Just completed my 3rd remodel after saying never again! This time was made infinitely easier as a result of the direction of Mike and Julie. When it was apparent that the first contractor could not produce, Mike stepped in and up and pulled all of the pieces together to produce a beautiful, inviting environment. Mike has been  responsive, accommodating and easy to work with when I wasn't always so easy to work with. If you don't believe my words then believe the pictures...after all, they ARE worth  a thousand words!!

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

I called Aqua Therapy to get an estimate on a shower kit remodel.  I talked with Derek, and he was extremely professional and sent over an estimate pretty quickly.  After receiving the estimate, I called him to discuss what options would save money.  He quickly sent me a new estimate and we scheduled a date for him to come out.  The job came out perfect.  I can definitely say that Derek is a man of his word, his reliability and service were well above par.  His costs were in-line with what was quoted.  I am planning to hire him for my next shower remodel.

Sergio came to replace some broken tiles. He was prompt and the work looked perfect. PDG is the one to call for the small projects that you have been putting off.

Our project was a renovation of our kitchen. Our cabinets were 20+ years old as was the lighting. Bobby and  his crew demolished the cabinets, installed new cabinets which are more modern than the originals. Painted the walls, upgraded the electric outlets, including one I that I requested with USB. Also new LED lights were installed. Also new counter tops and backsplash all around the kitchen. The 4 four man crew was very professional, and paid attention to detail throughout the renovation. 2 of the crew did the demo work, the same 2 installed the cabinets and painted the walls. The third member installed the tile, while the fourth did some electrical, some plumbing and also did the grout work. The kitchen brand new, with new appliances whch the crew also installed. We have 2 more projects the Atelier 507 will be doing and I look forward to working with them again. Bobbi who is an archetect and designer was on site everyday to review the days  work with the crew and to review the progress with me and my partner. Again they were all very professional.

Fun afternoon spent with my friend who was shopping for countertops and  flooring for her new home. Staff were all very helpful and knew their stuff. The huge slab of rock countertop material was impressive and was arranged by price. They hand you a map so you can wander around by yourself and try to decide. Then we headed for the nearby flooring show room and they have every kind of flooring laid down so you can really get a feel for how it would look in your home.

I called Steve to replace a fence that burned in a fire. I explained my desire to have the work done quickly due to HOA pressure. He was there the next morning to assess the damage and came back that same afternoon to complete the job.  It is sturdy and everything was as promised.  He was my hero that saved the day.

First, let me say that he came out and did an estimate right away and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I was so excited to hire this company to remodel the kitchen in my mother-in-law suite. Unfortunately it took two weeks to get the initial estimate rather than getting it by the end of that first week as he had stated. Then the estimate was missing some major components... The install of a gas stove and stainless hood (and that's really a BIG part of this project).
When I emailed him about this, a week later I still had not heard back with an updated estimate so I emailed him yet again and left a voicemail. His response was that he thought the vendor would install yet he and I had very clearly discussed that Dynamite would do the installation. Bottom line is that he added another $250 to the estimate and still didn't give me any info on his availability (which I asked for a few different times). As much as I would love to hire this company because I really genuinely think he knows what he's talking about and the price is reasonable, I think he is just far too busy and may not do a good job on my project because he didn't care enough to get me the estimate when he said he would, missed major components on the estimate, didn't  respond to my email for over a week, and he also didn't  answer his phone or return my call. I know my project might not be as big or important as his other projects, but it is very important to me and I would have been happy to schedule this several months out if needed. I just want a company that I can count on to pay attention to detail and communicate in a timely manner. Very disappointed this didn't work out.

Josh and his crew are top notch!  We had mismatched, dirty looking grout and tile in a new home we purchased.  Josh was on time, friendly and professional when he came out to do an estimate.  We scheduled a time for his crew to come out (the very same week) and they arrived on time and were also very professional.  Jorge showed us a variety of grout colors to choose from while the rest of the crew carefully moved our furniture and even took pictures so they could put it back exactly where it was when they were done.  They finished right on time and Jorge texted me pictures of the completed job when they were done.  The difference from before and after was night and day!  We keep staring at it and can't get over how good it looks.  We would highly recommend using Desert Tile for making your tile look like new. We would recommend FIVE40 Remodeling.  We contracted Shannon and his team for a carport-to-garage conversion at our house in Tempe.  The end result was fantastic, as Shannon's team executed our vision for the new garage while adding suggestions and touches that we would not have thought of.  His crew was always on-time, respectful, courteous, and always left the job site clean and secure.  Shannon was very responsive, especially when the project was off-track to start, and was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process.  Very easy to work with.  Our job was completed on budget and beyond expectation, and we are really happen with the outcome.

Shower & Bath Connection has done four major remodeling projects for us between 2011 and 2020.  That includes complete (down to the studs) remodels of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and the exterior of our house, as well as the addition of a new large en suite.  In the process we had ceilings raised, new floors put in throughout, walls removed (and added), and what could only be described as a complete overhaul and upgrade of the entire house, inside and out.  
We've heard contractor-related horror stories from friends, but we we had no such thing with S&B.  Lon and his crew, including subcontractors, were exceptional every time.  Indeed, Lon is amazing!  Quality and customer satisfaction always came first, and the end result turned our rather average 1950's house into the crown jewel showcase of our neighborhood (and beyond).  We can't say enough about how easy Lon was to work with, how professional and courteous he and his crew were, and how excellent the results were.  He even got everything done ON TIME, every time.  I've met few business people with as much honesty and integrity as Lon.

We are so glad we found Tinta's. We went in looking for a granite top for an island furniture piece for our kitchen. We were shown the granite area and Fernando was introduced to us to help us. He was very patient and helpful and answered all of our questions. It was huge for us to not only get his thoughts and input but that we never felt rushed. When I wasn't sure what color sink I wanted, he brought both out to show us the color's next to our chosen granite. When he came out to the house to measure, we ended up adding more areas for him to measure and he was very kind and courteous about it since it wasn't in his initial appointment. The install with David and Jesus was perfect and professional and again they gave us some helpful suggestions. We will continue to use Tinta's for our next projects. We know we can trust them and feel confident in their quality of work and the products they provide. We also like that they do not work on commission. Thank you for making our home even better!

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.
