The ladies in the store were great with helping me select and order the tile for my project.  It did take a long time for the product to arrive at the store were I picked it up.  The tile did meet all my expectations.

My original coating on my garage floor was an Epoxy.  I was put in touch with the Garage Cave.  Char came to my house, evaluated the job and gave me an estimate.  Char explained what would be required to grind off the old scratched epoxy and use their product, FLEXMAR.  Char explained the difference between the two products and application.  On the scheduled day her crew showed up on time eager to get hate job completed.  I was amazed at the professionalism, quality of work and the finished project.  I don't have the words to describe how good of a job they did.  They showed up on time, prepped the floor, protected my garage walls, grinned the old worn out epoxy off, and completed the job.  I am so Happy.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. Want an A/C or heating repair done right? Multiple options presented to you if you need a new unit?  Then I highly recommend CHA.  

A couple years ago we had a broken unit, another company came in (after making us wait), did not fix the problem and were surly on top of it.  Then we called Cruz at CHA. He was VERY fast to respond, and was able to get us going again. It was so nice to work with someone who was professional and personable. And his prices were competitive, easily beating out the competition.

In addition, when an old air conditioning unit needed replacing, Cruz provided several options, different models, prices, and explained in terms we could understand the differences between the units, energy performance, warranties, etc.  It made making our decision about which unit to select so much easier.  And again, everything happened fast.  Price check? His quote easily beat anyone else's.

He does duct replacement, and unit maintenance as well.  

CHA is saved in my phone, and it will be the first call I make if I have any A/C or heating unit issues in the future.

Great service. The price was unbeatable. About half the price of competitors. The installation was quick and the result is perfect. Paul went out of his way a couple times to deliver and pick up carpet samples. I would highly recommend Integrity carpet and flooring to anyone looking for a great service at a great price.

Kevin is an expert craftsman and consummate professional. He was communicative, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Our bathroom looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Kevin for quality work at a fair price.

Mr. Garcia came to my house ASAP. He  did a quick nice job cutting in pieces an old dishwasher which could not be removed in any other way. He worked carefully and quickly and cleaned up the work area. I will be using him again soon for some drywall repair, painting and plumbing work. I highly recommend you get a quote from him and try him on your next home repair.

Jon and his team are wonderful to work with. I needed my kitchen and bathroom remodeled and was lost on choosing a design. It was for a rental property and I had a budget but also didn't want to cut corners on the design. Very efficient, and met the budget and time line. I look forward to using him on future projects.

I have known Keith for years...found them on a site years back and asked if they could help my old boss paint some rooms in our office.  They did great!  Later, I hired them to paint some rooms in my home and install a super cool rock mailbox as my old one was falling apart.  They also painted my old bosses exterior of his home, did lots of electrical, installed some pigeon proof material, and he was super happy with them.  The company is super fast at communicating, estimates, and just  all around great people.  Ask for Keith...he will help get any/all projects taken care of. Amazing company folks...don't look anywhere else!!!

Very disappointed  - we had our floors stripped and sealed- now they are all peeling and look horrible -  we were very careful & only used PH cleaners the company recommended ( so this wouldn't happen) Would not recommend .

My realtor recommended Master Stone Care to repair our travertine floor. Steven came out on short notice to give us a quote. He gave us a quote on repairs but recommended that we also consider having the floor polished and sealed. Based on a quote I received two years ago, I knew his price was more than fair.

He squeezed our project in right before he started a new one and it was well worth the money. The floor looks good as new. Our only complaint is that we took so long to do it in the first place. I wish I had before and after photos because the difference is astounding! Would highly recommend him!

If they don't close you at the free sale consultation don't expect to hear from them again. Had one on April 14 2021. Just as well, $45,000 for a full small bath remodel estimate. After we spend hours in the showroom picking out products. $10K to replace100sq ft of tile that we selected! (Regular porcelain tile) I guess that is what the market will bear now

Installing new flooring was one of the most dreaded remodeling projects to our home. Urban Customs made it as painless as possible from selection of hardwood flooring product, to tear out, to installation. They initially installed my counter top in granite tiles. A day after the job was done I noticed the corner tile was cracked. I figured no one would see it, so left it and it eventually broke off. I tried for 2 months to get them to come out and repair it, but they put me off and told me to go to Monterrey Tile. I couldn't even get an appointment. They just don't want to mess with repairs or stand behind their work. Their phone mailbox is usually full so you can't leave a message, and they don't answer the phone. So I've ended up texting back and forth for 2 months now, and they have just given me the run around saying they are "backlogged". In the end I should have gone somewhere else right away.

Purchased carpet through Lowes and they subcontracted the install to Eclipse Flooring in Phoenix. When I say the whole experience was a disaster I am not exaggerating. The carpet took three times as long to arrive as promised (ok, I get it COVID). But, then once the carpet was here, they rescheduled me three times to install. Excuse after excuse. I won't get into details about all the hassles and the rude behavior but suffice to say there is absolutely no accountability what so ever. Lowes gave us $600 credit to for the hassle, but they have no control over the situation because Eclipse is a subcontractor.  Shame on Lowes for using such a terrible company. There are so many bad reviews on Google. I was surprised I was the first on Yelp. The carpet finally got installed but it wasn't worth all the aggravation. Stay as far away from Eclipse Flooring as possible. They do not care one bit about customers.
