small business, but when it comes to flooring I would not recommend this company to anyone. They lack attention to detail and leave projects unfinished.

They initially installed my counter top in granite tiles. A day after the job was done I noticed the corner tile was cracked. I figured no one would see it, so left it and it eventually broke off. I tried for 2 months to get them to come out and repair it, but they put me off and told me to go to Monterrey Tile. I couldn't even get an appointment. They just don't want to mess with repairs or stand behind their work. Their phone mailbox is usually full so you can't leave a message, and they don't answer the phone. So I've ended up texting back and forth for 2 months now, and they have just given me the run around saying they are "backlogged". In the end I should have gone somewhere else right away.

Undate to my last review. After many many many issues they finally showed up for the appointment to install. The carpet was installed and they did a nice job. The carpet did not match exactly though so it is a little noticeable. One of the times they canceled, they said my entire order of carpet was not at Lowes when they went to pick it up. They said that part of it was a slightly different shade so I said bring it anyway to avoid being cancelled. They canceled anyway. We waited over a weeks more for Lowes to get the carpet all in  one shade . And then another week to get on the schedule again . Finally when they arrived I expected all the carpet to be the same shade but it was not.
