An all around great experience. Our saleswoman, Carol Kelling, was exceptional in helping us pick our flooring. We did not have much experience and needed help and Carol was very patient and provided us with all of the information we needed to make our decision. Once decided, their person that does measuring, etc. was at our home later that day. Installation was as explained and on time. When we are in need of more flooring, we certainly will be back.

My original coating on my garage floor was an Epoxy.  I was put in touch with the Garage Cave.  Char came to my house, evaluated the job and gave me an estimate.  Char explained what would be required to grind off the old scratched epoxy and use their product, FLEXMAR.  Char explained the difference between the two products and application.  On the scheduled day her crew showed up on time eager to get hate job completed.  I was amazed at the professionalism, quality of work and the finished project.  I don't have the words to describe how good of a job they did.  They showed up on time, prepped the floor, protected my garage walls, grinned the old worn out epoxy off, and completed the job.  I am so Happy.

I used Aldana Renovations to do some repairs to my subfloor that had water damage. Andoni came out and did an awesome job of repairing the flooring as reinstalling the laminate above it. His prices were more than fair, he was on time, and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

I have a 3-ton Trane A/C unit for our second floor that is original to the home and 20 years old. Every year or two for the past 8 years it gets low on Freon gas and needs a recharge to operate properly.

I called Precision Air to come out and do their advertised tune up that includes up to one pound of Freon with the service call. A few days later their tech showed up but would not add any Freon because the compressor would not turn on. The compressor would not turn on because the unit was low on Freon. It was a catch-22 situation. They didn't try to charge me for this big waste of time but I still had an old unit needing a Freon recharge.

I found the great reviews about Flores A/C here on Yelp. However, they don't usually come up to Cave Creek. They recommended Cruz at CHA A/C. He came the next day.
He went through an entire diagnostic process to ensure that there were no other issues with my old unit, explaining everything that he was doing as he went along.

He 'forced' the compressor to turn on and, sure enough, it was low on Freon. He recharged the unit with 2.3 pounds and it's been cooling our second floor like a new unit all afternoon.

Cruz charged us exactly as he described over the phone. It turned out to be less than what the charges would have been with Precision.

Call Cruz. He's the owner. He's not someone's employee on commission.

They are locally owned and managed.   They were able to work with our schedule and on time, efficient.  Our carpets came out beautifully and we will definitely use them again!

Kevin is an expert craftsman and consummate professional. He was communicative, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Our bathroom looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Kevin for quality work at a fair price.

Mr. Garcia came to my house ASAP. He  did a quick nice job cutting in pieces an old dishwasher which could not be removed in any other way. He worked carefully and quickly and cleaned up the work area. I will be using him again soon for some drywall repair, painting and plumbing work. I highly recommend you get a quote from him and try him on your next home repair.

Jon and his team are wonderful to work with. I needed my kitchen and bathroom remodeled and was lost on choosing a design. It was for a rental property and I had a budget but also didn't want to cut corners on the design. Very efficient, and met the budget and time line. I look forward to using him on future projects.

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.

They worked on our saltillo tile floors and the result was jaw-dropping amazing!

I am selling my house and needed to get my saltillo tile cleaned up -- it just looked dirty and worn from years of use and lack of maintenance.  I called the number on their web site and Dave, the owner, answered the phone. I scheduled an appointment and he came over to look at the tile, figured what needed to be done, and offered two quotes for two different approaches to getting the work done. Once that was decided, we scheduled the work -- he was available within the week, which was important because we needed it done quickly!

The results were amazing -- our floors were SHINY, they had cleaned the tile and grout,  blended in the colors so they looked more even, filled in and colored portions of tile that were gouged out, filled in some cracks, also evened out the coloring of the grout. It was simply unbelievable!

The guys who worked on our tile also took a lot of pride in their work, and it showed. Before we came back in to see the final results, they said "prepare to get your mind blown!" -- and it was truly mind-blowing!

They also leave you with documented instructions on how to properly care for your saltillo tile. I will be leaving this with the new home owners, along with MTR's contact info.

Highly recommend Envy Flooring LLC for backsplash needs!! The guys were great to work with, super professional (timely/cleaned up after themselves) and made the whole process super easy and stress free!!

My realtor recommended Master Stone Care to repair our travertine floor. Steven came out on short notice to give us a quote. He gave us a quote on repairs but recommended that we also consider having the floor polished and sealed. Based on a quote I received two years ago, I knew his price was more than fair.

He squeezed our project in right before he started a new one and it was well worth the money. The floor looks good as new. Our only complaint is that we took so long to do it in the first place. I wish I had before and after photos because the difference is astounding! Would highly recommend him!

We have used AZ Classic Floors for a number of projects, they have all turned out amazing!  Daniel is professional and takes great care in his work.  We are very happy!

The one star is solely for the installer Adrian Ruiz Flores. He did a great job and was thorough and professional. The sales person I worked with was rude and unprofessional.  The high pressure sales person refused to leave my house at consultation until I gave him the business.  I was uncomfortable and unsure and wanted to think it over but he keep on and on about what does he have to do to earn my business TODAY!  Finally agreed to get him out of my house. I was never contacted by phone or email to schedule the install, I called to schedule. No one called or emailed that the installer was going to be 5 hours late, I had to reach out.  I emailed my frustration and the response was they are busy and basically I should understand. I reached out to the President regarding all of the issues and am still waiting for her response 8 days later.  Do yourself a favor and hire someone else that will treat you with respect.

A very shocking update to my prior post....  I discovered just hours ago that Urban Customs has decided to STEAL my original deposit of several thousand dollars.  Yes... STEAL.  Keep in mind, no actual flooring was installed as detailed in my main review, due to Heath changing his mind about refinishing my hardwood floors spontaneously.  Apparently he does not want other customers to read my in-depth review of what happened, and Heath is holding my deposit money for RANSOM (which he previously promised to return).  He has stated that he will only return it if I take down the truthful, albeit quite negative, reviews I have posted AND sign some mystery document, which is very very suspicious and shady.

While I am not in a position to lose thousands of dollars, it is more important to make this valuable information available to others in the greater Phoenix area so they can avoid having to deal with this absolutely criminal behavior that Heath and Rachel at Urban Customs engage in.  I want everyone to be aware that this is the type of "business" they run, and any cent you may decide to pay them, you may never see again, nor will you necessarily get the services you think you are paying for.

I will be taking them to small claims court following this unbelievable experience, as well as other protective measures to ensure they cannot continue to cheat, threaten, and rip off others.

Jason came in on a Monday the fallowing week on Wednesday had Hugo and another employee come and install just under 1,000sq ft of tile in 2 days and a couple hours. Hugo was great helpful as well as Jason. I would recommend CFS Installations to anyone. Great prices great.

Please save yourself aggravation and do not use these people.  We contracted through Lowe's for tile flooring installation and it's been a nightmare - they don't show up, leave jobs half finished, poor communication.  I can't believe Lowe's uses them - it's bizarre.  Save yourself aggravation and use someone else.
